Uh… yeah, we had a prompt in English and this popped into my head. Okay, I know it sucks, but be gentle with the reviews, please? nn;

Axel – (grumbles) Can't you just leave us alone? Sheesh.

Oh, leave me alone.

My Neighborhood

No one lives in my neighborhood. Well, no one with a heart. Heartless roam idly by in the shadows, their glowing yellow eyes searching desperately for a heart to steal. Usually they're not a problem but sometimes when the moon shines bright they get together and make that noise. You know, like the annoying chirp of crickets when you're trying to sleep? Yeah. It's a bitch to have the sound ringing in your ear hours after it stopped.

Normal people wouldn't want to live here. There's many buildings, yes, but each is filled with its own horrors. Like the one down the street. On occasions I've seen Saïx enter it with Somebodies in tow, only to exit with their blood on his hands. I feel no sorrow nor sympathy, and even if I could, I wouldn't care. It's not my problem.

I hear from Demyx that it's haunted. Gotta check it out with Roxas one day.

The buildings loom ominously over everyone. They're black with the occasional glowing, blue-rimmed windows. They're in surprisingly good conditions, seeing that no one takes care of them. Few of them, the really tall ones, actually have light. It may not seem like much, but here, it's a lot.

This neighborhood—my neighborhood—is nothing special. We have buildings, we have streets, we have everything a normal neighborhood has. The only thing is, this isn't the place for Somebodies.

This is a place for Nobodies.

Yeah, I know my description of the buildings is dead wrong, but I did it from memory. I don't feel good so I'm just going to leave it as it is. And as for the grammatical errors, well, who ever said Axel was a grammar nazi?

Axel – Are you implying that I'm stupid?

(innocent look) Nooo. Anywho, is anyone else having trouble with the page break thingy? It's not working for me which is driving me crazy... anywho! Leave a review, please.
