Part 3: Alliances are Formed
Dear Reader,
I hope you've been enjoying the story so far. There is a lot more on the way. Unfortunately, all in this story is not just peace, sunshine, and rainbows. You've enjoyed the hero's views on the new situation, you've had it easy...but now it's time for darkness to rise from the shadows. The villains must now make their debut, a new threat is emerging. For the purposes of the story, these events will take place after the Shie Hassaikai Arc and Joint Training Arcs, but before the Meta Liberation Arc and Shigaraki's powerup. Once again, enjoy.
Great thanks,

Ch. 1
League of Villains Hideout, Saturday evening
Far from the bustling views of the Musutafu, lies an abandoned warehouse, gray and dullen from years of wear. But that's not important, but matter the contents, or people, inside of it.
It looked like the place had seen better days...and so did the people inside. Six individuals, their life of crime visible just from their eyes.
"With Kurogiri's arrest, things have gotten a lot harder. We lost our key to All for One. What is our next move?", spoke a dark and shriveled man. He wore a long, black jacket over his dark and shady navy blue shirt and pants, looking as if it hadn't been washed in decades. His sneakers were a bright red, and so were his eyes...if you could see them. For in the way of that and his shaggy blue hair, was a large hand, gray and frozen. Several more hands rested along all his body, petrified in time. Hidden from plain sight were tons of scratch markings all over his face and neck. It was the nefarious destruction villain, Tomura Shigaraki.
Shigaraki was, and still is, in charge of the villainous organization known as the League of Villains. They were living comfortably well in a hideout, doubling as a bar, and had plenty of support by a notorious villain. But that all changed when the League's hideout was located and invaded by Pro Heroes. One of those heroes was a man that will be seen a bit later on, but unbeknownst to both sides, Shigaraki's aide made a guest appearance.
A notorious villain from the emergence of Quirks, it was the powerful villain All for One. He looked professional with a black business suit on, but on his face was a large, black mask with a few respirators. He had the ungodly ability to take the Quirks of others and give them to others. He could store and stockpile them accordingly. He hospitalized and even killed numerous Pro Heroes, and was nearly unstoppable.
Then came the Kamino Ward Incident, where he went face to face with the Number 1 Hero, which ended with his defeat, arrest, and he has been under constant surveillance. Shigaraki took the full mantle as All for One's successor. Now with his mentor and his second-in-command Kurogiri under arrest, he was scrambling to come up with his next move.
"But don't forget, Chisaki's bullets are in our possession," another figure spoke. He had black boots covering the end of navy blue pants. He wore a grey belt, and a tattered white shirt that smelled of black ash. His large overcoat had parts of it hanging by stretched threads, and his limbs were seared to purple with metal piercings keeping his body together. He was a villain with little known, other than a name: Dabi. "I'm sure we'll figure something out."
"Yeah, but we still have nowhere to go! How about that run-down bar outside of town?" spoke another. He wore a black leotard all over his body with dashes of grey, but smothered on his boots. His arms had red and green bracelets, little tabs sticking out at the ends. His mask had white sockets around his eyes. His name was Jin Bubaigawara, or the clone villain, Twice.
"Rest your head Twice," Shigaraki spoke, "But what am I going to do when I don't have a single idea?". As he said that, his hands gravitated towards his neck, constantly ticking...itching...scratching...itch, itch...itch, itch, itch, itch, itch itch itch itch itch itch, itchitchitchitchitch
"I think I know the answer."
His hands detached from his neck and went straight into the air, ready for an attack.
"Who's there? Is that Endeavor?" (Author's Note: Endeavor and this next character have the same voice actor: Patrick Seitz)
"Oh, is that the way to greet your future ally?"
The villains in the warehouse glanced frantically, looking for the source of the voice.
"Oh my. Perhaps a bit of guidance is in order."
As soon as the voice finished speaking, there was a great shattering of glass. The fragments fell above them, large bits of crystal and glass collapsing in.
"Heads-up!" called our Dabi, as he let out a violent blue flame from his hands, the glass disintegrated in the flames.
"I'm glad to see you value me as much as that pro hero." The figure from above made a light glide downward towards the ground level.
His black tank top took up much of his body, yet gave way to his six-pack abs, and a yellow-orange jacket on top of it. He wore chaps that held up orange-yellow pants. Those chaps were green and had a heart around it. Not to mention, so were the bracelets around his knees. His hands donned rings and his nails were grown longer than the average male, almost as if he was demonic. His blonde hair spiked out, another green-hearted band wrapping around it, and a cape flew around his back. His golden eyes and sharpened smile gave a menacing aura around him.
"But no, I am not him," he continued, "Rather someone much stronger."
"What do you want?" Shigaraki questioned.
"You're Tomura Shigaraki, right?" the man responded, sending shock through the room, "I go by DIO, and I must say, I see massive potential in you and your group. I can give you the power you so desperately seek, to plunge the world into chaos. All you have to do is join me, and I will make your name feared around the world, second only to me."
"No thanks."
"Excuse me?"
"We're not interested in any deal you have. Last I checked, I haven't even heard of you. You just came barging in, breaking our window, and barking around like a dog. We're our own group and don't give in to anyone. So take your offer and get lost."
DIO reclined in the air, as if sitting on an invisible. Then, he gave a big, evil laugh. During that laughter, he began to clap his hands, as if he were applauding Shigaraki. Speaking of Shigaraki, he was as confused as he was irritated. DIO's laughter finished abruptly, and he put his attention back towards the group.
"I'm sorry, but when I offered for you to join me," DIO spoke, as he put his fingers together and sent a snap through the room, "I forgot to add you had no choice!"
As he said that, a large whirring noise emanated through the warehouse, coming from the window. Six purple flames came from the broken windows, growing stronger by the second. But the area did not catch fire. Rather, it the flames expanded and formed almost a portal shape. From within those portal flames, six figures emerged from them, each with their own menacing personality, looks, and ideals.
"So either you join us, or suffer eternal damnation from the Noble One!"
Chapter 1.5
The figures stood on top of the cill with broken glass, eyeing the prey nesting down below, ready to strike.
"Get ready," Shigaraki spoke, "Looks like we're dealing with some subordinates."
The figures atop of the window cill made the first move, getting ready to jump downward.
"I'll give you the eternal damnation you're lookin' for!" Dabi said, sending flames out from within, towards their foes. From the looks of it, that was a clear shot towards the figures, it couldn't have missed!
"Not quite."
A new voice spoke from behind. This figure had long, pink hair, flowing down with green polka dots scattered about. His sweater was a veneer layer of fabric, exposing his abs and his stomach region. He wore purple pants that broke two-way at the end, giving way to his purple, elf-toed shoes. His eyes were a dark shade of green and purple lipstick on. He spoke with a light Italian accent , "You know, I'd normally have you killed since you saw who I am…"
"But since I'm no longer the boss...I have nothing to lose." The figure continued to speak.
"Diavolo!" spoke another voice from atop of the cill...except they were walking down from the wall; gravity had decided to work in their favor, the figures were able to walk down without falling. As if it were being manipulated.
"We must keep our cool. If the Noble One told us we were fated to become allies with these people, we mustn't kill them on the tip of the dime. Do not forget, he is allowing them salvation and letting them enter Heaven."
The figure who addressed Diavolo had finished walking down from the wall when he came towards Dabi and Diavolo. He wore black shoes, socks hidden with purple pants. Those pants were also hidden under a large, purple coat, yellow stripes going around in the shape of a cross. He was a dark-skinned man with white hair in braids towards the back. The hair on his forehead seemed to converge and form a star shape.
"Understood, Father Pucci," Diavolo muttered.
"A priest and an ex-boss, this'll be interesting" Dabi remarked. "The rest of you should take care of the others. I'll handle these two myself!"
"I wouldn't get cocky if I were you," Pucci responded, "Was it fate that led you to fight the two of us? Or was it your impulse and lack of thinking? Last I checked, your flames cause severe burns on your body." As he said that, Pucci calmly walked forward, with what seemed to be a disc he held in his right hand.
Now, let's move our attention to other villains.
Himiko Toga vs. Dio Brando (Phantom Blood)
Two blonde figures stood in the darkest part of the warehouse. Their menacing glares were the only light in a well of darkness. One figure loomed over the other, but both yearned an equal desire of bloodlust.
The first figure was a rather short girl, her eyes golden and her canines sharpened. She wore a beige seifuku (uniform), plus a red scarf tied underneath her blue collar. She wore a shirt skirt on top of her large uniform, along with black socks and brown shoes.
"So you're Himiko Toga?", called the other figure. He was a tall, semi-muscular man. His golden yellow hair was fragmented, yet flowed down to his neck. His yellow eyes peered at his opponents, while his sharp canines were colored with fresh blood. His suit was brown in the middle, with white and red sleeves. His pants were a similar structure: white in the pelvic region and red on the rest. "I've heard much about you, and your love of blood. Why don't you join me, Dio, AS ONE OF MY VAMPIRES?!"
"No thanks," responded Toga, taking her blade out, "But you know, I've always wondered what a vampire's blood tasted like! Why don't we find out?!" Toga said, speeding forward straight towards her prey. The grins on their faces only increased with unyielding intensity. Then, Toga's knife pierced through Dio's skin, a deep wound at that. But Dio did not flinch in pain, rather let out a little chuckle. As he let it out, the knife began to freeze over, as if it were hit with an ice Quirk. Toga's smile turned into a face of shock, as the ice condensed on the knife and went to the hilt. She let go of the knife to prevent her hands from freezing off.
"So you're a vampire that freezes people?" inquired Toga, "Is that how you preserve people's blood?" as she said that, she attached what seemed to be a mask, blue and sharp with teeth, and what seemed to be two or three syringes, one 3-quarters filled with blood.
Dio gave a hardy laugh, "Honestly, I prefer the blood fresh and warm, coming out of my victims' necks right through my fingertips. Now, let's see what you can do with yours!"
"Very well." The mask she was wearing went right over her mouth, covering something up. Then, her form began to mold. A grey, putty-like substance was changing her physical form, and molding into something new. In fact, everything was different, even her clothing.
Toga's new form had black tights on, with pink stripes in the middle of her chest region and on her shoulders. On her hands and legs were pink wrist guards and boots that extended to her knees. Her face went from having golden eyes to a nice shade of brown, and so did her hair. Speaking of which, her hair went from a braided mess to straight curls, including two strands that went to the front of her face. "My love, Ochako, gifted her blood to me. Time to show you what I can do with it!"
For a while, the two traded hits upon each other, the marks forming on each others' face...or just Toga's. For as soon a Dio collected a wound, he waved his hand and it was soon gone.
"My, my, I must give it to you," Dio snarked, "You've certainly given me a challenge, especially for someone who doesn't know how to use Hamon." He paused, and continued as they fought. "You look up to Stain right?" He posed that difficult question right then and there.
"You yearn for a society where there is no 'normal'," he continued, "One where you can use your Quirk freely and suffer no consequences. I, Dio, can help you with that! These lackeys of mine are working on it as we speak. I know you have someone in mind, and so do I. Let us work together. If not as vampires, then at least we'll be bloodsuckers."
"I like the way you talk," Toga said with a grin as she molded back into her original form. "I'm in."
"So...what's it like being a vampire?" she inquired curiously.
Spinner vs. Kars
"Those are some sharp swords you got on your back" spoke the first man. He towered above everyone in the room, 6, no 7 feet tall. His arms and legs were packed with muscles. He rather had very little clothing on him, only some black gauntlets around his hands, a black cloth wrapping around his neck, and a black cloth hiding his groins from sight. Long, purple hair flowed down towards his exposed back, with three horns coming from where his hair met his head. His violet eyes gave a slightly unnerving stare. "The people in this world amaze me, being able to take properties of the planet's fauna...or at least their appearance."
"You know, the sword isn't just for show, buddy!" responded the other figure. He wore a white, tattered bandana that concealed the area around his pink eyes. His hair, too, was purple, but it didn't have the same luscious glow. He had a blood red scarf around his neck, along with black pants, a blue polka-dot armor plate, and white knee guards. His most notable feature was the green scales that covered his arms, face, and body. "I'm Shuichi Iguchi, but you can call me Spinner."
"Interesting," the tall figure responded with a demeaning tone, "I'm the one they call Kars, but you'll soon be calling me 'Master'."
"Alright then, bring it on!" Spinner challenged, drawing the katana sitting on his back, "Where's your blade?"
"It's right here," Kars said, pointing to his arm, and as he pointed to it, the skin on his arm began to open up, giving way to something silver, something sharp. It was a curved blade like the scythe the Grim Reaper carried around, harvesting the souls of others. Then, a bright light shined around it, giving the illusion as if it was made of light itself. "It's said this world is eons ahead of when I awoke from my slumber. Let's see what proof you have for that."
"Just try me! This blade will cut you into millions of-" before he could finish his sentence, slices of light circled around Spinner's katana, and it split into tiny little fragments. One of the light blades even cut his bandana in half, exposing his eyes.
"Believe me when I say I could rip you into shreds and you wouldn't even notice until it's too late." Kars said, giving a menacing glare in his direction, bloodlust flaring. "But, I've spared you, simply because I have interest in you."
"Take your interest and shove it somewhere else!" Spinner yelled, running in to attack with his bare hands. "I'm only concerned about living up to Stain's ideals!"
"Stain...You mean that fanatic I've heard rumors about, saying which heroes are 'worthy'?"
As Spinner got closer, he got his fists ready for combat...but Kars already made his move. In an instant, his knee guards snapped into pieces, the bandages on his arms fell, and the red scarf that looked as if it were Stain's was shredded into little pieces of cloth. He fell to the ground, blades marks visible on his body, his energy drained.
"There are no worthy heroes if all of humanity is a stain to the Earth," Kars said approaching his enemy while retracting his blade, "But humans who possess animal qualities… are only a mere facet of the ideals I wish to obtain. Join me, drop the Stain act, and the animal abilities you were born with...I can make them stronger, more formidable than Stain's, or any other human residing on this desolate rock!"
"You...bastard…"
From all the fatigue, injuries, and pressure invading Spinner's mind, his body collapsed on the floor, but not before Kars' words seeped into his mind and went into a loop as he collapsed.
Mr. Compress vs. Yoshikage Kira
"My my, what a lovely crowd we have out tonight!" spoke a figure sitting on one of the crates inside of the warehouse. There wasn't much to this figure, only that he wore white boots with a black tint over the toes. He had a huge yellow coat over his body, that hid his black-sleeved dress coat, sitting above his orange shirt. He wore long, black dress pants, and a long hat sat on top of his head, the white feather on it, blowing from the occasional gust of wind from the broken windows.
He had a mask that gave the shape of his eyes and as if it had a grin, and a green brooch sitting on top of his chest. One thing to note is that his left arm was actually mechanical, as it had been ripped off in a previous altercation, which will come to light soon.
"I am who they call Mr. Compress, a sleight of hand magician and performer. And who might you be?", the figure questioned the other man.
"I won't say much, but you can call me Yoshikage Kira." This other figure had bright blue eyes and wavy blonde hair. He had a light purple business suit on, with a green and white striped, button-down shirt. His tie was a royal shade of purple and a yellow image of what appeared to be a cat's skull, along with big X's in between. "Naturally, I have no interest in fighting here. I've been looking for a place where I can enjoy a quiet life, and I think somewhere in the outskirts of the city will work just fine."
"I have to warn you," Mr. Compress cautioned, "You won't find a quiet life in these parts. It's nothing but chaos in the society of heroes. However, I cannot allow you to tell others about what you've seen here. So, I must put you away and make you disappear!" The dashing magician stood up, grasping something in his right hand. It was a small, bluish orb, which seemed to have something in it, maybe a rock.
"Now, let's get this show on the road!" he continued, pulling the blue orb out and throwing it towards his target. It bounced on the floor with great intensity, spinning and rolling towards a calm and collected Kira. He didn't even look scared. As the ball reached towards Kira, Mr. Compress gave a loud snap with his fingers… and the ball he sent came apart, giving way to a huge boulder compressed in the ball. Getting close to Kira, close to crushing him….closer...closer...closer…
*CLICK*
In an instant, the rock in Kira's direction blew up, making a massive explosion, blowing the rock to smithereens.
"My my, what a surprise," Compress exclaimed, "Now tell me, how did you do that? I'm sure that boulder could have crushed you in an instant, yet you somehow managed to blow it up."
"Since it seems that you're revealing your abilities in front of me, I might as well show you mine." As he said that, a dark purple aura emanated around Kira, giving way to a pink, feline creature standing next to him. It had two points on the top of its head, and sharp, pink and white eyes, as if it were a cat. It seemed to have dark purple gloves wrapped around its hands, along with some wrapping around its ankles. The most notable feature was the belt on its crotch area, with more cat skull's that could be seen on Kira's tie. The skulls were also on top of the gloves and ankle supports.
"Killer Queen. That's what I've named it," Kira remarked, "And it turns anything it touches into a bomb, just like the orb you threw at me."
"Fascinating. I haven't seen anything like that in quite a while"
"And now, it's my turn to lead the offensive. Go forth, Sheer Heart Attack!". At that moment, Killer Queen tilted his left hand up in the air, and the skull on its glove, began to take a new form, independent of the glove it was on.
It was a bluish, slightly spherical object. It had wheels on the bottom that rolled, almost as if it were a tank. It had a green and orange orb on its top and the front of it had a skull on it, its teeth spiked, along with what seemed to be ears. It had a small sword on the top of this skull and its eyes glowed with a flashy yellow.
"Over Here" it cautioned, sending itself straight to Mr. Compress.
"A little trick of your own I see?" Compress continued, "Interesting. Now it's my turn," he said, stretching his right hand out to try and compress the mini tank."
At the last minute, before Compress could make the touch, Sheer Heart Attack dove for Compress's left arm, then let out another explosion. Compress dove and took slight recoil from the hit, but was still standing. His mask also seems to have been chipped away at, slight explosion residue still persisting through the air, his left eye visible, but with no damage.
Kira got closer to the foe, but Sheer Heart Attack retreated back to Kira, returning to its slumber in Killer Queen's hand. He took something out of his pocket. It seemed to be about 1, 3, no, 50000 ¥.
"Here," Kira said, handing the money in Compress's direction, "That should be enough to cover the damages to your prosthetic."
Kira could see much, but Compress expression was one of curiosity, yet with anger. He had no words.
That anger soon turned to a light smile, with a lighter giggle. "You know, someone as generous as you would make it great in the hero society."
Kira brushed that comment off and responded, "Heroes, villains, it doesn't matter to me. All that matters for me is trying to live a quiet life, one free from the throngs of society. And with a new place, comes a new start. Now, concerning the fight, you actually got quite lucky."
"How so?"
"My explosions have the ability to completely incinerate any object they touch, leaving no trace behind, like the boulder you sent earlier. I minimized the damage to the second explosion because… we both have secrets we want to keep, and goals of our own. If you let me walk in and out of here whenever I want, and keep my identity a secret to anyone but your little group of friends, not only will I not disclose your location to anyone, but I may give you some more money to help fund you and your team's endeavors."
Compress pondered this for a moment, then let out a hardy laugh. He stuck his hand out and said, "You have a deal my friend" and the two men shook on it.
Dabi vs. Diavolo and Father Pucci
"Now tell me," Dabi spoke, "How did you make past those flames? You have a teleportation Quirk or something?"
"Not quite" Diavolo responded, still behind Dabi's back, "But that's all you're allowed to know. Anything else will get you killed."
"Now let me ask you a question," Pucci spoke a distance away from the both of them. "Why do you continue to use your flames, though they cause extreme pain to you? Have you ever trained to properly control them?"
"Does that really concern you?", he snarked back.
"There's a part of you that remains hidden to the rest of the world. Your hidden potential, one that would make your name feared, admired, respected."
"No thanks, not interested." Dabi responded with his hand igniting in a blue fire, getting ready to unleash another flare. Just when he was about to fire his flames, Pucci pulled something out of his pocket.
It was a circular, silver object, with a hole in the middle of it. It had the word DISC on it. On that DISC, seemed to be a picture of water, with steam coming off of the water. Pucci threw the DISC in the direction of Dabi's flames.
Upon contact with the fire, the DISC gave way for what seemed to be the steaming water on the cover, putting out the fire and landing on Dabi's arms. He retracted his hands, who had just suffered an extreme burn. He looked up to find that Diavolo was standing right next to Father Pucci, though he was behind him a second ago.
"You admire Stain, take his ideals as your own, correct?"
"Why should I tell you?", Dabi yelled, dealing with the pain of his burns
"You yearn for a world where people can use their Quirks without repercussions, one where you can stand on top and not worry about the consequences of your actions? But what if you were able to know that you can and will see yourself standing on top of the world, knowing nobody could take you off your throne? Join us, and we can make that world your fate."
Dabi hesitated, grappling with the pain he had from his burns. "You can take your effort and shove it up your-" as he said that, he felt a light blow to the head, enough to knock him out. Before closing his eyes, he saw Diavolo looking over him, his and with a red aura emanating around him.
"Good, you didn't overdo it," Pucci spoke to Diavolo, both with stern expressions on their faces.
Twice vs. Funny Valentine
"You know, you got a pretty nice haircut there. My goodness, it's hideous!," Twice dually remarked towards his enemy, standing there with a calm and collected expression.
He was a tall and lean figure, with a bright, purple layer of clothing, including his belt, boots, pants and shirt. A pink, unbuttoned coat rested on top of his purple clothing. The ends of the coat gave way frilled garments at the arms and neck. The man also had bright pink and purple gloves, with what seemed to be a constant square pattern. His most notable feature, however, was his hair, which was a nice, lush blonde that came down in strands. At the end of those strands, the hair curled, which made a circle in the hair towards the end, as if it were a wig.
"I appreciate your comments, but believe me when I say that it will be the last of your concerns," he spoke. "Your name is Jin Bubaigawara, but they call you Twice, correct?"
"Yeah, that's correct. How did YOU get that information?!"
"That does not matter. In fact, it shouldn't even bother you. Your identity is what's bothering you, correct?"
"Quit stalling around and tell me your name already!"
"You may call me Funny Valentine. In a past time, I was the President of the United States of America," he remarked.
"Sorry, I only remember hearing about Washington and Roosevelt. Besides, what's an American leader doing in this slum of Japan?"
"Tell me, you seem like the kind of person who is dedicated to his friends. You could even go as far as to say your 'patriotic'?"
"What's it matter to you?"
"See, I too share that patriotism, but for my country. And you...you wouldn't want to see yourself or any of your friends in pain, correct?"
"Yeah...but why do you care?"
"And your friend Magne...such a shame her death was…she went down too easily..."
"Ok buster, I'm done talking! It's time to get your face pummeled in!" Twice began to run forward, pulling the measuring tape out of his costume. As he said that, the ground from underneath them had a goop coming out, coming to form a figure, no several. Those figures seemed to have taken the shape of Himiko Toga, each with their own knives and backpacks. There were four, no eight clones, each with an equal amount of bloodlust.
"So that's how you choose to play the game? Very well." Valentine pulled out a piece of red and white fabric. He took his time, unfolding the cloth until you could see red and white stripes, with a blue corner, and a circle of stars. It was an old American flag, with ripping and shredding, as if it were its own soldier. He lifted the flag up, letting catch in the wind behind him, before kneeling with the flag, still in his hands. He let the rest of his body fall to the ground and let the flag fall on him.
The flag however, seemed to have fallen flat on the ground, as if a person wasn't underneath it. The clones stood in confusion, their excitement keeping them on high alert. The flag began to emit bright yellow light beams out of it, and figures emerged from within the fabric. There were four, six, seven, EIGHT Funny Valentines, each possessing a united, yet divided conscience.
"Didn't they teach you, boy, that I was involved in the Civil War?" The main Valentine spoke, leading the front of the pack of Valentines behind him, charging right towards their opponents.
For each combatant, the scenario was the same: the Toga clones jumped, leaning their knives towards their prey. The Valentines were able to block by grabbing their arms, and forcing the knives away from their hands, and with support of the other hand, brought down with a hard slam. As the Togas came into contact with the ground, the goop that brought their forms began to break apart, becoming one with the ground again.
"It seems I found your rough spot," the main Valentine responded, taking out a handkerchief to wipe the excess goop that sat on his pristine face. "I simply commented on your friend, and you blew up and attacked. You care about your friends so much that you won't stand anyone who brings harm to them or their memory."
As Valentine was speaking, the original Twice was running towards Valentine, the anger in his face as hot as the tears in his eyes. A few meters away, Valentine pulled the flag he had off the ground, and a figure emerged from within it.
This new figure had a wide stature, with arms showing slight muscles in her arms and legs. She wore a red shirt on top of a white V-neck, long with a belt and blue jeans and plain brown shoes. In her hand, she held a big block, with a blue N and red S on opposite ends, as if it were a magnet.
The figure thrusted the pillar in Twice's direction, sending him flying in the opposite direction, further away from Valentine, thudding on the ground before hitting the wall.
"Was...was…," Twice gasped for breath, "Was that Magne?"
"Your own Big Sis Magne," Valentine responded, draping the flag over Magne, "I brought her here just so you could see her again."
"But..but why did you send her back? You know she's gonna get killed right?!"
"Like I said, you just get to see a glimpse of her. She will be fated to die in every alternate dimension I travel through. Of course, I can bring her back in one piece."
"What...what do I need to do?"
"It's quite simple. All you need to do is devote your allegiance to me as well as your friends, and do what I ask, when I ask of it."
"Fine...deal," and with that, Twice curled up, trying to process the events that had precipitated around him.
Shigaraki vs. DIO
Shigaraki was not doing well on holding his ground with the blonde vampire. From the little he could see out of his blood red eyes and the hand on his face, the menace standing on the other side still had not taken a hit. He stood slightly leaned back and maintained the cocky smile he still had on earlier.
Damn, he's fast, Shigaraki thought to himself, sliding to regain ground and energy. I gotta get one hit in and make it count!
He ran forward, his hand sitting near the ground, fingers bent, charging for an attack. But before he made it towards his target, he leapt up with great force, and immediately dove towards DIO. His hands seemed to have a drak, purple aura forming around them, carrying what seemed to be the intent to destroy. He was returning to the ground, DIO not moving a muscle in defense or attack, and he was five feet away...four feet… three...two...one, time to strike!
Except once he reached the ground, DIO hadn't seemed to have disappeared, nowhere within Shigaraki's peripheral vision.
"Look up," DIO commanded whilst Shigaraki glided his sight up. It was there he saw DIO, his smile still as smug and wide as ever. But his leg...his leg's skin began to crack, almost as if it was dry. I began to spread towards his kneecaps, and his shin.
"Looks like my Decay still hit you," Shigaraki gloated, a creepy smile forming on his face, but it would be wiped off his face soon enough.
As DIO levitated in the air, the cracks in his legs were filling themselves up, healing the scars that remained before Decay had the chance to take full effect. And within seconds, there was no evidence that Shigaraki's Quirk had taken effect.
"What?!" Shigaraki questioned intensely, "How did he nullify my Quirk?!"
"My, my. I must congratulate you. You're the second person to land a hit on me, even as I put my guard up. But I don't have to worry. My regeneration abilities allow me to heal myself, faster, stronger, and better than ever!"
"Cocky bastard" Shigaraki smirked.
"Now, it's my turn!" DIO ran forward, his hands cupped in a fist, ready to strike. And it was a flurry of strikes. Shigaraki was pummeled with blow after blow after blow. Even his guard wasn't enough to bear DIO's strikes, as it was broken with the first hit. That and his arms. DIO's hands had a yellow-white aura around, them with what seemed to be a yellow-white fist near his actual one. He let out a menacing cry as he continued to pummel Shigaraki to the ground.
MUDA, MUDA, MUDA, MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA!
And with that, Shigaraki collapsed on the floor from being blown back from the last punch, and DIO placed his foot on his back, a smile still as wide as ever.
"This is what I meant when I said you had no choice. However, I'm not ready to give you eternal damnation just yet. You see, you and your little lackeys possess something...abilities that could make you feared. You're chaos incarnate, but you still need a bit of guidance. With your mentor All for One locked up in his cellar, you have nowhere to run, nobody to turn to. You're all alone. I can help, and give you guidance. With our powers and minds, let us unite to plunge the world into a kingdom of darkness, you and I sitting on its throne! What do you say?"
Shigaraki was in no position to oppose. Saying no at this point would get himself pummeled further to his grave. Not to mention, a force like DIO's could be seen as a huge advantage to his own forces.
"Very well," Shigaraki responded, "I'll join you, but just so we're clear, we're working together, you and I, both the bosses."
"Alright, you have yourself a deal. And with that, Shigaraki found himself lifted up, and DIO standing on top of a crate, preparing to give a speech
"Comrades, I have stricken a deal with Shigaraki concerning our alliance. The League of Villains shall be working with us to achieve our goals of power and dominance. Together, we shall vanquish the Joestar bloodline and put humanity under our control!"
Once he calmed down from that high note, he continued, "Now feel free to make yourselves comfortable. We have plenty more to discuss and figure out. In the meantime, get something to cover up the rest of the windows. We can't allow anyone or anything to get here, including the Sun itself."
