Chapter 3: The Turncoat vs the Iron Menace
Peter was on his back, on the cold and unforgiving concrete, while looking up at Tony Stark in a new Armoured suit, with more silver metal on it.
"It's been a while, Mr. Stark," Peter said, getting back on his feet and removing the metal rope around his waist.
"You're a very difficult person to find, kid."
"Maybe that's for the best."
"You're done kid, but don't worry, I'll send your Aunt a postcard to her while you're in jail!" Stark yelled as he pointed his repulsors at the kid.
"That's what you said the last for 4 times, Mr. Stark!" Spider-Man said as he webbed Tony's Helmet.
He then pounced on Iron Man, knocking him to the ground. But Tony got back up quickly, grabbed Spider-Man by the leg, and threw him in the bank.
"You wanted me out of the bank now you want me back in the bank, make up your mind already!"
Spider-Man then used his webs to web a bench and throw it at Iron Man, but he caught it at the last moment, only to see Spider-Man kick him to a wall and webbing him up. But Iron Man quickly got out of it and tried to punch Spider-Man, but Spider-Man threw a fire hydrant at him, damaging his armor. Iron Man then rushed up to SPider-Man head butting him and throwing him up a building. Spider-Man quickly got back up and swung to Iron Man and punching up straight in his jaw, creating a dent on Iron Man's helmet, forcing Tony to toss it on the concrete ground.
"That's my queue to leave!" Spider-Man said, climbing up a roof.
Iron Man then fired a repulsor blast at Spider-Man, making him fall to the ground, but Spider-Man then kicked Irom Man in the bank and broke one of his repulsor gloves.
Iron Man and Spider-Man then were placing and dodging well-placed blows at the other, but Spider-Man then finally had enough and kicked him to a nearby Neighborhood and breaking the last repulsor hand.
Police cars then came swarming at the bank, surrounding the two costumed persons, and one man with white hair, blue eyes, police suit, and tie came out of the car with a megaphone and shouted, "On the behalf of the NWPD and the good people of New York City, I order you to put your hands up and walk to us slowly!"
"Ah shit, don't go anywhere Pete or else," Tony commanded Peter. "It's okay Captain Stacy, I got this thing under control."
"Well, from what it looks like from my perspective, you were trying to fight Spider-Man, when in reality, you should've gone after those bank robbers."
"Thanks for proving my point, Mr. Stacy!" Spider-Man shouted towards Captain Stacy.
"You, zip it!" Stark snapped at Peter.
"Actually, the kid is right, you're free to go Spidey!" Captain Stacy yelled towards Spidey.
"Whoa, thanks, Mr. Stacy!"
"No, you're not." Stark said, rushing over to him.
But then, Captain Stacy signaled his men and pointed their guns at Stark and shouted, "Back off Stark, don't make me tell you again!"
Tony was surprised by this aggression by the Police, but he had no choice but to say out loud, "This isn't over, you wall-crawling-"
"Now now, watch the mouth, there are children present." Spider-Man said as he swung up a building and shot webs at Iron Man's Helmet.
5 Minutes Later
Spider-Man came through his window back into his apartment. He took off his suit and took a good long look at it. It was badly damaged by the cops and Stark, but luckily, he has a few spares.
Someone then knocked on his door and Peter quickly tossed his suit in his closet and fixed his hair. He opened the door and was shocked to see that same white-haired Police Officer on his doorstep.
"Mr. Parker, I'm Captain Goerge Stacy, and I'm with the NWPD."
"Oh, is there anything I can help you with Mr. Stacy?"
"Peter, it's me." Said a woman with black hair, glasses, and a saddened smile.
"...Aunt May, I-"
"We know, both of us." She said as she gave him a hug, which Peter gladly accepted.
During the hug, Peter looked at Captain Stacy, and the old-looking man gave him a nod, and they both knew that his secret was safe.
