What is something that scares you?
"Eep!!" Bella squeaked as another ghoulish creature popped out from behind a dark shadow. I could feel her tense and jump as the movie played out a deep thump. I just pulled her tighter to my chest and kissed the top of her head."Seth!" She shrieked, "you scared me!" Her hand came up to cover her chest. I could hear her heart beating wildly.
"Sorry, babe," I mumbled and brushed her hair aside so that I could nuzzle into her neck apologetically.
Bella smelled like pumpkin spice from the pie she'd baked earlier in the day, and somehow it mixed perfectly with her natural strawberry cream scent. I could never get tired of her scent, it was one of the things that made being a supernatural wolf worth it.
"Oh, no! Don't open that door!" She whisper-yelled at the young woman on screen. Her tiny hands were covering her doe eyes and her head was tilted into me as she tried to hide from the movie she also didn't want to stop watching. When the woman on screen screamed, so did my shivering imprint.
"You really are afraid aren't you, baby?" I asked as I gently rubbed my hands up and down her arms. When I felt her nod, I added, "There's nothing to be scared of when I'm around. I'll always protect you, Bella.
