Aphrodite without a word leaves Kira's apartment with the device in hand. She soon found herself standing outside of the Hokage's office. "So the Akatsuki are being led in the shadows by Obito Uchiha, and his main goal is to bring forth the ten tails and cast a genjutsu on the world. Causing a fourth great Shinobi war." Lady Hokage's voice reaches her and Aphrodite could clearly picture the weight of the information Kakashi had just told her. "So you are saying, Kira's full reason for doing everything has been to prevent this war."

"Yes." Kakashi answers from inside. "Are you sure she was telling the truth?" Lady Hokage questions sharply. When no answer came Aphrodite could only guess that Kakashi nodded his head in a silent response. Raising her free hand she gives a single knock on the door silencing their conversation. "Enter." Lady Hokage's voice speaks up and she opens the door. In time to see Kakashi pause as he was about to leave the room to give the Hokage some privacy. His dark eye moves from Aphrodite's gaze down to the device in her hand. "Aphrodite?" Lady Hokage questions drawing the Anbu's gaze. "My Lady. Kira left the village." With those words, Kakashi intakes a breath as Tsunade's gaze hardens. "So she didn't leave the Akatsuki after all." She assumes and Aphrodite steps further into the office. Now holding the electronic in both of her hands. "She left for another reason, My Lady." With that Kakashi turns and watches as Aphrodite lights up the thing in her hands and holds it out for the Hokage to look at.

"What is this?" Tsunade hisses in confusion. "I've never seen such encryption." Kakashi steps up to the desk as Tsunade holds the thing out to him. He almost inaudibly gasps as he sees the writing. "She used to keep documents with the same characters back when team 7 first formed." He breathes out. "It's actually written in English. A native human language in our dimension. It's meant for me." Aphrodite explains as she takes the device back from them. "She wants me to retrieve Sasuke's parents from the town you had an encounter with Orochimaru in just before Jiraiya and Naruto found you and take them to the ancient Uchiha hideout. It says she wants to finally put an end to the Uchiha conflict, without bloodshed. My guess it means, she's going after Sasuke and Itachi herself and will meet me there."

"But to do that she would need to find them first." Tsunade mutters as she leans forward in her seat and folds her hands in front of her face. Aphrodite just simply shakes her head. "Actually My lady. I believe she already knows where they both are. As she explained to Kakashi, she knows what is about to happen so it isn't too far-fetched to believe she knows Orochimaru's current location as well as where Itachi will be. Meaning, I may have a few days at most to retrieve Sasuke and Itachi's parents and then take them to the hideout. She's probably expecting me to leave tonight."

Tsunade sighs and closes her eyes a moment. The doubt she had when she listened to Kakashi threatening to ebb away. It was clear to her that the ones standing before her truly believe Kira. "It's hard to believe their parents are still alive." Tsunade nearly chuckles and Aphrodite openly smiles drawing their attention back to her. "The night of the Uchiha Massacre, Kira went to the Uchiha Compound with the sole purpose of saving Fugaku and Mikoto. When she came back the next day she did tell me she succeeded in doing so as well as she got them out of the village so that Sasuke's path wouldn't change at that time, that he needed to leave the village and go to Orochimaru. If he didn't, Naruto wouldn't have left for three years to train with Jiraiya and Sakura wouldn't have trained under you. She said the three of them needed to be trained by the legendary Sannin so that they may reach their true potential and surpass the three of you."

And just like that. I was on my own. For the first time since entering this world, I didn't have someone at my side that I can rely on to help me with my objective. If I were sitting back in my bedroom in front of a tv and computer it would be just like when I had helped Light. Frowning at my thoughts I kick off of a tree, propelling myself forward. My plan runs through my mind nearly making me click my tongue in annoyance. To accomplish my plans. I have to move faster. With that thought in mind, I pick up my pace. The collar of my spare jacket whips around my face in the wind. Thinking back I couldn't help but wonder why I would hold back around the leaf. These last six months I've only been focusing on a few moves and refining them in each fight.

Stopping on a tree just out of sight of the hole in the ground I knew would be there I look down at my right hand. I've barely used my chakra blade and I've mostly been focusing on my fire whip. If I am going to defeat Orochimaru even in his weakened state I need to come up with a strategy that will only enhance my already strong jutsu. Thanks to Itachi and Kisame I had already figured out the change of chakra shape and nature. I've even been able to combine two chakra natures together like with my electrified fire dragon jutsu. According to Itachi, not many people can actually do that because it uses too much chakra. Even though Aphrodite did the same thing only with water and wind. But if he's right then could it just be because her and I aren't human? As for my chakra blade, it's just a change in chakra shape even though Kisame says I took it to the next level. So wouldn't my strength be to attack with a change of chakra shape and nature?

Looking ahead of me I nearly narrow my eyes just to see the entrance. It was at the bottom of a tree and lined with a faded metal so that the sunlight wouldn't reflect off of it too much. It was meant to blend in and be easily missed unless you knew what you are looking for. Even now I can imagine Orochimaru setting up in bed coughing into his hand as he is doused in his own sweat. In the anime, Sasuke became caught in Orochimaru's jutsu mainly because he took too long. My attack will have to be quick and precise. To end him before he can even begin the jutsu. No matter what, I know that if I push him too far he will use his jutsu on me, and I refuse to give him that chance. I don't have the Sharingan so turning the jutsu against him will be next to impossible for me. Alright Kira, break down the fight don't leave any possibility out of it. Each outcome, each possible occurrence that can happen, from Kabuto stepping in to Sasuke finding me. From Orochimaru putting up more of a fight to catching him completely off guard. Each possible attack and counter. Then, strategize for each possible one.

Good, now before the fight. Visualize the layout. In the anime, it never gave the exact amount of hallways or corridors. Take what you've got and piece every bit together. You've thought about this many times. Every time you watched Sasuke fight Orochimaru in the anime. You always sat down and pictured what the layout would be. Every possible turn, each door. You came up with all of it. Now, to avoid detection. Extend your chakra blanket, hide your presence. Cloak your chakra, slow calculated breaths, quiet them. Move through the hallways without a sound as if you're walking on air. Nodding to myself I move forward towards the hideout entrance. Without hesitation I leap down into the pits automatically scanning the halls and rooms of the hideout with my chakra blanket, looking for movement of any kind. Each breath, each blink. Pinpoint all three of them and then move to the one who's wrought with pain, the quivering labored breathing. First Orochimaru, then locate Sasuke.

Being careful to avoid detection I make sure to keep myself as far as possible from Kabuto. As I walk up towards the room I can feel Orochimaru in, I pull a bundle of ninja wire from my pouch. Quietly unraveling it and wrapping it around my gloved hand. I watch the door for only a moment before in one quick move igniting my hand in my own flames, not bothering to coat my skin in my protective energy. Tightening my chakra I change its form into my whip. Using it to bring further substance to the wire. With a strike of my whip, I send it through the door. His sudden gasp of shock meets my ears as I use my chakra blanket to guide my fire whip around his form. "What... I've never seen a change in chakra form like this.." He begins and ignoring my sense of Deja Vu I step up to what's left of the door. Pushing my energy outwards at the exact time my fingertips near the wood. Causing the sound of exploding wood to echo in the hall. "What?! You?" He asks as I step in. My eyes already hazing over with my drive to spill his blood. "The panther." He chuckles through his pain even as I raise my right hand and tighten the whip around him causing the ninja wire to dig into his body as my flames sear his skin. I found myself smirking as his snake eyes widen on my form.

With another tug of my whip, it slackens as it pulls through the bones in his arms. Forcing me to pull my chakra tighter so it tightens around his torso. Ignoring his sudden shouts of pain, causing the two others in this hideout to come running. Seeing his pain-filled gaze I move forward keeping my whip tight. My left hand coating in my energy and sharpening into a fine point. My energy blade taking form the moment Sasuke comes running into the room. Severing Orochimaru's head from his neck. Only when the head hits the floor do I let my eyes fall on Sasuke's onyx hues. Releasing my whip and dropping my ninja wire at the same time I shove my energy blade into Orochimaru's chest making sure to pierce his heart. As I drop the body to the floor I look away from Sasuke and raise my damaged right hand in a one-handed sign. Instead of shooting the fire from my mouth I simply hold my hand out and let the blue flames escape from me. Covering the body whole with its intense heat. "Kira.." Sasuke's voice rings out void of any emotion at all.

Turning my attention back to him I step off the bed. "I didn't do it for you Sasuke." I speak to him holding back any of my own emotions. This causes him to grunt, his hand moving to the hilt of his sword. "I was going to kill him." He informs me and I just walk up towards him. Raising my blood-covered hand in a small dismissive wave. "I know, just as I know you would have succeeded too." Dropping my hand back to my side I go to walk past him. Kabuto already waiting outside in the hall quietly. "Then why?" I close my eyes and pause. "Because you didn't need to kill the emotions in your heart. Before you say anything about your vengeance, I have something to show you. If you will follow me. As of right now, we have someone eavesdropping and he sure does like to run his mouth."

Just then he catches my arm tightly. "Naruto and Sakura I expected. But you?" He breathes darkly. I close my eyes a moment already feeling him watching me. "I'm not taking you back to the leaf. We will be going.. to the ancient Uchiha hideout." I found myself smirking as I open my eyes, the haze having vanished from my sight. His hold on me leaves my arm from my words. "Of course, you don't have to follow me. You could just wait there while I go get Itachi."

"You expect me to believe you know where he is?" He utters from behind me as I reach the door to the room. Looking over my shoulder at him I give a tilt of my head. "He was one of the ones who trained me these last few years." I step out of the room and wave behind me. "Be at the hideout. I have Aphrodite fetching a gift you don't want to miss." I found myself sighing at my own words. "Either way, if my gift doesn't change your mind. I will have Itachi there with me. You can kill him if you feel you have to." I more mutter to myself than to him. Ignoring Kabuto's gaze I walk back the way I had come towards the entrance to the hideout.

As I go to leap outside a second set of footsteps come up next to me. Following me out of the hole before suddenly catching my healing right hand in his in mid-air. "The Akatsuki." His voice was low though not as dark as it had just been. His grip on my hand tightens as his body shakes. "That's why you weren't at any of your training spots." With those words, my breath tries to catch. Looking down, my ponytail lands over my shoulder as our feet finally touch the ground. "I didn't think you'd notice." I breathe thinking about how I felt when no one had come after me. "I did." He states simply his voice lacking emotion probably from these years of training under Orochimaru. "Everyone else thought I left with you. They never realized the Akatsuki came and collected me."

"How could you join people like that?" My eyes nearly widen with his question. "Please, it's not like you care. You, who became so caught up in revenge went to someone like Orochimaru of your own free will." I go to step away from him but his grip remains firm just before his other arm wraps around my waist pulling me back against his chest. In a way I can only guess is to keep me from moving. "I regret nothing." He said as I feel his breath against my ear. "Well, I didn't exactly go willingly. Even so, I don't regret it." With this, his arm tightens around me for reasons I couldn't understand. Was he mad? "What are you to my brother?" This time his voice was darker than ever. His arm was now tight enough I couldn't even sigh if I wanted to. "What? Are you thinking this could be your chance to take something from him?"

When he didn't answer I raise my head slowly and look at the trees before us. "He and Fishface were my partners in the organization for the most part. However, he never wanted to become attached because he has prepared himself to die by your hands." I find myself answering him honestly. "You expect me to believe he feels guilt?"

"Sasuke, I'd let me go before I make you." I warn him as I turn my head more towards him to see into his eyes. His body tenses a moment as I continue to look at him. "I don't expect you to believe anything I say right now. Not until you see the gift I have for you." I decide to tell him when he doesn't let go. This time he chuckles. "You never could hurt me." Feeling a bead of sweat accumulate on my brow I look away from him. Why does this boy always have to confuse me? Even though I think this I find I couldn't help but smile. Those words told me enough, he hasn't lost himself. My plan may very well work. "Oh really? And why couldn't I?" I decide to toss his claim back at him. Hearing his surprised grunt I feel his hold on me loosen. Slipping out of his grip I move forward away from him.

As I go to leap into the trees, his hand catches mine again and yanks me backward. Back towards the ground. Before I could do anything his arms were around me again, this time squishing my front to his chest. The moment I exhale from impacting against him his lips press against mine, catching me off guard. My eyes widen at the contact as his onyx ones close. His hold on me loosens slightly keeping me in place by his gentle grip and his soft lips. For the moment, I feel my control slip as my eyes close taking in the feel of him against me. Each move of his lips, his fingertips skitting over the bare part of my back just above the waistband of my pants. A kiss I had expected in the forest of death when he had stood on that branch in front of me, gazing into my eyes as he claimed I had a reason to live. The look in his eyes when he had touched my hair made me step back. Light was still heavy on my mind at the time. I never realized that his claim had actually been a confession. Yet, even as my arms move up his body and hooking over his shoulders, only the faces of the three most important men in my life flash through my mind. Two of them, being brothers.

Who knew, I could take someone's life so easily, and yet being kissed I couldn't even fight to get away. Sasuke's lips smirk against mine moments before he raises his head looking down at me. Opening my eyes if only to see rather than feel what is going on I take in his signature arrogant smirk. "So what's this gift?" He asks causing me to roll my eyes. Stepping out of his hold I watch his smirk fade as another emotion flashes through his gaze. "You'll hate me after you see it. And for that, it's okay." I shrug and turn away from him. "Like that could ever happen." He comments from behind me as I feel him step forward again. "I'll give you a hint." I begin as I close my eyes to steel myself. "I've kept this a secret from you since we were seven. Now go, it could take Aphrodite a few more days to get there. If you go straight there you should get there shortly before she does and with my speed, I should have Itachi there a few hours give or take after she arrives." Hn. He grunts from behind me causing me to glance over my shoulder in his direction. "Don't get sidetracked rounding up Hebi." I smirk as his eyes widen and his head jerks more towards me making me nearly start laughing. "Those guys can wait. Especially since you were only going to round them up to help you find Itachi anyway. They are unnecessary at the moment since I'll bring Itachi to you." With that, I leap into the trees. Adjusting my direction for the land of stone.
