The Surfers vs. Harlem Heat
Summary: This next match is a tag team match for the TDW Tag Team Championship between the current TDW Tag Team Champions Geoff and Brody The Surfers, and one of the greatest tag teams ever in former 10-time WCW Tag Team Champion Harlem Heat. ENJOY!
"Welcome back as we have the TDW Tag Team Titles on the line as The Surfers defend the gold against one of the greatest tag teams ever, Harlem Heat." Mauro Ranallo said to the camera.
"This is going to be one of the best tag team matches ever." Joey Styles said as the crowd was amped.
"This is live! Every Friday night and we are happy to be here with you to kick off the weekend right here on the Total Drama Network to present Total Drama Wrestling Challenge and let's go to the ring." Mauro Ranallo said as the bell sounded as Justin Roberts was in the ring.
"The following contest is a tag team contest, set for one-fall...and it is for the TDW Tag Team Championship!" Justin Roberts announced as "Rap Sheet" by Rene De Wael and Didier Leglise began to play as Stevie Ray and Booker T came out to cheers.
"Introducing first, the challengers...from 110th Street, in Harlem, New York...at a combined weight of 545 Pounds...they are former 10-time WCW World Tag Team Champions...Stevie Ray and Booker T... Harlem Heat!" Justin Roberts announced as Booker T and Stevie Ray high fived a few fans as they entered the ring.
"Welcome back!" The crowd chanted before "Bonfire" by Knife Party began to play.
"It is party time!" Joey Styles said as Geoff and Brody came out to loud cheers.
"Their opponents, at a combined weight of 506 pounds...they are the current TDW Tag Team Champions, Geoff Michaels, Brody Sharp, The Surfers!" Justin Roberts announced as they got into the ring as the bell sounded to start the match as Geoff and Booker T began the match for their teams.
"This tag team match is underway as Geoff Michaels and Booker T start the match for their teams and here we go." Mauro Ranallo said as Booker T and Geoff began to grapple for an early advantage as Geoff won the early advantage before Geoff nailed an Irish Whip to Booker T as he went to the ropes and nailed a hip toss and Geoff attempted to nail an elbow drop but Booker moved out of the way as he picked up Geoff and nailed a Flapjack before he nailed the 110th Street Slam which is a release Spinebuster.
"Booker and Geoff are battling it out already in this seesaw battle." Joey Styles said as Booker T threw Geoff into the corner as he tagged in Stevie Ray.
"Here comes Stevie Ray entering the match-up for the first time." Mauro Ranallo said as Stevie nailed a clothesline to the corner to Geoff before he nailed a Military Press Slam then he attempted to nail a bicycle kick but Geoff moved out of the way as he tagged in Brody who nailed a Military Press Powerslam to Stevie Ray, then he nailed "Wipeout" which is a Falcon Arrow Suplex.
"Brody nails one of his signature moves called Wipeout, and he goes for the cover." Mauro Ranallo said as Brody pinned Stevie Ray while Booker T got onto the top rope.
"1...2..." The ref counted as Booker T nailed the Harlem Hangover/Houston Hangover to break up the pin thus making the referee stop the count at only two as the crowd gasped in shock.
"Are you kidding me?! Booker T just did that Harlem or Houston Hngover legdrop from the top rope to break up the pin! That's insane!" Joey Styles shouted as the crowd cheered loudly.
"You still got it!" The crowd chanted as Stevie put Brody into the corner as he tagged in Booker T but not before they did a double team move as they did the Heat Seeker which had Stevie carry Brody in the Electric Chair while Booker T nailed a missile dropkick in the double team move as Booker T returned to the match then Booker T nailed a Harlem/Houston/Super Kick to Brody as he went for the pin.
"Harlem Heat could be seconds away from becoming the new TDW World Tag Team Champions!" Mauro Ranallo said as the ref began the count.
"1...2..." The ref counted before Brody powered out.
"Brody kicked out, and he is beginning to deliver to the former 5-time WCW Champion!" Joey Styles said as Brody nailed clotheslines to Booker T before he nailed "Wipeout" again, then he nailed a Spear before he was setting for "Hang 10" which was a Jumping Leg Lariat as he attempted it but Booker T caught him.
"Oh my God! Booker T caught Brody while he was attempting Hang 10 and goes for the 110th Street Slam!" Joey Styles shouted as he nailed the "110th Street Slam" and then he nailed a "Scissors Kick" to the back of Brody's neck until he went for the win.
"Booker is going for the win, and what is Geoff doing?" Mauro said and asked Joey as Geoff was on the top rope as the ref began to count.
"1...2..." The ref counted as Geoff broke up the pin because he nailed an Elbow Drop to Booker T's back.
"WHOA! MAMA MIA!" Mauro Ranallo shouted as he was surprised.
"OH MY GOD! GEOFF BROKE IT UP!" Joey Styles shouted as he tagged in Geoff as he and Brody nailed "Cowabunga Dudes" to Booker T as Geoff pinned Booker T before the ref began to count the pin as Stevie attempts to break up the pin.
"1...2...3!" The ref counted the pinfall as Stevie failed to breakup the pinfall because Brody nailed "Hang 10" to Stevie Ray thus, The Surfers won the match and the crowd cheered.
"The Surfers have defeated one of the all time greatest tag teams ever!" Mauro Ranallo said.
"Your winner and still the TDW Tag Team Champions, The Surfers!" Justin Roberts announced as they shook hands as a sign of sportsmanship before Geoff had the microphone.
"Dudes, Dudettes, give it up fr the best tag team we've faced since Guerrilla's of Destiny in Harlem Heat!" Geoff said as the crowd showed their appreciation to Harlem Heat.
"Now, you just saw what the Surfers do every Friday Night and that is deliver awesome tag team matches. Now, I loved you guys when me and bud Brody were kids...but looking back still trying to do it, it's cool but at least neither me or my bud Brody didn't fail no drug test Billy." Geoff said as the crowd was surprised and shock to bring something real and personal.
"OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...!" The crowd groaned as they realized that Geoff burned Billy Gunn.
"Plus, we didn't fail any drug test in order to be on the Ridonculous Race, or to be in the ring for that matter." Geoff said before he gave the microphone to Brody.
"Plus, at least neither me or Geoff have never gotten and indefinite suspension like Road Dogg." Brody said as the crowd groaned once more because Brody brought up Road Dogg's suspension and eventual firing back in 2001.
"The point that is that even though we respect you, we don't respect your actions in the past...not cool and we're above doing anything wrong to get us off the path...anyway, you might have been one of the most dominant tag teams ever but not anymore." Brody said as the crowd cheered.
"At Fall Brawl...we are going to walk into Wellington, New Zealand the tag champions, and walk out the champions." Geoff said as the promo finished as the crowd cheered.
"Another intense tag team title match and a warning for the New Age Outlaws...coming into this Sunday." Joey Styles said to Mauro Ranallo.
"Agreed there Joey, coming up next is The Drama Brothers against The New Age Outlaws don't go anywhere!" Mauro Ranallo said as the camera faded to black.
