Cosmo didn't have much time to retaliate as Nora crammed her body through the thin door frame, and threw herself inside the living area, only to find it with a bunch of boxes around and lime, green walls surrounding, making Nora scowl with disgust. Who the hell paints apartment walls lime?

"What's all this? This place not good enough for you now? I always knew you were the uppity type.", Nora complained, headed towards the kitchen and digging around for a beer. "Where's your beer? You don't have any? When's the last time you fucking went shopping? Don't you know you should be prepared for my visits?"

"I'm not usually much of a drinker anyways, Mama. You knew this. Besides, even if I was, I can't be drinking right now anyways.", Cosmo explained, taking a seat on the darker green couch, his stomach poking out slightly.

"So it's true then…you're…"

"Yes Mama."

"Well, why the fuck didn't you tell me?", Nora demanded, slamming the fridge door shut, "Don't you think this is something you need to let your own mother and father know? That they're going to be grandparents?"

"Why do you care? You don't even like kids. You've never liked kids."

"That doesn't mean I don't have the fucking right to know, you ungrateful piece of shit! And you know what, that's another thing. How come you told your father about the wedding but not me? Don't you think I deserve a spot to? I gave you life after all.."

"I mean…dad did most of the work though..", Cosmo muttered to himself before clearing his throat, "Anyways, I didn't tell you because of how I knew you'd act at the wedding."

"Really? Like what? Like a mother with an spoiled ass brat of a son?"

"Like an abusive alcoholic! You know what, what is it you really want Mama? I'm really busy right now and I don't really want to talk right now anymore."

"Well tough. Maybe if you had some nice, strong, women to help you, you wouldn't be too busy to spend time with your own mother? I mean you can't possibly lift all this shit on your own. You're much too fragile for that."

"And what does that mean?"

"Oh, come off it Cosmo. You men are too weak and sensitive for all this-"

"Well, if I'm so weak and sensitive, how was I able to manage this far? You know, I'm almost done with the packing, Just gotta wait for the moving ladies to get here, you know?"

"And you just prove my point? You shouldn't be doing all that shit yourself. You know what, where's that pig of a fiancé of yours? The one I TOLD you not to even get close to?"

"Wanda? She's at work right now. Her father has another one of his little meetings and she was called to it. Otherwise, she'd probably be over here too.", Cosmo groaned, his headache now starting to grow, "See, that's exactly why I didn't call you. I KNEW you wouldn't support me and so I didn't bother. My world doesn't uh…spin around you!"

"Well, it should. I'm your mother and that's that! You parents should come first, Cosmo, but I guess we didn't raise you well enough to know that.", Mama Cosma complained, "First, you don't have beer stocked, then you act like I'm a waste of space to you. Wow, I see how it is Cosmo."

"This is MY house Mama! You know what, get out! I don't want to see you at the wedding!", Cosmo yelled, tears now forming. Mama Cosma rolled her eyes.

"Oh my god, enough with the tears. Swear you men are a bunch of pussies. But you know what, fine? I'm sure your father is lost without my anyways. Good luck with the rest of this bullshit!", Mama Cosma yelled, slamming the door behind her, leaving Cosmo distraught as he wiped his tears off and got back up, now moving onto labeling the boxes.

It was silent for a little while; he had already unplugged the TV since he wanted to go ahead and get it moved, and his neighbors had been quiet for once in their lives. It almost began to feel a bit lonely for Cosmo as his tiny nose wrinkled at the smell of the sharpie marker. He also rubbed his temples as the stress of everything else came crashing down on him; he still didn't have an outfit for the wedding and hadn't seen a doctor yet. They also needed to finish mailing some of the invite cards and making sure the rings fit on his fingers properly, alongside flowers and setting up the venue. Cosmo groaned until he heard his phone ring again, with Wanda as his caller ID.

"Hi honey-"

"Bad new Cosmo, my sister's invite got returned to the mail. We gotta go up there in person."

"Ohh…do we really have to go up there? You know seeing her makes me uncomfortable.", Cosmo whined as the two flew up the long driveway after passing Blonda's golden gateway. Wanda shrugged sadly.

"Mom and Dad's order. They don't like how estranged Blonda's been lately and they think this wedding is the perfect opportunity to catch up with her."

"But this isn't there wedding! They shouldn't get to decide that."

"I know Cosmo it's just-", Wanda groaned as Cosmo shrunk himself a bit, feeling guilty as he raised the question, "Look sweetie, let's just get this over with. You know I don't want to do this anymore than you, but I've gotta invite her and I'm not sure if our cards are going through."

Cosmo prayed silently as Wanda ringed the doorbell, the loud bells echoing through the white and gold mansion that towered over the two fairies. After a few minutes, the doors didn't sling open, giving Cosmo a slight sense of relief as he turned back, only for the dreaded creaking sound to play shortly after.

"Oh..Wanda…I thought that was my wine delivery.", Blonda scowled, before looking at Cosmo, "I see you brought the husband. Hello there sweetheart."

"Uh..don't call me that. I have a name.", Cosmo said timidly as Blonda ignored him, looking at Wanda.

"What do you want now? Here to ask for another "loan?" Might I remind you, you hadn't paid off your last one off?"

"Yeah yeah I know. I just-I got something for you and I wanna talk."

"Well come in then, don't just stand there looking like…poor people. Get your asses in here.", Blonda demanded, pulling Wanda inside with Cosmo following, "Besides, can't have the wine guy seeing we're related."

"Oh hardy har har."

"Sweetheart, why don't you make yourself useful and get some of my wine glasses out of the cabinets. Right above the sink.", Blonda winked at Cosmo, making him feel somewhat angry, especially since Wanda didn't seem to be doing anything.

"I told you that's not my name-"

"Alright honey what ever floats your boat. Now, the women are talking so why don't you just be quiet and get the glasses now."

"Wanda, are you just going to stand there and let her talk to me like that?"

"Cups sweetie. Not opinion.", Blonda shooed Cosmo off into the kitchen before sitting Wanda down on the couch, hearing some grumbling coming from him, "Seriously, you need to keep him in line. Can't have men like him talking to women like that now, can we? That not how mama raised us. Oh, and has he been gaining weight?"

"Uh…I..you know what, let's change the subject. Uh..We came to give you this but it got returned.", Wanda handed the invitation to Blonda, who snorted at the paper.

"You really didn't put that much effort, did you? Hallmark? Seriously?"

"Are you coming or not?"

"Here..", Cosmo sighed, putting the glasses down on the table. Blonda smiled softly at him.

"Well thank you beautiful. Now, where were we?"

"The wedding. You coming or not?", Wanda grumped, "And why the hell do you keep talking to him like that?"

"Oh please. You're not the only one that can see him. And hang on…oh my lord, this handwriting is atrocious. Yeah, guess I can make it. Is there going to be wine."

"Yeah, but it's probably not up to "your standards"."

"Are mom and dad going to be there?"

"Yeah. And Cosmo's father."

"Why just him? Doesn't his mother have to walk him down the aisle."

"Let's not talk about my Mama, please.", Cosmo interrupted, earning a small laugh from Blonda.

"Alright sweetie, let's not interrupt the women while they're talking business. Just sit there and look pretty."

"We're not exactly speaking to Mrs. Cosma right now, so no, Cosmo'll be walking by himself. Not that it's any of your concern."

"Well you don't have to be so rude about it! I was only curious!", Blonda defended before hearing the doorbell ring, "Ugh, about time! I swear, you can never get good customer service these days. Wait here.."

"Uh, actually, I think we're gonna go. We've got other things to work on, and we only meant for stop for a little bit to make sure you got it anyways.", Wanda said, pulling Cosmo towards her.

"You sure? It's imported all the way from Fairy Wood."

"Yeah. Not in the drinking mood anyways. Come on Cosmo, let's get out of here."

"Fine then. Bye and don't forget that 1,000 you still owe me!", Blonda called, before she smacked Cosmo's butt firmly but gently, making him jump "Bye beautiful."
