Chapter 22, Grand Day Out
We continued our walk to Goodsprings, with the cool air of the night starting to fill the air and go between us. But our hands still stayed together despite the cool air. As we were walking, I occasionally caught a glance of Elizabeth. Her face irradiated a smile as big as the one I saw back when we first left Rapture and she saw the new world. Only this time, she knew what the world was and she's happy she's in it this time with someone like me. And I'm as well.
Eventually, we reached Goodsprings and the only lights on were the lights of the Prospectors Saloon from the windows, illuminating the ground outside. As we approached the door, I felt Elizabeth let go and open the door, holding it open for me as she walked in. Once inside, I heard a glass land on the counter, noticing our entrance.
"Well, it looks like you found her Evan," I hear Trudy say.
"After most of today, yeah I did," I responded.
I took notice of Elizabeth checking out the place, her eyes darting around, filled with curiosity.
"Do you happen to have some lodging," I asked.
"We do have that old shack that Victor always is near that you can use like last time," she replies.
I completely forgot about that. After I was patched up from Benny's gunshot, I remember I used that to spend the night before heading out the next day.
"Ok, thank you," I replied, turning back to the door.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Elizabeth was checking out the nearby Jukebox.
"Elizabeth, are you ready to hit the hay?"
She turns her head in response, "Yes. Just haven't seen one of these in a minute. I was curious to see what was on it."
I held the door open for her as she walked outside and I followed her after.
"It's not far from here," I stated, motioning her to follow.
We walked down between the old, worn out houses of the Goodsprings neighborhood and eventually saw the house at the end that was Victor's house. It looked how it did last time I was here. Just an American Flag, hung on its side and the parts of sheet metal holding up the place. Regardless of its condition, it would suffice for the night. I opened the door and walked forward to turn the lamp light on. I was met with the familiar sight of the two desks in the center of the room, back to back. The kitchen on the left side and the bookcase to our right. Bathroom was in the top right and the bed was right next to the door. It was just a single bed with covers, so it looks like we are sharing.
"Well, this looks roomy," Elizabeth sarcastically remarks.
"Better than sleeping outside on the ground," I replied.
"True," Elizabeth says as she puts her bag on one of the chairs near the desks.
I put mine on the other corresponding one then checked my Pipboy. It read, 9:20 P.M. Didn't realize it was that late.
"Well, we got one bed. Should we flip a coin to see who takes the tub," I remarked.
Elizabeth gives me a confused look, "Really? Are you not wanting to share tonight?"
I backtracked, "No. I was joking."
She rolled her eyes, "Didn't sound like it."
"No I was," I assured her.
She smiles, but clearly it was doubting my response. Secretly, I was just putting the option on the table. After all, this has been a long and emotional day for both of us. I personally wouldn't mind letting her sleep on it alone. But I guess I'm wrong.
Elizabeth starts taking her shoes off and hangs her jacket on the back of the chair. I do the same thing and I'm down to just my shirt and pants. Elizabeth climbs into bed and I join her. I felt her legs touching the back of mine and the subtle touch of her hands near my back.
"Good night Evan," I hear her.
"Good night Elizabeth," I replied.
Eventually, I felt my eyes start to shut, as I drifted off to sleep.
I opened my eyes not to the ceiling of the shack or the other side of it, but was staring at the familiar staircase leading to the purifier. Oh you gotta be fucking kidding me. This again! I looked down and saw the sight of the T-51 Power Armor on me yet again. You know what? I'm not going to move. This time I'm going to try to wake up instead of going through this again. I tried slapping myself, hoping it would wake me. Sadly, to no avail.
"Who are you," I hear a familiar voice say.
That was Elizabeth. What was she doing here?
I quickly walked up the stairs and saw Elizabeth was there, behind the doors to the purifier with my father and Colonel Autumn there.
"By the authority of the President, this facility is now under United States government control. The person in charge is to step forward immediately, and turn over all materials related to this project," Colonel Autumn answers.
Why was she here? What is going on?
My father replied, "That's quite impossible. This is a private project; the Enclave has no authority here. I'm going to have to ask you to leave at once."
"Am I to assume, sir, that you are in charge," he asks.
"Yes, I'm responsible for this project."
"Then I repeat, sir, that you are hereby instructed to immediately hand over all materials related to the purifier."
"I'm sorry, but that's..."
Colonel Autumn interrupted, "Furthermore, you are to assist Enclave scientists in assuming control of the administration and operation of this facility at once."
My father continues, "Colonel... Is it Colonel? I'm sorry, but the facility is not operational. It never has been. I'm afraid you're wasting your time here."
Colonel Autumn repeated, in a firm tone, "Sir, this is the last time I am going to repeat myself. Stand down at once, and turn over control of this facility."
"Colonel, I assure you that this facility will not function. We have never been able to successfully replicate test results..."
He pulled out his gun and shot Janice, in the head, like last time. And then he trains his gun on Elizabeth. I have to stop this. I can't let her die.
Colonel Autumn continued, "I suggest you comply immediately, sir, in order to prevent any more incidents. Are we clear?"
"Yes, Colonel. I'll do whatever you want; there's no need for more violence," my father begrudgingly agreed.
"Then you will immediately hand over all materials related to this project, and aid us in making it operational at once."
This is my chance. I need to open this door. I couldn't break the glass. I saw the lever that opened the door. I quickly tried to use it to open the door.
"Hold on Elizabeth," I shouted, "I'll find a way in and get both of you!"
"Very well. Give me a few moments to bring the system online," my father responded.
The lever didn't work. Next was to try and hit the glass.
"I'll break this fucking door open," I screamed.
My dad continued, "Nearly finished..."
I kept striking, with all my might and nothing.
"God Dammit," I shouted and hit the glass in defeat with tears starting to appear.
This was going to go the same way as it did before. Only this time, Elizabeth is going to die just like him. I failed. I couldn't save her.
I heard the glass crack. I turned to face it and saw it was starting to break apart. This is it. I charged right through with all my might and tackled Colonel Autumn to the ground. I wasted no time in pummeling him till he was knocked out unconscious. I scanned around and saw that Elizabeth, my father, and even Doctor Li had handled the guards. I stood myself up and looked at Elizabeth. She nodded, telling me she was ok. I turned around and saw my father, taking his radiation suit helmet off, revealing his face to me. I took mine as well, throwing it to the ground to meet his gaze. I then wasted no time in giving him a hug. Then I felt myself cry into his shoulder, realizing I saved him.
"It's ok son," he replies, patting me on my back.
"I tried so many times for so many years to save you, and now I have, I replied.
"Yes. You know this isn't real right?"
"Yeah. But this time I did," I assured him.
"Even if you didn't at first"
I pulled away, nodding to confirm to him.
"Then, it's time to move on. It's time to let this go. You have a girlfriend to take care of. She can be what I cannot be to you anymore."
"But what if there is the off chance you are alive?"
He sighs, "Regardless, you have to go forward with your life. But I'll always be there. In here"
He touches my heart with his finger and I look down at it. Then I looked up and he was gone, and everything around me disappeared like it always does before.
I opened my eyes again and saw Elizabeth's face in front of mine. I felt her arms around me and I even felt my arms around her. Either I grabbed her or she grabbed me during my nightmare. Immediately, I saw Elizabeth open her eyes as she stared at me intently with her blue eyes.
"Hey, are you ok," she asks.
"Yeah. What did you see?"
"Well you were thrashing like crazy so I put my arms around you and held you close. Eventually you stopped and I put your arms around me. Was it the same dream as last time?"
I nodded, "Only this time, you were there."
"Where was I?"
"Behind the glass. And I almost wasn't able to save you."
"But you broke the glass?"
I nodded, "And I was able to save both of you and take down Colonel Autumn."
I felt her rub my back, "What happened after?"
"I think…I think I had my father and I had a final conversation. He just told me it's time to move on from the past and focus on the future."
She rubbed my back again, "I think he's right. Not just for you, but me."
"Yeah. I left D.C. just to get away from all of it. But I always felt this looming cloud of it and I never felt I could move on. I always had either nightmares or dreams of my father."
"I can relate. Before I came back here to New Vegas, I had nightmares and cold shakes when I was in Rapture. Sometimes, it would be Booker's death or it was even all the pain and grief the other me's felt as well."
"Did it stop," I asked.
"Not fully. When I first started sleeping here, that night in the Gift Shop, I had a nightmare that woke me up. It was about when Atlas killed me, only I could hear him laughing. Like he took so much pride in killing me."
"Wait. Have you been having nightmares this entire time you've been back?"
"I wasn't thrashing around like you were, but I was sort of having them. Until, the night you had yours and I jumped in bed with you. When I was next to you, I felt relieved. And after that night, I felt my nightmares slowly going away."
I felt myself blush, hearing what she said, "Really?"
She pulls an arm out around me and caresses my right cheek, "Yeah. Maybe it will be like that for you."
I smiled. She has a point. Maybe now that I know more about Elizabeth and can trust her, more than anyone I know, it's time for these nightmares to go away. I've even noticed that once I started getting to know her and trusted her more, they haven't come back as often. So this might be how I move on.
"Guess it will be, "I affirmed.
We smiled at each other for a minute before I decided it was time to get up.
"Well let's get back on the road and back to the Strip. We have a long way to go."
I got out of bed, went to get my shoes on. Elizabeth brushed beside me to get her shoes. Once we had our shoes on, clothes, and bags on, we sat down and ate some food that she had brought as well as what I had brought. It was just some granola bars and trail mix for the both of us. Once we were done, I checked my Pipboy and saw that it was 8:10 A.M. We slept in for that long?
We wasted no time in heading out the door and making our way to the Strip. Walking along the broken road, I could feel the cold air, similar to how it was last night. Winter was definitely on the way now. Sure there won't be any snow, but the wind and air will no doubt be much colder and we may need to wear some extra layers.
We continued forward for an hour, and as we did, I heard a distant roar that sounded like Deathclaws.
"What was that," I heard Elizabeth say.
"Well if that is what I think it is, that might be a Deathclaw."
"Deathclaw," she inquired.
"Really big, horned creatures that are the most difficult thing to bring down. Their skin protects them well and their speed is almost unmatched."
"Where do you think they are now?"
"Those might be the ones from Sloan or in Quarry Junction. Looks like they are being pushed out of there. Hopefully they don't come in our direction. One is bad enough. More than that, we have a big problem."
Elizabeth's face told me all I needed to know that she understood how dangerous they are. We started to move quickly with that notion. However, it wouldn't be long till we heard the same roar again, only closer.
"Ok. It looks like they are coming this way. We need to hide," I exclaimed.
"There's a station up there we could hide in," Elizabeth said as she pointed.
I took notice and saw up the road it was the Nipton Road Rest Stop. Rundown, but it could work in hiding us.
We sprinted faster and as we did, the roars started getting louder. I looked behind me and in the distance, I could see a swarm of Deathclaws running in our direction. Using that as motivation, I sprinted harder until we got inside and closed the door. The two of us crouched down, near the boarded up window. I peeked outside and saw the Deathclaws were now running down the road but were being chased by Secutrions. I could see lasers shooting at them and rockets firing by and missing them as they ran after the Deathclaws. However, one of them stopped near the Station and started to smell. I felt Elizabeth pull me down, away from the window to meet her eyes and put a finger over her lips, to remind me to stay quiet.
I could hear the Deathclaw getting closer and his breathing getting louder as he approached. He definitely smelled us and was trying to pinpoint where we were. I felt my hand slowly go to my .44 Magnum, ready to strike as I felt the sweat starting to leave my helmet. Eventually, I could tell he was right next to the window, with every inhale and exhale clearly being heard. Then, I heard his roar, assuring us he knew we were there as it filled the room. I quickly fell back as his hand swiped the board next to me. With the exposed hole in the boarded window, he stuck his head in and with his cold, dead eyes staring at me, he roared again.
"Evan, what do we do," I hear Elizabeth shout.
"Concentrate your fire on one of its legs. We don't have the firepower to take him down," I yelled in response.
The Deathclaw kept swiping apart the boarded up window with his right leg starting to be exposed. We both wasted no time in unloading rounds into its leg. It recoiled back, taking the pain in for a moment, before continuing to swipe. He was no idiot. He made sure his right leg was not exposed this time as he kept swiping.
I turned around and saw that a part of the ceiling looked like it was about to collapse. If it charges in, it could bring the ceiling down on it, incapacitating it.
"Ok, new plan. We have to let him charge in."
"What? Are you nuts," I hear her shout.
"Behind us the ceiling looks like it's going to fall. If we let him charge, it will fall on top of him and we can make a break for it."
"But what about you? I don't think there is enough room for you to be able to dodge out of the way."
"Do we have a choice? That thing will eat all our bullets before it drops to the ground."
"Yes. How about I bait him out and when the ceiling falls down, you hit him in the head," she suggests.
"It's gonna take more to take him down. Trust me. If I had my Power Armor, I would do it your way," I confirmed to her.
Elizabeth begrudgingly agreed and we both stepped back as much as we could. Eventually, the Deathclaw barged in. He took notice of me, but he stopped moving. His dead eyes were trying to scan, but then it hit me. He was blind. I motioned Elizabeth to stay put and sprinted backwards towards the wall below the ceiling. He noticed and ran in my direction. In a flash, I dodged to my left and he ran right into the wall, getting his horns stuck in the wall. I could hear the ceiling cracking, feeling the impact of the Deathclaw. As it tried to pull its horns out, the more the ceiling started to crack and eventually it started to fall. Both of us sprinted out of the building as it started to collapse in on itself. We both staggered as we ran out and looked back to see the entire Rest Stop had fallen down on the Deathclaw.
"Are you ok, " Elizabeth asked as she walked towards me.
"Later. Now we run before it gets up," I immediately replied.
"Are you sure that building didn't kill it?"
"No it sure as shit didn't. Now, we run like hell."
We started to run, not looking back. It wouldn't be long till I heard the Deathclaws roar of struggle as it tried to remove the rubble off of itself. With it being blind we have an easy chance to get away from it. As we ran down the broken road, I saw some of the Secutrions coming our way. One of them picked up speed and approached us.
"Well howdy pardner, I'm glad you were able to find Elizabeth after all…", he started.
"Victor, not now. We got a blind Deathclaw behind us. We need your help," I expressed.
"No problem. You both must have done enough damage for me to be able to take him out."
Victor rolled forward and deployed his missiles and had his laser arms ready. The Deathclaw exploded out of the debris and started to walk forward, scanning for us. Victor wasted no time in firing his missiles and lasers at the Deathclaw. The Deathclaw staggered back before trying to charge one last time. Victor unloaded more missiles onto him, forcing the Deathclaw to stagger forward before collapsing onto the ground. Smoke and dust filled the air around the Deathclaw and Victor as he returned to his passive mode.
"Well, that was quite the fight. Glad I was able to find you both before he minced yall."
"Yeah. Those Deathclaws. Were they the ones from Sloan?"
"Yes sir. Mr. House wanted them removed off the map in order to have more security across the Mojave. But things had gotten out of hand for myself and the other Securtritons and we didn't anticipate them to run away. Which is how I am here now."
"Noted. Least we can put a cap on the Deathclaws being out of New Vegas for now."
"Yes sir. I would offer to help give you a ride back to the Strip, but I have to get back to taking down the Deathclaws. Y'all take care."
Victor rolled off with haste, leaving a dust cloud behind him.
I wiped away the dust, "Well, glad that's over."
Elizabeth looked in my direction and I caught her gaze, staring at her for a moment. Then her eyes lowered down, looking at the ground near me.
"Evan, you're bleeding," she states, pointing to my left arm.
I inspected my left arm and saw that there was a bit of a gash on my arm. No big deal. It was just bleeding a bit.
"It's just a scratch. No big deal," I replied.
"No, it is. What if it gets infected before we get back," she remarks, as she walks towards me to check it.
"Elizabeth, it's not a big deal," I stated.
She grabbed my arm to inspect it for a minute.
"Yes it's going to get infected unless we patch it now," she says as she guides me to a rock nearby.
I begrudgingly sat on the rock as she rolled my sleeve up to inspect the entire wound. I don't know why she's being so stingy about this. It's just a small scratch. Not like it's going to get horribly infected. I've had far worse injuries in D.C.
She takes out some bandages and some lotion, then applies it for a minute. Seems a bit overkill for this. A bandage would be enough. No idea why there needs to be lotion on this.
Elizabeth then grabs a bandage and wraps it up thoroughly until it is tight enough.
She stands up, "There. Now it won't get infected before we get back."
"Ok. Let's get a move on then. We have a few hours till we get back. Probably by late afternoon," I said as I stood up.
Elizabeth nodded and we continued forward. However, Elizabeth started going faster than me and taking the lead.
"Hey. What's the rush? Eager to get back," I questioned.
"Something like that. Try to keep up. I don't want to leave you behind," she shouts back.
Guess she's just wanting to get back after being gone for so long. Or something along like that.
We continued our trek across the desert, along the ruined highway and roads. Eventually, we reached the 188 Trading Post, with my stomach starting to grumble. I checked my Pipboy and saw that it was 4:12 P.M. Guess that excitement with the Deathclaw made me forget about lunch until now.
"Hey Elizabeth. Let's stop here for some food. I'm starting to get hungry, " I shouted.
Elizabeth stops and turns around, "Are you sure we can't keep going? We're almost there."
"We have a few hours till we reach there. Let's stop, put up our feet, and get something to eat."
She rolls her eyes, begrudgingly agreeing and we head over to the outside bar to get some food. We walked up to the counter and we were greeted by a dirty blonde haired woman with blue eyes, wearing a standard leather armor outfit and a cowboy hat.
I approached the counter, "Hi. Are there any specials right now?"
"We have some Mole Rat Stew with some boiled potatoes and carrots," she replies.
"Sounds good. Can we have two orders of that," I state, digging into my bag to grab some caps.
She nods as I place 20 caps onto the counter. Elizabeth and I walked away to a bench. We set our bags down and sat down. As I did, I was expecting her to sit across from me, but instead she sat right next to me.
"How's the arm," she asks.
"It's fine. Like I said, no big deal. But thank you for patching it," I replied.
"Ok. Just let me know if it bothers you. I can change it quickly."
I nodded. As we sat in silence and waited for the food, I noticed Elizabeth was fidgeting all over the place, like she really was impatient with waiting. I thought after hours of walking across the desert, she would calm down with whatever is going on with her. But no, she's still got the same energy she had after that encounter with the Deathclaw.
"Hey are you alright," I requested.
"Yeah. Just wanting to get home, that's all," she replies with a smile.
"Okay. Are you sure you don't need to use the bathroom or anything?"
She laughs as she rests her head on my shoulder, "No. Let's eat and rest for a minute then head back home."
After a few minutes, the lady comes by with a tray of Mole Rat Stew, with some carrots and a baked potato and sets it down in front of us. I could smell the aroma of baked potato with the carrots and the meaty smell of the Mole Rat Stew started to fill my lungs, only making me hungrier. I start to dig in, but Elizabeth jumps ahead of me and chows down fast. She finished well before I did, but I took my time. Finally, I finished my meal and started to get up. Elizabeth once again beat me to it and was ready to go.
"Come on. We're losing daylight," she states, walking ahead.
This isn't just about getting back, there's something else she's keeping from me. I really don't know what it could be. I could spend hours theorizing and coming up with whatever scenarios it is. But I think it's best to just play along with it.
As we got closer to the Strip Entrance, I noticed the night sky starting to fully appear, sooner than I was expecting. Checking my Pipboy's clock, it was 7:30 P.M. With winter starting to come closer, the sun is starting to set much sooner in the day. Just wasn't expecting it this soon. We walked through the Strip entrance and I saw Elizabeth only moving faster.
"Come on Evan. Let's get back inside," I hear her yell.
I started to pick up the pace further until I heard a familiar voice call out.
"Evan. Hold on a sec."
I turned to my left to see Cachino running towards me.
"What's up Cachino," I answered.
"I got something I wanna show you. You got a minute?"
"Yeah."
Elizabeth took notice and I could faintly hear her groan before walking towards us.
"What's going on," she asks with her arms folded.
"Cachino wants to show me something real quick. Shouldn't take long," I expressed.
"Alright let's wrap this up quickly then," she says as she takes the lead.
Cachino takes notice, "She's a bit bossy today. What's up with her?"
"You're guess is as good as mine. Ever since we took down a Deathclaw with the help from Victor, she's been acting this way all day. Impatient about something."
"Huh. Well this won't take long. You'll like this," he states as he walks faster to pass Elizabeth.
We walked into the Gomorrah and followed Cachino up the stairs into Sal's old office. He opened the door and led us in. Place looked far better than last time we were in here. Only difference is a new carpet. No doubt because of the blood stains from our complication.
Cachino goes behind his desk and takes out what looks like a Pipboy, but gold with diamonds in it.
"May I present to you, the Pimp-Boy 3 Billion," he states as he shows off the Pipboy like a salesman showing a product off for looks.
"Where did that come from," I asked.
"Mick from Mick and Ralphs gave it to me as a reward for trying to find out why we stopped buying guns from them. Turns out Sal was trying to cut corners, but I spoke with Mick and convinced him how to set up some new trade ideas when it comes to guns. I was going to take this for myself, but I thought I would give it to you as a reward for helping me run the place."
I took the Pimp-Boy out of his hand and inspected it. It looks like it's made out of real gold and diamonds. Quite a pricey looking thing.
"Is this real gold and diamonds," I inquired.
"Damn straight it is. Quite the novelty. But the gold is more liquid gold painted on the Pipboy and the diamonds were drilled into it," he remarks.
"Thank you Cachino. Glad things are working out for you."
He nodded. I took my old Pipboy off and put the new one on. Then I booted it up and it greeted me the same as my old one did. I held my old one in my hand, inspecting it. I've had this thing since I was 10 and outside of the portrait I have of my father, this is the only trace left I have of him. Then I remembered what he said in the dream.
"Then, it's time to move on. It's time to let this go. You have a girlfriend to take care of. She can be what I cannot be to you anymore."
He's right. It's time to move on. And what better way than to give this to Elizabeth so she has her own to help out.
I turned around, "Hey Elizabeth."
"Yes," she replies, her eyes focused on me.
I handed her my old Pipboy. She wasted no time in taking it out of my hand and inspecting it herself. She tries it on and boots it up, admiring the lights it showed her. He putting it on kind of reminds me of when I first booted up my Pipboy 12 years ago. I remember the look of wonder I had and Elizabeth had the same look.
"Thank you Evan," she expressed with a smile on her face.
I smiled back at her. She then walks towards me, like she's getting ready to kiss, but then stops herself.
"Let's get back to the Lucky 38," she declared, as she turned around and left.
I turned to look at Cachino and he gave me a shrug, as unsure as I was on what was going on.
I shrugged back before heading out of Gomorrah and back into the Lucky 38. I pushed the button to open the elevator doors, greeting us after some time. We walked in and I pushed the button to take us up to the Presidential Suite. As the elevator went up, I could hear Elizabeth tapping her foot fast on the elevator floor. I turned to face her and she wasted no time looking at me. I saw her eyes start to dilate followed by her biting her lip. I stared into her eyes, realizing I was doing the same thing she was the more I stared at her. After what felt like a lifetime, she stopped biting her lip and started to breathe in and out very quickly, like she was out of breath.
I took my helmet off, "Ok. I'll bite. What's going on Elizabeth? You've been acting so impatient almost all day and I'm concerned. Are you ok," I asked.
"No. I'm far more than ok. I'm… I'm the best I've ever been in my entire life," she replied.
I was confused by what she meant. But before I could respond, she grabbed me by my shirt and pulled herself into me, pressing her lips against mine. She started to move her lips and I felt mine move in sync with hers. She eventually put her arms around my neck and as the elevator doors opened, she pushed me into my room. My lips left hers as I fell onto the bed. She stood over me, with her eyes staring at me with what I now realized was lust, this time more than before. She sat on my lap and continued, putting her hands on my neck. I put my arms around her, embracing the moment she was presenting me with. I felt a wave of emotions filling me. I felt lust, passion, desire, craving, or most importantly, love. Things I have felt before, but never like this. Never overwhelming my body, making parts of me feel numb and others more responsive.
Eventually, she pushed me onto the bed and got on top of me, her lips continuing the same movement. After a moment, she pulled her lips away from me and I felt her hands at the bottom of my shirt as she lifted up to take it off. As she tossed my shirt aside, I instinctively took my shoes off. She does the same as I do, wasting no time as if this was the only opportunity we would ever have. I then felt my hands instinctively reach for her shirt to take it off, revealing her black bra and tossing her shirt aside. She then wastes no time to unbutton my pants and take my pants off, taking me down to my underwear. As before, I do the same to her showcasing her matching black panties. She then gets on top of me, pressing her lips into me further and I wrap my arms around her waist. I could hear Elizabeth's moans getting louder the more she moved her lips into me and I could even hear my own responding to hers.
I let my instincts take over again and flip her onto her back on the bed, staring at her for a moment. She started to breathe as hard as she did before and wasted no time in pulling me down with her lips back to her. Soon, I felt my lips go to her neck and start kissing it.
"Evvvaaan," I hear Elizabeth moan into my ear.
We continued our movement, letting our instincts drive the rest of the night until we fell asleep, in each other's embraces.
