Toshinori had just been taking a nice evening stroll through the city when he noticed something strange going on near Dagobah Municipal Beach. Once a thriving resort, the beach had been under hard times due to trash build-up from negligence.

Making his way over, the blonde gaunt man could only gaze in amazement at the sight of Izuku and his friend's training. Izuku personally was levitating mountains of trash in purple gravitational fields but was clearly struggling to keep them aloft.

"Aki-Chan, now!"

"Got it!"

Akito rose a talisman with the kanji for 'Thunder' on it and dark clouds formed before a powerful bolt of lightning struck the mountains of garbage, reducing them to ashes in an instant.

Kurai opened up a compartment in her chest and lumped in a huge helping of trash inside before closing it. She shuddered slightly before her chest compartment opened up and deposited the trash, now compacted into a perfect cube.

"Sheesh, some people have all the luck!" Haruko laughed as she was lifting a whole-ass refrigerator on her back.

"Oh, Toshinori-San!" Izuku said excitedly when he recognized the man watching him and his friends. "Fancy meeting you here!"

"Young Midoriya...what exactly are you and your friends doing here?"

"A few months ago, we wanted to do some community service. We got a permit from the government to do so." Akito explained. "They get the beach clean and we get extra training preparing us for the UA Entrance Exam!"

"It is quite fortunate that Father implanted me with all sorts of custodial functions," Kurai said as she vaporized the trash cube she created with a plasma cannon from her wrist.

Toshinori had to admit just how dedicated these kids were. In fact, he had been hoping to run into them at some point in case one of them had wanted to talk more about [One For All].

"You kids remember what I talked to you about a week or so ago, yes?"

Izuku nodded. "Yeah, about how you need to find someone to inherit your Quirk."

"Well, after seeing you four kids and the determination you held in your eyes and now also seeing you cleaning this beach and restoring it to its former glory...I feel like one of you young ones might just be the successor I need."

"You mean...you want one of us to inherit your Quirk?" Haruko asked as Toshinori nodded.

"Yes, but I won't sugarcoat things. Whoever chooses to accept this, both a heavy burden but also a great honor will be bestowed upon you."

Izuku, Akito, Haruko, Chie, and Kurai all looked at each other, contemplating Toshinori's offer before one of them stepped forward.

"I'll take it. If I can go even further beyond...if I can help more people...I'll accept your power!"

Toshinori saw Haruko as she looked him straight in the eye and couldn't help but smile, almost seeing himself in her when he was her age.

"No hesitation. You honestly remind me of myself when I was that age." The Symbol of Peace chuckled. "And from what I've seen of you, you've definitely had time to build up the right body to handle the power. Now then..."

Seeing as how nobody was around, Toshinori buffed up into his All-Might Form and plucked out a single strand of his hair before holding it out to Haruko.

"...EAT THIS!"

Silence fell over the whole beach. Not even the seagulls squawked and even the waves seemed to be silent.

"Wut?"

"Sorry, in order for [One For All] to be passed down, the successor must ingest the previous user's DNA. I just figured a lock of hair was the least gross way to do so." All-Might sheepishly admitted.

"I already regret this..." Haruko groaned.

"We believe in you, Haru-Chan!" Izuku, Akito, and Chie said in unison.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger," Kurai said in her usual monotone while waving a small flag with Haruko on it.

The changes were not immediate after Haruko ate that lock of hair (and washed it down with a bottle of soda to get the taste of hair gel out). However, over time, the tan-skinned girl slowly began seeing new developments.

Her muscles, already finely toned from training with her friends, had seemed to become harder and firmer than before. She was able to move faster, lift more, and just felt more energized in general. It was like somebody had stuck a dynamo battery inside her and cranked it to the maximum.

Toshinori saw these developments himself and soon, it was time for Haruko to begin fully channeling [One For All].

"Alright, you need to be very careful, Young Arashi. The power of OFA can potentially destroy your body if you do not exercise complete control!" Toshinori warned.

"Duly noted."

Haruko took a stance and focused herself, taking a deep breath as she felt the energy flow through her body. She figured the best way to control it would be to disperse it evenly throughout every part of her, letting it flow without restriction.

"Alright, I think I got it...TAKE THIS!"

Throwing a powerful punch, Haruko surprised herself at the shockwave she generated which cut a clear line through the ocean. Chie whistled and took a picture with her phone to immortalize the moment.

Grunting in pain, Haruko fell to one knee and clutched her punching arm, feeling the muscles having torn themselves pretty badly despite how much she did to control the flow of power.

"Are you okay, Haru-Chan?" Izuku asked as golden pollen emitted from his hands with the [Heal-Heal Fruit] to undo the damage his friend had done to herself.

"Yeah, I just need to figure out how to properly control the flow. I got the idea for it down at least, just need a better execution..."

"Then it's a good thing I'm here to help."

The familiar voice made everyone turn to see Rayleigh himself there, the old semi-retired Pro smirking as he made his way over to his star pupils.

"Rayleigh-Sensei!" Izuku and Haruko exclaimed.

"You kids trained under Silvers Rayleigh?!" Toshinori asked in surprise.

Rayleigh, for his part, chuckled. "Toshi, been a while. How're things holding up for you these days?"

"T-They've been fine, sir."

"Heard from the grapevine that you got one of my kids to inherit your power. Well, Haruko was pretty much the obvious choice."

"You know about [One For All] too?" Chie asked.

"Are you kidding? I practically taught Toshi everything he knows! Well, I had some help as well..."

"Sir, PLEASE do not bring Gran Torino into this," Toshinori begged. "These kids shouldn't have to suffer the way I did!"

Rayleigh laughed. "Relax, Toshi! I'm not calling Sorahiko for this one. I'm helping you train these kids since you don't know jack about teaching!"

"This is true..."

"Wow, whoever manages to scare All-Might himself must be a heck of a guy," Haruko whispered to Izuku, who nodded.

With Rayleigh helping out in Haruko's training to properly harness [One For All], progress became much smoother. Soon, Haruko was able to safely harness 10% of OFA's power.

At one point, Kurai had brought up the possibility of hidden bodies, prompting Toshinori to contact his friend on the force, Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi, just in case. But it seemed corpses were one thing no one was desperate enough to dump on the beach. So the training passed without incident.

Soon, Dagobah Beach was completely spotless, with not a trace of trash in sight. The five kids all stood proudly as Toshinori and Rayleigh looked on, impressed at how far their young wards had gotten.

"I gotta say, I'm amazed. These kids don't do anything by halves, do they?" Toshinori said.

"Hehe, those brats wouldn't stop until they cleaned the whole ship," Rayleigh noted. "If only Roger could see 'em. He'd definitely like them for sure."

"I think we're ready to take on the UA Entrance Exam!" Chie proudly said.

"Yeah! Let's kick some butt!" Haruko cheered, punching her fist into her palm.

"I hope Himiko gets in with us..." Akito said.

"She will. She has been training in her own ways to better fit her style." Kurai pointed out.

Izuku for his part nodded his head silently, simply anticipating what the future would bring to him and his friends next as they officially began their journey to becoming the greatest Heroes in the world.

Sorry for the short-ass chapter, I promise the next one will be much longer! Yes, Haruko was going to be the one with One For All since Izuku already has the Superpower Lottery with the Devil Fruits and all that.
