Genesis was in absolute awe the moment she stepped into the cave. More specifically into the open cavern. The large chandelier and old fountain looking almost archaic as she stared with wide eyes. Letting it sink in as Dwayne set about lighting the various fire barrels in the cave. The light giving the place a sort of creepy feel as she walked further in. Noticing Laddie handing a boombox to Paul as he walked around the edge of the fountain. Marko standing off to the side with a pigeon in his hands.

"Not bad huh?" She could hear David as he spoke, her body acting on its own as she stepped closer and closer to the fountain. The boy obviously noticed and smiled. His dimpled cheeks making her weak in the knees as he scooped her up. Her boots thudding against the stone as he easily lit a cigarette between his lips with her under his arm. It felt right. Being here, with them. It was a strange feeling, being so comfortable around practical strangers. Yet here she was, letting him press the cigarette to her lips. The cancer stick finding home between her lips. The smoke fueling the addiction she thanked her lucky stars her father never caught on too. "This used to be the hottest resort in Santa Carla about 85 years ago." She handed back the cigarette. Watching the boy place it between his lips as he started rooting through his pockets. "Too bad they built it on the fault. In 1906, when the big one hit San Fransisco, the ground opened up and this place took a header right into the crack." Paul pulled a joint from his front pocket. A smile gracing his lips. "So now it's ours."

"So check it out. Mikey," laughter erupted around her as even she couldn't contain her snort of amusement. Michael wasn't a Mike and most certainly not a Mikey. Mike made her think of Mike Newton and his inability to think of anything beyond football and getting his dick wet. Michael was nothing like Mike. He wasn't shallow. He might not be the most complex person, or the sharpest, but he wasn't shallow.

"Marko, food," the sudden sound made her jump. The cigarette once more between her lips as Laddie walked over, a cassette clutched tightly in his hand. He made an up motion and Dwayne helped her hoist him onto the ledge.

"What've you got there?" He held it out to her and she couldn't help the small burst of excitement. Whitesnake scribbled across the front in messy handwriting she could hardly make out. The 1987 album her all time favorite from the band. "You like Whitesnake?"

He nodded, shyly peeking at her as she inserted the tape into the boombox by their feet. "What's your favorite song?" He held up two fingers and the moment she reached the track a wide smile stretched across her cheeks. "You've got style little dude!" Quickly grabbing the boys hands and carefully dancing along to the beat of the music. The heavy guitar riff practically echoing through the cave as her hips swung. Carefully spinning Laddie as his laughter filled the cave.

"I know you, you know me

I'm the black sheep of the family,

I'm in an' out of trouble

I'm the talk of the town

I get wild in the street," She felt their eyes on her. Her skin practically dancing beneath their stares. Deliberately swaying her hips in a more noticeable way as Laddie pulled her off the ledge of the fountain. Hands latching onto her waist as she stumbled. "When the sun goes down

I steal around, like a thief in the night

Dancing 'til the break of day," Genesis could feel them drawing closer. Her hips still swinging as a firm chest met her back. Hands still on her waist as she felt the growing arousal pressing against her bottom.

"Bad boys,

Running under cover of moonlight

Bad, bad boys,

Getting wild in the street,

Wild in the city." She didn't stop her motions. Paul's face nuzzling into the crook of her neck, his breathing labored as she barely noticed Dwayne whisking Laddie away. Her mind in a haze as she continued to sing along with the lyrics. Genesis could barely keep her breath steady as his hands squeezed her hips. Lips nibbling on the flesh of her ear.

"I see you, you see me

Just a black street boy in society

With high-heeled women full of champagne an' lies,

Getting wild in the street

'Til the hot sunrise

Stealing round like a thief in the night

Dancing 'til the break of day."

The heat that soared through her body only increased as Paul whispered into her ear. "Keep dancing like that sweet cheeks and we won't even make it to ah bed." His voice was doing things to her she'd never speak of. Her cheeks practically burning as the boy suddenly disappeared from behind her. The only evidence of his presence the extreme flush of her cheeks and the obvious tent in his pants. Pair that with the wicked smirk on his lips and she was doomed.

"How did you guys meet?" Genesis couldn't help the question as her filter was pretty much nonexistent at this point, a clear sign the weed was working. Her head was on Dwayne's shoulder as she braided Laddies hair. The boom box still blasting from the corner as they waited for Marko to return with food.

"Oh-oh! Me first!" Paul slammed into the couch alongside her. His wild eyes making her giggle. "They ran into me! My first day in Santa Carla and he just slammed inta me!" He then started laughing like it was the funniest thing in the universe. "David fell on 'is ass!" He laughed louder and Genesis found it contagious as her voice joined with his. She couldn't for a second imagine David tripping, much less falling flat on his perfect ass. The blonde met her eyes. The harshness in his steel eyes only validating the blondes testament to how they met. "Dwayne had to pull 'im off me. Been besties ever since."

She tilted her head, her curious eyes resting on the flawless fishtail braid in Laddies hair. Her fingers detangling the strands before braiding the strands again. Pretending not to notice the heated stare Dwayne's charcoal eyes bore into the top of her skull. "How did you two meet?" David looked like he was going to respond when Marko came bursting into the cave. A box of food in his hands as he hopped down into the cave. "Feeding time boys!" He handed David a box before turning his attention to her. "And lady."

She barely got her hands on the box of takeout before Paul was wrestling the box from Marko. Sacrificing his spot to said boy who plopped down besides her. His perfect curls a wild mess on his head as he held up a single box.

It only made her giggle.

"Chinese, good choice." Opening the box in her hand she smiled. Accepting the fork Dwayne held out to her. The broccoli beef in the paper container her absolute favorite. "Guest first."

"No. No. I'm good." Genesis rolled her eyes. She'd never turn down free food. Besides, they had plenty of chances to kill her yesterday and didn't. That made them okay in her book.

"What's wrong? You don't like rice?" Michael didn't comment. "Tell me Michael, how could a billion Chinese people be wrong?"

"Come on." He still seemed reluctant.

"Michael," Genesis piped in, giving her cousin a look. "It's free fucking food." She emphasized her words by shoving a fork full into her mouth. A satisfied smirk on her lips as Michael took the box from David. A little bit of peer pressure never hurt, and Genesis knew for a fact that Emerson's where stubborn. If he really didn't want the food he wouldn't of let anyone make him. It's a trait Genesis got from her dad.

Bella was just a fluke.

Genesis stopped paying attention to the boys she focused more on her own food. Forks had a Chinese place but it'd never been any good. Though her dad liked the place so who knows, maybe Genesis was just weird, but wherever the hell Marko got this food from was damn good. Mama Wangs couldn't compare even if it tried. "Is the orange chicken any good?" She asked the boy on her lap. Laddies chestnut eyes briefly meeting hers as he shoveled a piece into his mouth.

He nodded. "It's my favorite."

"How're those maggots Michael?" She briefly glance towards David then Michael. "You're eating maggots Michael. How do they taste?" He was fine for a good four seconds before he tossed the box of rice onto the floor. Spitting out the mouthful he'd just eaten onto the floor. His lack of manners was absolutely astounding.

"What the hell Michael? It's just rice! Geez!" Genesis scolded, placing a piece of beef in her mouth as the boys laughed around her like it was the funniest thing in the world. It was honestly hilarious, but she was more amazed by his lack of common decency. Free fucking food. Free. You don't destroy free food!

"Leave him alone!" The tramp finally decided to speak. Hiding behind some sheer curtains like a coward as the boys just laughed harder around her. Laddie looking between the boys in confusion as Michael continued to hack on the floor.

"They're just joking around," she assured the boy, lightly patting his shoulder as David once more tricked Michael into believing noodles where worms. That time she laughed. Even Laddie laughed as Marko left her side. The boy disappearing through a side hallway before re-emerging a few moments later. A crystal bottle in his hands that he carefully handed off to David.

From her spot she could make out the cryptic design. Red stones speckled across the bottle in an almost creepy fashion. She got a bad feeling about this. That bottle was wrong. This whole thing went from perfect to bad in an instant. Whatever was in that bottle was not for her. Michael maybe, but her? Her insides felt like they where being crushed, her breath coming out in heavy pants as she clung to Dwayne's arm like a lifeline. The boys worried looks doing nothing to halt the oncoming panic attack as David's voice washed over her.

"Drink some of this Michael." A shudder racked down her spine as she tried to control her breathing. Breathe Genesis! Fucking breathe. Her arms tightened around Laddie, the boy clinging to her arm as the boys began chanting Michaels name around them. Why is it so hard to breathe? She knew something was wrong. That bottle was wrong. "Be one of us."

Star tried to stop him. That much she knew, Michael only brushed her off. Bringing the bottle to his lips as her breath caught in her throat.

The "no" that left her lips swallowed by the boys cheering around her. Laddie whimpering as he tightened his hold on her trembling arm. The cheering boys circling her cousin as he drank. David pulling the bottle from her cousins hand as Marko pushed him around in a wheelchair. Star disappearing behind the curtains as Michael collapsed to the floor. The boys going silent as their eyes fell on her. Laddie squirming in her lap as her chest heaved with labored breaths.

She shook her head. "No."
