*Manhattan, New York*

It was a beautiful day in the city of New York as Charlotte was bored in her home since Anya was with her cousins while Nancy was busy with her family as she pondered on what she could do to pass time.

"I wonder how Anya is doing, It's been a few days since she left for Kansas but I hope she's having a good time there but I'm feeling pretty bored lately" Charlotte had quietly spoken to herself as she rolled over to see pictures of her, Anya, Nancy, and Russell as this sparked an idea as she quickly jumped out of her bed and proceeded to power walk towards the living room area.

"I can see if Russell wants to hang out with me today, I really hope he's available…" Charlotte had spoken to herself as she picked up the phone and proceeded to dial Russell's home number as the number equally picked up.

"Hello, Who is this?" A voice called out from the other side of the line in which belonged to Russell's mother as this prompted Charlotte to respond.

"Good Afternoon Mrs. Jackson, Is Russell home? I would like to speak to him please" Charlotte had asked Mrs. Jackson in a polite tone of voice as she waited for her answer.

"Charlotte? It's wonderful to talk to you once more and I'll get Russell for you, okay? I hope everything has been going well for you" Mrs. Jackson had spoken back to Charlotte as the young girl could hear the sounds of Mrs. Jackson getting her son.

"If this fails then It's best to listen to the radio for the rest of the day…" Charlotte had thought to herself as she heard Russell's voice speaking to her from the telephone.

"Charlotte? Is that you? If so, how's it going?" Russell had spoken to Charlotte as this prompted her to respond back.

"I've been doing good! I hope all is well for you but are you free to hang out today? I've been bored lately since Anya is with her cousins in Kansas while Nancy is busy with her family but if you're unable to hang out then I completely understand" Charlotte had asked Russell as she waited for a response as she played with the telephone line in the process.

"Sure, I do need to get out of the house as well but just shoot me a time and we can work things out but I can also see if I can invite Carrie over as well" Russell had spoken back to Charlotte as his words quickly made Charlotte's face lighten with joy as she jumped up and down like a child in pure excitement before calmly sitting back down.

"Wonderful! How does two o clock sound? It gives everyone enough time to get ready but I'm really looking forward to hanging out with my amazing friends!" Charlotte had spoken back to Russell in a more excited tone of voice as she continued to think about the fun times that they could have together as she heard Russell beginning to speak.

"Sounds like a deal! I'll be ready by then so I'll see you in a bit!" Russell had spoken back to his friend in an eager tone of voice as he hung up the phone in which was heard by Charlotte.

"I should get ready, I don't wanna be late and cause any trouble!" Charlotte had spoken to herself as she quickly walked towards her room so that she could prepare herself for her hangout with Russell and Carrie.

*2:31 pm*

*Central Park*

Two hours had passed as Charlotte was walking across the beautiful park as she waited for her friends to arrive as she suddenly felt Russell's hands gently cover her eyes.

"Guess who?" Russell had spoken to Charlotte in a rather playful tone of voice as this made Charlotte smile warmly as she began to guess.

"Ummmm, Boris Karloff!" Charlotte had guessed as she chuckled at her own words as this prompted Russell to do the same as he began to speak once more.

"You're getting cold…" Russell had spoken to his friend once more as he found himself enjoying this small game.

"Ummmm, Russell, my very good, kind, and very loyal friend!" Charlotte had guessed once more as she felt her friend's hands lift away from her eyes as she saw Russell and Carrie standing right next to her.

"Bingo! You've guessed correctly!" Russell had spoken back as he and Carrie both waved at Charlotte.

"Good Afternoon, It's wonderful to see you both! How has spring break been going so far?" Charlotte had asked her friends as she gave the both of them a hug.

"Good Afternoon to you as well, My break has been going quite well so far but I hope that everything is going alright for you" Carrie had responded back as she had a smile on her face as the trio began to walk across the park.

"That's wonderful to hear! I've been doing good myself, Just been pretty bored lately but I'm glad that you and Russell can keep me company" Charlotte had responded as her words made Carrie smile.

"Oh yeah, how has Calvin been? The last time I have seen him was when we met Judith but other than that, I haven't seen him lately…" Russell had asked Charlotte in a tone of curiosity as he waited for his answer.

"He's doing quite well but he's just been busy with exams and other school-related stuff so he hasn't been having much time to hang out with me, Anya, and Nancy" Charlotte had answered back as this made Russell nod his head in relief while Carrie began to speak.

"Oh yeah, I heard that the Jackson Private Academy is having some sort of festival in May so I do expect them to prepare for it.." Carrie had spoken out as this brought interest to Charlotte and Russell.

"A festival? Sounds pretty interesting but is it open or is it only for the school?" Russell had asked his friend as he had thoughts of going if it was public.

"It's public, It's the 30th annual festival with a lot of music, games, and fun but that's all I know from it" Carrie had responded as this brought smiles to both of her friend's faces.

"Doesn't sound too bad, I'll see if I can invite Anya and Nancy as well and we can get this rolling" Charlotte had spoken to her friends as her words were met with smiles from Russell and Carrie.

"Sweeet!, I hope to see everyone there and this sounds like it could be quite wonderful!" Russell had spoken back in joy as he, Charlotte, and Carrie jumped into the air as their hearts were filled with joy and praise as unknowns to them that Judith was watching the entire events with a grin on her face.

"Not on my watch, I'll be sure that Anya and her little friends get banned from the academy and I STILL haven't forgotten about Emma…" Judith had spoken to herself as the young girl was brewing up a terrible plan for Anya and her friends.
