"Do you wish to be a little more cooperative than your friend Bane?"asked Jerry, as he was currently standing in front of the prison cell that was holding Mr Freeze.
"Not particularly."said Mr Freeze, who is currently being held by titanium steel cuffs, as those appear to be the only ones he wouldn't break.
"Well what can you tell me about the Batman?"asked Jerry, hoping that Mr Freeze would be more cooperative than his fellow cellmate Bane.
"The Batman is considered the world's greatest detective. He is a force to be reckoned with us not only he is strong with his body, but he has a powerful mind that holds a near indestructible will. I have seen the man buried alive for days and when he busted out he barely even flinched."said Mr Freeze, recalling the time the Joker buried Batman alive.
"How is it that I have not heard of any of you?"asked Jerry, hoping Mr Freeze would finally give him the answers he seeks.
"That is for me to know when you to find out. For now I'm sure it's only a matter of time before my compatriots start making their moves all across the world. Who knows, by now they are already preparing to take this world by storm! Or by the flip of a coin."said Mr Freeze, as he had a feeling Two-Face was making his move as they spoke.
"Hah..."said Jerry with frustration as he walked away, as it was clear to him that no one was willing to cooperate about Batman or what they were planning.
But what was worse is that they were others like them, and they could be anywhere in the world doing who knows what!
"The spies are going to have their hands full with this rogue gallery."said Jerry is he exited the prison.

"Now can anyone tell me the meaning behind the quote "If your enemy is temperamental, seek to irritate them."inquired Bruce as Sam raise their hand.
"Samantha."said Bruce as he called her out.
"It basically means to play on your enemy's emotions, by making them irritated they're more likely to make mistakes, therefore they're more likely to be defeated."answered Sam.
"I see you have been paying attention Samantha. Your right, but irritating your enemy they're more likely to make mistakes as their judgment will be clouded. Nice work."said Bruce has the bell began to ring.
"Well class that's the bell, now remember to turn in your thesis paper on a quote from The Art of War by Friday."said Bruce has the classroom began to clear.
"Wow Sammy, you're clearly getting major points with Mr Wayne."said Clover, as she and Alex decided to have their fun with Sam.
"Argh! How many times do I have to tell you, I don't have a crush on the teacher!"whispered Sam so no one would hear her.
"Right..."said Alex, who clearly wasn't convinced.
"Argh... I'm never going to convince you guys, am I."said Sam, to which your friends not in their heads.
"Great!"said Sam before the group took another step and they fell through a trap door!
"Oh come on!"said Clover as they fell through the trap door, and when they were completely through did the trap door reverse its effect.
But not before Bruce tossed a mini drone after them.
'I can't keep putting a listening device on Alex as they'll eventually figure it out, I need a back door into WHOOP, as it appears to be the only organization with the resources I need to find every villain that is in this world m' thought Bruce has he peered out of the corner he was hiding in and carefully walked away.
"Hmm... I wonder what Mr Wayne is up to?"Mandy asked herself, wondering what the hot teacher was up to.
Meanwhile the spies landed in Jerry's office, with the usual couch breaking their fall.
"This better be good Jerry, as I'm not in a good mood."said Sam, as getting relentlessly teased by Clover and Alex about her crush was starting to get tiring!
"We can worry about your crush on your teacher later Sam, for now you spies have a mission."said Jerry, as Sam was about to say something but decided not to as there was no point.
"Your next mission will be in Chicago."said Jerry as pictures of the famous American city were showing on the screen.
"Woah, I know Chicago has its Rich history but what's with the crime wave?"asked Alex, as she saw pictures of bank robberies and stick up so you would see in an old gangster movie.
"That is exactly what I want you to find out. Recently a massive crime wave has hit the city and no one is sure what is behind this, all they know is that one individual is behind this."said Jerry, as the spies looked at each other with confusion.
"Wait? If they know who's behind this, why don't they just arrest him or her?"wondered Alex, as nothing Jerry was saying made sense to her.
"When I said that they know that one individual is behind this, I didn't mean that they knew who he was. All the authorities in Chicago are sure is that one nickname keeps popping up."clarify Jerry, as there was only a name that was attached to this recent crime wave.
"Who?"asked Sam.
"They call him Two-Face."said Jerry, as that was the name that kept popping up from multiple investigations into the crime wave.
"Two-Face, okay seriously what's with these weird names? First we have Bane, then Mr Freeze, now this two-faced guy. What's next a guy who fires mustard and ketchup guns and calls himself the Condiment King."said Clover with much sarcasm in her voice, as these recent baddies have had strange names.
"I can assure you Clover that Two-Face is quite dangerous, as even the soon-to-be mayor of Chicago is worried as this crime wave has affected all of his voters, from the extremely wealthy to the hard-working middle class."said Jerry, as everyone suffers when there's a crime wave.
"So you want us to go to Chicago and find out more about this Two-Face character, or more specifically his identity."said Sam, to which Jerry nodded his head.
"Exactly, now for your gadgets."said Jerry has the spice stood up and started getting moved through the sidewalk conveyor belt.
"For this mission you will have access to the laser lipstick, extendable cable bungee belts, the infrared x-ray contact lens, and the vapor admitting gloves."said Jerry is the spies grab their gadgets.
"And what happens if Mr tall, dark, and scary shows up?"asked Alex, referring to Batman.
"If Batman shows up, you are to do everything in your power to detain him in order for him to be questioned by the proper WHOOP authorities."said Jerry, as he was tired of some masked vigilante being one step ahead of his spies.
"Okay, but can I give him my number."said Clover, as everyone looked at her with a deadpan look.
"Okay, okay, excuse me for liking the dark, muscular, and mysterious type."said Clover in her defense.
"Be careful spies, as if the rumors about Two-Face are to be believed, then I should warn you that he is ruthless and will not hesitate to stoop down low in order to achieve his goals."said Jerry, as he was worried about sending the girls after Two-Face, after hearing the rumors about him.
"Don't worry Jerry, we've already survived the living mountain in the walking corpse, I'm sure we can take on some guy who's starting a crime wave in Chicago."said Alex, as she was sure she and her girls could take on Two-Face!
"Yeah Jerry, don't forget we have been in multiple sticky situations throughout the years. So have a little more confidence in us."said Clover, as they have dealt with multiple bad guys over the years, so Jerry should really trust them more.
"I know, it's just I'm not sure if my gut is telling me these villains are different from the villains you have faced in the past."said Jerry, as the villains they were currently facing were on another level!
"Don't worry Jerry, no matter how tough the situation gets, we always make sure to be careful."said Sam, as the spite their reckless nature the spies do exercise caution during their missions.
"So when should we head to Chicago?"asked Sam, as Jerry smiled as he reached his finger under his desk.
"In about several hours."said Jerry as he pressed the button under his desk, causing the spies to get WHOOPED out of his office!
Meanwhile Jerry failed to notice Batman's drone placing itself underneath his desk and start drilling wires into the mainframe of the WHOOP system! Bruce was observing everything with his watch back at Malibu high School, and let out a small smile upon noticing that the drone successfully hacked into WHOOP without being detected.
"So they're going after Two-Face next? But why would Harvey start a crime wave, his evil have has always considered himself a big bad crime Boss, but two faces never acting on it. So why is he doing that now."said Bruce as he stepped into his car and drove away from the school.
"Ahh and I was really looking forward to have lunch with him. He's lucky that he's good looking and so my type."said Mandy, who had observed everything from a nearby bush.
Meanwhile in a warehouse in Chicago, Two-Face was watching everything from a nearby balcony as his men were preparing for something.
"I see everything is going according to plan."said a voice with a noticeable New York accent.
"I'm sure you're satisfied with the work, after all both of us have to pull our weight if we're going to take over this town."said Two-Face as he turned around to see a large man wearing a customized business suit that fit over his large frame.
But the most noticeable feature about this man was the fact that his head was the head of a baby...?
"Soon you and me will be the most powerful crime bosses in all of Chicago!"said Alfonso Vincenzo Giuseppe Face, or better known by his alias Babyface, a powerful Gotham crime Boss!
"I'm surprised you're willing to share power with me."said Two-Face, as Babyface wasn't the kind of guy to share power.
"Hey I need someone help me run this town and you're the guy since most of my crew is back in that other world, besides I need you to keeping the face of this crime wave while I stay hidden in the shadows! Now let's show the Chicago how a real gangster operates!"said Babyface has he made his way over to the balcony.
"Let's tear this town apart fellas!"said Babyface as his cronies let out a cry of agreement as they went back to work.
