My guys... It's been a while.

I'm sure this is the usual saying for any author that doesn't publish followed by the usual excuse of life.

BUT MY GUY IF THAT'S NOT THE TRUTH

Anyway here's an update, more random ones to come because I need to keep my word on every story I've written.

Also this a shoutout to the author Cringefest16... also known as "Shizzy" who inspired me to not only start making these stories but to comeback to these wonderful pieces of literature.

Enjoy my guys... hopefully I'm back.

"...And as soon the dimwit thought he had a leg up on me, I kicked him right in his gems! Oh man! You guys should've been there to see it, ole boy puked out his breaky, lunch and dinner!"

The ongoing tale was followed by the usual laughter from his friends as they indulge in one of Jeremy's stories as they made their way to baseball practice. His group consisted of Jim and the twins, Kenny and Benny.

"You always getting into something ay Jeremy? When will you ever wise up and just stay out of trouble." Jim said with a small chuckle.

"Well, I always find a way out of it at least, unlike the time you were hung up on a street light by your underwear... how's that rash of yours treating ya." He quipped back.

"Oy! I was jumped and I'm not exactly a runner like you are. You could've at least helped me out."

"What're you talkin about? I helped you down."

"After laughing your arse off for about an hour."

"An hour? Can you even laugh for that long?" Kenny added.

"Ohhhhh...He said a bad word." Benny said in a childish manner.

The group continued to chatter and mock each other as they continued their way on to practice. Jeremy has formed manyym bonds as he continued his young baseball career. As long as his grades were up to par, the young slugger could continue to follow his dream...

He stopped in his tracks as the group continued on until they noticed.

"What ya luggin around for!? You want our coach to lay an egg or somethin?"

"Yeah, it's best that we don't ditch practice for the day. I heard we got the Scottish slammers... and they have beards." He said with anxiety.

"I forgot." He said as quickly turned the opposite way and ran top speed. His group called out but to no avail as the wind filled his ears.

Meanwhile

"... Where is he?"

The question came from Lena who was tapping her pencil on her finished notes for the lesson tomorrow. She felt a bit more anxious today than any other

She let out a small sigh as she heard a familiar sound of wind followed by a thousands knocks on the door.

"Oh who could it be?" She pondered with false curiosity as she opened the door to reveal a winded Jeremy.

"So, did you get any practice in today Ruth?" She teased as she made way for him to rest his feet on her bed

"I know... I know I forgot and I'm really sorry. I just got caught up in one of my tales with the boys." He said as he started to pull out his textbooks.

"You know... why haven't you shared any of your stories with me? I would love to hear what exploits you go on when I'm not around. I tell you all the stuff I go through when you're not here."

Jeremy felt his heart drop along with one of his pencils. The young lad knew that he couldn't let Lena know the trouble that's always behind him; he could only imagine what thoughts she'll have of him if she finds out.

"So what we learnin today? We're gonna pick back up at those fractures right?" He said as to sway the topic.

"Fractions love... I was hoping before we start that I make us some snacks first. I'm sure you're famished from your practice."

"Alright. Mind I just chill here for a minute. I'm gonna see if I can get a head start." He said as he glued his eyes to the book.

She giggled as she made her way into the kitchen, leaving Jeremy alone in her room. Even though he's become a frequent guest, it's always a weird for him feeling every time he's in her domain.

"Guess I better start on it before she comes back."

As he started to work on his assignments, he couldn't help but glance at the familiar aircraft he has seen many times on each visit. He marveled intently on the orange and yellow fighter jet with blue streaks on the wings.

The curiosity got the best of him as he picked up the model.

"Woah... this thing is so cool. I wonder what it would be like to fly in one of these things?" He said as he started to fly it around as if it was airborne. The fun was short lived as he accidentally bumped into one of her shelf's and knocked a book over.

"Damn it."

He silently cursed at himself as he quickly placed the aircraft back and picked up the book.

"Diary? I didn't think she had one." He said as he was about to place it back... only to quickly glance over it. He couldn't help the overwhelming feeling of his curiosity.

He wasn't surprised by anything he read over. Lena already told him everything that was in-scripted in her journal, there's even mentions of him in this diary... He noticed that each mention of him began to slowly change through each page.

Entry 5: I made a new friend today! :D

I didn't think I would find a friend around my age in out new home but I'm happy! Even if I had to trick him.

Entry 19: The Candy bar rescue.

Today is certainly one for the books. Just when I thought he couldn't be more clever. It brought me so much joy to see that he does have a kind heart.

Entry 34: Game Time

I never knew that Jeremy was such an athlete! I've been to many of his games this far and will continue to do so. It's a wonderful feeling being there for a true friend.

Jeremy sighed as he took a small nostalgic trip through their years together. He saw that he made a bit of an impact on her life as she did in his. It's nice to know that this relationship will never-

Entry 98: Funny feeling

I don't know what's wrong but I've felt weird these past days... I mean not a bad weird but a funny one. I find myself lost in my mind just dreaming about the answer... but to what question? The only time when the feeling goes away is when I'm with-

"Jeremy!!!"

The shout of his name caused Jeremy to fumble and drop the diary on the floor. He quickly turned to see Lena standing at the doorway with a plate of snacks.

"W-What're you doing?" She glanced at the floor to see her precious journal along with her project aircraft.

"You were reading through my diary?"

"I didn't mean too I swear! It was an accident!" He exclaimed.

Lena was in complete disbelief. She didn't think that he was the type to be sneaky.

"You were going through my secrets weren't you? How could you do this to me." She said as she fought back a tear.

"Please Lena! I would never in a bajillion years do that to you! You gotta believe me!" He pleaded.

It was then a mischievous thought crossed her mind.

"Well... I'll believe you if you tell me one of your stories."

Jeremy was cursing silently to himself after that response. He didn't want to make her more upset than she already was but was risking his image worth it?

After a brief moment, he gulped.

"Fine, I'll tell you one of my stories." He said in a somber tone. Lena placed the tray on her bed as she sat down, eagerly waiting for his tale.

"Alright, now where do I start?"

RING RING RING

The clock in the living room struck. Jeremy breathed a sigh of relief, it was time for him to go back home.

"What!? That's sooo unfair! You're just going to leave me like that!?" The young girl said with her cheeks puffed out.

"I'll tell you tomorrow. You know how my Ma is about coming back home late." He said as he packed his belongings.

"You promise?"

"I promise."

Lena and Jeremy both exchanged their farewells as she walked him out to the front door. When the door closed, she quickly retreated back to her room.

She could feel that weird feeling again. She was told by her parent that growing up does come with internal changes but she couldn't figure out what it was.

She put her thoughts into writing.

Entry 99: Funny feeling cont.

I've got that stupid feeling again! I don't know why but this happens every time when he's not around... Could he be the cause of it? Maybe some more information is needed but one thing is for sure...

I miss him already.

After she finished her entry, she stashed her diary in a new hiding spot and got ready for bed. She looked forward to hearing his tale but even more just to see him again.

No big plans really. I'll just update and toss it out but still it's good to be back (Hopefully for real this time)

Ight my guys :)
