Currently on the fast WHOOP jet Sam, Clover, and Alex were discussing everything they knew about the recent crime wave that hit the city of Chicago, and what it had to do with the man who appeared to be behind everything, Two-Face.
"So a few weeks ago the Chicago Police department arrested a snitch known as Larry the caterpillar. Apparently he tried to strike a deal with the DA's office by telling the police about the man known as Two-Face, the one behind the crime wave Chicago has been experiencing over the last several weeks."said Sam as she saw that in the file Larry the caliper didn't get his deal, as he couldn't give anything else but a nickname.
"Let's see robbery, stick ups, extortion, arson, gambling, racketeering...Woah, is it just me or is Chicago turning back into the crime capital of the world like it was back in the 1930s, when "Scarface" Al Capone was the boss of bosses of the Chicago crime scene."said Clover, who only knew about this from a movie about an early 1930's Chicago gangster who falls in love with a young dame, and besides to leave his criminal life for her.
Clover was a sucker for romance movies like that.
"Actually Al Capone wasn't the boss of Chicago. He was just the most famous gangster in the city because of his love for getting his face out there in the newspaper and on the news. Also he didn't like his nickname Scarface and preferred that people called him Snorky."said Alex, surprising her friends as they wondered how she knew that.
"What?! I was really bored one day and I saw this book about early 19th century gangsters and that's how I know this stuff."said Alex, as her friends looked at each other and nodded their heads in agreement as they could believe that.
"But still, Clover has a point. It's like someone's trying to bring Chicago back to the Golden era of organized crime. But who is this Two-Face, and how did he convince so many criminals to work under him?"asked Sam, as she was looking at the only known photo of Two-Face.
But the photo wasn't of great quality as it was taken by a novice photographer who clearly did not know what they were doing as the photo was all fuzzy and all they could see was what looked like a suit that was black on one side and white on one side, but that was pretty much it.
"Okay whoever took this photo seriously needs to consider a job change as it's clear they're not meant for the photography business."said Clover, who knew photography thanks to the fact she likes to get her photo taken and she knew that this photo wasn't photography level material, it was amateur at best.
"Yeah, like the photo quality is so bad it looks like the guy is wearing two suits combined in one."said Alex, thinking that the suit was just a normal suit, only under different perspective thanks to the bad quality of the photo.
"Well whatever the case is, we're going to meet with the possible mayor of Chicago, Harold Davis in his campaign office to see what he knows about Two-Face. As the next possible mayor has been getting hounded by Two-Face's goons ever since he said he made it his mission to take down Two-Face and his organization."said Sam, as the most likely next mayor of Chicago has had non-stop attacks against him by criminals who claim they work for Two-Face.
"Wow, intimidating a public official. Okay this guy must seriously think he's untouchable to do something like that to the next mayor of Chicago."said Clover, as this Two-Face was starting to sound more and more like a gangster out of those noir movies.
Meanwhile unknown to the spies, Batman was listening to everything thanks to the bug he placed into the WHOOP mainframe, allowing him back door access to every system in WHOOP. This included the communication system that allow him to turn on the sound system in the jet to allow him to hear what the girls were saying.
"Two-Face has always imagined himself as a gangster ever since he went to war against Rupert Thorne and his organization. But why is he acting like a gangster out of an old crime movie now. Harvey and big bad Harv are usually more careful than that. Why would he be doing such reckless attacks against the most likely next mayor of Chicago when it's surely going to put a target on his back from not only the Chicago Police department, but every other law enforcement agency in this world's version of the United States." wondered Batman, as nothing Two-Face was doing matches his usual modus operandi.
'I guess I'll find out when we land.' thought that meant to himself as he continued to stealthily follow the WHOOP jet from his invisible Batwing.

Hours later the spies landed in a private airship in one of the Chicago airports before heading to the campaign office of the most likely next mayor of Chicago, Harold Davis. The spies entered through the back door as last thing the next possible mayor needed was any more unnecessary bad media attention, as too much bad media attention will hurt his chances of becoming mayor.
There, in what appeared to be in the main office was a well-dressed middle wage African-American male with a gray beard and a bald head.
"I'm really glad you came here today spies."said Harold Davis, the most likely next mayor of Chicago.
"What can you tell us about the vendetta Two-Face seems to have for you?"asked Sam, wondering what exactly Two-Face has done that has been causing Mr Davis untold headaches.
"That criminal has been destroying my campaign trucks, intimidating my staff, and even once had his goons graffiti my house! Luckily my wife was on a business trip, and my kids are all grown up and out of the house otherwise, I don't know what would have happened to them. I swear this harassment came as soon as Two-Face started trying to take over the criminal underworld of Chicago. I have made it my mission to take down his empire before it gets too powerful! I have promised that the people of Chicago that as soon as I'm Mayor, that I would use everything in my power to take down Two-Face and his criminal empire, but it that appears to just have put a target on my back."said Mr Davis as he sat down and placed his hand over his face.
"Don't worry Mr Davis. I'm sure we'll be able to find out who Two-Face really is and bring him to justice."said Alex, confident that she and her friends could take down Two-Face.
"Normally I would not be asking for outside help as I feel that Chicago can handle its own problems. But I'm running out of time girls as the election is on the weekend and Two-Face is still attacking me from all sides. I feel cornered and the police have had a hard time getting anyone to talk so I needed people who have taken down villains of this caliber, that's when I heard through the political grapevine about you girls."said Mr Davis, hoping that these highly trained spies could find out how to take down Two-Face.
"We understand Mr Davis. Now can you tell us anything you know about Two-Face and his organization? Something not on the official record?"asked Clover, as she knew that politicians tended to have the habit of using people they would never be seen with politically in order to get their information.
"Well, through anonymous sources that I will not reveal, I have heard that Two-Face is working with a partner, although this partner appears to be even more secretive than Two-Face. Anyway I heard Two-Face has been trying to leverage some of the local modeling agencies here in Chicago. Not only that he's been going after the trendy nail salons, beauty salons, any place that has high traffic of the elite of Chicago and makes large amount of income."said Mr Davis, as that's what he's heard through his associates that he cannot speak of.
"Hmm... thanks for the tip Mr Davis and I hope you really do become mayor of Chicago."said Sam as she motioned for she and the others to leave.
"So what's the plan, Sammy?"asked Clover as she and the others exited through the back door of the campaign office.
"Mr David said that Two-Face is muscling in on the local modeling scene. I say we audition at one of these modeling gigs and see if any muscle that works for Two-Face shows up. As soon as they show up and try to intimidate the owner, we follow them as they leave and they'll most likely lead us to wherever Two-Face is."said Sam, as her friends looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Wouldn't they just call Two-Face and tell him what is going on."responded Alex, as that's what she would do.
"The Chicago Police department already has wiretaps on every known associate who is believed to be connected to Two-Face. So I doubt they'll use their phones in order to communicate with their boss and most likely go to see him in person after doing whatever they do to make sure they're not being tailed."said Sam, as that is what criminals have done in the past in order for their wanted boss not to be found.
"Hmm... okay that makes sense but what if they use a burner phone?"asked Clover, as she heard using burner phones made calls pretty much untraceable.
"Thought of that, and maybe they'll use a burner to communicate with their boss. But at some point they have to go to wherever their boss is, and when that time comes we will be there since it's a known fact that many organized crime bosses like to micromanage their soldiers to make sure they're doing their jobs properly."said Sam, as she knew at some point that Two-Face would have to show his face to make sure his goons are doing what they're told.
"Hmm... well that's a good point, but it sounds like it's going to take a while."said Alex, who really didn't want to be in Chicago especially since it wasn't exactly ideal for them right now as it was cold right now in the Windy City, and the wind was not helping.
"Yeah, no offense to Chicago but my Beverly Hills body can't exactly handle this level of cold and wind for too long."said Clover, as she was a more tropical kind of girl.
"Worry not, you heard Mr Davis when he said that the election was on the weekend. Meaning Two-Face will definitely do something to make sure that Harold Davis never becomes Mayor. So we just have to have to play the waiting game for a week at most."said Sam, as she was sure Two-Face will try something to make sure Mr Davis would never become mayor.
Meaning they just have to follow his goons for a week at most in order to find their boss!
"Alright, well in the meantime I'm going to go get me a frappuccino cuz I'm cold and I could use a coffee after a long flight."said Clover as the others decided to follow her.
Batman meanwhile was on top of the campaign office and had overheard everything thanks to the bug that has hacked into their compounders.
"Samantha has a point. If Harvey really doesn't want this Harold Davis to become Mayor, then he'll definitely do something drastic this week before the election. Or most likely he'll do something on election Day to make sure Mr Davis never becomes mayor. But still why does Harvey or big bad Harv care?"Batman asked himself, as Two-Face wasn't doing his usual MO.
Meanwhile in a warehouse in an unspecific part of town, Two-Face and Babyface were overseeing a bunch of their soldiers loading a truck full of large looking crates.
"I understand. No, no those girls won't be any problem."said Babyface as he hung up his phone.
"Trouble?"asked Two-Face as he noticed that Babyface finished his call.
"Just some wannabe international spies who want to ruin our fun and our deal. But worry not, it's nothing we can't handle."said Babyface with a sinister grin, as he walked towards Two-Face to oversee their latest plan that would surely show Chicago how a real gangster operates
