Author's notes: I was at the beach today and wrote this chapter there. I gotta tell you, awesome place to write… so much inspiration. I sadly forgot to put sunscreen on my feet and now have to deal with sunburn on both of them… that sure sucks, let me tell you.
I am not entirely sure where the story will go, I seem to get new ideas at random times, and I have no idea where to put them all. I guess we will all just see…
I hope you all enjoy this chapter and I'll leave you to it.
Chapter four
Tony woke slowly. He was comfortably warm and didn't particularly want to wake up, as that meant he had to get up and start his day. But the sun was shining through the window, because he had been too tired to close the curtains yesterday. He sighed, he really didn't want to get up, but his stomach made itself known by rumbling loudly and signaled it was time to get up even if it was just to eat. Tony looked to his right and his eyes widened in alarm when he noticed how late it was. It was past eleven. He had to get up, he had promised a friend to meet him at one.
He went into his bathroom to take a shower and again was amazed with the house his father had chosen for him. The bathroom was awesome. It was big enough for two adults to be able to comfortably share it. And the best of it was the shower. His father had promised him, he would like it, but he hadn't been sure if he could trust his father's judgement. It turned out his dad knew what he was doing in face of house buying for his son. Tony loved the shower; it was big and spacey, and the shower head was great. He could just imagine the amazing shower sex he could have in here. He loved sex and especially shower sex. He could imagine washing his partner and then either gently fucking a woman or being fucked by some guy. Tony had never much cared for the gender of his partner. He just loved sex and even though it was different with whom he had it, he always enjoyed. With a woman he liked it gentle, he took great pride in the fact, that he always made sure the woman had a good time. He always took care that she would come before he reached his orgasm.
With a man he liked it rougher. He liked it when the other guy was a bit dominant and told him what to do during sex. It wasn't some need to be dominated in his life but just a kink during sex. He loved it when the other guy knew what he wanted and took that from him, as long as everyone knew when to stop. It was a kink that would always get him off.
While he had been thinking about all the possibilities of shower sex he could have here, his cock had gotten hard. Tony took care of his hard on and then finished his shower. He seriously had to get ready now.
Tony went downstairs into his kitchen and opened the fridge. He realized he had nothing to eat. He hadn't had time to go grocery shopping yesterday and had planned to do it in the morning. He hadn't considered that moving would exhaust him that much that he would sleep this late. Well, nothing to be done now, he figured he would just find somewhere to eat breakfast on his way into the city. If he was early, he might even be able to go a bit of sightseeing before his meeting.
After some time on the road, he found a little diner and decided to try it out. He went in and was immediately greeted by a very friendly waitress.
"Hello, my name is Elaine, what can I get for you, dear boy? You look hungry?"
"Well, yes, I am. I haven't had breakfast yet, slept in late, you know. Can you recommend anything?", he asked.
"How about some pancakes, you look like a blueberry-pancake kind of guy and some scrambled eggs to go with them?", Elaine suggested.
"At this point, I am so hungry I could eat anything but pancakes sure sound great and maybe a coffee… Do you have hazelnut cream to put in the coffee?", he asked. Tony didn't mind black coffee but if he had the choice, he liked to put some hazelnut cream in it to sweeten it up a bit. He always had had a bit of a sweet tooth.
"I'm sorry, we have not but if you like, I can put sugar in it?", Elaine told him.
"No, no it's fine. Black is okay too, really!", he assured her.
Elaine went to get his order ready, and Tony looked around the little diner.
It was a nice place. It seemed as if not too many people knew about it and either came in out of a coincidence, just like he did, or were regulars who came in here on a regular basis. A nice place to eat alone, where no one looked at you strangely, when you were sitting alone but also a good place to meet your friends. It wasn't too loud, like in many other places Tony knew, and you were still able to have a private conservation if you wanted to. Tony immediately liked it and thought that the next time he would suggest this place for a meeting. He was sure he would come here more often.
Elaine returned with his food and questioned, "are you new in town or just visiting?"
"I just moved here from New York and will start at the police academy on Monday." He took a bite of his pancakes and sighed with pleasure. "I'll make sure to come here often, this food is amazing, thank you, Elaine!", he smiled at her.
"You're welcome. Police academy you say, that's cool. Make sure to take your time with your food… breakfast is the most important meal of the day after all.", he smiled back and left him to his food.
When Tony was finished, he paid for the food and the coffee and then looked at his watch. It was already nearly one and he realized he wouldn't have time to go sightseeing after all.
The meeting he had was with a friend, Steve, a frat brother he had met in collage and had stayed in contact with. Steve lived and worked in Washington D.C. and the moment he heard that Tony would move there, he had called and told him he had a job offer to make him and he would like to meet Tony as soon as possible.
Tony naturally had agreed to meet him and listen to said offer even if his dad had told him, he wouldn't need to work, that he would pay for everything. Tony appreciated the offer, but he liked to be able to support himself. Additionally, he liked to be busy and a job on weekends sure was able to keep him busy. Maybe not every weekend though, Tony thought, even he needed some time to relax occasionally.
Steve and Tony met in a little café that Steve had suggested. They hugged and exchanged pleasantries, but Steve told him he wouldn't be able to stay long because he had to get ready for a date later.
Tony teased him about his getting-ready-for-a-date-habits. Steve had always taken way too much time in getting ready. Steve told him that the lady he was meeting was a special one and then asked him if there was someone he was dating right now.
"Nah, you know how it is, with the moving and all, there was no time."
"Sure, Tone, you just need to find the right one, dude, let me tell you, it's awesome!", Steve laughed.
"Yeah, yeah, rub it in, will you?!", Tony grumbled good naturally.
"You'll get there, I'm sure. But now business. I have this friend who owns a model agency and is searching for a few models for his new calendar shoot. When he told me, I immediately thought of you and when you told me you were moving here, it just fit perfectly. You always liked to show off your body!"
Tony considered that; it was true. He was very comfortable in his body and took great pride in his physical fitness.
"And these photoshoots would just be on the weekends, right? Because I gotta tell you, I'll have enough on my plate on weekdays when I start at the police academy."
"Yes, just the weekends and not always. You'd be perfect and you'd get a nice amount of money for it."
"Why do I get the feeling that you're trying to convince me to take the offer, is there something you haven't told me?", Tony laughed at his friend's embarrassed expression, "there is, isn't there?"
"Well, yeah. I may have already told my friend you would do it.", Steve replied sheepishly.
"Why?", Tony wondered, but he didn't really want to know, he knew his friend after all, "but sure, why not. Although the shoots are with women, right? Or of me alone, no other man, right?", Tony questioned. It wasn't as if he was ashamed of being bi, but he didn't know his colleagues at the police academy yet and he didn't know how they would react to the fact that Tony liked to sleep with men too. And even though the police shouldn't have prejudices, Tony wasn't naïve and knew that many still thought it was not right for a man to sleep with another man. "I mean, I don't want to have to fight against that prejudice at the police academy when I have no choice but to trust them. And I would rather have the opportunity to feel them out and then tell them in person that I'm bi and not have them find out because of some photo shooting, even if it's just a photo."
Steve nodded, "Yes, just with women or alone. I knew you would feel like this, and I made sure to tell him"
"Good, then I see no reason, why I shouldn't do it.", Tony told his friend and saw his eyes light up.
"Awesome, dude. You'll have fun, I'm sure. And don't worry about the police academy, you hear me, you'll make friends real fast, and they won't care. I'll tell you what, we will meet again next week, and you can tell me all about your first week and I have more time for you!"
"Sure, that sounds good.", Tony agreed and went outside with Steve where they parted their ways.
Tony realized it was still quite early and thought he could go do some sightseeing now.
When Tony got back home, it was nearly dark. He had had a great day in D.C. and had greatly enjoyed just walking around and having nothing to do but to enjoy the feeling of a new city and the great weather.
He had stopped at the grocery store on his way home and made himself a light dinner. While he was sitting at his kitchen table, he looked into his living room at his piano. He decided he would play a bit later.
After doing the dishes he sat down in front of the piano and thought about what to play. He loved to play the piano to let his mind wander and think about the day he had.
He decided to play the favorite piece of his mother; "La Valse d'Amelie". It seemed just right, that the first piece to be played in his new home would be her favorite.
While he played, he thought about all the new experiences he would make, all the new people he would meet, about the police academy and the model job and about how much his life had changed in just a few weeks.
It was not a bad thing, and there was more to come, he was sure…
