Lizzie's POV

My days quickly began to bleed into one endless torture with the same routine, get up...get ready for school...go to school, hang out with Gil between classes getting all the updates with the Crew and Harry who was worrying me since from what Gil was saying he wasn't himself...I then returned home with Ace as my chauffeur...lie to my mother about my time with Gil during tea...be locked in my room...sink into my madness...REPEAT!

I sighed walking towards my locker throwing my tattered old copy of Evil Schemes text book inside sighing as I examined the fresh cut and bruises below my left eye which I'd received last night for talking back, you'd think I'd learn by now but my mother had officially lost it.

"Lizzie" I heard a quick whisper and turned seeing Gil behind a set of lockers and he gestured me towards him, I frowned confused as I approached him then he swiftly grabbed my hand and pulled me into an abandoned storage room and my eyes widened when I saw we weren't alone and the reason he'd been whispering.

"Gil what did you do?!" I yelled at him before my eyes met a familiar set of blue eyes. "Harry you can't be here"

"Too bad princess" he stalked towards me and I backed up against the wall. "Gil told me that your mother changed you to this school"

"He shouldn't have, Ace-"

"Doesn't know I'm here" he replied and my body relaxed a fraction looking around noticing that Gil was gone hopefully outside keeping watch.

"Harry please, you make it so hard to let you go"

"Good because I'm never lettin' yeh go again" he stated before his lips were on mine before I'd even had a chance to stop him but the moment they did I felt myself sink into his embrace and wrap my arms around his shoulders.

"Harry-"

"No Ilizabeth, look at what yeh mothers done to yeh" his hand traced beneath my eye and I flinched with a slight hiss when his thumb brushed over my cut.

"It'll just be worse if she finds out you're here, she knows how I feel about you and she'll use that against me"

"She'll have to go through the entire crew, we're all here for you and to protect you Ilizabeth" I frowned conflicted since I didn't want anyone to get hurt because of me. "Come on" he grabbed my hand and started dragging me out of the room with Gil quickly following us.

"Harry I can't!" I exclaimed trying to plant my feet but he was persistent and I soon found myself being dragged out of Dragon Hall towards the docks. "You have no idea what your doing"

"I'm taking me girlfriend back" I couldn't help the blush as we started running through the Isle towards the docks and I smiled for the first time in weeks I felt alive again.

"You're crazy Harry" I laughed shaking my head at him as we ran through the bazaar.

"So what if I'm crazy, the best people are" he shouted over the sound of the yells of protests as we jumped over things, knocked things over and rampaged through the aisles of trinket stalls being met with the rest of the crew along the way allowing us to create even more mischief as people started ducking and making the road clear for us as soon as they saw us coming and I couldn't help loving this feeling complete with my crew by my side, none of us caring that we were skipping school since who cared honestly.

"We got all the ways to be!" I yelled out laughing as we all huddled in.

"W.I.C.K.E.D"

"We got all the ways to be-" Harry smiled singing with his eyes locked on me.

"W.I.C.K.E.D!"

"C'mon" I gestured for the crew to follow me. "Crashing the party, guess they lost my invitation"

"Friendly reminder, got my own kind of persuasion" Harry smirked taking my hand as we ran purposely knocking things over and trashing things.

"Looks like this place could use a bit of misbehavior"

"Happily ever after with a little flavor, bad to the bone with even worse intentions"

"We're gonna steal the show and leave 'em all defenseless" the entire crew yelled out, I linked arms with Harry and Gil

"A fairy tale life can be oh so overrated, so raise your voices and let's get it activated!" I smirked pulling my hair out of its styled back ponytail that my mother had been insistent on as it was what she classed as proper royalty attire.

"Long live, havin' some fun, we take what we want there's so many ways to be wicked, with us evil lives on the right side of wrong there's so many ways to be wicked"

"Let's change the way the story's told, this time the dark is finally getting your attention" I thought of my mother since just maybe I was ready to stick it to her again, I was finally free again and I didn't ever want to go back.

"You like it, steal it, gotta beat 'em to the treasure" Harry sang swiping a necklace off one of the stall tables ignoring the yell from the vendor as we all ran laughing with some of the crew members holding up their own scores.

"A rite of passage, bad just doesn't get much better, long live, havin' some fun, we take what we want there's so many ways to be wicked with us evil lives on, the right side of wrong there's so many ways to be wicked"

"Mother always knows the best show her, pass every test, hear her voice in my head" I stopped leaning against the wall as the crew all ran forward towards the dock, the ship in sight but I couldn't help looking back towards the center of the Isle knowing my mother was going to come after me.

"Evil is the only real way to win" I heard Harry sing beside me suddenly grabbing my hand with a smile on his face and I smiled back squeezing his hand before we followed the crew.

"We got all the ways to be W.I.C.K.E.D, we got all the ways to be W.I.C.K.E.D!" we crossed the bridge onto the deck of the Lost Revenge and it felt as if I was coming home. "Long live, havin' some fun, we take what we want there's so many ways to be wicked, with us evil lives on...the right side of wrong, there's so many ways to be WICKED!" we yelled together, the crew, Harry and Gil all raising their swords into the air surrounding me in a circle before we laughed and I hugged each and everyone of them since this crew was my true family and I was finally home.

The celebration quickly moved to the Chip Shoppe but I stayed back for a second just to look out over the water and breathed in the salty air closing my eyes for a second to savor the moment since I knew that my mother would come after me again and that my punishment is going to be worse than ever but oh so worth it in my opinion.

"Ye okay?" I smiled feeling his arms wrap around my waist and snuggled back into his embrace.

"I'm okay with this moment" I looked up over my shoulder at him.

"Everything's gonna be fine princess, the entire crew is ready to fight for yer" I smiled not protesting to him calling me princess since right now nothing can ruin the happiness I was feeling. "This is for yeh" he held up the necklace that he'd stolen and I smiled at the sea glass pendant that was held onto the necklace by painted gold wire, I pulled my hair out of the way letting him clasp it around my neck holding it between my fingers admiring the amber glass before I smiled up at him.

"Did I mention that I love you" I asked him.

"Aye yeh did but I'll never tire of hearing yeh say it" my smile widened as I stole his hook from his belt and held it up hooking the front of his shirt with it seeing his eyes widen a little before a wicked smirk rose onto his face. "Come 'ere" he pulled my face into his and our lips pressed together before his hands grabbed my waist and hoisted me up to sit on the banister.

"Uh-hem" we broke apart turning to find Gil standing behind Harry with a smirk on his face before he held up my red leather jacket.

"Oh my god, I thought this was gone!" my mother had ordered it Ace to destroy it.

"We found it in the trash" Gil replied as I walked towards him turning so he could help me into it, I smiled smoothing the sleeves out a little feeling complete. "The party's waiting for you two"

"Then let's not waste a good party" I smirked picking up Harry's hook which I'd dropped when he kissed me and handed back to him before we walked to the Chip Shoppe hand in hand with Gil beside us, the crew cheered bowing.

"Captain" they greeted in unison and I smiled as we headed to our table in the back.

"Your hat m'lady" Jonas bowed with my hat in his hand once again bringing a smile to my face, this had actually been left on the table when Harry had asked me outside the night Ace took me, a lucky break in my opinion but I was surprised that they'd held it for me and that they'd saved my jacket as well.

"Thank you" I smiled sincerely taking it from him and placing it on my head laughing a little when Jonas winked at me, even more when I felt Harry's possessive presence appear beside me and saw him glaring at Jonas, I rolled my eyes at Harry but took his hand as we sat down but I quickly begun to feel a bit awkward for the lack of Uma serving customers and yelling at them for tips, the place felt empty without her. "This place has never been this quiet" I pointed out sharing a look with Harry.

"She'll be back" he nodded already knowing what I meant by my statement, I nodded agreeing with him but that didn't mean I didn't miss Uma's commanding nature around us especially now since it was solely up to me and Harry to keep the crew together since we were pretty much co-captains now seeing as Harry had stepped up in Uma and my absence.

We quickly fell into old habits as we partied, arm wrestled and made noise bringing the place alive in Uma's absence but when I heard the batwing doors swing open and the room went silent, I felt Harry's hand tense around mine which immediately put me on edge knowing only one reason would cause the crew to go silent and I hated the thought of everyone knowing but this was my crew and I trusted them not to think any less of me, so I stood brave and turned to face the reason of my misery.

"Ace" I nodded at him seeing him glaring at me, two of his men behind him, a club and a spade on their foreheads.

"Ilizabeth" he nodded back. "I had a feeling I'd find you here, let's go" Harry pushed me behind me.

"She's not going anywhere with yer's"

"Doesn't concern you kid" Ace glared at him and Harry's hand inched towards his sword but I stilled his hand and moved around to stand beside him instead.

"It doesn't concern you either Ace, you don't belong here"

"Neither do you kid, your mother requests you"

"Sorry but no thanks"

"It's not a request"

"Your right it's not because I'm done taking orders from the Queen of Hearts, as far as I'm concerned I'm an orphan and that woman can go to hell, you can tell her that or better yet you can tell her to come and face me herself"

"Don't make this hard-"

"Oh it's not hard Ace, you really think you can take me then go ahead try" I glared at him slowly stepping forward. "There's three of you and all of us" I smirked behind me at the crew who were all standing at the ready, swords drawn itching for a good ol' fight.

"Think ye should leave" Harry told them stepping up beside me glaring towards Ace.

"Don't think this is over Ilizabeth" Ace glared towards me before they left and I felt my body relax a little the moment the batwing doors swung shut but Harry put his arm around my shoulder.

"Ye okay?" I nodded my head offering him a small smile.

"I'm okay in this moment"

"Yeh safe" he smiled pulling me back towards the table but I kept my eyes locked on the door every few seconds.

"For now" I argued being a downer on everyone's good mood right now but I knew it wasn't over with my mother, it never will be.
