"You know, I think yesterday might have been the best day I've ever had."

Freddie had his head rested on Carly's lap as they all sat on the couch watching TV.

"I think so too. Can't even remember the last time I had that much fun." Carly replied to Freddie.

"Definitely top three coolest things I've ever done. And we've all been through a lot." Sam also spoke.

A breaking news bulletin suddenly appeared on the screen.

"Folks, it is pandemonium here in Capitol Hill as S.W.A.T. teams have now converged on the robbery in progress here at Seattle First National Bank. The two perpetrators are heavily armored and heavily armed with what appear to be machine guns and explosives. The last time we have seen a heist quite like this was the North Hollywood shootout that occurred in Los Angeles in 1997. I don't know how much longer the local law enforcement can take, ladies and gentlemen...the Washington National Guard may have to be deployed it this point, a police helicopter has already been shot down."

"You guys, we have to do something, right? Capitol Hill is right there!" Freddie asked.

"Us? We're high schoolers! Are you out of your mind?" Sam retorted.

"Freddie, I think Sam is right this time...we might be in over our heads with this." Carly uttered softly.

"Haven't you both ever fantasized or dreamed of being a superhero? We have powers now, responsibilities! You heard it yourself, Seattle PD is overwhelmed and needs air support and who knows how long it'll take before the governor sends them in, if she even does at all. If we stay here and do nothing, we're no worse than those criminals!" Freddie paced back and forth, practically pleaded with them.

"Freddie..." Carly whispered.

"They're on their own. I'm not risking my life for a bunch of cops." Sam refused.

"Carly?"

"..."

"Fine, but I'm going to help them! You both can sit here and watch me on the news." Freddie confirmed, throwing on his gear, bulletproof plate carrier vest and motorcycle helmet.

"Freddie, don't be an idiot!" Sam protested.

"C'mon dude, this is crazy!"

And with that, Freddie exited through the fire escape flying towards the crisis in downtown.

"Sam, I'm scared too but he can't do this alone!" Carly cried.

"I'm not scared! But what have those pigs ever done for me, huh? We've barely even learned to control these powers Carls, we aren't ready!" Sam argued.

"You don't have to do it for those officers out there, but you could at least do it for your friend, Sam! I'm going to help Freddie!" Carly attested, gearing up herself and heading out the window.

Sam sat down and watched the television for a little while, anxious. Carly and Freddie were right. She had to go.

"Freddie, I'm coming to back you up. Just hold on, okay?" Carly transmitted over the built-in helmet radio.

"Carly? Am I glad to hear your voice! What's your ETA?" he asked.

"We're about five minutes out, hero. Just hang on." Sam radioed back to them both, now just behind Carly in the air.

"Sam! You came!" Carly yelped in surprise and glee.

"Sam, is that you?! Right on!" Freddie exclaimed.

"You both aren't gonna get some without me, I know that much. Mama's comin' in hot." Sam broadcasted.

The two girls eventually approached Freddie's position where he was sending fireballs down from the high position.

"I can't believe what I'm seeing people, there seems to be two more mysterious heroes that have arrived to help this pinned-down warrior who has been aiding our beloved police force. This is truly a historic moment we are capturing, and I am filled with so much hope, Seattle!"

The anchor gazed in awe as the trio flew around the perimeter, firing from their hands the fear of God onto the bank robbers as police lent them cover fire. Freddie landed behind a police truck.

"Sergeant, are you in charge of this watch? I need you to pull your men back from the fire, we can handle it from here, sir!" he assured.

"Kid, I don't know who the hell you are, but you and your team are the most courageous civilians I've seen in my years of service to this city! The Seattle Police Department has your backs!" the S.W.A.T. leader affirmed.

"We're here to help!" Freddie hollered over the loud firefight, taking cover and sending another fireball back at the perps.

He caught a glimpse of Sam taking a near hit of a grenade launcher while in flight and went to go help her as she fell to the ground. As Freddie went to shield her from the crook about to shoot more rounds at them, Carly sped into the fray with a fiery jetstream trail behind her and taking a bullet to the vest and helmet for Sam and Freddie. Then, somehow she sent a torrent of electricity from her hands into the two assailants, shocking them until they fell, their bodies smoking and steaming on the ground.

"Carly...I don't know how did that but you saved us!" Sam cried, Freddie holding them both.

"I...I didn't mean to...d-did I kill them?" Carly stuttered, shaken.

The newscaster, the police and surrounding citizens began to applaud and the teens who were still in shock, now standing up to greet everyone.

"I'm Sabrina Meyer with KOMO 7, who are you brave, heroic first responders?"

Freddie stood up and addressed the camera for all the viewers to see.

"You don't have to thank us, Seattle. We are iFireteam, here for you!" Freddie told the news crew, as he, Carly and Sam took to the sky.
