Lizzie's POV

"Get this stuff unloaded!" I yelled at the crew since at the moment neither Captain Hook or Harriet who was first mate was around and Harry was also nowhere to be seen which left it up to me to boss around the crew since I was next in the family line of order somehow since CJ was too young even though she'd argue with you about that. "We're behind schedule!" I rolled my eyes looking over at the sights from Triton Bay as we were currently dropping off a load in Ariel and Eric's seaside kingdom which is also why Uma wasn't around as she was visiting her mother which left me here all alone.

I sighed moving towards the helm looking at the map that I'd sprawled out on the table behind it plotting our new course since that's what Captain Hook and Harriet we're doing, they were securing our next shipment which was crates of fabrics and seafood which had to be in Auradon City in three days and I was trying to chart us a course according to the bad weather patterns we were supposed to be expecting and wanting to avoid.

"Hey princess" I squealed a little at the arms that wrapped around my waist nearly knocking me over with the force he'd come up behind me before we laughed and I turned into his arms planting a kiss on his lips.

"Where have you been, you guys all left me to wrangle the crew to unload the moment we docked" he laughed looking over at the crew who was finally doing as they were told, we still had Gonzo on the crew but the rest had all left for other adventures in Auradon but we had hired most of Captain Hook's old crew except for Smee who wanted to focus on his family.

"Yeh did a good job"

"No thanks to you guys" I rolled my eyes turning around back to the map while he kept his hands on my waist and laid his chin on my shoulder as I continued my mapping checking the time on my watch trying to ignore Harry as he started kissing my neck. "Harry" I scolded rolling my head away from him. "I'm trying to focus"

"I'm not doin' an'thing"

"Sure you aren't" I commented before I grabbed the telescope off the table and checked the waves in the distance which were already picking up speed and height as the storm was blowing in. "We should postpone leaving Seaside until tomorrow, wait for the storm to pass"

"Aye" he nodded stepping around the table and leant against it. "Dad already plotted us the course, we're leaving 0900 tomorrow morning"

"So why the hell am I doing it, he asked me to do it before he left with Harriet to go pick up the next stock order!" I exclaimed and his response was to just smirk. "What are you up to Harry Hook?" I questioned crossing my arms since I knew all his smirks and this was his devious one which meant that he was up to something.

"I told 'em to keep yer busy for me"

"For what?" I questioned confused but he ignored me.

"Alrite yeh bilge rats, you heard the captain earlier...take shelter on land fer the night!" he yelled at the crew and they all nodded as they all left the ship leaving just Harry and I on board.

"What the hell is going on Harry?"

"You and I have the ship for tonight" he smiled turning back to me.

"What's the occasion?" I asked narrowing my eyes suspiciously at him.

"To celebrate our first official date" he replied with a smirk and my eyes widened since while I we hadn't had an official first date I didn't think we needed one. "I told yeh if yer were lucky I'd give yer a first date" I scoffed shaking my head at him.

"I think you're the lucky one, yeh are dating a former princess after all" I replied stepping closer to him looking up through my lashes at him as I ran my hand up his chest and across his shoulders before brushing my fingertips down his arms feeling the muscles which were all on show in the sleeveless jacket that I'd made him and that he wears every day.

"Ah but alas you fell for my deviously handsomeness" he smirked hooking his finger under my chin lifting my eyes to completely look at him.

"Don't flatter yourself Hook"

"Too late" he smirked and I smirked back before our lips met and his hands found their way to my waist and lifted me to sit on the table with him standing between my legs.

"So what's on the agenda if we have this huge ship all to ourselves?" I asked breathlessly when we parted for air.

"I've got dinner planned-"

"Better not be seafood, you know how I hate fish" I warned him with a smirk and he nodded.

"Aye I know...already sorted out the menu with Uma who agreed to help her mother prepare for the evening, all is waiting for us" he replied holding out his hand and I didn't hesitate to place my hand in his and we walked down below deck towards our room and once inside I smiled at the arrangement of candles and the sight of his desk which was usually cluttered with books and maps was cleared off and an elaborate candle lit dinner awaited us.

"You did all this?" I questioned him.

"Uma" he shrugged and I laughed nodding my head since that sounded about right before we took our seats and he lifted the plate coverings and I saw some kind of dish...looked like chicken...I think with long yellow strings. "This is a caprese chicken pasta...I don't know what it is but Uma researched and thought we'd like it"

"I'll trust her judgement" I shrugged since we were still getting used to all this Auradon food, the barrier has been down for 7 months now and we'd been so busy with the business that we didn't really get out and explore everything Auradon had to offer as we mainly just had fish, fruit and vegetables on the ship and I was used to just eating vegetable soup with the occasional piece of meat whenever we stopped at a port but that suited me as I didn't get a lot growing up other than soup so I was used to it.

"And for desert she made us a coconut pie" I laughed a little.

"She's really obsessed with coconuts"

"I think if she had her way they'd be branded Uma's furry rocks" he stated and we both laughed at that.

We spent the majority of the evening eating and I understood Uma's fascination with coconuts and the coconut pie was delicious then we went to the deck and laid out a blanket looking up at the stars since neither Harry or I would ever get over the fact that we could see stars and I remembered the first time we'd officially seen them without counting the battle for Auradon against Audrey.

"Harry!" I called excitedly...it's been six hours since the barrier fell and we were sitting on the dock where the Jolly Rodger was moored.

"What?" he asked and I pointed up...it had just gone dark and the sky was full of stars...we were actually seeing stars, he looked up and I watched as the night sky mirrored itself in his gorgeous blue eyes before he looked down at me.

"Stars" we both yelled out before laughing and ended up lying back on the wood staring up at them trying to find every constellation that we knew off from all the books we'd read about them...

"Still reckon you can find the North Star?" he asked.

"Of course, any sailor knows where the North Star is" I searched the sky for the big dipper finding that first then followed it to the north star. "There" I pointed at it smirking proudly. "Now find Cygnus?" I told him and it took him about two seconds before he was pointing it out. "Show off" I rolled my eyes hearing his laughter before we fell silent and just enjoyed the sight of the night sky, it having a calming effect on both Harry and I.

"Liza..." I turned to look at him seeing him holding out his mothers ring towards me and my eyes widened seeing the tiny pearl seemingly glistening in the moonlight still holding it's shine. "Marry me?" I smiled nodding my head.

"Yes" I whispered quickly holding out my hand and he placed the ring on my finger before I leaned in and kissed him.
