Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto, or any of the pictures used!
Note: Like I said before, I'm really excited to continue this book.
Warning: Orochimaru.
Haruki was almost three-months-old when she realized it. And it wasn't that she was in denial before it happened.
She was three-months-old when her vision finally cleared, allowing her to see the world.
Before she was three-months-old, she listened to them talk. She had understood the moment her Kaa-chan handed her over to shaking hands. The one holding her said how much Hashirama would have loved her.
Haruki also knew that she was reincarnated, she just hadn't realized she was reborn into Naruto the anime until she saw just who her Kaa-chan was.
Her first instinct was to panic, she felt the warm tears in her eyes but before she could start crying, warm arms wrapped around her.
That's also when she found out, that Tsunade loved her dearly.
Tsunade Senju, her mother. In both lives, Haruki loved to love. So that's why, the moment she felt those warm arms hugging her, she vowed to love with all her heart. Even if it hurt.
Because in the ninja world, love is a fragile thing.
"Hello there, cutie!" A man with long spiky white hair, and a red mark by both of his eyes greeted Haruki. Her vision had been restored a mere two months ago.
Haruki, knew exactly who it was. It was Jiraiya, he came to visit her and her mother when he had time. Though, this time he and Orochimaru were babysitting her.
"Your Kaa-chan is delivering that Hatake baby! Bet you the kid's gonna take after his father!"
In response to Jiraiya, Haruki started crying. Oh how it was fun to mess with him. But this was news, Hatake baby? Could he be talking about Kakashi's family? Well, at least they're in good hands. Kaa-chan is the best iryo-nin in the world!
"H-hey! I'm sorry kid! Why are you crying with me! Orochimaru's the one you should be scared of!"
"That's hardly fair." The snake like man came into view and grabbed Haruki from Jiraiya.
The baby stopped crying immediately. It was a surprise to both Jiraiya and Haruki. Orochimaru, got a pre-made bottle from the kitchen and offered it to the red headed baby.
Giggling, Haruki accepted the bottle of milk.
Jiraiya stood in the living room opening and closing his mouth like a fish. When had Orochimaru learned how to take care of a kid?
Haruki was 14-months when she said her first word. Of course, she knew how to talk. She was deciding what to say first, she wanted her first word to be memorable. She had also learned to walk long ago.
It was when Orochimaru was babysitting her, (Her Kaa-chan, left to the hospital to deliver a baby again.) when she said her first word.
Orochimaru was feeding her dinner, boiled and mashed vegetable and friut. Who knew Orochimaru could cook? You know, this is why Orochimaru was her favorite Oji-chan. Who cares if he played a part in ruining the world? Like Haruki would ever let him do that.
"O-oh..." Orochimaru stopped the spoon before her mouth, and gave her his full attention.
"O-oh..." Orochimaru smiled to the best of his ability, which was kind of creepy.
"Trying to speak, Haruki-chan?" The man hissed his S's.
"O-oh...ro"
"Your mother will be happy to know you've decided to take on talking."
Her Kaa-chan came home when Orochimaru had just finished feeding her dinner.
"I'm home." Tsunade's voice rang out.
Orochimaru was staring at the red headed child when Tsunade walked into the kitchen.
"Is everything alright?" She gave him a questioning glance.
"O-oh..." Tsunade snapped her head to her offspring and walked right behind Orochimaru.
"I believe she is trying to say something." He mentioned to the slug princess.
"O-oh..ro"
"Yo!" A booming voice entered the house.
"How's my favorite niece doing!" Jiraiya skipped into the kitchen.
"Woah, you haven't hit me yet, Tsunade. What's going on?"
"O-oh.."
Jiraiya gave a goofy grin and walked next to the other sannin. "Trying to talk, I see. Well then, come on you can say it! Oji-chan!" He chanted.
"O-orochimaru."
Jiraiya's mouth dropped to the ground. It was a comical sight, really.
Everyone was stunned, but it was Orochimaru who snapped out of it first.
The snake man patted the girl's head in affection. And said girl smiled brightly in return.
Jiraiya grabbed hold of Orochimaru's shoulders and shook him back and forth. "How could you! You put something in her drink didn't you!" He accused.
Note: I'd like to know what you think first before I continue! The next chapter will be like a two-year time skip. What did you think of Orochimaru? OroTsuna? Or nah?
Also, in case you didn't catch on, the "shaking hands" that held Haruki and also mentioned Hashirama is of course, the one and only Mito Uzumaki! Yes, that's right, Kushina hasn't become a Jinchuriki just yet! And Tsunade didn't leave the village, as much as she wanted too, she knows the safest place for Haruki is in Konoha.
Reviews are love!
Peace out!
