Condensate rolled down the ice sphere as the top continued to give off steam. That was the closest thing to a sound the nearby Heroes could hear. Momo's screaming had not been heard for minutes on end.
The looks on the students' faces were bleak. As Iida took off his helmet, his eyes began to water. Tears had begun to roll down some of their eyes, while others were fighting the battle of trying to hold them in, while Okuyasu was crying all of Niagara Falls every two seconds. Fugo and Joseph were muttering swears of frustration and inability under their breath every few seconds.
"Damn it, Fugo!" Fugo muttered, "You can't keep hesitating! You're effectively useless if you can't use your Stand, and it's gotten your friend killed!"
Lisa Lisa had a look of solace and remained silent, making their way over to where some of the students stood. As Uraraka hugged Tsuyu as they both let their tears roll, Lisa Lisa put her hands on their shoulders.
"Momo Yaoyorozu was no doubt a very powerful Hero," Lisa Lisa said, giving the both of them a hug.
For minutes on end, tears as heavy as rain flowed out of everyone's eyes quicker, their sobs only a chorus of sadness.
"It's all right, it's all right," she continued, "Now is the time for mourning."
crack…
"DIO's not gonna get away with this!" Joseph yelled at the top of his lungs, "And we gotta knock IcyHot back into his senses! I mean what kind of bastard just kills his friend like that?!"
"Calm Joseph," Lisa Lisa said, "This is a feeling all too familiar to me. But we must keep moving forward. Now stand up."
crack…crack…
As she guided Tsuyu and Uraraka onto their feet, she began to wipe the tears off of their faces.
"The grief you feel for your friend's passing is deep. But you must not buckle under it."
Crack!
"You must use that grief and channel it into your resolve."
Crack! Crack!
"Your resolve to fight in your friend's name. For only then can you complete the task of delivering justice they started."
As the tears dried off of their faces, the students again had that look of determination they had when they took control of the ordeal thrown onto them.
"Yeah!" Urarka and Tsuyu said, with a mix of renewed happiness and determination on his face.
"We can only honor her by fighting in her name," Iida proclaimed, "So let's carry our dear friend Yaoyorozu's memory as we finish what she started."
"Well alright then," Joseph exclaimed, "Let's go kick that bastard's a-"
CRASH!
The sphere of ice suddenly split open down the circumference, a few of the shards scattering around (some of which hit Joseph on the head). As the halves fell down and began to melt, everyone saw a double-pointed metal spear with large ice picks at the end. And holding that ice pick staff was the sphere's prisoner in a large, tattered and torn, silver fire suit.
"Yaoyorozu!" Iida exclaimed, "Is it really you?!"
The figure stayed silent as it dropped the pick staff on the ground and their hands moved to remove the helmet. As it was taken off and dropped to the ground, the face of Momo tattered with burns was visible to all who saw her, and the spiky ponytail of hair she normally had in the back was reduced to cinders. Her face was a palette of white, cindered black, and patches of her skin were ripped to show pink, yet her eyes still sparkled the same black onyx shade they always were.
"Yeah, I'm still here."
"Yaoyorozu!" Tsuyu exclaimed in joy, and she and Uraraka ran up to their friend and excitedly gave their friend a hug. Even though Yaoyorozu embraced them with the same levels of joy, she quickly seethed in pain upon contact.
"Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch!" she repeated quickly as her friends' embrace sent the pain from the burns into overdrive.
"Yikes!" Uraraka shouted as the two of them backed up a few feet, "Are you ok?!"
"Yeah, I'm fine, it's nothing," she said, "It's just some of the flames hurt like crazy."
"YAOYOROZU!" Kirishima and Okuyasu yelled at the top of their lungs. Okuyasu made a swiping motion with his right hand as his Stand brought their friend close to them as quickly as possible, while she uttered a surprised "Woah!"
As they let out their sorrows and desperations they embraced her in what was effectively a bear hug.
"We missed you so much!" Okuyasu yelled.
"We thought you were a goner, man!" Kirishima followed up.
"Owww..." Momo was getting annoyed at this point, "I'm alright, but–" her words and the hugs were interrupted by Lisa Lisa's red scarf gently wrapping around Momo's body and pulling her away from the boys.
"Give her some space boys" Lisa Lisa yelled. "Is the rest of your body burned?"
"A bit, yes," Momo slowly removed the bottom half of the heat suit to show the palette of pink, cinder, and white was visible all over her skin.
"But how in the world did you even survive?!" Joseph asked, finally reawakening from the injuries of the ice.
Removing the rest of the suit, Momo took a moment to recollect her experiences as she began to recount her harrowing tale of survival…
"...you have to wake up and remember, Shoto! You're a hero! You're supposed to save people!"
"I...remember…"
"You're right, Momo...I am... supposed to save people…"
"...Globus Glaciei!"
Once I was encased in the sphere, she began to tell, I noticed the little hole that was at the bottom. If his goal was to trap me in order to use his flames, it wouldn't make sense to not have some entry point for the fire.
"Now to cleanse your spirit and your sins from this world! FLAMMAE MORTIS!"
I didn't have much time to fully analyze all my ideas, but I knew if I was going to survive I would need to come up with some sort of resistance to the fire. A suit seemed like the best option. I barely managed to put it on in time as the flames began to burn. Putting on the helmet is what caused the screaming to stop. Those flames still burned as I had the suit on, and they were hot to the point that I had to create a second one right underneath it.
"Consider the death of your friend a warning…Thankfully, her soul will still rest in Heaven...Campus Cineris!"
Once Todoroki left the scene, the flames had begun to stop burning. Once the sphere was at a bearable temperature, I began to work on an ice pick to help chip away at the ice. It didn't help that I was going from extreme cold to heat back to cold again, and it made the burns worse…but eventually I made it out of the ice.
"I should have heard you sooner Lisa Lisa," Momo said, "I thought I would be able to reach Todoroki, but it was a fruitless effort." She was beginning to stagger in her walk before falling,
"Do not blame yourself," Lisa Lisa as she tried to heal the burns present on her skin, "You managed to surprise and temporarily capture him, and managed to figure your way out of a near-fatal situation. The power to think on your feet and act on the go is difficult, but as a Hero, you seem to be a natural."
"Thank you," Momo passively responded, as the last bit of consciousness exited her body, as she rested in a temporary slumber.
"These burns though," Lisa Lisa said, "Are not going away entirely. Seems the difference between Hamon healing and Heaven power is too big a gap to fill."
"Is everything alright?!" came a voice from around the corner. From it, Josuke, Giorno, Kakyoin, and Old Joseph emerged, running with the utmost haste.
"Josuke!" Okuyasu yelled, "We're over here!"
Once they made it over, they found Okuyasu pointing to Lisa Lisa, who was holding a barely-conscious and burned Momo.
"Woah, Yaoyorozu," Giorno frantically asked, "Are you OK?!"
"Ugggh, Seriously," the young Joseph asked, "What is it with everyone asking if she's ok?! It's as if the author can't come up with any better dialogue! Not to mention I got hit with ice and haven't been asked about my health once!"
"Let it go, younger me," Old Joseph said, putting his hand on his younger self's shoulder, "The girl seems to have gone through a harrowing experience. You'll live after a couple of bonks on the head."
Josuke went over to Momo as he summoned Crazy Diamond. With a touch of his Stand's hand, the burns on her body were beginning to disappear as they healed, her hair growing close to its former state, albeit a bit shorter.
After a few seconds, Momo's eyes slowly began to open once more. She looked to find that her body was completely healed from the wounds and burns she had suffered.
"Oh wow," Momo exclaimed, "It's as if I didn't get burned in the first place."
"You can thank Crazy Diamond for that," Josuke said as his pink and metal Stand was still visible, "His healing ability is top-notch."
"And here's Josuke to fill in that Heaven-Hamon gap," Lisa Lisa exclaimed
"Amazing…although, my hair does feel a bit shorter," she laughed a little bit. Everyone began to laugh a little bit as Josuke replied, "Well what's one less follicle?"
"So Lisa Lisa," Kakyoin asked after he finished laughing, "What exactly happened?"
"Todoroki was possessed by his injury from the Zombies," Lisa Lisa responded, "He trapped Momo in a sphere of ice and attempted to incinerate it after fighting the rest of us. He took off once he thought the job was done, and we haven't seen him since."
"I see…" Kakyoin said, his eyes viewing the whiteness of the formerly red moon, "Well, based on his ascension, he'll be bound to meet with the other possessed entities."
"Hang on," Uraraka said, "Josuke, When Kirishima got possessed, didn't you and Mr. Jotaro use something on him to undo the effects?"
"Yeah, I used Crazy Diamond's healing abilities," Josuke answered, "And Jotaro used his Corpse Part."
"The Corpse Part?"
"The nine parts which make up the Saint's Corpse," Lisa Lisa chimed in, finally getting up from aiding in Momo's rest, "With very little erosion affecting it, the body of a two millennia-old saint is said to contain a massive power."
"We once had eight of the nine parts in our possession, each of the Joestars holding onto them," Kakyoin added on to what was said.
"But then DIO took most of them away from us," the young Joseph exclaimed, a bit more solemn than excited, "then sent us here to rot before he ultimately takes the last part."
"Jotaro holds the body of the corpse, and as of this moment, it's the only thing capable of wiping out the Anomalies that took possession of everyone." The older Joseph added on. "So without him here we can't do anything."
"Well then," Okuyasu questioned, "What are we going to do?!
"Hold on," Momo spoke, "We may not have the Corpse Part…but what if we were able to distract them until Jotaro could use his?"
"How would that work?"
Few distant explosions filled the ears of the group as they began to see different parts of the view erupt in pillars of flame and be swallowed by large ice structures.
"OH MY GOD!" The older Joseph erupted in a reaction of his own. "Looks like they're already paving the road to DIO's new world…"
"That isn't good!" the younger one responded.
"Uh Momo," Kirishima hastily started talking, "If you have an idea, I think now would be a good time to tell us before we all end up as piles of ash!"
"Right," Momo's answer was filled with nothing but bold determination and without hesitance. She began to lay out in detail her ideas in attempting to take the Anomalies down. It seemed as though the Heroes were ready to close the curtains on the Grand Entrance…

Midoriya still had his arms guarding his face as he quickly realized the change in scenery. As he put them down, his face, along with Hawks' was riddled with confusion.
Upon looking up, he found what was a yellow ceiling with a large glass dome at the top, a window into the outside apartments of the alleyway near the Joestar Agency. Turning around, he found himself on a red, L-shaped couch, with two smaller red sofas and a regular wooden chair nearby. The room was dawned a nice beige while the part of the walls closest to the floor had dark brown woodwork.
"Zero seconds," Jotaro said as he was walking to the fridge, "I must say, this room is actually quite nice. No wonder the Old Man didn't want to leave."
"Uh Mr. Jotaro," Deku inquired, "Where exactly are we?"
As he finished opening it, he grabbed two cans of soda and tossed them to Deku and Hawks respectively.
"Thanks!" Hawks said nonchalantly as he opened it up and began to drink. Deku followed suit right after.
"To put it simply," Jotaro responded, "We're inside a turtle."
Deku spit whatever cola was in his mouth at a violent velocity onto the floor immediately after the statement resonated with. Hawks, meanwhile, kept chugging on.
"We're what?!" Deku exclaimed in utter confusion.
"Rather, we're inside a pocket dimension created by a turtle. Follow me." Jotaro raised his hand towards the ceiling and in a moment's notice, he disappeared.
As Hawks was finishing up his drink, he too raised his hand and vanished outside of the room, and soon after, a confused Midoriya did the same.
Back on the alleyways…
As he returned to the scene of the fight that just transpired, he saw that Endeavor had disappeared, but the flames from his attacks still remained burning on different parts of the street. His attention immediately turned to the alleyway, where he saw a green turtle, with a valley on his back, on which a golden key with a red jewel sat.
"This," Jotaro began to explain as he pointed to the turtle, "Is Coco Jumbo. The key's jewel on its back creates a pocket dimension, a 'room inside the turtle' that people can access."
Midoriya bent down to get a closer look at the key's jewel to find the room he was previously in, tinted with a shade of red.
"Ok, so that explains where we went," Hawks spoke up, throwing the can of soda he had in a nearby trash can, "but how did both we and that turtle cross the road?"
"Yeah, last I remember," Midoriya added on, "Endeavor had fired a large wall of flames at us. Wait, Mr. Jotaro, did you use your time stop ability?"
"That I did," Jotaro responded, "And I had a bit more than 5 seconds this time around."
The relative silence was harshly interrupted by loud and distant explosions as pillars of flames and ice erupted in the distance.
"It seems as though the Anomalies are finally starting to cause chaos."
"And to think Shoto's with them," Midoriya said.
"It's a good thing your Agency showed up Jotaro," Hawks mentioned, "Otherwise dealing with this new threat might have been a lot more difficult."
"Don't thank us yet," Jotaro said, putting Coco back into his pocket, "It's partially because of us that this threat exists."
"I figured as much," the #2 Hero responded, "All of a sudden a Villain shows up the second a new Hero Agency does. It does seem a bit suspicious." An intense staring contest had begun between the two.
"I'll explain more at a later point," Jotaro said, "But believe me when I say we wouldn't come here on purpose just to cause trouble. At least, not the Heroes at my Agency." He blinked as he heard something within his ear.
Jotaro, a voice on his intercom came on, Can you hear me?
"Loud and clear, Old Man," Jotaro responded, "There's no need to yell. So what's up?"
We met up with Lisa Lisa and my younger self, Joseph continued, And they came into contact with one of the Anomalies.
"It was Shoto, right?" Jotaro questioned, "Your younger self already said so earlier. Is he still there?"
No, he took off right before we got here. But we came up with a plan to lure the Anomalies out so you can use your Corpse Part. Putting it simply, we'll distract them until you guys get here.
"Sounds like a plan," Jotaro responded, "We'll be on our way." He turned his attention towards Hawks and Midoriya, giving instructions.
"They're on the other side of the city, due south."
"Right, let's move," Midoriya said as he began to run while Hawks flapped his wings and took to the skies. Jotaro, while walking, took the time to make some calls of his own on the earpiece.
"Jolyne, Gappy," he said, "We need you too to meet us on the South side of the city. I'll send the coordinates shortly."
Understood! Gappy replied enthusiastically
On our way! Jolyne followed suit in response.
As they made their way across the city, viewing all the carnage that lay wake as the Anomalies, Jotaro received another message, this time from Kakyoin.
Jotaro, any update from Jonathan? I haven't been able to reach him.
"That's because Dio took him and Bakugo…and based on the light he emitted… "
The scene shifts to the Joestar Mansion, 1888
Jonathan and Bakugo stare from the ground floor at the railings of the upstairs to find two figures squatting, their figures darkened by the shadow of the moonlight, but their white smiles ever so visible and ominous.
"We may not be entirely disconnected from our world as we originally thought."
