"I fell off my father's ship and woke up in windmill village. For me, it felt like a few hours has passed at most but for everyone else, it was 12 years. Apparently, I traveled into the future. Oh, I guess it wasn't that long, huh." Oriana said.

There was silence between them.

They probably thought she was crazy. God, she thought she was crazy, "So that's how you met the Pirate King. I understand it better now!" Sabo said. Did he just accept it like that? He was supposed to be the smart one and he just said it like it was no big deal.

"Future, really!? Then you have to join my crew!" the youngest said with shining eyes. Oriana just grinned, "Then you really did meet him" Ace muttered but she heard. "I really did. If you ever want to know something about him from someone who met him, just say so" Oriana encouraged.

Ace didn't answer but his face showed that he might be thinking about it.

"What is your pirate name?" Sabo suddenly asked, "It's Winter blaze," she replied proudly. "Winter Blaze that sounds so cool!" Luffy said.

-x-

It's been a week since she told them about what happened to her, and it has also been a week since Luffy left to train with Nogari. Ace and Sabo did their own training while trying to figure out how to defeat the big tiger.

They wanted to be together by becoming each other's captain, which was so cute.

Oriana went out to get some training done by herself. She could feel she was getting stronger, but there was something she still needed full control over. Her fire powers. The girl could do small fire attacks, yet they weren't powerful enough to actually do some damage.

Her other powers were so much stronger, and it was something she mastered long ago. While in deep thoughts she heard screams coming toward her. Oriana looked to her left side to see two of her brothers running from the very tiger they were trying to defeat, "Those idiots" she hissed.

"Run, Ori" Sabo yelled from a distance however the girl stood there waiting for them to run past her to take a small bolder and throw it at the tiger's head making it fall to the ground. "You beat it?!" Sabo yelled, "I did?" she smiled innocently.

"How long have you known you could defeat it?" Ace asked, "I've always known" Oriana calmly replied. "The gap between us is even greater than I thought" she heard him whisper to himself, "I still think it's cute you think you can beat me" she laughed while clapping his back.

Ace looked angry as he walked away, but that was the moment a tree came falling down. Oriana balanced herself on one leg and lifted the other into the air and shooting a strong wind at the falling object away from them.

"Are you guys okay?" she asked as she went over to them. "Yeah, thanks. Did you eat a devil fruit?" Sabo asked but before Oriana could answer a voice interrupted them, "Did I hit someone? I'm sorry" the face of her sunshine appeared.

"Luffy?!" the three said at the same time forgetting the previous question. "Oria, Ace, Sabo. Long time no see" he greeted them smiling before he noticed something behind them, "Ehh, who beat the tiger?" he asked panickily. "Oriana did" Ace answered.

"That means she becomes the captain!" Luffy looked sad and so did the two other boys, "You guys sure are stupid" she shook her head as she got their attention. "I already told you I'm going back to my father's ship," she grinned at their relief.

"Then the competition is still on!" Sabo realized.

Luffy and his new teacher took them over to their little camp. He wanted to show them how far he'd gotten and chose to do so by punching a sign. The boy swung his arm around before throwing it towards his target, but instead, he hit past that and hit Nogari in the face. When his arm came back it took him some power to stop himself from spinning around.

Sabo and Oriana were impressed by how far he'd come, and secretly so was Ace. Rather than telling the boy that, he asked the old man about what kind of training Luffy did. Ace had a hard time believing it wasn't anything special.

Oriana didn't know why Ace was fighting Nogari, but it was quickly over with the old man's victory. "Do whatever you want with me" Ace said, "Alright come with me" he said before leading them all back to the beach where they saw a ship under construction.

"I'm unable to make much progress on my own. Why don't you four not help me build this, noshi" he challenged. The older black-haired looked confused, "Help you?" why would they do that? "Didn't you say I could do whatever I want with you" Nogari smiled, "Wait a minute? When you say four did you mean us too?" Sabo motioned for Ori too.

Nogari told them that he was going to sail out as a pirate and look for his old crewmates to fulfill their dreams, "Age is irrelevant when pursuing your dream" he said. "I like your spirit but that isn't completely true. These three want to become pirates, if age were 'irrelevant' what's stopping them from setting sail tomorrow?" Oriana replied.

"You got me there, girl" the old man smirked.

The four of them started to help Nogari build his ship while training with him. They chopped trees down for the ship to strengthen their bodies. They sparred with Nogari to train their skills. Oriana, Ace, Sabo, and Luffy spent every day growing stronger together.

They even fought each other for food, but Oriana used her powers to her advantage by stealing the food from right under them. "Oi, Ori! That's cheating!" Sabo yelled, "Let me tell you something valuable. In the world of pirates, there is no such thing as cheating," she said as she ate the food.

"You sure is wise for such a young girl" Nogari praised, "I'm older than you think plus I'm a pirate with my own name" she smiled at her achievements. "Oh, and what is that name?" the old man asked curiously, "I know, it's summer snow!" Luffy confidently yelled.

"No, It's Winter Blaze" she corrected.

Nogari jumped back shocked, "You're the true daughter of-"

"Ne, Ori, why do they call you Winter Blaze?" Sabo interrupted, "Because my hair is white like the winter snow and eyes are flaming red… or so I was told" she smiled innocently. "You don't have white hair or red eyes," Ace added.

"Oh, I don't" she took a strand of her hair, "I guess you're right" she acted surprised.

Oriana closed her eyes and dramatically whipped her hair to the side as it turned white. She looked at her three brothers with her red eyes, pointy ears, a darker skin color, and white mark on her face. "How about now?" she smirked at their eyepopping reaction.

"SO COOL!" Luffy yelled first, "WHAT?!" Ace screamed. "ORI, HOW, WHY?" Sabo asked.

"Okay, calm down. One at a time. Luffy, you go first" she said.

"You can transform! Now, let's become pirates together-"

"Stop. Ace, your turn" she stopped him.

The boy just stared at her, "We'll get back to you. Sab, how about you"

"Which devil fruit did you eat?" the blond finally asked. "I didn't eat one" she simply answered.

"How then?" Sabo managed to say.

"Simple. I'm not completely human" she said.

"But isn't Whitebeard human?" This time it wasn't her brother who asked, but Nogari, "He is, but my mother… not so much. As to answer your question, Sabo, I didn't eat a devil fruit. I got this form when my mother died"

"Ori, I'm so sorry-"

"Let's not talk more about it" Oriana quickly said, and they respected that.

She turned back to her other form and caught the brothers staring at her, "What?" she asked, "You sure are amazing. You can do so many things!" Luffy praised.

She smiled warmly at him.

Even as the season changed the brothers and sister were still working with Nogari. He tried to school them, but they often found it too boring and ended up falling asleep. They sewed the last of the sail and had finished the ship by summer.

The old man wanted to set out, but there was one thing left and that was for the brothers to finally beat the tiger. As they did that Oriana and Nogari sat on a rock watching them. Sabo and Ace charged in without hesitation.

Luffy decided to join them.

Oriana sighed, she remember how Nogari tried to tell them that there was something more important than winning, but the boys had a hard time figuring it out. She, on the other hand, had seen her crew working together if there was something they couldn't do themselves.

Now, she hoped her brothers could see that too.

Both Ace and Sabo were pushed aside and the animal charged at Luffy. He tried to hit it with a Gomu-Gomu no pistole but sadly it had no effect as he ended up defenseless. The three oldest quickly reacted to help their brother.

Nogari held Oriana's hand to prevent her from interfering, "What are you doing old man?" she asked angrily. "They don't need help," he said but she was looking in their direction. Ace and Sabo had caught its paw.

Ace said something to the others before they split up. Sabo yelled at it probably to distract it while the two black-haired ran over to the trees. Luffy held his arms on each tree and stretched himself back as Ace leaned on him.

Ace yelled for Sabo to get it over here before telling Luffy to let go, "Gomu-Gomu no rocket" and he then flew quickly into the tiger. The force made it pass out and the trio was cheering at their victory before remembering something very important.

"Ace landed the final hit, which means… he becomes the captain," the blond said sadly. "I worked so hard too," Luffy said, and Sabo comforted him. Oriana was walking up to them with a huge grin, "I won't become the captain" the oldest brother said.

Sabo and Luffy were confused, "I didn't beat it alone, but you guys will someday beg me to join," Ace said confidently, but his brothers started mocking him. "I was hoping to beat the three of you as a crew when you guys become pirates" Oriana sounded almost disappointed.

"Oh, well, I guess I'll just beat you individually then" Oriana just shrugged much to the brothers' dislike.

Oriana was happy for them, but they almost didn't make it. She knew the boys wanted to be each other's captain and knew took a lot for Ace to ask for help, but it just showed that he would be a great captain, although it might take some time.

The siblings turned to the old man waving his pirate along with his hammer.

He set sail a few hours later.

The girl was walking alone through the gray terminal minding her own business when a guard chased a poor old man away from the city because he was below the nobles. She felt her anger rose, and she ran over to the guard before punching his face into the ground.

"Your filthy brat" the guard growled under the pain. "Filthy? I'm not the one laying in the trash!" she spat angrily. He pointed his weapon at her ready to shoot but her brothers interfered by hitting him with their metal tubes.

"Don't talk to our sister like that!" Ace yelled. "Yeah, the only filthy people are the ones inside there!" Sabo pointed at the wall. "Including you" Luffy burst out.

Oriana got a great idea.

"Ne, brothers, what do you say to throw this trash" she motioned around her, "Inside there? You know trash on trash" she pointed at the wall. The boys looked around for a moment a little confused, "How are we going to do that?"

"Well, I was thinking we could gather trash and then use my powers to shoot it over the wall like a canon" she smirked. Her brothers were quick to agree.

Ace, Sabo, and Luffy gathered the trash next to her. Oriana moved her arms in circles around the trash before shooting it in the direction of the city and a few moments they could hear it hit something, "Yes!" she burst out.

They kept doing that for a while until they felt satisfied.

The sibling went back to their hideout laughing, "Did you see how the people in the gray terminal were cheering on us? It was so awesome!" Luffy said happily. "That place was a lot cleaner too" Oriana laughed.

"Let's go into the city tomorrow to see how bad it is" Sabo suggested, "And if they come after us will just beat them" Ace smirked with his hands tight on the metal.

The girl was starting to calm down and held a hand on her neck when her heart almost stopped. The guys noticed her face, "What's wrong, Oria?" Luffy asked concerned. She touched the place where her necklace was supposed to be.

She started looking around the treehouse further confusing the boys, "It's not here?!" she was full-on panicking. Oriana was about to run outside when someone grab her hand. She turned around to see Ace, "Let go I need to hurry!" she turned around again, "No, not before telling us what's going on!"

Oriana saw the concern in not only Ace's eyes but Luffy and Sabo's too. She took a deep breath, "I can't find my necklace" she said sadly. "But you never take it off," Luffy said, "Was it important to you?" Sabo asked.

"My mother gave it to my father when he set out to be a pirate then my father gave it to me on my seventh birthday. So, yeah, it's important to me" she said before running out of their place. Her mind thought back to what she spent her day doing.

She mainly remembered being in the gray terminal and that was where she'll be heading. Oriana refused to lose the only thing she had left from both her mother and father. She still had a hard time figuring out how she could allow herself to lose it.

Oriana sighed in relief when she saw the bracelet was still around her ankle.

The girl was searching through the trash when she felt her brothers standing behind her, "Any luck, Ori? Sabo asked. "No, nothing. I'm not even sure that I lost it today. It could have been yesterday or even a couple of days ago!" she felt like crying.

"We'll help you, of course!" Ace said without hesitation. "Yeah!" Sabo and Luffy agreed.

"Thank you!" she felt very touched.

It was getting really late, and she saw how tired her brothers looked, "I'm going onto the high town to look for my necklace. You guys can just go back. Thank you for trying!" Oriana said before making her own hole through the wall

-x-

Oriana didn't come home that night.

She barely slept and stayed by the wall for nearly two days now. There was still no sign of her heirloom anywhere.

She decided to go back to the treehouse and just be depressed in a more comfortable place. The girl looked like someone who had just come back from the dead. Her body and clothes were covered in dirt and trash, it was even in her hair too.

Out of them all, she was always the cleanest but today the boys held that title. She wasn't in the mood to care and just dramatically fell to the floor, "I couldn't find it" she sobbed. The brothers looked at her with pity and decided to go and help her search again.

"Oriana, we're going out for a bit. You can stay here and rest, maybe take a shower too" Ace said. She just hummed, not sure if she could do that. Funny enough she was more tired than she thought and fell asleep without realizing it.

Oriana heard someone entering the treehouse, and slightly opened her eyes only to see Ace and Luffy looking sad, "What's wrong?" she was more awake now. "Sabo sacrificed his freedom for us" her little sunshine sobbed.

"What do you mean?" she asked, "His noble father threaten us, and Sabo offered to go back freely if they left us alone" Ace sounded regretful. "He did what we would have done if we were in the same situation," she tried to help.

"But what if he never comes back to us?" Luffy asked, "When the time is right, he'll come back and if he doesn't come in the next couple of days, he clearly wants to see us in person!" she grinned at the two boys and theirs were equally rivaling hers.

The hours went by since Sabo left, and it hadn't been the same. Oriana saw how the boys missed him, and she clearly did too. The girl wanted to go over to the city and get her brother back because there was this feeling that something big was going to happen.

But that would mean breaking her promise with Ace and Luffy.

She still felt tired and went back to sleep.

-x-

Oriana woke up alone when the sun was about to set. Even though she had slept all day she still felt tired. She felt filthy and went out to the river to bathe. She relaxed in the water swimming around for herself calmly.

She went deeper into the river feeling free like she used to in the sea.

When Oriana reached the surface, it had become dark but she noticed the sky was bright. In the beginning, she thought the sun hasn't completely set yet, but the rest of the sky was pit black. She looked closely and tried to figure out what that was, and it suddenly snapped for her; something was burning.

The girl quickly dried herself before putting her close on. Ace and Luffy weren't back at the treehouse earlier, so they probably weren't there now. They might be in danger, and she refused to lose anyone else.

If anything happened to them, she would destroy the entire kingdom and its people altogether.

It was for sure their fault anyways.

Oriana arrived at the grey terminal and saw fire everywhere. She transformed into her other form releasing a huge wind in the process. She went into the fire without hesitation blowing wind at the places she heard people.

She was about to make a path, but an even stronger wind hit them. They started following the way out. Oriana decided to follow them as she saw a ship with a man on top of it, kind of staring at her.

He turned to the people giving a speech about freedom and change, but the girl didn't have time for that as she started gathering a large amount of water and shooting it at the fire, but it wasn't enough. She kept doing it, yet it wasn't giving the result she had hoped for.

If only she had more control over her fire powers. She stretched her arms in front of the fire with her palms out. Oriana took a deep breath to concentrate on this, "Come on, you can do this" she said in a mantra.

She felt her hands lighting up slowly sucking the fire particles into her palms. Oriana grinned and walked further and further the towards the middle of the grey terminal slowly putting the fire out on her way.

Oriana tried to find the brothers but there was no sign of them. The whole situation was a nightmare, and it was killing her. Hopefully, they weren't even here to begin with. Maybe they were back at Dadan's. She ran over to the house to see if everyone was alright.

There she saw Luffy with a lot of bandages on, crying for Ace to come back. Oriana went over to him, "Lu, what happen to Ace?" clear concern in her voice. Then he started telling her that Blue Jam was hired by the king of this country to burn down the grey terminal to impress someone.

They were killing the people as if they were trash too. It made her lose it and so much happier to be a pirate. They didn't have to claim one thing and then do something else. Pirates were free to do whatever they wanted rather good or bad.

The boy was trying to stand up to look for Ace, "I'll look for him. You have to stay here and rest" she held him back. Oriana went out to the forest without knowing how to find him. She closed her eyes feeling out their presence.

There was someone's presence she did feel, but it wasn't Ace's instead it was guards appearing to be looking for something. At that moment she felt someone hiding inside the tree roots and moved the bush away only to find Ace and Dadan, "Who are you?" Dadan asked clearly not recognizing her.

"Oriana? What are you doing here?" Ace was shocked. "What are you talking about? I'm obviously looking for you" she stated coolly. She transform back and went over to hug him, "I'm so happy you're alive!" she smiled.

Ace stood there awkward before embracing her too. "Are you two done? Cause I need to get back now" a voice they've forgotten about interrupted them. She smiled before she kneed in front of the manly woman only to see her covered in burn marks.

Oriana turned around and told Ace to put Dadan onto her back as they headed back.

Everybody came running out to help them as they arrived. The bandits took their leader inside and Ace just changed his clothes as if nothing really happened. Luffy on the other hand was openly crying and went over to hug Ace, "Luffy" he said as his younger brother cried in relief.

The older black-haired looked at him, "Did you think I was dead?" he questioned, "But-" Luffy started, "Why are you crying?" Ace asked angrily and hit him over the head, "Don't kill me when I'm not dead you idiot" Ace scolded.

Oriana smiled at the scene; he really wasn't used to people caring about him. Well, he had to get used to it, because she, Luffy, and Sabo weren't going to just stop. When he became a pirate and got Nakama of his own, more people would care too.

She was looking forward to seeing what kind of people would join him. She was especially curious about her little sunshine. She knew his adventures were going to be either crazy or epic, probably both.

After everything had calmed down, she found Luffy playing outside with a 'Gulp' beetle and a dog before heading inside again.

"Why didn't you run" the older woman questioned, "I don't really know why but whenever I'm facing someone blood rushes to my head and I feel like if I run, I'll lose something important" Ace sat with his arms on his knees and looked thoughtful.

"Back then Luffy was right behind me. I don't if that's the reason though" he ruffled his hair.

Oriana remembered the stories her father told her about Roger. Even though Ace hated his father, he was more like him than he thought. Not only the 'not running away' part but also his cheerfulness when you get to know him.

Ace was following in his father's footsteps to be a pirate, his strength and will. But most of all, it was like his soul was calling him to the sea. It was in his blood.

His pirate blood.

Her thought was interrupted when Dogra together with Luffy came in with a face of horror, "I have to tell you guys something" he waited till everybody was present. The small bandit told them everything he saw and what happened with Sabo.

The trio stood there with wide eyes and refused to believe him, "Sabo is… you liar" Ace jumped him into the floor, "Don't even joke about it. Sabo went back to his noble family. There's no way he sailed out to sea" he screamed. "That's right. Sabo went home" Luffy argued.

"Outlaws like us understand how he felt… we all have a place we don't want to return to! Do you really think he'll set sail if he really was happy? Do you really think he'd fly a pirate flag and set out on his own?" Dogra said with tears.

Oriana was frozen in place; she didn't know how to react. Her vision became blurry and suddenly anger took over. Those bastards had killed a member of her family. It was the duty of the World Government to maintain peace in the world and now you see that the celestial dragon can do whatever they wanted without being held accountable.

The Marines were protecting the scum of the world.

When she finally came too, she went outside. She saw Ace was tied up in the tree and he looked at her with worried eyes. "Oriana, where are you going," he asked carefully, "I'm going to destroy the entire kingdom and kill the one who took Sabo away from us," she said without any hesitation.

"Don't, they'll kill you" Ace panicked, "Then my father will take my place and avenge me by destroying this island" she cut him loose on her way. The black-haired boy ran over to her and held her by the arm.

"I refuse to lose you too" he made her turn around, "Don't leave us and throw your life away. We only have each other now, Oria" he looked so desperate. It made her heart melt at his little speech, and she started to let her emotions go. He took her hand and sat down with her, "I want to kill them all," she said sobbing and cuddled into his shoulder, "I know."

Oriana was crying and it made her a little embarrassed, but it was normal especially since she lost someone she cared about. Why was she the only one who was crying between them? Then realized that she had never actually seen Ace cry and now he was watching her do it.

Ace and Oriana were sharing their fun memory with the blond and she fell asleep.

The next morning, she woke up next to her friend. It had been a terrible night, "How are you feeling," he asked concerned, "I'm fine," she said unsurely

Oriana saw a bird flying over to Dogra and he immediately ran over to the two "It's a letter from Sabo. He must have written it before setting sail" the bandit quickly said.

Ace quickly stood up and snatched the letter out of his hand. He looked at her for a second and motioned for her to follow him. He opened it and still held the envelope so they both could read it.

"Ace, Shayla, Luffy I hope you weren't hurt in the fire. I'm worried but I believe that you're safe, especially with Ori's power. I'm sorry about this, but I'll be out at sea by the time you read this letter. A lot of things had happened, and I'd decided to set sail before you guys. My destination will be anywhere but this country. There I'll get stronger. I'll be a pirate! Let's become pirates with more freedom than anyone else and meet up again someday. Just the four of us. Somewhere out on the wide sea, the free ocean. I'm sure that someday we'll meet again! Oh, and Ace I wonder who's the older brother between the two of us. Two big brothers, a little brother, and a sister with awesome powers. It might be strange but the bond between us is my treasure. Luffy might still be a crybaby and weakling but he's our little brother. Take care of him".

Ps. I found something special for you, Ori. I saw some kid had it. Consider it a thank you for giving me the best revenge against them. They had just finished removing all the trash and I almost die laughing every time I see it.

Oriana laughed while sobbing at their little moment together, 'You're welcome, Sabo'. Inside the envelope was a familiar compass necklace and she fell to the ground in happiness. She didn't notice that her friend was trying not to break down.

A loud cry surprised her and what surprised her, even more, was that it came from Ace. She had never seen him in tears, and it broke her heart. She stood up and embraced him. She had known Sabo for about a year, but Ace had for 6 years. They were each other's best friends, and it was them against the world.

That was until Oriana came and forced her way into their lives. It may have been a rough beginning, but she can't imagine her life without these idiots. "I love you" she whispered into his ear.

Ace didn't react and just cried onto her shoulder.

-x-

It's been a week since Sabo's death and Luffy was still grieving. He barely ate anything and cried near the sea. Oriana had tried to be there for him, but she didn't really know what to tell him. She had almost killed the king for his pain but that wasn't something he needed to know.

"Go talk to him, Ace. He's your little brother, it's your job to take care of him" the girl glared at him, "You're his sister. So, it's your job, too" he replied, "I've tried but I don't know what to say in these moments" she protested.

"I don't either and-" he didn't get to finish before the girl kicked him out of the house, "No time for excuses, and don't you dare come back without Luffy!" she warned. He glared at her for a few seconds. When he realized that it didn't work, he left.
