Ch. 6

The Heroes outside the Agency stood in shock of the small exchange of blows which had just occurred. Deku looked down on his Hero costume, his sides having claw marks which tore the clothing. His skin was still intact, but it was a close call.

"Are you alright?" Jonathan asked Deku in a fatherlike and gentlemanly manner.

"Yeah," he responded, "I'm alright. It's just my clothes. I'll be fine."

"Dammit!", Old Joseph swore, "Where did that son of a bloodsucker go?"

"We can't do anything about that now," Jotaro responded, "But Wang Chan wasn't the only one. Looks like we got company." He turned to his side and pointed to the street that laid behind to a gruesome sight.

When the rest of the group looked in the direction, they were met with numerous purple portals floating right above the grey pavement. Among those portals, numerous zombies of different genders, heights, physiques, and features. All of them shared a pale, green color, but for some it was darker than others. And as they emerged from their portals, they walked in a manner that the undead on a TV show would appear.

"OH MY GOD! Joseph yelled at the top of his lungs, his eyes gazing upon the mass crowd of Undead which laid ahead of the group.

"Zombies!" Jonathan called out.

"You mean all the people Dio kidnapped…" Giorno began to speak before he was interrupted.

"Have been turned into lifeless Zombies," Jotaro said.

Deku's face began to drip with shock at this realization.

They're zombies...dead…

"You mean we can't save them? Bring them back to life?" he asked.

"Even if I used Crazy Diamond," Josuke spoke slightly meekly, "I couldn't bring them back to life."

"So we either let them run around undead," Jotaro continued, "Or we put them out of their misery right here, right now."

"But seriously," Josuke continued, "These guys are giving me the heebie jeebies."

"Oh quit your whinin!" Bakugo yipped back, "They look pretty weak if you ask me! In fact I think I'll try something on them!"

As the smug Bakugo made his way in front of the invading, undead force, he slowly raised one of his hands parallel to the ground. The palm of his hand was facing down to the ground, meaning the features of his grenade gauntlets were facing up. He moved his other towards the top of his other brace, which was a much smaller pin on his grenade. He uncurled his index finger, wrapped it around the pin, and turned his head back around to talk to those behind him.

"I'm gonna blast these Zombies back into their graves. The street's big enough to where the explosion shouldn't damage any of the buildings."

"Now, you zombies," he turned his head to the enemies in front of him, "GO BACK TO YOUR GRAVES!" Bakugo pulled the pin that was on his gauntlet. A small yellow and orange light began to glow from within the hole of the bracer. He changed his stance to where he spread his legs out, slightly crouched, preparing for what happened next.

From within the hole of the gauntlet, a huge spiral of explosive fire fanned out across the street. It shot forth with surging heat, and the zombies which came into its contact began to disintegrate. Their forms corroded to nothing but dust on the ground. The fire seemed to move out to the rest of the street, and the flames sizzled out right in front of the building that turned onto the intersect.

When the smoke from the explosion settled, the group took a good look at the aftermath. Many of the Zombies had turned to dust as the wind blew their ashes off the streets. And not a single building was charred.

"Well that takes care of that," Bakugo said, happy of the job he had taken care of. But the festivities would not last for long. For once again, the purple portals that sent the first wave of Zombies out re-emerged, with even grotesque undead emerging from them as well.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me," Bakugo grunted as it seemed his effort was for naught.

In the back of the new army, a portal emerged larger than those of the smaller troops, yet remained hidden to the eyes of the Heroes. From within that portal emerged a figure of goliath size, at least compared to the size of the others. His immense, buff stature was drenched in blue, with some oozing some liquid running down his body. On his hands spiked small claws. His body was bare, except for a piece of clothing around his pelvic region, a metallic chest plate, a scarf around his head...and a piece of cloth that covered his head. The cloth bulged and spiked out continuously, as if whatever was inside of it was begging for freedom. The only source where it could emerge was a hole in the cloth, that for some reason, the spikes seemed to miss. Funny enough, despite the constant position-changing, the red-and-white hat that sat on his head stayed in place.

Once outside the portal and on the ground, the Zombie let out a howling roar, before jumping up high in the sky, right over the zombie soldiers which stood in front of him. As he made his descent back onto the ground, the hole in his cloth let the monster's eye view the one and only target it had in mind: Bakugo.

Once he was closer to the ground, the Zombie started raising his right hand, almost as if he was making a swiping motion. The Heroes on the ground weren't quick enough to realize the threat literally crashing down upon them. Deku felt a slight suspicion of danger course through his mind, so he made a loud warning to his friend in front.

"Kaachan, Watch out! Above you!" he yelled. Everyone else looked up to find a figure falling on top of them. But by the time they did, it was too late. The large Zombie hit the ground with a massive, thudding impact, the right arm he was swinging making its descent and moved like a pendulum, grabbing Bakugo by the neck in the process. Its large fingers easily wrapped around the struggling Hero's neck. It wasn't enough force to strangle him, but it was enough to temporarily immobilize him.

"Damnit…," Bakugo yelled with the little energy he had left from the monster's tightening grip, "Let go…" As the monster's left hand began to slowly creep its way towards Bakugo's face, Bakugo's right hand was charging an explosion . He quickly moved it up and let out a small blast, enough to temporarily stun the monster to free himself, and then burn the fabric and hat that sat on his head.

For a few seconds, the monster covered his face, while Bakugo used a few explosions to send himself backwards, returning back to the group.

"You good?" Josuke checked in with Bakugo.

"Yeah," he responded, "But something tells me this guy wants some more."

"Oh…" the monster growled, "You dare blow the face of Doobie, loyal servant of Dio?! You will pay for this with your blood!"

UA Academy Dorms

Todoroki struggled to break free of the tongue which coiled around his body. Meanwhile, Adams was laughing his tailbone off at the situation he put the Heroes in.

Mina had acid swirling in her hands, its solubility levels pretty high. She let that acid shoot forth towards the zombie. But Adams' tongue moved Todoroki to the planned site of impact, on the zombie's left side.

The acid corroded the simple nightclothes Shoto had on, his skin burning as it finally broke his heated epidermis came into contact with his dermal tissue. He let out screams of pain and agony as Adams' cackles continued to roar the air.

Meanwhile, having his head turned towards Ashido's direction, Narancia had pulled out the pocketknife he had on his personnel. He began running with a raging yell.

"LET TODOROKI GO!"

"No Narancia!" Both Fugo and Momo called out, "Don't!"

Adams heard the hot-blooded teen's war cry, and shifted his stance to meet him. Narancia began to take his hand carrying the knife in his hand, preparing to make a slicing motion, as if he were opening a letter. As the knife came down to strike...all of a sudden, a captured and skin-burned Todoroki was in front of Narancia, whose hand came soaring down in altitude until…

SLICE! The knife slit a part of Todoroki's right shoulder, a clean cut. The anger on Narancia's face shifted straight into one of shock and realization of what happened. Shoto winced in the intense pain, and Narancia immediately dropped position back a few steps. It was at this point Adams let out the loudest laugh he had made so far.

"Well ain't this a nifty situation?" he spoke, "It's no wonder you Heroes aren't out on the streets. Your teacher's down, your strongest are screaming in pain. HAHA! You have no options to attack me from behind, and anything in front will only hurt your friend here! You call yourselves Heroes and you can't even save him?! You're all worthless! JUST GIVE UP YOUR LIVES, YOU MISERABLE PIECES OF-"

All of a sudden, something wrapped around Adams' neck, continuing to rotate itself around the Zombie's throat. Part of the string holding these objects wrapped around the monster's tongue. Once the momentum of the object gave out, they rested upon the Zombies chest. They looked to be a set of clackers with the letter J on them.

"Huh?" Adams questioned. These clacker balls then began to sparkle and crackle in sort of like an orange electricity, and now he began to scream in pain, as parts of his body began to corrode and melt away, cutting his tongue off and freeing Shoto.

As he was released from the weakened tongue's grasp, he put his hand on his shoulder and took a look at the broken window to find someone else standing outside the glass. He wore a very cocky smile and had another pair of clackers twirling around in his hand.

"I don't think they're interested in your offer, you hideous zombie!" A young Joseph Joestar called out to the menace which continued to scream in the pain of the Hamon which the clackers inflicted on him.
