Captain Stacy and Yui Watanabe got out of their vehicle and the ditch. The gun was still in the car.
"You okay, Stacy?"
Stacy took several deep breaths before answering.
"Yeah...I'm gonna need to walk this off,"
Yui smiled, seeing that her partner was okay, but frowned when asked by Captain Stacy, "Where's the kid?"
Then, they both heard several tree branches and twitches snap, as something was getting close to them. The paranoid officer, Yui, got out the gun from the back of the car and aimed at the source of the noise.
"Do you even know how to fire that thing?" Captain Stacy was worried, and he got out his gun from his holster.
"There's a first time for everything." She stated.
But, the figure is revealed to be Spider-Man, with his suit wet and torn.
"I have a lot to tell you," Spider-Man told them as they both lowered their guns.
"Peter was twisting his mask to soak out the water, saying, "And the guy dropped me down in the lake for me to drown," Peter finished his story.
"If they're trying to kill you, that means we're getting to them," Yui stated.
"Guess it's time for a new suit, luckily, you have some more at your place," Captain Stacy said, giving him a towel.
"You can say that again," Peter chuckled. "What happened to the van?"
"It got away, along with the weapons and the accomplices," Yui told him as Peter sighed in defeat.
"In the meantime, we can track down Arron Davis." George Stacy told them, with nods of an agreement following his suggestion.
"He has an address in Queens, so he'll be easy to find," Yui said, getting her phone out.
"Come on, I'll drop you off at home," George Stacy told Peter as he nodded.
Peter was at his apartment with Aunt May, getting done with his shower and getting dressed in his sleep clothes.
"So, this Vulture guy, what do you think he wants?" Aunt May asked, curious.
"It's either money, revenge or he's just crazy enough that he requires no other reason." Peter snarky replied.
"Well, whatever you do, at least you'll be able to have help from the police for once," May said cheerfully.
"But, the next time I go against Vulture, I'm gonna need to find out what to wear," Peter said as he was going through his closet for a new Spidey suit.
Peter was going through his closet when he found the perfect outfit; The one he wore is Wakanda but frowned when he discovered that he was running low on webs.
"Well, I'm gonna have to find some way to make more webs,"
"You can make them at school, could you?"
"Yeah, but since I'm not in school, I'm gonna have to break in and get the supplies I need to make them." Peter finished with a sigh.
"Oh, that won't be necessary," May said as he put a nice outfit in his hands.
Peter saw the outfit and he knew what was going on; "May, I-"
May walked off to pull out two chairs and said, "Peter, please sit."
Peter complied and May continued, "Peter Benjamin Parker, I know your work as Spider-Man demands much of your time and I couldn't be more proud of you," May smiled. "But, you also have to give yourself a life, and that starts with you going back to school."
"May-"
"Pete," May interrupted again as she put her hand on his shoulder. "Ben would've wanted you to not just succeed in your Superhero life, but to graduate and if you don't go to school more often, then you might miss out on that chance and you will regret it."
Peter pondered and said, "Okay, I'll go for both of you."
May's smile came back as she hugged him.
Peter was walking towards the familiar surroundings of his MidTown High School, seeing many people playing football outside or walking to their classes, but the one odd thing was that Peter didn't see his best and only friend, Ned Lee, and his locker was taken by another teen. He has brown hair, but looks to be dyed blond, hazel eyes, and exactly Peter's height.
"Excuse me," Peter came to him to the curiosity of the new owner of the locker. "But, do you know the guy that owns this locker?"
Ben Riley, the man who's been asked this question by Peter Parker, asked, "You're a new guy in a big place, aren't you?"
"I've been at this school before actually, but it's been about 5-6 months since I last was here," Peter told him.
"Well, the last guy that was here was a Ned something and he and his family were said to have moved to Missouri, I'm the official user of this locker."
Peter was silent for a moment until stuttering a thank you and walking off to the principal's office. Before going in, Peter put his head on the wall, with tears coming out of his eyes, but quickly wiped them away from his face.
"Did I do the right thing, pushing everyone away?" Peter muttered as he knocked on the door.
"Come in," Said the man behind the desk with surprise. "Peter Parker."
Peter closed the door and began to talk. "Sir, I believe I owe you a reason and an apology for leaving and-" Peter stopped as he saw the man bring out his hand, silencing him.
"Parker, you don't worry about a thing, I already know that there was the whole Stark Internship thing and it demanded some time away from school." He said, to Peter's confusion, but played it off like he was right.
"I'm sorry sir, but I feel like I need to worry about my grades and everything that I missed out on."
"As I said, nothing to worry, me and your teachers have decided to keep your grades as they were before you left," He said to Peter's relief. "However, because you missed your classes, some of your teachers are afraid that it might happen again, so in the meantime, there are a few things you will have to make up from your PAST classes and your schedule will have to be changed to."
Peter kinda expected that, but that doesn't mean that he likes it. But, he agreed with it and was given his schedule.
"Okay everyone, today we have a new student that will be joining our Bio Class," Said the teacher of this class, but with a twist; He has only one arm and hand. "This is Peter Parker."
Peter waved awkwardly and sat in his assigned seat, right next to an attractive blond in a green jacket, purple skirt, black shirt, brown boots, and crystal blue eyes.
