Note: So, the last chapter took place about summer 2021. I am going to go ahead to the beginning of 2022 since I have a two-part crossover with Karry Universe coming up that would take place Summer 2022. Since Alister and Bella were born at the end of 2020 that makes them just over one-year-old now, while Ray has been with them as a nanny for close to a year. Hope this makes sense.

Sara Lance's Husband

-Beginning of 2022-

Sara Lance took a breath as she opened the door to an office. Kara was there in her Super Blue Arrow outfit and Rae was standing behind her in her Flash outfit. Both turned their head as Sara entered but didn't acknowledged her as there was an unfamiliar woman in the room.

"Thank you for finding him," the unknown woman was staying as she handed over a check.

"Not a problem," Kara said, taking the check. "If you ever need us again..."

"Don't worry I know where to go," the woman said and turned, seeing Sara waiting there. "These two are the best. I tried other multiverse trackers before and none of them worked." The woman gave Sara a wink as they exited.

"What was that about?" Sara asked the two.

"Shit dad going to the multiverse to bail on child support," Kara explained.

"Honestly, a stable of our business," Rae said. "You can say all you want about Barry but at least he works himself to provide for his kids."

"Or lately find women who don't need his money," Kara joked; Barry had been photographed several times with Lena Luthor now, going to events, and the two had just heard from Lena that she might be pregnant. Of course, it was Barry's. No one else knew yet.

"So, what are you doing here?" Rae asked Sara. Sara was almost a regular at their house when Ray was working late, but she had never come to their office before.

"I need a word with you two. In private," Sara said, making the two look at each other but shrugged and indicated Sara to follow them to their main headquarters. Kara taking a seat in her normal chair in front of the computer while Rae leaned against a wall. "Where's your bird?"

"Samuel? Barry took him to help track down Leonard Snart," Rae explained. "Cold gun plus speedsters don't mix. Not why you're here though."

"No," Sara said, shaking her head. "Years ago I… had a sort of rebellious phase," the two waited for more. "When I was 19 me and a boy, went to Vegas and… well one thing led to another and we got married there. And I found out a while ago it was never annulled."

"I'm guessing Ray doesn't know this," Rae said. Their nanny had been showing the two plans for the wedding and honeymoon which was coming up.

"No," Sara said. "And I want to marry him as we planned - the wedding we planned, but I need my husband to sign the papers."

"And this goes to us how?" Kara asked.

"My husband, Tommy Merlyn, he never grew out of his bad boy phase. Probably because of his dad, Malcolm Merlyn," Sara said.

"Why do these names sound familiar?" Rae asked.

"They were members of the League of Assassins," Sara said.

"Oh," Rae said, realizing why they sounded familiar. Years ago the heroes of this world teamed up with Nyssa Al-Gaul and her sister Talia to take down the League of Assassins once and for all. "I'm guessing he's one of the members who escaped into the multiverse?" Rae turned to the computer that kept track of wanted multiverse fugitives and went into a section set aside for members of the League of Assassins. Holograms appeared before them with photos, names, abilities, and bounties listed. "Here we go; Malcolm and Tommy Merlyn AKA the Dark Archer and Dark Arrow. Father and Son archers. Trained in several martial arts. Malcom was a part of the Seven Deadly Men. Both wanted dead or alive, and man that's a big reward for both of them!"

"Can't you just get a judge to sign off on a divorce based on him being a super villain who ditched to the multiverse to hide?" Kara asked.

"Yes, but my lawyer says that would take longer than I have before my wedding. He said I need the signature to get married on time. Even suggested you two," Sara pointed out. "I can't pay you but that bounty would be…"

"Sara, we'd do it for you even without the bounty. That's not the problem," Kara said, pushing a button and a holographic earth showed up. "This is our world. Now bring it back to the night of League of Assassins defeat." Kara punched the date into the computer and the hologram seemed to spin. "And now punch into Nanda Parbat," Kara put her hands on the hologram and then turned the holographic Earth and zoomed into the League of Assassins main base. "And there's the problem. See all those blue dots on top of each other? That a different portal to a different world. Dozens of them. Nowadays I would be able to tell all the worlds, but this system was in it's infancy then. All the portals one on top of each other confused it."

"So, there is nothing you can do?" Sara asked.

"I can try to rerun the old data," Kara said. "See if I can track the portals now, but I have no way of knowing which one would be Tommy. It could take a while for us to find him."

"Although finding other League of Assassins members would be profitable. I mean all these guys have big bounties on their… Wait… No way!" Rae breathed. "Print that!" Rae pushed a holographic printer icon and their printer went off, printing a hard paper copy. "And let's print a copy of Tommy and his father too."

"Love, what are you doing?" Kara asked as Rae took both prints.

"I got to go talk to someone," Rae said and ran off.

"Why don't you stay here while Rae is mysterious and I will see about updating the old data?" Kara said to as she turned back to the computer and started pushing buttons.

-Bounty-

Rae was back in normal clothes as she knocked on the door.

"Hey Rae," it was Nora Darhk who answered the door with a smile. "Me and my friends are doing makeovers. Want to help?"

"Maybe some other time. I actually need to talk to your father. Is he here?" Rae asked.

"In the kitchen," Nora said, letting Rae move in as she went back to a group of girls and Rae went to the kitchen. Damien Darhk was sitting at a table with a computer. "Damien, we need a word."

"Sorry, no rest of the wicked," Damien joked. "I have an important deadline at work. Can you…?" Rae moved over and closed the laptop.

"We talk now, Black Knight," Rae said, putting the printed wanted track ad she had printed out in front of him. It clearly showed Damien Darhk's face and said 'Black Knight' under it, but unknown with their real name. "I knew I knew your face from somewhere. I must have glanced at this several times. Magician, highly dangerous, crimes going back centuries, wanted dead or alive."

"And I knew I knew your face, Flash," Damien said, knowing it was up.

"Congrats, it seems everyone can figure that one out lately," Rae said, sitting down.

"So, you came here to get a big payday, well I am not…" Damien started.

"Oh, cool your horses," Rae said. "My tracking license is only good for multiverse tracks. Since you're on this Earth I get nothing by turning you in. And we've been neighbors for about a year now. I think if you were still a monster I would have figured it out by now. You turned a new leaf."

"When my wife died I left the League of Assassins for Nora. I just want to watch her grow up, find love, see grandkids before I die," Damien explained. "If you're not here to turn me in, then why are you here?"

Rae held out the other wanted ad she had printed out. "Malcolm and Tommy Merlyn," Rae said. "Escaped to the multiverse when we took down the League of Assassins."

"And you want to bring them in?" Damien asked.

"There's a personal reason behind it too," Rae said. "Can you help?"

"I was out of the League of Assassins before the take down, but the plans to escape to the multiverse should the worst happen was planned before I left. Members were given different vibrations. Lucky for you so no one came looking for me I took some information with me that would be damaging to the League should it get out," Damien explained.

"You keep their secrets, they leave you alone," Rae nodded, and Damien stood and went to a painting on the wall. There was a safe behind it that Rae had to raise her eyebrow at. She thought that was only done in movies. Damien entered a code and then took out a single flash drive.

He turned and held it up to Rae.

"The names and vibration each person were meant to escape to should the worst happen," Damien said. "It's yours if we can continue living in peace."

Rae took the flash drive. "And what are they doing on these world?" Rae asked.

"If they had a doppelganger on the world, the plan was to kill them and take over their lives. Buy their time and wait for the signal," Damien said.

"Signal?" Rae asked.

"From Ra's to return," Damien said.

"That's impossible. Ra's daughters betrayed him. She joined with us and help us destroy the entire League - including the Lazarus Pit. There's nothing left," Rae said.

"The ones who escaped would not know that," Damien pointed out and Rae gave a nod.

"Thank you," Rae said, getting up and went to head for the door but paused. "Damien, I have no monetary reason to bring you in but remember I am still a hero. Should you return to your old ways I'll have no choice. Keep your nose clean."

"Will do," Damien said and watched as Rae left with speed. He then checked to make sure Nora and the other girls heard nothing, but they were still painting their nails and giggling amongst themselves.

"Good luck Flash." Damien mumbled as he went back to his work.

-Bounty-

Rae ran back into the office and gave the flash drive to her wife. Kara looking at it confused.

"Vibrations records of where all escaped League of Assassins members went to," Rae explained.

"And where did you get this?" Kara asked.

"I asked our neighbor," Rae said and Kara tilted her head. "Damien Darhk is a former League of Assassins member. Black Knight, specifically."

"I knew he was familiar looking," Kara mumbled. "Are we sure we can trust him?"

"He just wants to raise his daughter now and live a normal life. I think we're good," Rae said and Kara gave a nod, putting the flash drive into the system.

"Well good job trusting him. Our system has taken the records and organized them with records we already have and… looks like Malcolm and Tommy were meant to go to a known Earth," Kara said bringing up a hologram. "Splitsville."

"Splitville? Who names these?" Sara spoke up.

"The first worlds that meets you gets to name you for the system," Rae said. "According to these records, Prime Barry and New Justice Rae were the first. It's named Splitsville because of the large number of divorces on the world. My alternate is a teenager and there's something here about New Justice Rae liking her."

"Well, any idea where exactly the two former League members would be?" Kara asked.

"According to Damien, they would have taken over their alternate's lives, if possible, and are waiting for a signal to come back here to re-join their League," Rae explained, and Kara took out a device that looked like a watch.

"It will allow us to sneakily test the vibration," Kara explained to Sara.

"If they have been on that world for so many years, wouldn't their vibration be changing anyway?" Rae pointed out.

"Yes, but it's slow. They will still be vibrating a bit like us while it changes," Kara said. "Sara, we'll go and get him."

"I'm coming," Sara said, surprising the two. "I have the papers with me." Sara opened up her pocketbook and showed some legal papers. "Please."

"You have to do whatever we say," Kara said and Sara gave a nod. "Fine, I'll get on my bike. Rae, use the system with Sara." Kara left the room to head for her bikes.

Rae tossed a device at Sara. "It will create a portal back here should you need it," Rae said taking another device for herself. "Stand over here." Sara walked over to where Rae was and then Rae had the system send them to Splitsville.

-Bounty-

"I got to say, the multiverse systems are usually in nicer areas," Rae said as they looked around. They had arrived in some type of basement that had been converted into a lab.

"Hi," a tiny voice spoke, and the two turned to see a young boy standing there. "Rae. You're home."

"Hi," Rae said. "Who are you?"

"I'm your brother, silly," the little boy said.

Rae sighed at that. It seemed the little boy didn't get alternates yet. "Can you tell me who you are?" Sara asked. "I'm Sara."

"Elliot," Elliot said with a smile to him.

"Elliot, you didn't go into my lab, did you?" a familiar voice spoke, and coming down the stairs was none other than Jay Garrick himself. The man then paused, looking at the two for a moment from the staircase. "I guess we have some visitors. Elliot." Elliot bounced over to her father and out of the room. "Please come up stairs."

Rae and Sara walked up the stairs, following Elliot.

I guess you're not from New Justice?" Jay tried.

"Sorry, but no, we're from a world called Bounty," Rae explained.

"Seriously?" Sara mumbled, not having known that, but Rae chose to ignore her.

"Sha're, Daniel?" Elliot called looking at Rae.

"No, Elliot, not our Rae. Go play," Jay said and Elliot ran to a different room. "Sorry, Elliot doesn't seem to understand the multiverse yet and doesn't seem to realize your definitely older than our Rae."

"Sha're and Daniel?" Rae asked.

"Rae's meta cat and Kryptonian dog. They went to college with Rae," Jay said, and before Rae could ask more she heard the sound of a motorcycle outside. Kara had tracked where they went to and the set coordinates on her bike to follow.

"That would be my wife," Rae said and pointed at the door. Jay gave a nod and Rae opened it, letting Kara, who was in her Super Blue Canary outfit, inside.

"So, I am guessing this isn't a social visit?" Jay asked, waiting for more.

"We're trackers, what your world probably calls Bounty Hunters," Rae explained and Jay nodded. "We're here looking for villains from our world who have used the multiverse to hide from their crimes. We do have it on good authority they may have killed their alternates here and assumed their alternates' lives."

"We do not want to cause any trouble as we look," Kara added.

"Well, Rae is a bit busy to come back and help and Diana had to go to Themyscira for a bit. But Barry been doing well as his speedster alternate, Jetstream," Jay said.

"Jetstream?" Rae asked.

"Well, when I retired Rae became the full-time Flash. Barry wanted his own name," Jay said with a shrug. "Plus, Barry is also a cop." Jay had already taken out his cellphone and called a number. they just about heard Barry on the other end of the phone, with Jay quickly filling him in on what what just happened at home.

Jay had barely hung up the phone when Barry had run into the room, skidding to a stop and causing a small fire Rae used an arm tornado to put out.

"Sorry, Uncle Jay," Barry said, seeming embarrassed. He wasn't in a speedster outfit and just normal clothes and his cop badge was on his side, along with his gun, indicating he had just come from work. "Hi, Rae, Kara. Um… sorry I don't know you?"

"Sara," Sara informed him.

"So, who are we looking for?" Barry asked.

"Tommy Merlyn," Kara said.

"Do you mind, uncle?" Barry asked, grabbing an tablet computer and Jay gave a nod as Barry typed. "Okay, this him?" Barry turned the screen around to show a photo of a man in his late-30s with dark hair and a neatly trimmed beard.

"That's him," Sara confirmed.

"He's a business man in Starling. No police record. Although his dad magically came back to life a few years ago," Barry mused. "And by magically, I mean appeared out of nowhere claiming he was never dead."

"Can I...?" Kara asked, and Barry handed over the tablet. "Malcolm appeared not long after we defeated the League of Assassins..." Jay gave a whistle at that, seeming to know what that was. "Must be our alternates, but we need to be sure. I need to get close to him and test their vibration." Kara held up the watch she'd had before.

"Well it says here he's going to be at some type of winter wonderland event in Starling today," Barry said. "But you showing up might not be a good idea. Your face is too famous."

"As Supergirl?" Kara asked. "Cause I'm…"

"Well yeah as Supergirl, but I mean as a human too. You're a night-time show host of a talk show. Pretty popular. Talk about news, TV shows, and whatever. Well besides giving marriage tips; with two divorces behind you and in the middle of a third, you have admitted you're not good at marriage," Barry said.

"Well, that makes a difference to other mes," Kara mused.

"I'm starting to get why this world was named Splitsville," Sara remarked.

"I'll go," Rae said, taking the watch from Kara. "My alternate can't be well known outside of her Flash persona." Jay and Barry gave a nod at that.

"Put it on," Kara said, putting the watch on Rae. "It's set to scan the person you shake hands with and will flash green if it senses our matching vibration." Rae nodded. "I'll come and keep an eye from the top of a nearby building or something."

"I'm coming too," Sara said.

"Hold on, can you look up Sara Lance? We can't have you appearing if your alternate is dead," Rae pointed out.

"Um… Sara Lance," Barry said, typing into the screen. "Not dead, not in jail. According to social media she's on vacation in Europe, so we won't have two Sara Lances there."

"Okay, you can come with me," Rae said and Sara smiled.

"I'll come too. Stick to the outside, with Kara," Barry said with a nod.

-Bounty-

Rae and Sara were in normal clothes now, walking about the Winter Wonderland park they'd tracked the Merlyns down to; it was a bit chilly in Starling this time of the year, so both did have coats on now.

"Sara?" it was a familiar voice and they turned to see Laurel and Oliver coming up to them. "I didn't know you were back from Barbados. How was it?"

"Sunny," Sara said, not sure what else to say as her alternate. "Hey is Tommy around?"

"Of course, Tommy's around," Oliver said with a smile. "Tommy, Tommy… oh there you are!" Oliver indicated for the man who came up. "Look who's back."

"Sara welcome home. And is this your new girl?" Tommy asked, looking the exact same as his image from earlier, albeit slightly older. The comment made Sara confused for a moment and then realized he was indicating to Rae.

"This is my friend, Rae," Sara said.

"Nice to meet you," Rae said, holding out her hand with the watch on it to Tommy.

"Any friend of Sara," Tommy smiled, taking the hand and shaking it. As they shook, Rae's watch turned green - it had sensed the vibration of Bounty Earth on this Tommy. "Interesting watch..." Tommy remarked. Rae retreated her hand, simply giving a nod. Tommy stared at her for a moment before he eyes went wide. He then took a step back. "I... have to go."

"Damn it," Rae mumbled as Tommy went quickly. "He made me."

"Made her?" Laurel asked but Rae started to run after Tommy.

"Complicated story," Sara said to Laurel as she ran off after Rae.

"Wait, Sara not supposed to be back until next week!" Oliver realized, the two decided to go after Tommy, Rae and Sara.

Rae followed Tommy into a building which was clearly an ice rink, but at the moment empty. Rae summoned her outfit as she ran in.

"Dark Arrow!" Rae called out, seeing him on the ice. He was in his League of Assassins black attire already and Rae, for a moment, wondered how he changed so fast and got his weapons so fast. Rae ran out onto the ice and tripped, sliding and using her hand to stop her head from hitting the ice.

"The Flash of my world," Tommy said, holding an arrow out, directing it at her. "I don't know how you found me but this is it," Tommy sent an arrow at Rae but a flash caught it and Barry was on the ice now in his speedster outfit, which was a mix of red, black, and blue.

"Got it…ah!" Barry said sliding into the wall. "I should have taken ice skating lessons as a kid."

Tommy went for another arrow, but before he could an arrow hit into him. Kara had come and was in the stands with another arrow ready to go. Sara was there, too, looking off from the sides. As Tommy yelled, Rae used her speed, still on all fours to not slip on the ice, and ran into Tommy, forcing them both off the ice and into the stands. The two struggled for a moment, but Rae got the upper hand and forced Tommy on his knees, holding him up by his back.

"What is going on here?" It was Oliver and Laurel coming in. "What the...?"

"I can explain," Barry slid over to where they were and holding onto the wall. "They are not from our world. They are from another Earth separated from a different vibration."

"Like Sliders?" Laurel asked.

"That comparison gets annoying but it's surprisingly accurate," Kara remarked "And you, before we take you back home someone wants a word with you," she directed this to Tommy. Sara stepped forward now.

"Hi, Tommy, been a long time," Sara spoke.

"Wow. You're really my Sara," Tommy breathed. "I guess I have you to thank for these hired guns?"

"Don't talk about my friends like that," Sara snapped, taking out the papers. "Sign."

"Sign? Oh, annulment papers. I forgot we did get married in Vegas," Tommy chuckled. "Well get them to let me go and I'll sign."

"You know, you're not very smart. Your wanted dead or alive. I can just shove his arrow more into you," Rae said, putting her hand on the arrow Kara had shot at him. "And I'll still get my payday and give Sara a much easier divorce."

"You're the Flash. You don't kill," Tommy countered.

"But I do," Kara said, holding an arrow up to him. "Take a sick bastard out of the world and get my friend free of you. Worth it."

Tommy looked at Kara for a moment and then tried to rush out of Rae's grasp. Rae went to grab him but Sara punched him in the nose as well.

"Nice," Laurel mumbled to her alternate sister.

"When the League of Assassin comes…" Tommy started.

"The League of Assassin is dead. Ra's Al-Gaul daughters betrayed him," Rae explained. "And one of them helped us. Now sign or die." Rae said and Sara held the papers closer to Tommy again. Tommy glared at them for a moment before signing.

"Nice job, love," Kara said to Rae. "We still need to get his father though."

"And find our Tommy's body," Barry added in.

"Our Tommy's dead...?" Oliver asked, shocked by this.

"He had to take his place," Kara explained of their Tommy.

"I'll take him back to our world and take Sara home as well," Rae said, taking out her portal device and opening a portal.

"So, you're not our Sara?" Laurel asked.

"Sorry sis," Sara said, walking into the portal, Rae following with Tommy.

"Come on you," Kara said when the portal closed, helping Barry off the ice. "Let's go get Malcolm."

The two heroes walked out at that, leaving Oliver and Laurel alone.

"Was that the girl from the night-time talk shows?" Oliver asked when they were gone.

"Not ours," Laurel said, a bit confused and bummed over Tommy.

-Bounty-

After dropping Tommy off with the cops, Rae was filling out the paperwork when Kara came in with Malcolm Merlyn.

"I think their Barry is contacting Kara to try to explain why Tommy Merlyn body has years of decay," Kara told Rae as they filled out the paperwork for Malcolm as well. They had to explain why Tommy was now dead, after all.

"Good job, Super Blue Arrow, Flash," the guard said as she handed over Malcolm, who was muzzled to prevent him from saying anything. Rae didn't dare ask about that one. "Your money will be transferred into your accounts in a matter of days."

"Thanks," Rae said as the two left to go home.

When they got there, Sara and Ray were in the living room together. Alister and Bella were crawling on a device Ray had made for them to train with their speed.

"Hey," Rae spoke, looking at Sara.

"I told Ray everything," Sara said, calming the two down. "I gave my lawyer the papers. He said the annulment will be done in time for my wedding to Ray."

"I would have delayed it if needed," Ray stated, kissing Sara's cheek. "Thank you two for helping Sara. I know you usually charge for this so I…."

"Hey, the bounty on Tommy and his father had a ton of zeros behind them," Kara said, dismissing it. "Besides you two are family anyway," Ray got up and hugged the two and then Sara before they left. "Plus, thanks to Damien we now know where the other members of the League of Assassins are hiding too," Kara remarked to her wife.

"Very good money coming in, too." Rae remarked. "We should bring Barry in to get them too - maybe pass off one to Gypsy as a thank you for letting us in on Francisco Ramon," Rae mused, and Kara gave a nod, agreeing to that. "You know, I wonder if Barry ever got Leonard Snart?"

Rae took out her cellphone at this and walked away to talk to her cousin as Kara got the kids off their speedster toys to bring them to eat.

"Unbelievable," Rae said, coming in as Kara was giving the food to the babies.

"Didn't get Snart?" Kara asked.

"No, he and Samuel got him," Rae said. "And also met Snart's sister, Lisa." Kara gave a laugh out at that, knowing instantly where this was going. "Well Lena is baby mamma number 5. Lisa might be number 6..." Kara laughed as Rae kissed the babies head and went to go cook for the adults.

Post Chapter Note: Well, I hope you enjoyed this. The next chapter might not be for another 2 weeks, but these are fun additions to the updates we're also giving.
