And now for something completely different! Hello there, everyone, my name is Northstar Pokeshipper and I want to share with you a little story that another person by the name of Noah13442 wrote on Deviant Art. This story is set in an alternative unvierse where Ash met all of his human friends and Pikachu when he was just five years old instead of his canonical age when he started his journey, ten. It involves them going to a new region and learning about the words of Jesus Christ and God. Be sure to check out Noah's profile on Deviant Art when you are done reading this story. Anyways, let's get going...
Oh, and I do not own anything. Pokemon and all of its characters are owned by Nintendo and Game Freak, Jesus Christ is in the public domain, and the idea for the story belongs to Noah13442.
Narrator: This is the world of Pokémon! A planet filled with many creatures as you can imagine. They soar through the endless skies, swim in the blue oceans, and walk on the solid lands. Before they came to this Earth, there was a God of all Creation who created this entire universe. But sin came to the world. That's when God decided to send his one and only Son named Jesus Christ to Earth and to save us from our sins. Now that His mission is done, He has gone back to Heaven with His Heavenly Father. Then Pokémon came to Earth to live and populate. Wherever they find themselves, there's a chance that you might be there too! Now, we find the Kanto Region in the Town of Pallet. Home to a little boy named Ash Ketchum. This boy hopes to one day become a Pokémon trainer.
Ash: Oh boy, I can't wait to get to the beach tomorrow!
Ash couldn't contain his excitement when heard his mother calling out his name.
Delia: Ash honey, it's time for bed.
Ash: Okay, Mom!
Ash climbs onto his bed just as his mom came in.
Delia: Are you ready to go to the beach tomorrow, Ash?
Ash: Yes I am!
Delia smiles at her son and tucks him in under the covers.
Delia: (laughs) Okay, my little boy, calm down. Now close your eyes. Goodnight, Ash.
Ash: (yawns) Goodnight, Mom.
As Ash was sleeping peacefully, he had a dream. He was in outer space floating in zero gravity. He was still sleeping but opened his eyes when he heard a motherly voice.
Voice: Ash… Ash…
Ash: (looking around) Who said that?
Voice: I did.
Ash looked and saw someone who is talking, the planet Earth!
Ash: (surprised) You can talk?!
Earth: Of course, I can talk. Haven't you seen a talking planet before?
Ash: (shakes his head) No, I don't think so.
Earth: Well, you do now.
Ash: You look beautiful with those blue oceans you got.
Earth: Why, thank you, Ash! That's so sweet of you to say that.
Ash: You're also pretty with the brownish-green lands and those puffy, white clouds floating silently over you.
Earth: (giggles) Oh, you're so kind, young man. But I wouldn't be here in space if it wasn't for God.
Ash: God? Who's that?
Earth: He's my creator. He created me, my neighbors in the Solar System, Mr. Sun, my friend, Ms. Moon, and day and night.
Ash: (amazed) Wow! God sure has one big imagination.
Earth: He sure does. Do you know what else God made?
Ash: What?
Earth: He made all the plants, birds, fish, animals, and people too.
Ash: (gasps) He did?
Earth: Yes, He did.
Ash: Wow!
Earth: I also know something else God created.
Ash: What's that?
Earth: Kids! Including you.
Ash: Me? Does that include Pokémon, too?
Earth: Of course.
Ash: That's amazing!
Earth: (chuckles) It sure is, but there's something that is not so good.
Ash: Something not good? What's that?
Earth: Sin!
Ash: Sin? What's that?
Earth: A sin is an act against God's commands. It makes God unhappy. Sin came into being because of Satan and his minions, the demons! Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit and disobeyed God. That's the very first sin. But God had a plan to rescue his children from sin and death.
Ash: What was it?
Earth: God sent his one and only son named Jesus Christ to take away those sins.
Ash: Really?
Earth: Really. And He…
Suddenly, there was a loud boom coming from the stars.
Earth: Uh-oh…
Ash: What is it, Earth?
Earth: It's time!
Ash: Time? Time for what?
Earth: For a new creation, of course!
Then, way off in the distance, there was a big, ugly meteorite heading straight for Earth.
Meteorite: Get ready, Earth. 'CAUSE HERE I COME!
Ash: (scared) Oh no! My mom is down there!
Ash tried to fly toward the meteorite to stop it from heading toward Earth.
Earth: Don't worry, Ash. I may be destroyed for a while, but God will make me more beautiful than the first time.
Ash: But my mom!
Earth: (looks up towards Heaven) I'm ready, God.
Ash: Mom!
Ash tried to save Earth but it was no good and it was too late. The meteorite hit smack dab at Earth and exploded!
Ash: NOOOOO! MOM!
Ash woke up from his nightmare and looked around his bedroom sweating. Then he started calling his mother and began to cry.
Ash: (cries) Mom!
Delia woke up when she heard her little boy calling her. She quickly jumped out of bed and ran to her son's bedroom.
Ash: (sniffles) Mom! Y-You're okay!
Delia walked into her son's room, concerned.
Delia: What's the matter, honey?
Ash: I-I-I thought you were… (sniffles)
Ash was crying so much, it was hard for him to speak. Delia sat on her son's bed.
Delia: (begins to comfort Ash by hugging and rocking him) It's okay, Ash, I'm right here. Tell me what's the problem.
Through his tears, Ash told his mother what he had seen.
Ash: I-I had a dream I was in outer space and the Earth was talking to me.
Delia: Really? Go on.
Ash: I told her she looks beautiful with the blue oceans, white clouds, and the green lands she had. She told me she wouldn't be here if it wasn't for God and His one and only Son, Jesus.
Delia: Well, she's right. God created everything, dear.
Ash: Then Earth told me that God sent His Son to take away those nasty things called sins. Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit God told them not to eat it but they disobeyed and sin came. (begins to cry again, only a little) Then a meteorite came towards Earth. I tried to stop it to save her and you, but it was too late. The meteor struck Earth and-and exploded, and you were gone, too…
Streaks of tears came down Ash's cheeks as Delia continued comforting him.
Delia: Oh, it's okay, Ash. Mommy's right here. (rubs her son's back again) I know it will happen in the future, but Jesus will save both of us and everyone in this world. But God will destroy others who will do wicked things against Jesus will not.
Ash: (sniffles) Really?
Delia: Really. How about we do a prayer together to calm you down and get back to sleep?
Ash: (calms down) O-Okay.
So, Ash and Delia brought their hands together.
Ash: God, tonight I had a bad dream about a meteorite hitting Earth and it scared me. Please help me feel better and be by my side all through the night, in Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
Delia: Amen.
Ash: Mom, thank you for being there with me. I feel much better.
Delia smiled as she helped Ash back into bed.
Delia: You're welcome, my little boy. (kisses her son's forehead) Goodnight.
Ash: Goodnight, Mom. (yawns)
With that, Delia stood and started heading out of the room.
Ash: Mom?
Delia: (looks back) Yes, Ash?
Ash: I love you.
Delia: (smiles) I love you, too.
As Delia closed the door behind her, Ash slowly closed his eyes and went straight back to sleep.
Meanwhile… outside of Pallet Town, a tiny mouse Pokémon called a Pichu was looking at a den when a parent Pokémon called Kangaskhan with sad and then determined eyes.
Pichu: Pi… Ka… (glows white and grows bigger)
As Pichu's body grows bigger, the bright white light begins to disappear and evolved into a mouse Pokémon called Pikachu.
Pikachu: Pikachu…
Pikachu looked at his evolved body and then looked at a puddle with his reflection.
Pikachu: Pikachu!
Pikachu smiled and shouted triumphantly.
Pikachu: (looks again) Pika? (sees someone with him)
Pikachu squinted his eyes and called out.
Pikachu: Pikachu!
A tall man with a purple sash, white clothes, blue-green eyes, and some brown hair and a beard.
Pikachu: Pika?
Man: Hello, Pikachu.
Pikachu: (curiously) Pikachu?
Pikachu tentatively stepped forward towards the man.
Man: My name is Jesus Christ.
Pikachu: (repeating in his language) Pi-ka-chu?
Jesus: That's right, Pikachu and I have a mission for you. But first… (touches Pikachu's head)
Pikachu: Whoa… what happ- (covers his mouth) D-Did I just talk?!
Jesus smiled at the mouse Pokémon.
Pikachu: How did you do that?
Jesus: I just performed a miracle.
Pikachu: Miracle? But, uh, why?
Jesus: Because I want you to sing praises to Me and My Heavenly Father. I want you to go see a little boy named Ash Ketchum tomorrow.
Pikachu: A boy… Named Ash Ketchum?
Jesus: That's right, Pikachu. The Holy Spirit will guide you on your journey.
Pikachu was unsure of what this man wanted him to do.
Pikachu: Are you sure?
Jesus: Have faith in God and Me. Trust me.
Pikachu was still surprised by all this, but this man looked like he could be trusted.
Pikachu: Yes, Lord. I will obey your command. Well, here I go! (runs off then looks back at Jesus) And Jesus? Thanks.
Jesus smiled.
Jesus: You're welcome, my little friend. And remember, I will be with you always. (waved goodbye to Pikachu and disappeared)
Pikachu was shocked to see Jesus disappear.
Pikachu: (in awe) Whoa…
Pikachu began his journey to find the little boy and share his ministry with this 5-year-old.
Pikachu: Ash Ketchum, here I come!
Pikachu traveled all night and into the morning. On that same morning, Ash was still sleeping peacefully when he heard the three-headed Pokémon, Dodrio, start crowing.
Ash opened his eyes and started to yawn.
Ash: (yawns, rubs his eyes) Time to get up.
Ash gets up from the covers, climbs down the ladder, and went downstairs to the kitchen to see his mother. Delia was already dressed and was making breakfast for herself and Ash, humming a little tune in the process.
Ash: Good morning, Mom!
Delia turned around and smiled at her little boy.
Delia: Good morning, Ash. Did you sleep well last night?
Ash: I sure did and it's all thanks to God for being there with me last night.
Delia: Oh, that's very good to hear.
Ash: Thanks, Mom. So, what's for breakfast?
Delia: Well, how would you feel about having Kalosian toast for breakfast?
Ash: Yes, please.
Delia: (smiles) Well, if you'll just take a seat at the table, I'll have your toast ready. (winks)
Ash: Alright. (takes his seat)
After a moment, Delia brought over a plate with some toasted bread and syrup onto the table.
Delia: Here you go, Ash. One plate of Kalosian toast for you. (kisses her son on the cheek) Enjoy.
Ash: (smiles) Thanks, Mom. (before he could dig in, he realized something) Mom?
Delia: Yes, dear?
Ash: Remember when we prayed last night to calm me down from the nightmare I had?
Delia: Yes. Why?
Ash: Well, I was thinking about praying before meals too.
Delia: (smiles) Now that's a good idea. (brings a plate of toast for her onto the table)
Ash: Are you ready?
Delia: (sits next to her son) I am if you are. (winks)
Ash: Okay, here goes! (clears his throat and starts to pray) Dear Jesus, thank you for this wonderful morning we're going to have. Also, thank you for being there with me last night when I was scared. In your name, I pray, amen!
Delia: Amen. That was very good, sweetie.
Ash: Thank you, Mom. Now, let's eat.
Delia: (nods) Good idea.
As Ash and Delia are enjoying their breakfast, Pikachu was sleeping under a leaf when he felt the warm sunlight touch his fur and started to wake up.
Pikachu: (yawns and stretches) Guess it's time to get up. (hears his stomach growl) Boy, am I hungry.
Pikachu looked around to see where he was.
Pikachu: Where can I find something to eat? (looks around and spotted an apple tree) An apple tree! It's perfect.
The mouse Pokémon runs up to the tree, climbs up until he gets to a branch.
Pikachu: Now for some breakfast. (grabs a red apple and plucks it off the branch) Now it's time to eat!
He starts taking a bite out of the fruit.
Pikachu: (chomps) Mmm… Tasty! (eats more of the apple) Now for something to drink.
He looks around.
Pikachu: (hears something) A river! (runs toward the sound) There it is and there's plenty of water to drink to continue on my journey!
He goes down on all fours and starts taking a drink.
Pikachu: Ahh… How refreshing. (drinks some more) Ahh… All done. Now it's time for me to be on my way.
With that, the mouse Pokémon continued on his journey.
Meanwhile… Back at the Ketchum residence, Ash and Delia are getting ready to go to the beach. That meant it was time for Ash to learn how to swim. Both mother and son had changed into their respective swimming attires.
Delia: Ready to go, Ash?
Ash: You bet I am!
Delia: (slips on flip-flops) Okay then, let's go! (opens the door)
With that, they headed outside the house. The beach they were going to was on Seafoam Island. They arrived on foot after taking the ferry from Pallet Town.
Delia: Well, here we are, Ash. Seafoam Island!
Ash: I can't wait to get started!
Delia: Not so fast, young man. First thing's first… Sunscreen.
Ash: Oh… Okay. (holds his arms up)
Delia begins putting sunscreen on her little boy's exposed body parts.
Ash: I'm ready when you are.
Delia: Let me finish putting sunscreen on myself, and we'll go.
Delia begins putting sunscreen on her own body.
Delia: I'm ready now.
Ash: Great! Let's go get wet! I'm ready to learn how to swim.
Both Ash and Delia slipped off their respective sandals and headed toward the sea.
Ash: Oh boy! I can't wait to swim all by myself!
Delia smiled at her boy's enthusiasm.
Delia: Okay Ash, now hold my hands.
Ash: 'Kay. (reaches his arms and hands towards his mother's)
Delia gently held onto Ash's hands.
Delia: Now kick your legs and swim!
Ash kicked his legs as hard as he could.
Ash: (pants hard) I can do it!
Ash seemed to be doing well.
Delia: That's it, Ash, you got the hang of it now!
Ash: (pants hard) I'm doing it, Mom!
Delia: Good job, Ash! (giggles) Now let's see if you can swim with your arms and legs at the same time.
With that, Delia let go of Ash's hands.
Ash: Okay, here goes! (starts to reach and pull with his arms and kicks with his legs)
Delia watched as her son continued pulling with his arms and kicking with his legs.
Ash: (pants hard) I can do it! I can do it! (swims toward Delia)
Delia: That's it, Ash! (reached out her arms)
Ash finally managed to grab onto his mother's hands.
Ash: (catching his breath) I… did it,... Mom.
Delia: (smiles) You certainly did, honey.
Then they heard a voice calling out to them.
Voice: Well done, my boy!
Delia: I recognized that voice…
Delia looked to where the voice was coming from. It was an old man with a pineapple button-down beach shirt.
Delia: Professor Oak!
Ash: Hi, Professor! What are you doing here? (he and his mother began to walk out of the water)
They soon reached the shore where Professor Samuel Oak and his grandchildren, Daisy and Gary stood.
Professor Oak: Well, it's such a nice warm day, I and the kids have decided to take a day off from Pokémon research.
Daisy: How're you guys doing?
Delia: We're doing fine. Say, Ash, why don't we tell them about the dream you had last night?
Ash: Should I?
Delia: (smiles reassuringly) Of course, honey.
Ash: Well, okay.
So the Ketchums and the Oaks went to sit down under the umbrellas to chat about the dream Ash had last night. They listened carefully as Ash told them.
Ash: Last night, I dreamt I was in outer space and the planet Earth was talking to me. I told her she looked beautiful with the oceans, land, and clouds. She told me she wouldn't be here if it wasn't for God. Then she told me that God sent his Son, Jesus to take away those ugly things called sin. Adam and Eve, the first two people God created sinned against him by eating the forbidden fruit and disobeying him. Then she talked about God's creative imagination. He created everything. Then all of a sudden, a meteorite was coming to destroy Earth. I tried to stop that meteorite to save Earth and Mom but Earth told me not to worry about her, that she will be more beautiful than the first time. I continued trying to save her and Mom but it was too late and the meteorite struck Earth and exploded. Then I woke up crying for Mom. She came to comfort me and she told me that everyone who believes in Jesus will be saved and others who do wicked things against Him will not. Then we decided to pray to calm me down and I felt much better.
Professor Oak was amazed by what Ash told him. Even Daisy was astonished. But Gary just scoffed at Ash's story.
Gary: Puh-lease.
Daisy: (sternly) Gary. Don't be ugly. (toward Ash) Sorry about my little brother, Ash.
Ash: Thanks, Daisy.
Professor Oak: I'm glad that you started to believe in God, Ash.
Ash: Really, Professor?
Professor Oak: Really. You know, Ash? I started to believe in Jesus and I was saved from sin in the Shlomlite Region when I was a young man. You should go there someday.
Ash: The Shlomlite Region? Where's that?
Professor Oak: It's way out west.
Daisy: Further away from here than the Johto region.
Ash: Whoa… That's so far away! Have you heard of the Shlomlite Region, Mom?
Delia: Yes, I've heard of it before. We could look it up sometime if you'd like.
Daisy: How about now? I've brought along a book with me.
Ash: Cool!
Gary just grunted, showing no interest whatsoever. Daisy opened the book and flipped through the pages to find a map of the Shlomlite Region.
Daisy: Ah yes, there it is. The Shlomlite Region.
Ash and Delia looked at the map with interest.
Ash: Wow!
Professor Oak: The Shlomlite Region is known to be very religious.
Ash: Really?
Professor Oak then explained the history behind the region.
Delia: My. That's impressive, Professor. We may have to go visit the region someday.
Gary: (rolls his eyes) Sounds pretty dull and boring to me!
Daisy: Gary! How can you say that?
Gary: Because this religious stuff is too stupid, duh!
Ash: How dare you say that, Gary?!
Gary: I could say that again if you like, chicken! (laughs mockingly)
Professor Oak: Gary Oak! Watch that tongue of yours!
Delia: You need to learn how to control your words, young man.
Gary: Pfft, whatever.
Delia: Ash, why don't you go swimming for a while? I'll keep an eye on you just to keep you safe.
Ash: Okay, Mom.
Ash heads off to the water again and Delia keeps a special eye on him.
Ash: (pants hard while swimming) How dare Gary to say that the Shlomlite Region is stupid.
Just then, Ash felt something tugging on his swimming trunks.
Meanwhile, on another part of the beach, a little red-haired girl was in her swimsuit and fishing for water-type Pokémon when she felt the line of her fishing pole tugging.
Little Girl: I think a got a bite! (starts to reel in)
Ash felt himself being pulled more and more.
Ash: Hey! W-What's going on?!
The girl meanwhile kept reeling in her line.
Little Girl: I bet it's gonna be a big one!
She kept reeling and reeling until…
Ash: Hey, what's the big idea, trying to catch me like a fish Pokémon?
The girl gasped as she realized she hadn't caught a Pokémon.
Little Girl: Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! I thought you were a Pokémon. (gets up to unhook Ash's swimming trunks) There! It's off now. Please forgive me.
Ash: Well, I guess it's okay. Try to be a little more careful next time, okay?
Little Girl: Sure thing. What's your name?
Ash: My name's Ash Ketchum and I'm from Pallet Town. What's yours?
Little Girl: I'm Misty, and I'm from Cerulean City.
Ash: Cerulean City? That's pretty far away. Oh, nice to meet ya, Misty.
Misty: You too. Are you here with anyone?
Ash: My mom, Professor Oak, my babysitter, Daisy Oak, and her annoying little brother, Gary.
Misty: Wow, you know Professor Oak?
Ash: Yes, why?
Misty: Almost everyone knows about him. Even my family knows about him.
Ash: (confused) Your family?
Misty: Yeah. My mom and my three older sisters.
Ash: What are their names? I sure like to meet them.
Misty: My sisters are Daisy, Violet, and Lily. And my mom's name is Cascade. She's also the Gym Leader at the Cerulean Gym, which is where we live.
Ash: Wow! By the way, you should come and meet my Mom.
Misty: Oh?
Ash: Yeah, she's really nice.
Misty: I better ask my Mom first. She may wonder where I've gone.
Ash: Good idea! I'll be right here waiting for you.
Misty raced off to where her mother and older siblings were.
Misty: Mommy, I've made a new friend! Also, can I go with him to see his mother, please?
Cascade smiled at her youngest daughter.
Cascade: I think that'd be fine, honey.
Misty: Thank you, Mommy! Thank you! (hugs her mother) You're the best!
Cascade: (returns Misty's hug) Thank you, dear. Have fun, now.
Misty: I will! (runs back to Ash) Ash, Mommy says it's okay!
Ash: (smiles) Great! Let's go!
So Ash led Misty to where Delia was.
Ash: Mom, I brought someone to meet you.
Delia: Did you know?
Ash: Yeah. This is Misty.
Misty: Hi, Mrs. Ketchum.
Delia: Hello there, Misty. It's so nice to meet you.
Misty: You too, ma'am.
Professor Oak notices Misty and smiles.
Professor Oak: Well, hello there, young lady.
Misty: Professor Oak, hello! My family has heard all about you. My mom is the Cerulean Gym Leader, Cascade.
Professor Oak: Ah yes, Cascade. What a nice woman she is.
Ash: You know of Misty's mom, Professor?
Professor Oak: (chuckles) Indeed I do.
Daisy: I also know that one of her three older sisters shares my first name.
Ash: Wow! That's amazing, Daisy!
Gary just rolled his eyes with disapproval.
Ash: By the way, we were just talking about the Shlomlite Region and it's very beautiful.
Misty: The Shlomlite Region?
Daisy: That's right, little lady. (shows Misty the map of the Region) Look at this map.
Misty: Wow, it is beautiful! Do they have any water-type Pokémon there?
Daisy: Oh, all kinds of water-type Pokémon. Are they your favorites, Misty?
Misty: Oh, yes! They're my favorite kind. And my mom's water Pokémon are some of the most beautiful kinds you could ever see.
Ash: Wow, Misty. You sure are a lucky water girl.
Gary: As if…
Ash: (shocked) What did you say, Gary?
Gary: I'm saying that water-type Pokémon aren't that great.
Misty: (gets angry) WHAT?! Do you think water-type Pokémon are lame?
Gary: So what if I am? (starts scooping some sand) How about… THIS!
Daisy and Professor Oak watched as Gary threw sand towards Misty and Ash.
Ash: Hey!
Misty: Why you…!
Gary: Get ready losers… (scooping up more sand) 'Cause here I come!
The three kids ran towards the ocean and started to fight. Before Gary could throw more sand, Misty kicked up some water toward Gary.
Misty: Ha! Now, do you think water-type Pokémon are so boring now?
Gary: You little red-headed freak! (throws sand at Ash and Misty but they dodge it)
The handful of sand went straight into a black pearl Pokémon called Cloyster and it hit smack dab at its' eyes.
Cloyster: Cloyster… (looks at the three children and thinks they did it on purpose) Cloyster!
Ash: Uh-oh… That Cloyster looks mad.
Misty: It thinks we all did it.
Gary: Well, good luck with that! (runs away from Ash, Misty, and Cloyster)
Daisy had seen what Gary was doing and was prepared to stop her little brother from getting away. And she wasn't about to let what Gary did go unpunished, either.
Daisy: GARY! What do you think you're doing?!
Gary saw the look on his sister's face and tried to change the direction of where he was running. But it was no good. His older sister grabbed him by the arm and kept a firm grip.
Gary: (gulps) Uh-oh…
Daisy: (sternly) Uh-oh is right, little mister.
In the ocean, Ash and Misty were in a confrontation with Cloyster. The bivalve Pokémon could be seen using Water Gun to attack them. But all of a sudden, there was a streak of lighting shocking Cloyster.
Cloyster: CLOYSTER!
Ash and Misty were surprised when Cloyster got shocked like that.
Misty: What was that?
Ash: I think that was a Thunderbolt.
Voice: It is a Thunderbolt!
Ash: (looks around) Who said that?
Voice: Over here!
Ash and Misty turned to see who was talking and there right in front of them was a Pikachu.
Ash: Whoa! A Pikachu. You saved us! Thank you!
Pikachu: (smirks) You're welcome.
Ash and Misty were surprised to see Pikachu could talk!
Ash: (surprised) You can talk?!
Pikachu: Of course, I can talk. I saw that you were under attack, so I decided to help.
Misty: Why, thank you, Pikachu.
Suddenly, Cloyster recovered from the Thunderbolt and saw the kids and a Pikachu was with them this time.
Cloyster: (goes into attack) Cloyster!
Pikachu: Kids, look behind you! (points to Cloyster)
Ash and Misty look to see Cloyster was getting ready to attack again. Then Pikachu had an idea.
Pikachu: Little boy, let's battle that Cloyster to calm it down.
Ash: Battle? Are you sure?
Pikachu: Yes, we'll have to work together.
Ash: Well, okay. What moves do you know?
Pikachu: Well, I know Thunderbolt, Quick Attack, Spark, Double Team, Agility, Thunder Shock, and Thunder.
Ash: Okay, let's try 'em out. Misty, we'll calm Cloyster down. Stand back!
Misty: Be careful. After all, water conducts electricity.
Ash: Right. Ready Pikachu?
Pikachu: Ready when you are!
Ash and Pikachu are ready to battle.
Ash: Pikachu, I choose you!
Narrator: Will Ash, Pikachu, and Misty be able to calm that crazy Cloyster down? Has Pikachu found the little boy he was looking for? Well, this is just the beginning. The battle is about to begin. Stay tuned to find out!
