Devourer of fanfiction: Thinking abaout it.

BlackWatcher1234: I doubt he'd work with Kronos.

DaoistDreamwalker: Windstorm16 gave me permission, says he doesn't mind other authors using ideas from his stories. You can go talk to him for proof.

Chunky Mutt: Ah, I did it and it worked. Thanks.

Tobi99: I found it but thanks anyway.

Light Hero Kaiser: Yeah, Thor will kick Zeus' ass, he probably won't even need Mjolnir for the fight.

jaychristiansmith23: Already done, thanks.

Carnageprime117: I will.

superpierce: I see.

Hexylen: I spoke with Windstorm about it before I started this story. He's the one who gave me the idea of Bianca and Nico learning of them being demigods before Titan's Curse began.

Azure Dragon of the East: Yeah.

Disclaimer: I do not own God of War or Percy Jackson and the Olympians. I only own the OC Jakob Thorsson. I also want to thank Windstorm16 for being the inspiration for this story and giving me permission to go through with it, as well as the ideas he gave me for the story.

"Your dad's Thor?" Annabeth asked with wide eyes once Jakob and Bianca had returned. Jakob had decided to tell Grover and Annabeth about who he is, since Thalia was clearly still pissed about Andromeda joining the Hunters to think properly.

"Yes, and please do not mention or compare him to the Marvel comics and movies Thor, that's not even close to what he's really like." Jakob said with a dark expression. Annabeth frowned but nodded, wondering what issues Jakob had with his father.

"So... Asgard really isn't like-"

"No." Jakob snorted.

Artemis soon exited her tent with Zoe and Andromeda, who's skin was now faintly glowing silver and wearing the same silver clothes as the rest of the Hunters. Before Artemis announced that they'd be heading to camp, much to the dismay of the Hunters. Even more so, when she revealed they'd be traveling there in her brother's chariot.

"How in the name of Olympus are you not freezing?" Grover asked, seeing Jakob only had a tanktop underneath his jacket which was unzipped, nothing to protect him from the cold and snow.

Jakob chuckled. "Nifilheim's colder than this."

"What'll-heim? What kind of place is that?" Thalia asked with a confused frown at the name.

"That's the Realm of Fog and Ice, right. One of the first two primordial realms in creation." Annabeth said, making the others look at her in surprise, with Jakob raising a brow at her.

"Correct. Nifilheim's a barren and frozen wasteland, not exactly warm. Then you take into account the poisonous mist that kills you the longer you stay in it. And there's also the creatures there that manage to survive and want to kill you." Jakob explained much to their shock.

"And you went there?! Why?" Bianca asked. Jakob had never gone into detail about his past with his family, only telling her and Nico that he was Thor's son and that was it.

"Part of my training under dear old dad." Jakob said with a dark look as he crossed his arms over his chest.

"...He sounds like a dick." Thalia said, causing Jakob to chuckle.

"He's been called worse." He said before looking at Annabeth. "Yyou seem to know your Mythology, I thought you would've stuck to your own pantheon of mythology than looking at others."

"Well, considering i know everything about Greek Mythology, I figured it wouldn't hurt to read about other mythologies and the Norse happened to be the first I read, followed by the Egyptians." She said.

"You need a hobby, Annie." Thalia muttered.

"My hobbies are just fine!" Retorted Annabeth, letting out a huff, before everyone's attention turned forward when the sky started lighting up.

Artemis muttered, "About time. He's so-o-o lazy during the winter."

"Set a giant wolf on him and I doubt he'd be lazy." Jakob said with a chuckle as Artemis gave him a look.

"I see you enjoy starting conflict like the rest of your kind." She said.

"And I see you and your family enjoy smiting people for looking at you wrong, what's your point?" Jakob retorted with a smirk. "And don't talk to me about conflict, didn't you guys start the Trojan War?"

"You are so irritating." Artemis muttered, but Jakob heard her.

"And you are such a bitch, I'm glad we understand one another." Jakob grinned as Artemis glared at him.

Thalia snickered. "Dude, you got balls speaking like that."

"Meh, when you hang around with Loki..." Jakob shrugged.

There was a sudden burst of light on the horizon. A blast of warmth.

"Look away!" Artemis ordered, with the Hunters all quickly turning away along with the demigods and satyr.

The bright light soon faded, letting everyone turn back to see a red convertible Maserati Spyder, with all the snow around it melting in a perfect circle. With the driver stepping out, Jakob also noticing how Andromeda tensed when he did and Thalia's amused expression from taunting Zoe turned into a scowl.

With the driver was tall, looking to be seventeen or eighteen-years-old, with wavy, sandy blonde hair, tanned skin, sunny blue eyes, and outdoorsy good looks. Along with wearing simple jeans, loafers, and a sleeveless t-shirt.

"And now I'm angry again." Thalia stated, not liking how Apollo looked so similar to Luke, being reminded of why Andromeda joined the Hunters again.

"I know a giant wolf that devours gods." Jakob offered, the daughter of Zeus looking like she was considering it.

"Don't you dare!" Annabeth said, knowing who Jakob was talking about.

"Little sister!" Apollo called. If his teeth were any whiter he could've blinded everyone without the sun car. "What's up? You never call. You never write. I was getting worried!"

"I'm fine, Apollo, and right now in no mood for games because of him!" Said Artemis, pointing at the redhead, not in the mood for Apollo's attempts to annoy her.

"Because of wh-AAAAAHHHH!" Said Apollo, only for the Sun God to scream and recoil when he saw Jakob, surprising the demigods and some of the Hunters at his reaction.

"What's an Aesir doing here?! Are there more?! Are they invading?! Please tell me that Sol isn't here!" Apollo said, looking around with a panicked expression before Artemis backhanded him across the face.

"Calm down, you idiot! He's only a demigod and the rest don't know he's here, for now, anyway. And no, Sol isn't around, but keep screaming like that and I'm sure she'll happily come down here." Artemis said, glaring at her brother with Apollo slowly nodding, shakily.

"R-ri-right, yeah, of course. So what did you need, sis?" Questioned Apollo, still looking around nervously at Jakob.

"I need you to give us a ride to Camp Half-Blood, then go straight to Olympus. And make it fast since I'm needed, elsewhere." Said Artemis, wanting to get her Hunters settled at camp then report back to Olympus before hunting the monster that's returned.

"Right, yep! Definitely need to get moving!" Apollo said, wincing slightly and rubbing his head, before pulling out his keys and pressed the security alarm button.

With the Maserati Spyder soon transforming into a large shuttle bus, big enough to fit all the Hunters and the demigods.

"Everybody inside, we're burning daylight!" Said Apollo as the doors opened, allowing everyone to file inside.

It wasn't long before everyone was inside, with the Hunters all moving to sit in the back together.

"Okay... what the heck was that about?" Thalia asked, sitting beside Annabeth in the seats in front of Jakob and Bianca, while Grover and Nico sat behind them.

"Yeah, Apollo seemed scared of you. Did something happen between your pantheons?" Annabeth asked, equally curious.

Jakob snickered. "Oh yes, and it still makes me laugh to this day. So, Casanova there got the brilliant idea of trying to seduce and bed Sol, the Norse Goddess of the Sun. Sol wasn't interested but decided to play a trick. She pretended to fall for his charms, telling him she'd grace his bed if he drove her sun chariot for her. Apollo accepted, clearly thinking with the head between his legs than his actual brain, because if he did then he would've realized that he'd have a certain giant wolf chasing him."

"Sköll." Annabeth stated.

"Aye. However, Sol had experience in outrunning the wolf, but Apollo didn't so it was easy for the wolf to catch up and catch his prey. And let's just say... Sköll gained a new stick and balls to play with." Jakob said, laughing as everyone was in shock before Thalia and Andromeda burst out laughing, with Annabeth and Bianca covering their mouths to stop their own giggles from escaping, the Hunters overall reactions being a mix of the two, while Grover and Nico subconsciously crossed their legs in horror.

"It's not funny! Do you have any idea how long it took for me to heal from that, physically and mentally?!" Apollo whined, shivering as he remembered the feeling of Sköll's teeth. "That wolf is meant to eat gods, so I'm lucky to still be here!"

"Father said you deserved it for interacting with another pantheon. What you got was punishment enough." Artemis said with a small smirk, having enjoyed seeing her brother taken down a few pegs.

"If it helps... Sol remembers your screams so fondly." Jakob added, getting a dirty look from the God of the Sun.

"O-ok-okay…wh-what about Sköll? Who's that?" Grover asked after getting his laughter under control.

"Sköll and Hati, they're the sons of Fenrir, the grandsons of Loki. They chase after Sol and Mani, the God of the Moon, which lead to the creation of night and day. And they're destined to finally catch and devour them both in the beginning of Ragnarök." Said Annabeth, with Jakob nodding in response.

"Correct, but that's part of the story. Now, Fenrir is meant to devour Odin come Ragnarök, and when Odin found out about Sköll and Hati, he captured them when they were pups and kept them in the kennels of Asgard, to hold his foe at bay. But when the sun and moon grew mutinous and stood still, Odin put Sköll and Hati to use. With his ancient magics he cast the wolves to the heavens, and they began their chase. And long shall they chase, but not endlessly, for it is foretold that someday Sköll and Hati will catch and devour their prey. And that day shall be Ragnarök, the twilight of the Gods."

Thalia frowned. "Wait, that doesn't make sense. Ragnarök is supposed to be Odin's doom, isn't it? Why would he set the wolves loose if that's the outcome?"

"That's precisely the question." Jakob nodded at her. "It's always about control. The wolves determine when Ragnarök begins, and now he controls the wolves. A battle fought on his timetable is a battle he better stands to win."

"That... still doesn't make any sense." Bianca shook her head.

"I know. Ragnarök's always been one of Odin's foremost obsessions, he's been trying to either avert it or control it, or at least know enough details to influence the outcome."

"Okay, but what about what you called him?" Thalia asked, getting Jakob to look at her. "You called him the 'Lord of the Hanged.' Why?"

Jakob sucked in a breath and exhaled. "That's a story that shows his insatiable curiosity was much stronger than his wisdom. This story refers to a modest example of Odin's thirst for knowledge, the time he spent nine days a dead man."

"What?" Everyone said, shocked to hear that.

"Aye, hung himself by the neck from Yggdrasil's branches, took his spear into his own side and bled down into the Well of Destiny. He roamed the realms of the dead and plundered the World Tree of its secrets until I think quite rightly, it got fed up with him and sent him back to the land of the living." Jakob said before noticing everyone's horrified and disturbed looks, even the Hunters, Artemis and Apollo looked disturbed. "Did I not mention he was barking mad?"

"Damn..." Thalia whistled, stunned that somebody would go that far just for knowledge.

"Yeah, makes me think Odin's basically the Norse Mythology version of your own grandfather." Jakob said, which Thalia considered since Odin and Kronos could very much be considered mad bastards.

"What about the Nine Realms though? Are they really other planets?" Grover asked.

"Yeah, you mentioned Nifilheim, what about the others?" Thalia asked.

"The Nine Realms aren't planets. they're more like... different dimensions per say. Different layers of reality that're all layered on top of each other. As for what they are, there's Midgard, which is the one we all live in now, Niflheim the Realm of Fog and Ice, on the opposite side of that is Muspelheim the Realm of Fire and home of the Fire Giants ruled by Surtr the Brave. Then there's Helheim, where the souls of the deceased go when they die and is ruled by Hel, the Goddess of Death and Daughter of Loki. Then there's Alfheim the home of the Light Elves and Dark Elves ruled by Freyr, one of the Vanir Gods, Vanaheim the home of the Vanir Tribe, Svartalfheim the home of the dwarves, some of the best craftsmen in the Nine Realms, Jötunheim the home of the Jötnar, or the Giants if you want to be more specific, and…Asgard the home of the Aesir Tribe and ruled by Odin with an iron fist." Jakob explained.

"And that's where you're from." Annabeth said. "You were raised in Asgard, weren't you?"

"Yeah." Jakob nodded.

"So you mentioned your father and your grandfather, but not your mother or any siblings." Thalia said.

"My mother died when I was young." Was Jakob's response on that matter. "As for siblings... I have two brothers and a sister, all of us with different mothers. There's also my stepmother, Sif, the Goddess of Wheat, Earth, Harvest and Family."

"Let me guess, she despised you and wanted you dead from birth?" Thalia guessed, thinking that since her own stepmother, Hera, would probably try to kill her at some point as she always goes after Zeus' demigod children just because he went and slept with another woman.

"Actually, she's quite nice when she wants to be." Jakob defended his stepmother, who he actually managed to get along with.

Sure, she wasn't exactly motherly towards him or took on that role, she did at least consider him well behaved more than his brothers. Though, Jakob thought it was because he and his sister, Sif's daughter, got along well so Sif decided to be nice for her daughter's sake.

'Wonder if she's doing well in Valkyrie training.' Jakob thought, thinking of his half-sister.

He shook the thought from his head, now wasn't the time. "So, you wanna tell me what the daughter of Poseidon's deal is? Who's this guy that backstabbed her and all of you that led to her throwing her lot in with this bunch?" He jerked his thumb at the Hunters at the end of that sentence.

Annabeth, Thalia and Grover shared a look with each other. Annabeth and Grover frowned at the mention of Luke, while Thalia scowled.

"His name's Luke. Luke Castellan. He's a son of Hermes and used to be part of our group." Thalia said, gesturing to herself, Annabeth and Grover. "I ran into him when I was on the streets, we stuck by each other's side until we found Annabeth and she joined us, then Grover found us and started leading us to camp."

"We had always been on the run from monsters, mostly Thalia." Annabeth said, glancing at the daughter of Zeus. "You see, back in World War 2, at the end of it actually, Zeus, Hades and Poseidon swore an oath to never have any demigod children again."

Jakob snorted. "Clearly Zeus and Poseidon couldn't keep to it, though I'm not surprised Zeus broke his oath considering how much he's cheated on his wife just because he finds a woman pleasing to look at. Besides, I heard of the oath. Something like World War 2 happened to catch my pantheon's attention, though we didn't involve ourselves since it was, in my grandfather's words, 'The Olympians' mess to clean up'."

"What's this oath about? Why would Thalia be hunted because of it?" Bianca asked.

"It's because they all made the Oath on Styx, the most important Oath anyone can make since if you break it, then dying would be the best outcome. The Big Three, Zeus, Poseidon and Hades made the Oath back during World War Two, swearing to not have any more demigod children since their kids were just too powerful." Explained Grover, making Bianca and Nico look at Thalia before looking back at Andromeda with the Hunters.

"I don't think it worked." Nico stated, seeing how they were travelling with a daughter of Zeus and a daughter of Poseidon.

"No, it didn't. Honestly, I'm not surprised Zeus and Poseidon broke it, seeing as they have a habit of trying to outdo one another. Or maybe they have a scoreboard of how many women they sleep with." Jakob said with a shake of his head.

"That still doesn't explain why Thalia's the one that was being hunted. Her father broke the oath, so why wasn't he punished?" Bianca asked.

"Because it's Zeus, the King of the Olympians, and because they always get the easy way out upon breaking an oath while their children suffer the extreme punishments for it." Jakob said with a scoff. "Case in point, Zeus sired Thalia, he gets off easy with his wife yelling at him while Hades is pissed and sends his monsters after Thalia and no one to help or say otherwise because they are either afriad of Zeus and his boomstick, or because they just don't care and want something in return. Am I right?" He looked at Artemis and Apollo at that last part.

"Choose your words carefully. You have no protection here." Artemis warned., but Jakob looked unfazed.

"I wouldn't ask for your pantheon's protection, even if it was Ragnarök." He said. He turned his attention back to Annabeth, Thalia and Grover, "So, back to Lincoin-"

"Luke." Grover corrected.

"Whatever. Back to him, how'd he end up betraying you lot and joining the Titans?" Jakob asked.

"I guess it started during the time we were on the run together. When it was just me and Luke, we weren't the biggest fans of the gods, given how we were constantly chased by monsters and nearly killed dozens of times. It only got worse one time, after we met Annabeth and I was hurt. Luke took us to his mother's home for help, and she seemed pretty…off her rocker. He also met his father for the first time after we arrived. We don't know what was said, but whatever happened between them, Luke wasn't the same afterwards. Like he had something to prove, though I don't know if it's to himself or to Hermes." Thalia explained with a frown.

"It only got worse when Grover found us and guided us to Camp Half-Blood, Hades had sent an entire army of monsters after us to kill Thalia, Hellhounds, skeletons, cyclopes, an all three Kindly Ones were there." Said Annabeth, shaking slightly at remembering that night.

"What are the Kindly Ones?" Nico asked, having never heard of any monsters called that before.

"The three Furies, Hades chief torturers." Jakob replied with Thalia, Annabeth and Grover nodding in confirmation.

"Yeah, them. Thalia fought them off on her own, but eventually…they overpowered her." Annabeth said, before Thalia put a hand on her shoulder as she looked at the redhead and di Angelo siblings.

"They ripped me apart and would've dragged me down to the Underworld to meet my loving uncle for even more fun and pain. But, instead, my dad turned me into a tree, one that created a barrier around camp that kept monsters out and keeping the demigods inside, safe." Thalia revealed, much to Bianca's and Nico's shock.

"So…back in the tent, when you said you were a tree…your father did that?! For how long?!" Bianca exclaimed in shock and horror at what happened.

"I was…twelve and…it was for seven years. But…I don't know how old I even am, now." Replied Thalia hesitantly.

Since technically she should be nineteen, but she also wasn't frozen in the tree and now looked fifteen, it made her unsure what age she even was. Sometimes still feeling like a twelve-year-old, only in an older body now.

"Were you…aware?" Nico asked hesitantly, not sure what that'd be like to be turned into a tree and then suddenly being revived in an older body.

"Not…really. I don't even know how to describe it, but I…guess like falling asleep for a really long time…but knowing you were dying only to suddenly wake up." Thalia said before shaking her head, not wanting to think about her time as a tree.

"After that Luke, only became more bitter at the gods for what happened to Thalia and stayed at camp year-round, training as much as he could, becoming the best swordsman at camp in the last three hundred years. At least until Andie showed up. But…when Luke was seventeen, he got his first quest straight from Hermes, himself, to retrieve a golden apple from the Garden of Hesperides. The same quest Hercules already completed, something Luke didn't want to do, doing a quest someone else already did. And the quest ended badly, with him being scarred by Ladon. I think that's when he was pushed over the edge and gave himself to the Crooked One." Annabeth explained, looking down before continuing.

"It was after he joined the Titans that Luke stole the Master Bolt and Helm of Darkness, planning to start a war between the gods while staying at camp. That's when Andromeda arrived, before we knew she was Poseidon's daughter, and when it was revealed she became an outcast, given it meant Poseidon also broke the Oath. I…admit I was one of the ones who avoided her, given the rivalry between our parents. Luke was the only one who didn't shun her, still training her and being her first real friend at camp, it led her to developing a crush on him. But…then after she went on a quest to find and return the Master Bolt and Helm of Darkness, Luke tried killing Andromeda and revealed his allegiance to Kronos." Said Annabeth sighing as she thought over everything that happened last year

"Then, this summer, Luke poisoned Thalia's tree, weakening the barrier around camp and framed Chiron for the poisoning. A quest was issued to locate the Golden Fleece, with me, Andromeda, and her Cyclops half-brother, Tyson, sneaking away to find it. Only, we were then captured by Luke, who revealed he intended to use the Fleece to revive Kronos and he tried recruiting us. But when we refused, he was going to feed us to a Drakon. We were able to escape, though, but we ran into Luke again. With Andromeda tricking him into revealing that he poisoned Thalia's tree through an Iris Message, with him ordering us to be killed until Andromeda challenged him to a duel and nearly killed herself, again, if it wasn't for Chiron arriving with more centaurs to save us." Said Annabeth, with Bianca and Nico frowning at hearing all of this, the latter's excitement also fading the more he heard of what's happened.

Starting to see how the actual reality was nothing like his game and it was much more dangerous than he thought.

"It was after they brought the Fleece to camp, I was revived and learned about everything that happened. And yeah, I'm angry and hurt at Luke's betrayal, along with the fact he poisoned me. But it's hard to let it really get to me since the last time I saw him was before I was turned into a tree." Thalia said, only being able to get a little angry from what she's heard Luke's done, but not feel really betrayed and hurt at his actions, aside from him poisoning her.

"So, that's why Andromeda's so hurt, angry, and distrusting. Luke was her first real friend at camp and I think the first guy she liked, then for him to betray and try to kill her multiple times hurt her." Said Annabeth before sighing sadly, understanding why Andromeda chose to join the Hunters.

Part of her had even considered joining as well, simply to avoid the chance of ever seeing Luke again and any chances he'd have to hurt them even more. But Annabeth knew it wouldn't solve anything, and that, logically, it'd only be her running from her problems.

"That's it? Are you fucking kidding me?" Jakob scoffed, making the demigods and satyr look at him with Annabeth, Thalia, and Grover frowning, thinking he's dismissing Andromeda's pain.

"What're you talking about?" Demanded Thalia with a warning look in her eyes.

"I don't mean what you and Andromeda went through, it sucks what happened to you both. What I'm talking about is Luke and his reasoning for joining Kronos. From what I was just told, he sounds like a selfish asshole. So he joined the Titans because his ego was hurt? Because daddy didn't take him to the park or play with him as a kid?" Jakob asked in disbelief.

"Luke was forced to go on the run as a child for years, nearly dying dozens of times! His mom would randomly scream and scare him, making him run away! He watched someone he cared about almost die and be turned into a tree, then failing a quest!" Annabeth retorted with a light glare, as while she's angry at Luke's betrayal, she still felt the need to try and defend him.

"I didn't have a mother figure in my life as mine died when I was very young, all I had was my father and he wasn't exactly the best father." Jakob retorted with a hard look. "His training was harsh and damn near killed me at one point, especially when he wanted me to feel the brunt of that damn hammer to 'toughen' me up. He made me fight vicious creatures with just my bare hands. I even had to fight my father and my uncle, one has Mjölnir, the other can't feel pain. I trained until my bones cracked, I trained until I couldn't move, until I felt like begging for death, but I refused because I wanted to get stronger, to equal my father in power and strength. Even when I was badly injured, exhausted, fatigued, I kept going and took my father's training. Yeah, I don't have the best relationship with my dad, and ran away from Asgard. But I didn't run away for the same reasons Castellan did, I ran away because I wanted to forge my own path, and to not walk in my father's shadow like my two dumbass brothers, who are probably still tripping over themselves to impress daddy."

The group look at him in shock and horror at his words, hearing just what kind of 'training' his father put him through.

Jakob took a deep breath before he continued. "If Castellan joined the Titans after Thalia became a tree, that I would understand. He lost a close friend due to the gods, so of course he'd join the gods' number 1 enemies. But he didn't. He tried a quest, and failed, then he joined the Titans become someone new came and completed their first quest unlike him. In my opinion, Luke Castellan is nothing but a bratty child having a tantrum just because daddy didn't pay attention to him, and his ego got hurt because someone did something he couldn't."

Annabeth, Thalia, and Grover were unable to come up with a response to that, sharing a look with each other as Jakob's words registered in their minds.

"And you want me to feel pity? To feel sympathy for this arrogant, selfish brat? The only thing I want... is to rip his head off his shoulders if I ever met him." Jakob said, not caring for how cruel or cold he sounded.

Like he stated, Luke Castellan was just a brat throwing a childish temper tantrum because his father didn't pay attention to him or give him the toy he wanted, so he decided if he couldn't get what he wants, he'll help the Titans destroy everything.

With the demigods and satyr remaining silent at this, before Jakob looked at his hand seeing Bianca put hers over his. Looking up at the brunette to see her smiling reassuringly at him, the redhead nodding in response while moving his hand to interlace with hers.

"Ah, another happy landing!" Apollo said once they had arrived at Camp Half-Blood and he landed the sun chariot, allowing everyone to get off with the demigods and satyr going first, followed by Apollo, Artemis and her Hunters.

"Whoa, Is that a climbing wall?" Nico asked once he was off the bus and took the sight of the camp in.

"Yeah." Thalia said.

"Why is there lava pouring down it?" Bianca asked warily at seeing lava pouring down the climbing wall.

"It adds an extra challenge. Come on, we need to get you two introduced to Chiron and Mr. D." Thalia replied, motioning them to follow her and Annabeth.

"Zoe, take the girls to Cabin Eight and get Andromeda settled in a bunk." Said Artemis, since she and Apollo needed to go speak with Dionysus before going to Olympus.

"Yes, my Lady." Zoe said with a short bow.

"I'll show you the way!" Offered Grover, with the Lieutenant looking at him annoyance.

"We know the way." Said Zoe, not wanting to be around any campers longer than she needs to.

"Oh, really, it's no trouble. It's easy to get lost here, if you don't, like my old daddy goat used to say! Come on!" Grover said, tripping over a canoe before getting back up.

"Just entertain him for a while Zoe." Said Andromeda, amused at her friend's behaviour, with Zoe rolling her eyes.

"Yes, be escorted like a proper princess, princess." Jakob called with a smirk.

"Silence, boy!" Zoe glared at him.

"Oh look, you are even ordering me like a princess." Jakob chuckled. Zoe looked very ready to strange him or use her knives on him.

"Ignore the idiot, he thinks he's cute." Andromeda cut in.

"Love, I'm adorable." Jakob said.

"So adorable it makes me sick." Andromeda fake gagged.

"Nah, that's probably whatever fish you ate, that would explain the breath." Jakob said, waving a hand in front of his face.

"Enough, both of you!" Artemis cut in, pinching the bridge of her nose.

Andromeda threw Jakob one last glare before rejoining the Hunters.

"Look, she's even taken well to the attitude of the Hunters already." Jakob said loudly for her to hear, causing her to flip him off. "Get some new material! Flipping people off got old back in the 70s."

"Does he do that often?" Annabeth asked Bianca as they started making their way towards the Big House.

"Annoying people? Yes, yes he does." Bianca sighed, having witnessed Jakob pissing people off for the fun of it.

"It's really funny! He actually made a teacher at Westover quit once out of frustration!" Nico said snickering at the memory, with Thalia smirking at hearing this, while Annabeth shot him a dirty look upon learning that.

"What? I thought it would be funny to see how far I can push the guy. And they say teachers have patience with kids." Jakob chuckled. There was just something fun about taunting and angering people to the point of frustration or they make a mistake in their anger.

It wasn't long before they arrived at the Big House, which was decorated with strings of red and yellow fireballs that warmed the porch, but didn't catch anything on fire. With the group going inside, where they found Chiron and Mr. D inside playing a card game. Only for them both to look at the group, shocked when they saw Artemis and Apollo, before Mr. D narrowed his eyes at Jakob.

"What's an Aesir doing here?!" He demanded, shocking Chiron.

"A-Aesir?!" Said Chiron, worried and nervous at the idea of an Aesir being here.

"That's what must be discussed on Olympus. We must go now, Dionysus." Artemis said, the God of Wine still looking at Jakob with narrowed eyes, before letting out a huff and stood up.

"At least I won't be blamed once it starts raining lightning." Said Dionysus, knowing their father won't be happy to learn that someone from another Pantheon is here.

"Like it'd even tickle me." Jakob retorted, causing Dionysus to pause before sighing in annoyance.

"Because of course you're the Thunder Lummox's spawn. Wonderful!" Dionysus said sarcastically, before he, Apollo and Artemis all vanished from sight.

"Uh, Chiron, these are the new campers. Bianca di Angelo and Nico di Angelo." Annabeth introduced, with the centaur shaking off his shock and smiled in relief.

"Ah, then both of you succeeded, wonderful." Said Chiron, relieved they were able to bring in two new campers, after so many of them have begun defecting.

"Yeah, bringing two and losing one." Thalia muttered sadly, making Chiron's smile fall.

"Losing one? What happened? And where's Andromeda?!" Chiron asked, worried at what may've happened to her.

"She's not dead, thankfully. But…but she decided to join the Hunters, after…after everything that happened…with Luke." Revealed Annabeth sadly, with Thalia scowling and looking away, while Chiron looked down.

"Ah…I see." Chiron said, saddened that Andromeda's chosen to leave camp, but could also understand why she chose to join the Hunters.

"Well then, welcome Bianca and Nico. If you'll follow me to the den, we can get started on the orientation film." Said Chiron, putting on a smile that didn't reach his eyes before he looked at Jakob.

"And I suppose that you may watch, as well…" Chiron said before trailing off.

"Jakob Thorsson and, no, I don't need to see any film. I've already learned everything I've needed to before. I'll just explore the camp myself." Replied Jakob, intrigued to see how exactly demigods here trained.

"I can show you around." Annabeth offered, still having more questions to ask about what he knew.

"I'll come to." Said Thalia, having her own questions she wanted answers to.

"Okay. I'll come find you both once you're done here." Jakob said, looking at Bianca and Nico.

"Okay, see you, Jakob!" Nico said before following Chiron into the den.

"Yeah, see you." Said Bianca, hiding her annoyance at Jakob being alone with Annabeth and Thalia, before following her brother and Chiron.

With Jakob, Annabeth and Thalia exiting the Big House to start showing him around the camp.
