Author's Note: Wow! 100 Chapters! This is a big deal. Quang and I wanted to say thank you to all of the readers for liking our stories and don't worry, there are many more adventures to come for the gang. And without further ado, here's Part 1 of our chapter.

Five days went by since the heroes' wild and epic adventure in the jungle coupled with their newly-successful mission in stopping Dai Shi's final and most loyal warriors, the Black Dragons, from reviving him once more with the help of the Power Rangers Jungle Fury. Since there hasn't been any word regarding them after their retreat from the old temple where the Twilight Gem once resided in, things have been relatively peaceful for everyone in Claw Town. Now, they were having the time of their lives as they enjoyed what the Lunar New Year Celebration had to offer for them.

During that time, RJ introduced the heroes and his fellow rangers to an old friend of his named Ming Wu. She was a Chinese-American that's about RJ's height and had his skin tone while having jet black hair tied in a single ponytail. She wore a white lab coat (similar to the coats worn by Nate and Megan) that had a red dragon and phoenix pin on it.

Even though she isn't a Pai Zhuq master despite being a well-rounded student in her own right, she's a skilled researcher and technical expert who specializes in computer design, engineering, and programming. A note of her accomplishment was a new computer game that she was about to show everyone in town after having spent countless hours in between her personal life and her Kung Fu training, the heroes feeling more than happy to support her and her project.

Leading up to the coming Friday, the Night Fury eggs finally hatched into a beautiful hatchling duo of a male and female Night Fury that are the same size as the Night Lights (appropriately named Zorya and Hawkeye). This delighted the Night Lights and Avel as they were eager to have more playmates and another baby brother and sister in their family. As for the former-wild Night Furies (female - Cansu, male - Arsa), they've agreed to become the newborns' parents.

Elsewhere around Claw Town, the others and their partners were continuing to enjoy the Lunar New Year celebrations in their own ways.

With Mallow, she, her Shaymin, and Tsareena were continuing to take notes on and try out recipes of the Chinese dishes they've been looking into for the family restaurant; Kiawe, Pyroar, Turtonator, Ash, Pikachu, Hashimoto, and Ching Wan were hooked onto Kung Fu demonstrations and battles (conducted and explained by humans and Pokemon alike) that were being put up in the streets; Sophocles, Togedemaru, and Vikavolt were all observing the numerous food stands dotted across Claw Town, unsure of what to try next. And finally, Lana, Brionne, and Sandy along with Lillie and Snowy were looking around the shops and stands again to figure out what they want to take home as souvenirs to give to their families including jewelry that caught their eyes.

Arrietty, Sho, and the mythical creatures belonging to the princess (which Ash humorously dubbed the Mystic Thirteen), however, were all having a sensory overload as they looked on in awe at the sights and sounds of Claw Town's human civilization. The hustle and bustle they were experiencing from everybody living or visiting the place was a far cry from their peaceful jungle lifestyles and their old temple abode.

As for Tsukumaro, Sarah, and Race, while Nikki and James along with their Pokemon did a bit of shopping and were observing the lion dances along with Casey, Lily, and Theo as Dominic and RJ were hanging out with Ming Wu, he managed to experiment and create two wands for them. Making use of two recently shed wing and tail feathers from Tesla and Callisto, the old advisor made the wands he wanted them to have since they now possess the Twilight Gem's Solar and Lunar Magic.

Sarah was ecstatic by this and Race also approved (having went along with his girlfriend on the matter after witnessing her Pyroar Patronus in battle), deciding to try learning some magic which proved to be a nice change for him away from his original duties. He also figured that it would truly benefit him and his Pokemon upon their return to Hoenn.

With Sarah, her new wand was 11 inches and had a golden handle with white shading that bore Nebby's emblem in the center while being a coloration mix of crimson-red and gold.

Race's wand, on the other hand, was 10-and-a-half inches and had an icy-blue handle with white shading with an emblem of Bella in the center and the whole of it was teal blue.

Their cores were both made out of phoenix wing feathers and Thunderbird tail feathers which allowed them to show the most initiative, sometimes acting on their own accord, when sensing danger afoot (as the Sun Sword and Moon Shield did previously). This also allowed them to use transfiguration magic well.

Both are very impressed with their new wands but Sarah was ecstatic by her new gift as she couldn't want to try out magic with it just as her godfather can. Nikki and James couldn't be happier for the pair as practicing their new magic would give the two teens more time together and allow them to develop another bond between them.

When he was sure they were ready, he started training the couple on basic charms such as the Levitation and Scouring Charms (used to levitate (obviously) and cleans objects (making bath time for Sarah's family much easier) as well as the light spell, Lumos. Naturally, these Harry Potter spells were basic skills needed for an average witch or wizard but given his proficient training in magic before Lothor's attack on his family back then, he found them essential for him to help teach Race and his goddaughter how to come to grips with their magical skills.

Then, Sarah and Tsukumaro helped him to learn the Patronus Charm, allowing him to find and use the power of his happiest memory from his life (which was the day when they officially became a couple after Rose and Oleana were apprehended and thwarted from taking Eternatus). Humorously, his Patronus was the Night Fury Dragon. Soon after discovering his Patronus, the two were then taught how their Patronuses can act as messengers for them.

With learning about their Solar and Lunar Magic, as they both have similar and very different abilities, Tsukumaro took it upon himself to teach them how to utilize such powerful magic they have on themselves, particularly Elemental Magic. The days passed as the Mystic Thirteen, the baby Jungle Pokemon, the Jungle Guard, Piplup, Snom, Skiddo, Appletun, Buneary, Arrietty, and Sho all watched in awe as Race and Sarah (with Tsukumaro's guiding hand) practiced their new magic and started to come to grips with using it.

Finally, before they knew it, Friday had come and it was time for Ming Wu to present her newly completed video game project to everyone and all of Claw Town over at the town hall in the main square. Nearly all of the villagers and visitors arriving for the celebration came to attend the presentation as Sarah, her family, and her friends eagerly waited for the event to start while the Jungle Fury Rangers were on the stage along with some delegates and famous scientists invited to attend the occasion.

Even the Mystic Thirteen were invited as they laid or sat on the ground with their new family and friends with Orchard and Orion having shrunken themselves down to the size of the Night Lights while Hydra had to resort to watching from the windows outside, proving himself too big to fit inside the town hall.

As Ming Wu (joined by RJ and Dominic on the stage) began her speech and the audience gathered watched, Casey, Theo, and Lily also eagerly watched from one of the guest tables, the video game presentation moments away from being done.

"Ming Wu's really excited for this along with RJ and Dominic," smiled Casey.

"Can you blame them? She probably emailed and sent them test results of her project and they couldn't believe what she came up with," Lily added, sharing Theo and Casey's enthusiasm. "They haven't given us much hints about what it is, either."

"If anything, I bet it'll be pretty awesome once she finally boots it up," Theo smiled in agreement.

"I'm sure whatever Ming Wu has planned, it's going to the main event for the day."

"She's never failed to impress with her works as far as RJ and Dominic know from what they told us about her," Jarrod and Camille reassured brightly, sitting next to them on the guest table.

However, as Ming Wu continued her speech and as everyone continued to eagerly wait for the video game presentation to begin, the heroes had no idea that they were being watched by the Black Dragons from the shadows. They were beyond pissed that the Twilight Gem and its powers now rested within Sarah and Race after they were forced to hide in the shadows in defeat when they, her family and friends, and the Jungle Fury Rangers became too much for them to handle. Having lost the only means they've been trying to get to revive their master, they're pretty much back to square one of their initial plan.

"I knew it, I knew we should've grabbed that stupid gem when we had the chance!" seethed Mao, glaring at Teng as he felt a little sore from their first defeat. "But, you had to bail us out and cast that stupid curse that prevented us from going back to the temple and finding the gem!"

"And, the next thing we knew, those two brats end up having its powers and they've taken in those beasts we tried and failed to recruit to our forces," Zhao grumbled in agreement. "Sometimes, even I wonder what's going on in that blasted brain of yours, Teng."

"We've lost the battle when it became clear that we're on the losing side and those Occamies and Hippogriffs pulled a fast one on us before our spirits could even touch them," Teng argued, scowling back at them. "You want us to continue a losing battle until we get pummeled to the ground? A good fighter of a beast knows when to pull back and come back with a Plan B."

"Teng's right. In fact, we've been thinking about it throughout the last couple of days ever since we got the lowdown that Faraji and the gem have chosen those two," Jin nodded, coming to them.

"Right now, we're no match for them and their party in our current state given how much they've progressed in their short Pai Zhuq training bout and we and those fools for dogs underestimated the runts. But, I know how we can handicap them and level out the playing field; I've just learned a new spell that can trap somebody in a place such as a game, be it a board game or a virtual computer game. When that little pest and her family are occupied with Ming Wu's video game presentation, I'll immediately cast it when they're not looking and Teng and I will deal with them personally. While we deal with them, you boys will deal with the rangers and her meddlesome friends. With their greatest strength cut off, picking those kids off will lead us straight to Dai Shi's long-awaited return."

The other Black Dragons nodded in agreement, sharing grim frowns as they knew they would never get another shot to bring back their master and resume his plans to destroy humanity and bring back the beasts so they can rule the world. For them, it was sink or swim and now's the time for them to carry out their last-ditch attempt to finish what they started days prior.

Soon, it was time for Ming Wu to begin her presentation and everybody cheered as the last speeches were given and she addressed them as she took the stage again.

"Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, as I'm sure you all know, this project of mine has been in the works for years and I've been working long and hard for some time to create what I considered to be an action/adventure game..." she began before she began the demonstration of her new game minutes later.

The computer game she presented on a five-monitor computer system was called Mythical Quest, an action/adventure game where up to five players can play, the objective being to find three mythical creatures from Harry Porter and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on each level while avoiding danger as well as surviving hunger, dehydration, and predators.

So far, everything seemed to be going great and everybody was really impressed with the demonstration as Lily, Theo, Casey, RJ, and Dominic tested out the game first according to the tutorials she began laying out and Jarrod and Camille along with three other volunteers helped to further demonstrate the game's features and gameplay.

However, just when she was about to have a few more people from the audience try their hands at the game, unexpectedly and without warning, the lights in the town hall went out which startled everybody.

"Huh?!"

"Hey!"

"The lights!"

"What happened?!"

"Did the power went off somehow?"

"Who turned off the lights?"

"Maybe a storm suddenly came in and knocked out the power."

"It wasn't even raining outside!" the audience cried in shock.

"What's going on?!"

"Somebody turn on the lights before something goes wrong, quick!" Ash and Lillie exclaimed before...

"AHH!"

"DAH!"

"Hey!"

"Wha-?!"

"Huh?!"

"Sarah, Race!"

"Tsukumaro, Nikki, James!" Kiawe and Sophocles cried, hearing Sarah, her family (letting out surprised yelps and screams as well), and Race.

But, things took a turn for the worse as the lights were finally turned back on and everybody saw Sarah and her family missing from the audience. They looked around for them only for a feeling of dread brewing in them as they quickly to the monitors and saw them transported into the game without warning.

"What happened?!"

"Oh no, look!"

"How did they get in there?!"

"Not cool, somebody must've found a way to transport them into the game while the lights were out!"

"Can't we do something to break them out of Cyberspace?" the Jungle Fury Rangers cried out worriedly.

"Oh, this is not good! I'm afraid the only way they can get out is if they play through all of the levels to get out!" Ming Wu fretted.

"If that's so, I'm afraid that until they win every level to get out, the danger in there will be very real," Jarrod mused, concerned as he held an equally worried Camille.

Meanwhile, after being transported in the game, Sarah and her family were stunned and knocked out cold until they finally woke up and noticed something off as they looked around. Realizing that something was horribly wrong and that they're in for a new round of trouble heading their way, they turned to a still-stunned Sarah as they quickly woke her up.

"Ponchita? Ponchita!"

"Mama!"

"You alright?"

"Honey..."

"Come on, Mom, wake up!"

Sarah groaned as she finally stirred, hearing some familiar voices calling her and blinking while her vision cleared, seeing Blitz, Nikki, James, Tsukumaro, and Race looking at her. They all sighed in relief and happiness as she finally saw them and looked around their current location.

"Hey, are you feeling okay, Island Girl?" asked Race, helping her up with Blitz.

"Yeah, what happened? The last thing I remember is Ming Wu having begun her video game presentation and everybody else including Casey and his friends demonstrating the new game before the lights went out and boom, we end up here," she answered, confused.

"You're not going to believe this, Master," answered Ching Wan as he and the rest of their family looked around at what looked to be a prehistoric jungle but one made for mythical creatures. "But, it looks like we're somehow beamed into Ming Wu's computer game and without the use of technology, too."

"And, we don't have any means to get out other than beating the game if it's one of those kinds of games where we get booted out after completing one playthrough," Hashimoto added.

"Are you saying...We're stranded?!" Scorch freaked, shaking Hashimoto frantically while his family comforted him.

"Oh no, I'm not very good at video games!"

"How are we gonna get out of here?" Talonflame and Star fretted.

"Oh, great. Now, what'll we do?" Sarah groaned.

"I don't know, but we've gotta get out of here."

"And, fast!" Dawn (Midday Lycanroc) and Misa said before her Wrist Com immediately went off.

"I'd do anything to get back home, it's getting creepy out here and anything can go wrong or attack us at any moment!" Pearl whined, not liking being stuck in a video game. "Me, too!" her sisters agreed as Sarah activated her Wrist Com and answered the call forwarded to her.

"Sarah, guys! Are you there?" Ash called, the Wrist Com's screen showing him and the gang looking frantic. "Where are you?!"

"Hey, guys. Hope you know what's going on 'cause I need a bit of a memory refresher here. What happened?" the princess quizzed.

"Oh, thank goodness!"

"You're alright!" sighed Lillie and Lana in relief.

"Sarah, are you and your family alright?" Kiawe added, coming into view.

"But, we just found out that after the lights went out, you and your family were somehow zapped into Ming Wu's computer game without warning. We're watching you from the monitors that she and her team set up for today's demonstration. The weird thing is there was no piece of technology they brought along that could've possibly sent you to Cyberspace."

"We know, we just found out after I woke up and saw that we ended up on Level 1. It looks as though we're in some kind of prehistoric jungle except I'm seeing what looked to be mythical creatures akin to... I don't know, dinosaurs, that type of thing..."

"Get us out of here!" Mienshao barked, showing her face in Ash's Wrist Com's screen.

"We're trapped with no hope of escaping! Can't your friend use these things humans called cheat codes to shut down the game or something and bring us back home?" begged Magearna, getting into the screen.

"Sorry, Magearna, I'm not the type of person to have gamers use cheat codes. I never thought of them being any use other than to help struggling players cheat their way through video games," Ming Wu confessed, frowning worriedly as she typed away on a computer. "The only way you can ever hope to escape is to beat the whole game, playing through every level until the end."

"What?! You mean we have to go through the entire game with no break in between if we're ever going to have to bail out of this virtual nightmare?" gawked a shocked Brawleon.

"That does not inspire confidence," admitted Freezeon anxiously.

"I swear this is giving us vibes from Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase," Goodra remarked.

"Yeah, only this time, this thing is real and we're doing the exact same thing Mystery Inc. had done and then some," nodded Sylveon.

"Well, how many levels are we going to have to play through?" put in Tyson.

"I'm not going through multiple levels as in many mobile games where there's no end in sight with all of the downloadable content that goes on for hours or so and we end up like a show called, oh, I don't know... Like, SpongeBob SquarePants?!" barked Hydro, wanting to get out immediately.

"But, you like the classic seasons of SpongeBob including episodes like the Krusty Krab Training Video, the Camping Episode, and Wet Painters episodes, Auntie Hydro," admitted Swablu as she fluttered to the female Tidal Class dragon who blushed.

"...Okay, Modern SpongeBob, then," she corrected sheepishly.

"Alright, since cheat codes are out of the question and would possibly result in an immediate game over (which I doubt since we're not in Spy Kids 3/3D), how do we beat the game and get out before we end up as mythical buzzard bait?" Race conceded, knowing that they'll have to do things the old-fashioned way.

"Don't worry, I've included ten levels into the game even though I've got much more content coming for it in the coming years for added replay ability if it went well for everyone before the presentation was interrupted," Ming Wu instructed. "In each level, all you have to do is find three mythical creatures: a Wampus Cat, a Unicorn, and a Diricawl, all living in different areas of the game's environments. You'll have to tame and befriend each of them in order to advance but it won't be easy, let me tell you."

"How difficult are you implying that would me, Ming Wu?" Nyasi questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"I've designed them so that each would have their own tasks for you to complete and all of them vary from level to level."

"Oh, brother..." groaned Mist.

"Why do I get the feeling that this wasn't going to be easy even though we're starting on the easiest level in the game?" Spark sulked.

"At least we won't have to deal with a giant basilisk this time so that's a consolation prize," Umbreon reassured.

"Well, when you put it like that, Father, I suppose that makes sense even though Slither was more of a friendly sort," Espeon admitted with a nod.

"Yeah, but we've no idea what's around the corner and we're left to do some guesswork on what'll be after us," Arctozolt pointed out.

"We better not get our hopes up too high for this level being too easy," quipped Dracozolt warily.

"And, meeting unicorns won't be much of a hassle since we crossed paths with Izzy back in Equestria," agreed Ching Wan.

"I guess that means we'll have to be careful as well since we don't know what's in store for us," Nikki warned, knowing what playing through the game for real could mean. "Ming Wu did mention that aside from the Wampus Cat, a Unicorn, and a Diricawl, there are other mythical creatures in the game that are not too friendly."

"But, how exactly are we going to find them?" Tsukumaro pondered.

"We might as well pull off a Where's Waldo in our case if we're doing fetch quests," remarked Reignstorm.

"Not to worry, I've placed a single clue in each level that'll help you figure out how to find them. The rest will be up to you, though," Ming Wu informed, knowing they'll need a heads-up. "By the looks of it, we can't do much other than watch what you're doing back in the real world. Good luck..."

"Well, look on the bright side! Things couldn't get any worse and you can live a cool fantasy in the game," Ash smiled brightly, making Sarah sigh.

Ash, however, was proven wrong as everyone heard loud stomping making its way towards Sarah and her family as they felt the disturbance and looked around for it, only for a loud roar to sound off and strike fear into the giant party as they got into battle stances and whipped around for the source.

"You were saying?" groaned Hashimoto, facepalming himself in annoyance.

"Something tells me we're not alone, Kid. Whatever that is, it sounds big and hungry," Mischief blinked in bewilderment.

"Ash, the next time you and the others say what's the worse that can happen and jinx us as a result, don't say anything," sighed Sarah in annoyance.

"What was that?"

"I don't know, it could be anything," James noted.

"It can't be one of the creatures that we need to find to get out of the game, that's for sure," Camo replied, shielding his frightened children with Rosa's help.

"It's coming out of the jungle!" shouted Yamper before they saw what looked to be a Tyrannosaurus Rex and Acrocanthasaurus heading straight for the group with Jin and Teng riding them.

"Impossible, those are a Tyrannosaurus and an Acrocanthasaurus! A pair of real walking fossils from this dienage!" Blossom gasped in shock.

"It's got some riders on it!" Piplup cried, pointing to the two beings on them.

"Zoinks, we know who!" Wyveon gasped, recognizing the two evil beings.

"It's Jin and Teng of the Black Dragons!" Amber gasped in shock, seeing the two on their own creatures.

"Oh no!"

"They must've somehow gotten zapped into the game, too!" Slurpuff and Zorro exclaimed.

"Welcome to your friend's game called Mythical Quest, fools! Level 1 will be the first rung of your inevitable demise and the return of Master Dai Shi for our upcoming age of the beasts!" Jin shouted, sneering at the shocked heroes before him and Teng. "You might as well give up now and surrender your powers if you want to live!"

"How did they even get into the game?!" Silvally gawked in utter disbelief.

"Who cares, they're going for the big guns this time! Take cover!" Hashimoto panicked.

"Take to the hills!" Faraji exclaimed as everybody scrambled.

"Me, run? Please, I can smoke these prehistoric lizards easily!" Eternatus huffed as he faced Jin, Teng, and their "pets" before Nebby ran back to him and dragged him by his tail. "'EY!"

"SHANG!" Jin shouted, leading his brother and their dino allies after the heroes trapped in the game.

"I thought we were done dealing with them!" Nikki quipped as they ran.

"Back in the real world, we were and stopped them when they're after the Twilight Gem!" James remarked, panting frantically.

"But, since we're in this virtual fantasy created by Master RJ's friend, they've found some friends to help them with their dirty work!" Calyrex shouted as Spectrier (the High King Pokemon in Shadow Rider Form) and Glastrier galloped.

"You're all too slow if you run against those fiends! Get on!" Faraji shouted as Orchard and Orion both grew to Faraji's size and the three of them quickly got everyone on their backs:

Orchard - Sarah, Race, Blitz, Curly, Robbie, Shaymin, the whole Jungle Guard, the baby Jungle Pokemon and their older siblings, the Eevee Squad (including Sylveon, Wyveon, Guardeon, Umbreon and their families), Sho, Arrietty, Snowflake and her family, Delcatty, Boltund, Rapidash and her family, Hydra, Aku, Sunce, and Karabi.

Orion - Nikki, James, Tsukumaro, the Lycanroc Quartet (Dusk, Luna, Dawn, and Misa) Magearna, Mienshao, Apollo, Enya, Azul, Azula, Nico, Saba, Kion, Kiara and their pride, Slurpuff, Lolita and the Royal Family Guardians, the Swords of Justice, Zeraora, Zoura, Aurorus, Tyrantrum, Sonic, Sawsbuck, Haxrous, Cranidos, Audino, Seviper, and the Legendary Beasts.

Faraji - Tundra, Arcanine, Nyasi, Dracovish, Dracozolt, Arctozolt, Cinderace, Hashimoto, Ching Wan, Calyrex and his sons, Silvally, Stufful, Houndoom, Mulan, Skitty, Star, the Unova Starters, Meowstic Pair, Goodra, Sylveon, Milotic, Aqua, and Mudsdale.

In the meantime, Eternatus, Nebby, Nebula, Kaji, Amber, Ghost, Wvyeon, Nitro, Talonflame, Beauitfly, Draco, Salamance, Latios, Latias, Braviary, Noctowl, Flygon, Poipole, Hydregion, Storm, Flurry, Tesla, Callisto, Pyrrah, and Avel took to the air and flew alongside their Mythical friends and Winter and the dragons.

"Let's get out of here! AHH!" Poipole shrieked.

"Hurry, they're catching up to us!" Beautifly squeaked fearfully, looking back to see Jin and Teng catch up. "Let's go, run!"

"What do you think we're-UGH!"

"Well, sprint!"

"How?!"

"Run and fly faster! 100% full speed!" Flygon, Ghost, Draco, Amber, Nitro screamed.

"Where are we going?!" cried Nebula.

"We need to find a place to hide where those walking skyscrapers can't pick us off!" Kaji exclaimed.

"Quickly, over there! Into the jungle!" Tsukumaro shouted, pointing towards the jungle, the group swiftly running into the trees with Orchard and Orion's snake-like bodies allowing them to slither easily through despite their size.

Once they were in the jungle and away from the Tyrannosaurus and the Acrocanthasaurus, the dinosaurs in question had to stop at the way in as they were too big to go through the trees, roaring in anger and frustration over losing their meals. Even Jin and Teng groaned in aggravation as the ones responsible for foiling their plans to revive Dai Shi were now literally undercover as they watched them disappear.

"Damn! The brat just doesn't know when to quit!" snapped Teng.

"Let them go, they won't make it out alive; not as long as I'm the only one who knows the spell that brought them in the game and will bring them out," Jin reassured his angered little brother. "As long as they're running around like a bunch of headless chickens, there's no hope of them escaping."

"That was too close," sighed Mallow in relief as everyone watched in the real world.

"Hey, guys, how on earth did Jin and Teng get themselves into the game, too?" Theo questioned.

"Jin just said that only he knows a spell he probably learned that can transport into the game and if that's the case and if there's no other way to break them out besides playing through all of them..." Lily realized.

"He must've been the one to zap them into my game when he and the other Black Dragons knocked out all the lights earlier!" finished Ming Wu, gasping in realization.

"Then, that means with him and Teng out to get them in the game after transporting themselves in it, Sarah and her family will be at their mercy," Kiawe added grimly.

"And, if they're successful in wiping them out..." Lana added worriedly.

"They're gonna kill off Race and Sarah and take their powers from the Twilight Gem for Dai Shi's revival!" cried Ash in shock just as the doors out of the town hall were blown up and Mao, Hao, Zhao, and Zhen appeared along with their Infernal Dragon spirits.

"Knock-Knock!"

"Room service!" Mao and Zhao barked, sneering.

"Very good, Pikachu Ranger, nice to know that you do actually have a brain and you're using it for once," chuckled Zhen darkly.

"The Black Dragons!" spluttered the Pokemon School gang, getting into battle stances.

"Hope you like our Plan B, we've heard about your friend's video game project ever since you met the Wolf Master's friend and we've been keeping tabs on you since," Zhen said with a mocking smile.

"Now, that your friends have stolen the Twilight Gem and its powers, you've made it virtually impossible for us to fully bring back our master. But, you didn't know that we can still take them once we kill them after trapping them in a corner such as what happens when you play too many games at one time," Mao added with a snigger.

"What are you, Teng, and Jin planning to do with them?" snapped Casey, he and his fellow rangers, Jarrod, and Camille getting into battle stances as well.

"Oh, aside from taking their powers when they're through and reviving Dai Shi, we'll like to have a little fun with you," sneered Zhao.

"And, by fun, you mean picking us off now that Sarah and her family are no longer with us!" Lillie snapped, glaring angrily at the Black Dragons for what they've done to her best friend.

"Like we're gonna let that happen!" Ash bellowed as he and the gang sent out their Ride Pokemon. "Garchomp, you and the others lead Ming and everyone else to safety and take her computer along so she can help them!"

Garchomp nodded as he lead the other Ride Pokemon out of the building while bringing the citizens and visitors along where they can be safe from their enemies before them. Mallow's Flygon and Sophocles' Metang also managed to bring along Ming and her equipment so that it wouldn't get damaged, all of them knowing that they have their own means to contact Sarah and her family and thus, losing the computers would prove troublesome should the Black Dragons destroy it.

"Time to say goodnight!" the Black Dragons cackled as the rangers changed to their alter-egos and Jarrod and Camille donned their armor.

"Link to Morphin Grid!"

"Jungle Beast, Spirit Unleashed!"

Getting into position as the Ultra Rescue Rangers and Theo, Casey, Lily, got their weapons and sidearms for melee combat out while Dominic, RJ, Jarrod, and Camille quickly prepared themselves to fight, the heroes (along with the gang's Pokemon partners) braced themselves for a final showdown to finish off the Black Dragons facing them down, once and for all.

"You got lucky escaping and trying to use the Fiendfyre Curse last time to kill us and destroy the temple belonging to Faraji and her friends but we guarantee you won't get away this time!" Ash shouted, bringing out his Beast-X Battle Stick.

"You're going to pay for destroying their home and once you're gone, Dai Shi will never come back!" Casey added firmly.

"Oh no, Red Ranger, you misunderstood. We don't think he'll be back once we're through with you, we know it!" Hao sneered back at them.

"You don't know anything!" snapped Lily, preparing to fight.

Once Garchomp and the rest of the Ride Pokemon got Ming Wu and the citizens and visitors out of the town hall safely, the Power Rangers soon began their own brawl with the four remaining Black Dragons. With Sarah and her family already tied up with Jin and Teng and even though they're split up, Mao, Zhao, Zhen, and Hao are still a force to be reckoned with and now, everything is riding on this supposed last battle with them. Hopefully, until Sarah and her family can hold out and get out of the game by beating every level Ming Wu had developed in it, they'll have to fight against Dai Shi's final warriors on their own but without the aid of the Pai Zhuq masters this time.

At the same time, back in the game, Sarah and her family had finally managed to find a safe spot in the jungle amongst some dense trees after getting some distance from Jin and Teng. They were worn out from being running all the way there but they were lucky to be away from them and their carnivorous dinosaurs.

"Okay, that just happened!" Sho squeaked, out of breath as his mother comforted and rubbed him gently.

"...We are NOT doing that again!" panted Simba.

"Hopefully," sighed Rubble, exhausted.

"I never thought we'd finally see dinosaurs even though this is still a virtual reality nightmare we're stuck in until we get out," Azul admitted.

"What are we gonna do?" pondered Eclipse, looking around worriedly for Jin and Teng.

"Well, it's obvious we're not going back out there with those walking carnivores prowling the place," James put in.

"But, we can't stay in the jungle forever!"

"Yeah, I hate being stuck here, too. But, I've got to contact the others!" Sarah said, immediately activating her Wrist Com. "Ash, guys! Casey, RJ, anybody? Are you out there? Where are you guys?"

"Sarah? Sarah, is that you?" shouted Ming Wu's voice from the Wrist Com as she finally came to view on the screen. "It's me, Ming! Thank goodness I finally got to you again! Are you alright?"

"Man, Ming, are we alright? Are YOU GUYS alright?" the princess replied incredulously. "We only just barely got away from a bunch of hungry lizards with meat-eating teeth with our lives with a few familiar faces driving them!"

"And, if Jin and Teng are in the game with us, I suppose their brothers got to you and everyone else, too?" Tai Lung questioned.

"Yeah, your friends' Ride Pokemon got everyone including myself and my equipment out of the town hall and they're battling the other four Black Dragons right now," Ming confirmed as Garchomp came on the screen. "Good thing they had them, too. Otherwise, if they had summoned any Rinshi to duke it out with them and cut us off, we'd be in real trouble."

"Not as much trouble as we're in with those giant walking suitcase towers about to pick us off for dinner at any minute!" barked Eternatus grumpily.

"Ms, Ming, you mentioned the other Black Dragons are fighting Ash and the kids, correct? Are you saying that they're responsible for what happened to us?" questioned Tsukumaro.

Ming nodded gravely, "Unfortunately, yes. Turns out that Jin was the one who managed to transport you into Cyberspace without warning when he and the other Black Dragons knocked out the lights minutes ago. They wanted to pick you off since Sarah and Race now have the Twilight Gem's powers and they still want them badly for Dai Shi's revival, they're not going to give up that easily even after you stopped them at Faraji's old temple home."

"WHAT/NO/HUH?!" Sarah and her family balked in shock and disbelief.

"Are they still going at it with their so-called mission to bring back Dai Shi?" Wyveon groaned.

"'Oi, just when you thought it would be over with them after we managed to take the Twilight Gem from them upon leaving it for us to take!" Lilac grumbled.

"Yeah, I thought we were done looking over our shoulders for them!" Apollo snapped.

"Those snot-nosed lizards don't know when to call it quits!" added Kurma.

"What kind of spell did he even learn to do that?!" Silvally quizzed incredulously.

"Oh, balderdash! I should've known they'd pull something like this!" grumbled Calyrex, facepalming himself in aggravation and realization. "It's the old tried-and-true battle plan of Divide-and-Conquer!"

"Divide and conquer, Dad?"

"You mean they wanted to split us up so we'd be separated from Ash, the others, and the Jungle Fury Rangers so it'd be just us with no back-up coming no matter what the others try to do, Father?" Glastrier and Spectrier questioned their father.

"Yes, that's exactly their plan; now that Sir Race and the princess have the Twilight Gem's powers courtesy of Ms. Faraji, their initial plan to steal the gem and use its powers to revive Dai Shi so he can continue his mission to destroy humanity and have it be ruled by the beasts alone is thwarted. Needless to say, they didn't take these recent developments too lightly when they got wind of it. So, upon hearing about Ms. Wu's video game presentation, they thought it is best to trap us here in the game and leave our friends high and dry back in the real world so they'd have it easy with beating us and stealing their powers back."

"Okay, major problemo with a capital 'P' that does not inspire confidence," gulped Shaymin.

"Somehow, we've got to get out of here and help the others while dealing with those fools at the same time," mused Kommo-o, trying to think of ideas to get out until he remembered what Ming told them earlier. "Princess, didn't Ming Wu mention that we have to find three mythical creatures in each level in order to advance and eventually win the game?"

"Yeah, I totally remember that. Ming, you know what we have to do?" Sarah quizzed the computer game developer/reseracher.

"Of course, I told you what you have to do to get out. Do you know where to start?"

"No. But, maybe if we play along, we could find out what they needed us to do in order to go further into the game."

"Okay but I should warn you, I didn't intend for this game to be made and passed easily since it's never my intention when I first started developing it. In the other levels, I've included an egg capsule; each capsule has a stone and cards inside it which may prove useful to you all against Teng and Jin. So, if that's any indicator, I'm guessing they must've found a capsule that works for evil characters that I've put into for the game's story mode and classic arcade battle mode upon entering."

"Okay, while that doesn't inspire confidence as well, I'm glad that we even have something remotely akin to a power-up start-up," Race put in.

"Yeah, sorry guys. I only wanted to make the real challenge behind the game be befriending the mythical creatures which, in itself, is never easy whether it be in games or movies, hence why I came up with the name for it. Not only that, I've made the capsules you're looking for in white so you should have no problem looking for them but like the mythical creatures I've created for it, it won't be easy to get them either."

"What?! Oh, come on, you video game designers never seem to make these kinds of things easy for us, huh?" sulked Tyson, sliding down a tree until he was sitting on his monkey butt and holding his face with his right hand in annoyance.

"Of course not, where's the fun in that?" snarked Ming Wu with a smirk.

"Then, I guess we better find the capsules and the creatures before the Black Dragons pick us out from our hiding spot," put in Shadow, knowing what they must do.

"But, where could they be and how will we find them? Even if they're all white, we don't know where they'll be in each level and this is Level 1," Raikou pointed out.

"I'm open to any suggestions," replied Zeraora.

"Just be careful and find the capsules and creatures you're looking for if you want to stay alive and get out of Cyberspace, we'll hold out for as long as we can against the other Black Dragons until you get back."

"Alright, Ming. We'll keep in touch if we'll need you for anything," Sarah nodded, ending the call.

"Well, I guess we're on our own until we call Ming for help when we need it," Nikki decided. "But, I suppose we better find those capsules and those creatures she told us about if we're going to help the others deal with the other Black Dragons."

"And, keep the ringleaders off our tails," Hashimoto added.

"They're right, Mother. We better move fast and find them before we get picked off for dinner by their lizards," Nyasi nodded in agreement.

"Alright, but we better move fast. That T-Rex and the Acrocanthasaurus with Jin and Teng are much faster than we thought and they could pose a threat to us as long as we're running around like rats," Sarah said, nodding to her Zarude son.

"And, given how much we pale in size, we're literally the right height to play the role of the mice in a game of Cat and Mouse," Blitz noted.

"You said it, Blitzy," nodded Curly as he held her gently to comfort his worried crush.

"I guess we have no choice, then," sighed Mesprit.

"And, j-j-just when t-things couldn't get a-a-any w-worse," moaned Uxie.

"Come on, we're going to have to play their game along with Ming Wu's," replied Nico as they all set off, preparing to look for the mythical creatures they needed to progress or the white capsules to give them a lead on them.

Meanwhile, back in the town hall, the Power Rangers and the Pokemon School gang's Pokemon were all continuing to duke it out against the other four Black Dragons. While Ash and his friends clashed with Mao and their Pokemon were squaring off against Hao, the Jungle Fury Rangers, Jarrod, and Camille went up against Zhao and Zhen, all of them being evenly matched despite the heroes having the advantage in terms of numbers on their teams.

"Jungle Master Mode!" shouted Casey, Lily, and Theo, bringing out their Claw Boosters and changing to their Jungle Master Mode once again minutes into the battle.

"Firing jets!" Casey shouted, activating his jets as he performed a Tiger Strike, striking Zhen as he slashed with his Claw Booster.

Lily and Theo swapped out their Claw Boosters for their Jungle Bo (as there was no room for her to use the Jungle Mace) and Jungle Fan as they continued to duke it out with Hao and Mao, the two Black Dragons going at them with punches and kicks. They were also assisted by RJ, Camille, Dominic, and Jarrod as they took on Zhan with them and the original three Jungle Fury Rangers switching between the four Black Dragons with them, doing their best to wear them down while keeping them away from Ming Wu and the innocence they nearly got involved.

When they were distracted and the Jungle Fury Rangers moved back, the Pokemon School gang saw the perfect opportunity to strike while they weren't looking and fighting them and their Pokemon.

"Snowy, Powder Snow, go!"

"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!"

"Brionne, use your Bubblebeam!"

"Tsareena, dance with Magical Leaf! Shaymin, Energy Ball!"

"Togedemaru, Vikavolt, Double Discharge!"

"Pyroar, Turtonator, Twin Flamethrower, now!" the Pokemon School gang shouted, their Pokemon shooting their chosen attacks as they converged into one blast that struck the Black Dragons which gave RJ, Jarrod, Camille, and Dominic the perfect opportunity to attack.

"Spirit of the Wolf, unleash!"

"Spirit of the Rhino!"

"Chameleon Spirit, attack!"

"Go forth, my Spirit of the Mighty Lion!" they boomed, sending their animal spirits charging towards the villains as they clashed with their Infernal Dragon spirits before they ended up in four deadlocks.

"You fight well for a bunch of newbies and out-of-date Pai Zhua masters for your time!" Zhen smirked as he, Zhao, Mao, and Hao faced the Wolf and Rhino Rangers and the Chameleon and Black Lion Warriors. "But, it's only a matter of time until your friends' powers from the Twilight Gem will be ours and once through, Dai Shi and our fellow beasts will rise again!"

"Really, dude? Sorry, but it looks like you're way out of your league if you think beasts even have a chance to claim this world as their own," retorted RJ.

"You may be powerful and it may be possible for you to revive Dai Shi if you do manage to get Race and Sarah's new powers but you'd be mistaken if you think the beasts are the only ones who deserve to roam this world!" Dominic added defiantly.

"You'll be sorry once Sarah and her family get back!" Lana snapped, readying her Beast-X Pirate Saber and Blaster.

"Jin and Teng already have them occupied with trying to escape from them in your friend's pathetic game and you've yet to see how powerful he really is when he only fought your friend at a quarter of his power!" Hao sneered.

"Sarah's much more powerful than he'll ever be as long as she has her family and we're fighting with her in spirit!" Sophocles spat back, preparing his Beast-X Navigator in Blaster Mode while Vikavolt and Togedemaru charged themselves up for their Electric attack barrage.

"Your friend will have to do much more than what she did if she's to ever beat them and if her family's ever to stand a chance against them before they're deleted, permanently!" added Mao with a devilish snigger.

"Oh, yeah? Well, don't bet on it!" Kiawe barked, he and his partners preparing to fight with their bodies again.

"Our princess and her family are more resourceful than you think!" Ash finished as the heroes charged towards the Black Dragons and the battle continued.

Returning to Cyberspace, Sarah and her family continued their search for the capsules to give them a lead or one of the mythical creatures Ming noted to them earlier but their search currently bared no fruit. At the same time, they were continuing to watch over their shoulders for Jin and Teng and their dinosaurs, knowing they could ambush them at any moment. So far, they've only found a herd of harmless herbivore Parasaurolophus despite their relief that they're not carnivores.

As as far as they know, just as it was with Mythical Pokemon like Zeraora, Tai Lung, and Nyasi, there aren't any visible clues that pointed the group to either of them so they didn't have much luck in finding them. Eventually finding a large cave nearby, the family decided that it would be best for them to take a break to compose themselves after their initial scare from seeing their enemies and their dino pets chasing after them.

"We've trekked through miles of jungle ever since we got here and we still haven't found any sign of one of the creatures Ming Wu told us about or a capsule she created for us," Nikki sighed, realizing how much of a pickle they're in.

"At least we lost the Black Dragons and their pets," James noted reassuringly. "It'll be a while before they end up finding us again."

"For now, at least. We better figure out what to do next to find them or else we'll be sitting ducks," Race concurred, gently rubbing Storm as the male Hippogriff cooed.

"I never thought I'd say this but I'd much rather be in the real world right now if anything's as real as can be in Cyberspace including the danger," sighed Venom as he laid his head down on his claws and rested on his stomach.

"Never have we been in a situation akin to Mystery Incorporated in the Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase movie," Sarafina admitted as she nuzzled Nala, one of her and Sarabi's daughters.

"Now, I know how those guys feel when they first got zapped into Cyberspace," Hashimoto said, resting with his brother and Stufful beside him from his right and left.

"Well, Ms. Wu did say it wasn't going to be easy. That's for sure," Kommo-o put in.

"That's putting it lightly," grumbled Azula.

"You said it," agreed Apollo as he and Enya rested together.

"Look, we can't just do nothing!" argued Twilight as she and Dawn (Deathgripper) soothed their children. "We have to find one of those capsules or those mythical creatures if we're to stop the Black Dragons and fast!"

"Twilight is right, we have to figure out how we're going to find them while also keeping those horrible monsters off of our backs," Magearna replied in agreement.

"But, how are we supposed to find them in each level? They could be anywhere and this crazy jungle could house them in any location," noted Flo.

"I'm open to ssssssssuggesssssstionssssss if you all have any," Medusa remarked, coming up with nothing.

"Well, Lady Ming told us a while ago that she's put a clue in each level that could help guide us to a capsule or a mythical creature and she noted that there are three creatures we needed to find to advance: the Wampus Cat, the Unicorn, and the Diricawl," Tsukumaro said, recalling what they were informed.

"Well, good luck with finding a clue in a giant cyber jungle 'cause it could be anywhere," Tyson replied with a sigh.

"Well, if we can't find any clues in the jungle if Ming Wu hid them good as she worked on the game off the bat, let's start here," Skystorm suggested, sniffing the ground to find any clues Ming Wu left for them.

"If there are any, let's hope we're lucky that they are in the game," Ching Wan nodded but not wanting to get his hopes up too high.

While everyone else took time to take a breather from their recent ordeal, Sarah looked around for any clues along with Skystorm, her mate, and some of her baby Pokemon as they tried to find whatever Ming Wu had included in the game to help them. As they looked around the cave, she suddenly came across what looked to be six strange cave drawings that featured a winged horse which was actually a Pegasus not unlike Pipp and Zipp.

"Mom, Dad, guys? Would you call these drawings a clue?" she asked, getting everyone's attention as they saw the drawings of the Pegasus.

"Those are all Pegasi!"

"Just like Pipp and Zipp from Equestria!"

"But, look! One of them is bigger compared to the other five with it!" Skystorm and Flystorm's daughters exclaimed, seeing the larger Pegasus.

"By the looks of it, I'd say that this is definitely not a Pegasus pony but rather a Pegasus horse," Rapidash deducted, looking over the larger Pegasus drawing.

"You mean like that mythical flying horse from Greek mythology you've been teaching us about in our history classes with you guys?"

"And, the same character that was Hercules' partner and best friend from that Disney movie we watched last summer?" Spectrier and Glastrier quizzed.

"Yep, that's about it," Silver nodded. "Got the kids entertained, too."

"That's weird, why would something like this be a clue to finding a Unicorn if the Pegasus is related to it?" Amber pondered.

"Old Man, didn't you tell us that the unicorn and hte Pegasus are both mythical horses in Greek and Europeon mythology?" Race questioned to the old advisor, thinking back to the unicorn they were all told to find. "It'd make sense since they're behavior would be within the same range: living in tight-knit herds. If there's a Pegasus around, there's a good chance a unicorn will be there at the same time."

"Yes, and if that's the case, then that's a starting point I'm willing to have us go through if we're to have any chance of finding the unicorn first," Tsukumaro nodded.

"But, there are ten levels in the game and the unicorn could be anywhere along with the capsules we still need to find in each of them," reminded Nikki. "We're on borrowed time no thanks to the Black Dragons and it'll take hours for us to find them along with them Wampus Cat and the Diricawl."

"What we need is something to guide us to where they are, something like a heat sensor that can pick up the unicorn's current location as well as the capsules," James said, getting an idea of what they needed to finish the game faster in the time limit they have on them.

Then, as if to answer their prayers, Sarah's Twilight Amulet started glowing on its own, the glow on it getting their attention as it floated off her neck and pointed straight ahead.

Everybody gasped in surprise as they saw one of the points on the amulet also starting to blink, signaling the direction they have to go on to reach either a capsule or the unicorn is further down directly into the cave.

"Mom?"

"Auntie?"

"Princess, your amulet, it's..." Blitz, the Night Lights, and Calyrex began.

"...I see. Hmm, it looks like its Quest Compass has finally been activated," Tsukumaro mused, rubbing his chin thoughtfully as he looked at the glowing amulet.

"Quest Compass?" Sarah puzzled to her godfather.

"A little mechanism I've made with it that will allow the amulet to lead its owner to someone or something that can help them in a quest whenever one gets stuck on a peculiar task. If I have to guess, I'd say it's helping to point us all in the right direction of where the unicorn and/or a capsule may be located, Princess."

"Okay... If it can help us get out of this crazy game, we'll follow it," Sarah decided, taking Tsukumaro's word for it.

Everyone else nodded, knowing that they had no other choice if they wanted to get out of the game, stop the Black Dragons from carrying out their plans to revive Dai Shi, and save their friends from Jin and Teng's brothers before they become overwhelmed by them. So, carefully walking ahead with the Twilight Amulet's Quest Compass leading the way for them to see, they went through the cave until they came to an opening at the supposed end which led them to a river in front of them.

"Oh, great. Now, we're stuck between a stream and those gross lizards still out to get us back there," grumbled Eternatus, seeing the river and where it's currently going from the current.

"Well, at least we know we're going the right way judging by how the amulet's responding with its signal lights," remarked Tai Lung, seeing the Twilight Amulet pointing everybody downstream.

"It's the only way out from what we're seeing, I guess we'll have to swim downstream before they find us again," said Tundra.

"No, that's what those lizards want, a couple of slow-moving targets that are easy for them to pick out," Arcanine rebutted, knowing Jin and Teng are still out in the open hunting for them.

Tsukumaro took out his wand (which he still had with him when he and his family were transported into the game) and looked to Race and Sarah knowingly as they turned to him and saw it, pulling out their wands as well. Nodding in silent agreement, the three of them stepped forward onto the edge of the path they're on and pointed their wands, waving them together as they made a raft that's both large and sturdy enough for them to float them down the river.

Sarah's Water Type Pokemon and Hydro and Hurricane decided to swim down the river while Eternatus, Nebby, Reshiram, Nebula, and her Flying Types along with Winter and the dragons, Faraji, Storm, Flurry, Orchard, Orion, Pyrrah, Avel, Tesla, Sunce, and Callisto flew alongside them.

Hydra, Aku, and Karabi rode with Sarah and the rest of her family including her non-flying Pokemon on the raft.

"So far, so good," commented Race, admiring his wand before he puts it away as they floated along the river. "I never thought we'd have to use these things to create this thing."

"I'm just glad we even have our wands with us," Sarah admitted, she and Tsukumaro tucking their own wands away. "But, even so, let's hope we don't run into anything that'll kill us in Cyberspace."

"If there's anything not as friendly as the creatures we're looking for, I'm making a break for the hills," sighed Crescent before everybody heard two small hisses from around them. "...Oh man, I hope that's not what I think it is."

"Is it you, Hydra?" asked Kayda to the male Runespoor who shook his head in confusion.

"Sarah, look! Something's in the river with us!" Whiplash cried, all of them seeing two 7 ft. long snake-like creatures that are black and white, had a blue jewel on their foreheads, and four white horns on their heads and tails.

"What are they?" asked Nikki in surprise.

"I don't know but they looked like big water snakes but they got black scales and white underbellies and four white horns on their heads and tails," Aqua noted, taking in their appearances. "Judging by their bodies, I'd guess they'd both be only seven feet long and they also have a blue jewel squarely on their foreheads."

"But, what are they called, that's what I like to know," Ching Wan perked up, holding his brother and Stufful close so they don't fall over the raft.

"I've heard of them, they're known as Horned Serpents," gasped Tsukumaro, looking at the little snakes more closely. "They naturally live in giant bodies of water including this river and they're normally very tame and friendly creatures but I thought they were extinct in the Wizarding World."

"Something tells me Ming Wu's a Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts fan and put them in the game without any regards to that tippet. That sly fox," chuckled James, seeing what Ming Wu did when she made the game.

The Horned Serpents looked in surprise and curiosity as they tiled their heads at the group. Slithering close to the raft, everybody tensed as they hoped they wouldn't be dangerous and that they're as friendly as Tsukumaro said they were. But, they didn't bite or hiss at everyone out of malice as they got onto the boat and smiled warmly, acting like harmless garter snakes and hissing cutely like they just made new friends.

"Okay... That was, interesting," Piplup blinked, surprised as seeing them really being friendly.

"Hmm, guess they're not so bad for magical snakes," Sonic sighed, wiping her brow in relief.

"Huh, guess they really are tame and they really don't mind us since we're surrounded by our world's own mythical creatures," Race said, looking impressed.

"That's a truth, especially since we're nothing but a brand new thing to them," Sarah agreed with a nod, smiling at how the Horned Serpents were both acting towards her entire family.

With their new tiny companions joining them, Sarah and her family continued on their trip down the river and hopefully, away from any danger from Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs. Soon, they came to a stop at a large cavern chamber at the river's end and saw several tunnels dotting the way forward as they all got off and the Horned Serpents took their places with Sarah and Race, slithering up their bodies and resting on their shoulders (Sarah - right shoulder, Race - left shoulder). All the while, the Twilight Amulet blinked as it continued to glow, the glare blinking faster when they reached the tunnels.

"Princess, I have a feeling the amulet is telling us that what we're looking for is closer than we think," Tsukumaro warned.

"But, they're are so many tunnels in front of us," Nikki said, directing everyone to the tunnels before the entire group. "And, a capsule or one of the mythical creatures we need to find can only be behind one of them."

"This isn't going to be easy," added Entei, nodding in agreement as he looked between the tunnels they have to take.

"Any one of those tunnels could lead to a way out along with a capsule or a mythical creature we have to search for to progress or possibly a dead end, the Black Dragons and their beasts, and another part of the cavern. We must be careful as we don't know what lies ahead beyond each of them and any one of those paths could be a trap we'll unwittingly fall into without warning."

"Always the cautious one, eh, Brother?" smirked Raikou to Entei.

"Regardless, we must figure out which path to take if we're to find a capsule or the Wampus Cat, Unicorn, and Diricawl," Shadow reminded.

"And, we better find out fast before our enemies catch up," nodded Winter.

"Then, we mustn't waste any more time," Reshiram agreed, turning to Sarah. "Princess, we must continue to throw caution into the wind for some creatures, as we already know, are not as friendly as the Horned Serpents we just met."

Suddenly, just before they could think on which path they should take according to the Twilight Amulet's Quest Compass, two loud roars echoed from two of the tunnels which startled everybody including the friendly Horned Serpents (the two of the huddling close to Sarah and Race's faces as they shook in fear).

"What was that?!" gasped Cobalt.

"I have a feeling that doesn't sound friendly!" Ghost shivered, not liking the sound of those roars.

"Heads up, gang! I see two big pussycats heading our way!" Charger roared, directing everybody to the sources of the roars coming up from two tunnels from their left.

The intruders coming towards them, as they roared, were revealed to be two gigantic elephant-sized felines. Both of them were monstrous in size with striped bodies, scraggly manes, four fangs for each of them curling out of each of their mouths, long, sharp claws, and disproportionately long, ruffled multi-coloured tails. They looked very odd for giant-sized cats and everyone was even more surprised by what they're seeing.

"AH!" gasped the humans in bewilderment.

"What in Thor's name are those things?!"

"T-They're, huge!"

"Oh, Great Odin..."

"...Mommy."

"What the hell are they?"

"Sweet Arceus," Rosa, Tyson, Starfire, Boulder, Tyrantrum, and Silvally balked in shock, voicing everybody's thoughts.

"...Uh, Old Man, what do you call those?" Race asked, getting in front of Sarah to shield her.

"Bloody hell, those are Zouwu... Rare magical creatures, native only to the Dragon of the Orient: China," breathed Tsukumaro. "They're amongst the most powerful and fastest creatures of Chinese mythology, capable of traveling up to 1,000 miles a day."

"1,000?" gasped Piplup and his Jungle Pokemon siblings in shock.

"Jeepers," gulped Lilac, stunned.

"Fast roadrunners," peeped Cantana.

"I'll betcha they'll win a million marathons judging by how fast and far they could go," Reignstorm said, giving an impressed whistle.

While everyone was stunned and in awe of the magnificent creatures of Chinese mythology before them, the Zouwu didn't share the same sentiments as they did for them. The two of them glared and snarled at the supposed "intruders" to their cavern domain with one of them approaching them, the giant mythical feline not taking its cold gaze off of them.

"Something tells me they're not really that friendly..." gulped Skiddo.

"And, they look pretty mad!" nodded Pyre in agreement, feeling uneasy as the Zouwu that stepped forward eyed them suspiciously.

"Shouldn't we, uh... Say something?" squeaked Nebby, trying not to become intimidated by the Zouwu's stare.

"Uh-oh, got anything like new magic tricks to get us out of this one, guys?" Sho asked his family fearfully as Arrietty held him tight and glared back, not wanting to be frightened or have his son be scared by the Zouwu pair.

"B-B-B-B-Believe us, you'd be the second and third ones to personally know what we have to do if we're to have a chance of escaping those two," Goodra admitted.

"How about Sarah, Uncle Race, and Grandpa Tsuku levitating us out of here?" suggested Snom.

"They could only lift three of us at a time, one for each of them!" rebutted Silver, sweating fearfully as the Zouwu continued to eye them all suspiciously.

"W-Well, can't you make them play nice with us?" begged Fennekin, she and her fellow babies huddling close to Sarah and Aku.

"Play...? Hang on, I did intend for this to be for Aku when I went into that pet shop and bought it for him," Tsukumaro mused, searching through his pockets and finding a catbird toy that had a small bell on it before he handed it to his godfather. "Here, Princess, try this. Many cats loved to have a toy like this to play with so it could be possible for them to play with it."

Sarah gulped as she nodded before she walked forward and held out the toy, gently shaking the toy as its bell rang. "...H-Here, kitty, kitty," she squeaked.

"Sarah, what are you doing?!"

"They looked too large for your average kittens and housecats, how can playtoys like that calm them down?" Tyrunt and Mudsdale commented in bewilderment at her.

"I don't want to stick around to find out if it does anything to hurt her!" Nova cried, not liking what she's about to see.

"Shh, quiet. Let's trust the Princess with the toy I've given her," Tsukumaro hushed, turning to Aku. "I apologize, Aku. I'd hoped to give you that toy as a welcoming present from us but you know how dire things are right now with your larger feline counterparts."

Aku shook his head understandably, realizing that given that he was also shaken by the sight of the Zowus and he would gladly take in another playtoy he would buy for him if they take a liking to it. As the princess continued to gently shake the toy in front of them, the Chinese mythical felines perked up and their ears twitched when they heard its little bell ringing softly, its jingle echoing around the cavern as the sound bounced off the walls. Now, both of them looked at the toy as their eyes widened like dinner plates, carefully going up to Sarah as she then held her left hand while keeping Aku's toy on the right hand until they were inches from it.

"Calm down, guys, it's all good," she soothed as one of the Zouwu, a female, slowly sniffed her left hand before she looked at the toy and then gently nudged her nose to her left hand, deciding to trust her.

The second Zouwu, the female's mate, was now fully reassured that Sarah and her family truly meant no harm after seeing his mate finding her trustworthy as he came over to Sarah and gently nuzzled her.

"That's right... I'm your friend, my family and I mean no harm," she smiled, seeing the pair finally becoming tame thanks to Aku's toy.

Sarah's Pokemon and the dragons were all baffled by what they've seen and even the Mythical Thirteen were stunned that Sarah was able to befriend the Zouwu pair through a cat's playtoy.

"...Okay, that was weird," Silvally admitted after a while.

"Your human is indeed a strange one, calming down those two by something as so simple and small as a cat's playtoy," Faraji blinked in surprise.

"That doesn't even begin to fully describe the kind of person she is even if you knew prior to this," replied Sylveon, seeing Sarah rubbing the Zouwu's manes before she looked to them.

"Now, I suppose you're wondering why we're even here, right?" she asked the felines, getting nods from them. "Well, here's the thing if you don't know; we're all passing by and we're looking for something egg-like called a capsule and or a mythical creature such as a unicorn. Do you know where we might find either of or both of them?"

The Zouwu couple looked at each other before the female nodded to her and went back to the tunnel she came out of, digging onto the ground with her large claws until she found and grabbed something under her. It was one of the capsules Ming Wu had designed into the game and carrying it in her mouth, she brought it back to the princess and her family.

"Hey, it's one of the capsules Ming Wu designed!"

"By Jove, it must've been buried within the tunnel the female Zouwu approached us from!" gasped Hashimoto and Noctowl as Sarah took the capsule in her arms from the female Zouwu.

"Okay, that's all well and good. But seriously, pipsqueak, how do you expect that to help us look for those animals without having those black serpents with wings and their lizards coming after us again?" Eternatus quizzed skeptically.

"Well, Ming Wu did say that every capsule she designed for each level has a clue to wherever the three mythical creatures we needed to find are so whatever's inside it should lead us to where the unicorn is," the princess responded before she opened the capsule and found a Water Stone along with dinosaur cards featuring an Amaragasaurus and an Ampleosaurus. along with two move cards labeled as Shock Wave and Aqua Vortex..

"What are those things, Mother?" Nyasi asked, coming up alongside his human mother along with Race and looking at the new objects.

"I think they're a Water Stone and dinosaur cards, one of them's an Amargasaurus and the other's an Ampleosaurus," Sarah replied, awestruck as she looked over the stone and the cards. "And, if my hunch is correct, I'd say these other two cards are Water Move Cards."

"How'd you know about those things?"

"I've watched an anime where these came from called Dinosaur King, been following it for a while but I never thought Ming would even incorporate the anime into the game and through such subtle and not so subtle ways."

"Move cards? You mean those things can allow them to use moves of their own and not know them instinctively, Island Girl?" Race quizzed.

"Yeah, that's about it," his girlfriend nodded.

"Oh, please. Magic dinosaur cards, right. What are they supposed to do, transform into real-live dinos extinct after the meteor shower? Pfft, whatever," scoffed Silvally skeptically.

Sarah blinked as she started to have a mental theory, looking over the cards and the Water Stone. Deciding to put her theory into action, she set the cards in front of her and rubbed the stone against them. What happened next was mind-boggling for everyone aside from the Zouwu and the Horned Serpents; as soon as the Water Stone touched the cards, they glowed a bright blue before they suddenly changed into two full-size dinosaurs of their respective species.

The 9.5 ft. tall and 30-33 ft. long Amargasaurus was yellow in color with red bumps going along its neck and back, ending right at the starting point of its tail with spikes along its neck, eight pairs of which were across from each other and a solo spike upon its front.

The 52 ft. long and 13 ft. tall Ampleosaurus was light-blue while having small yellow bumps going along its neck up to the back, having several large yellow and spikes near its shoulders and back, and a blue tail with red bumps near it.

They were subspecies of their main dinosaur species known as Sauropods and being free from their cards, they roared loudly and caused Sarah and her family to yelp in fright and surprise as they jumped back (some of them landing on their rumps as they crawled and skitted back) into some of the tunnels to hide. The Zouwu and the Horned Serpents, however, didn't react out of fear as they looked at their fellow creatures with the two dinosaurs now looking down at them and their new companions curiously yet suspiciously.

"...Guys, if I faint, catch me," gulped Piplup to his siblings as they and the baby Jungle Pokemon huddled behind Nyasi.

"They're real, even though they're digital clones," squeaked Camo as his terrified children huddle close to him and Rosa for protection. "Real, live, virtually-recreated dinosaurs..."

"Okay, now I know that dinosaurs are real besides being in movies and being fossils in our world!"

"Even those from the Dino Charge Rangers' dimension including Sultan and his and Kazi's families?"

"Yeah, even them!" Wildfire and Pyre bantered, scared beyond belief.

"You were saying, Bro?" Star peeped, giving an incredulous leer towards an equally-stunned Silvally.

"...I stand corrected, Sis," Silvally admitted, terrified.

"Ani, the next time you try to tempt fate and this happens, don't say anything!" Tou-Tou added, glaring at his sheepish older brother.

"Oh, belt up, Tou-Tou! I was just joking, I'm sorry, okay?"

"This is all your fault, Pipsqueak! Put them back in those cards right now or else we're dino chowder!" Eternatus snapped, blaming Sarah for their new predicament.

"Excuse me?! I was just testing my theory about them in the water and you think I know how to seal them back in?" the princess barked back at him.

"Use the stone on them to put them back in the cards, Island Girl! Hurry!" Race shouted, Sarah taking the Water Stone and looking to see a chip on the bottom before she fiddled with it.

After her fiddling with the stone, the two Sauropods before the entire group glowed blue as well before they turned back into cards and floated into Sarah's hands, everybody besides the Zouwu and the Horned Serpents giving off a sigh of relief in the process.

"That was close."

"Too close, for me," James and Nikki admitted.

"In all my years of learning magic, I've never encountered such a marvelous and yet dangerous thing," Tsukumaro breathed, taking in the true power of the cards and Water Stone they have at their disposal now.

"Hmm, maybe Ming could've given us a heads-up that we needed to tame the beasts resting within those cards first," Race commented.

"Well, at least we know what she said about them being useful when we need them is true," Sarah admitted. "But, we better get going and find that unicorn and the other two creatures before Jin and Teng jump us."

"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" nodded Leafeon before everyone soon heard the sound of beating drums from Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Jumanji: The Next Level.

"What is that?" Faraji questioned curiously.

"I don't know, sounds like drums," Sarah answered, listening to the drums as well.

"Doesn't anybody get the feeling that they sound like the drums from the two Jumanji movies that had been out recently?" piped up Glastrier.

"You mean Welcome to the Jungle and The Next Level, Little Bro?" Spectrier quizzed, getting a nod from the Wild Horse Pokemon.

"Strange, they sound like that when something bad is about to happen and it's normally something akin to what is an execution or punishment ritual," Dracovish deducted, getting suspicious of the drumming.

"Uh, guys...?" peeped Fennekin, getting scared as she and her fellow baby Jungle Pokemon saw something that terrified them.

"Something bad's about to happen?" Charger questioned, raising a skeptical eyebrow. "We were already nearly being dino bait again, what's the worst that can happen to us this time?"

"What about the Black Dragons that nearly sicced their jumbo dinos on us when we entered the game? I don't recall you staring them down since you screamed like a big baby just as we did while running," retorted Dracozolt.

"I allowed them and their beasts to give them a one-up after I let my guard down, you pint-sized iceberg twit!"

"Guys...?"

"Then, how do you explain those dinosaurs from those new cards Sarah used when she rubbed the Water Stone against them and brought them to life?" snorted Haxorus with a mocking eyebrow raised. "You'd do better on America's Funniest with that face you made when they eyed us and you looked like you took a dump in your figurative pants."

"At least I tried to keep calm without screaming my head off,"

"GUYS!" Fennekin screamed, her panic taking her over completely as she and the other younger and baby Jungle Pokemon huddled together fearfully behind Aku, hearing the sound of footprints getting closer.

"WHAT?!" Dracovish, Charger, Dracozolt, and Haxorus barked at her.

"LOOK!", she screamed again, pointing at the cavern chamber and seeing two Velociraptors entering it and eying them.

"GAH! What are those things?!"

"Not more dinosaurs!"

"What kind of dinos are they?!"

"Those aren't just dinosaurs!"

"They're raptors, Velociraptors! Fast dinos that are light on their feet and whose teeth are just as nasty as those from the T-Rex!" a panicked Nikki and James bantered with Scorch, Ponyta, and Tyson.

"Wait, I thought you told us that some dinos like those two normally travel in groups. They can't be the only ones here, right?" Dusk asked innocently, only to jinx his family when several roars were heard and 98 raptors emerged from the tunnels which added to 100 Velociraptors in total.

"Jinx," peeped a horrified Luna, Misa, and Dawn (Midday Lycanroc) as they glared at his sheepish brother along with the Lycanroc Brothers' equally-unamused parents.

"Never mind," Dusk squeaked.

The leading Velociraptor, the alpha of the herd, just roared at the group while signaling for its fellow raptors to attack and claim their newfound meal.

"RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!" Sarah bellowed in panic, everybody scrambling for their lives onto the raft with the Zouwu couple joining them.

To ensure their safety, Sarah was forced to return her Pokemon to their Pokeballs while Silvally and Eternatus (not wanting to leave her and her family along with the mythical creatures alone) stayed out of their balls to protect them. Winter, Shadow, and their fellow dragons fought off the dragons as they did their best to keep them back but they were all going up against 100 raptors so they were proving to be more than a match for them.

Seeing how dire things were becoming, Faraji, Storm, Flurry, Orchard, Orion, Pyrrah, Avel (wanting to help despite being young for a Storm Dragon), Tesla, Sunce, and Callisto quickly assisted the dragons on land and the air, leaving Storm and Sunce to push the raft down the river. But, even that proved to be a temporary reprieve for the heroes as the Velociraptors ran alongside them through the side pathways in the tunnel, screeching at the group as they tried to keep up with them.

"Damn it! What the hell would it take for those chompers to quit or even get the hint that we're not on their menu?!" snapped Race, not wanting to deal with more trouble from them.

Seeing that she has to help fight off the raptors intent on eating them alive even though they're digital clones, Sarah summoned her Moon Shield and her arrow quiver, switched her mother's heirloom to Crossbow Mode, and sets an arrow onto it before she took aim at the raptors still screeching at them.

"Forgive me, I don't want to do this to you but you give me no choice!" she apologized before she fired the arrow before it made contact with the cave wall near the raptors and it exploded, the blast sending the raptors into the water as the rest still kept coming regardless.

"They're still coming, Pipsqueak!" Eternatus boomed, the raptors' perseverance forcing Sarah to continue firing her arrows at them while her Mythical Thirteen and the dragons continued with their assault.

"I know!" Sarah shouted as she fired and tried to force them to give up despite their stubbornness.

"They just keep coming!"

"Oh, great! We've got a herd of hungry raptors chasing us with our tails between our legs, don't they have anything better to do?" James and Race grumbled in sheer frustration.

"Not as long as they keep trying our patience!" Tsukumaro warned.

Sunce and Storm continued to do their best to move the raft forward to deter the raptors but the running dinosaurs were relentless in their pursuit and some of them even fought back against the mythical creatures and the dragons before they were each blasted off of them. Soon, everyone was out of the cave as they went further and further down the river into another part of the jungle while the raptors continued to give chase, not wanting to lose their meal.

"We're out!" Nikki said.

"At least we're out of the cave but I don't know how long those lizards with legs can keep up with us with the bruising they took," Silvally stated as Sarah got back her arrows.

But then, she looked ahead of them and gasped as she pointed in horror to what terrified her now, "But, not out of danger completely!"

Everyone turned and saw that they were heading towards some rapids ahead of them, the waters looking rough further down which doesn't inspire confidence for anybody except for the truly brave and most fearless of explorers.

"Oh, come on! Rapids, Ming?! Are you trying to kill us, you idiot?!" cursed Race.

Hydro and Hurricane soon stopped their assault after hearing Race curse and seeing the rapids ahead of their screaming family. Looking at each other and nodding in agreement, they quickly broke off from their fellow dragons as they helped to steer the raft from underwater, doing their best to avoid the rocks.

"Hang on, everybody!" shouted Tsukumaro as the humans and mythical creatures with them held on for dear life while they went down the rapids.

Aku, the Horned Serpents, and the Zouwu couple also braced themselves as Hydro and Hurricane expertly steered the boat from underwater while keeping an eye out for and avoiding any hazards that could wreck their family's raft. Silvally did his best to remain clamped onto the raft as his claws dug into the floor, Sarah doing her best to hold onto him as they and the rest of their family were soaked by the oncoming waves from the rapids as it bounced about despite Hydro and Hurricane's efforts to keep everyone from hitting the rocks or cliff faces.

But, the raptors weren't deterred by the rapids either as they jumped across the rocks despite some of them losing their footing and falling into the rapids before they were washed away. Shadow and Winter also fired their plasma blasts at the rocks much of the raptors were on, blasting them into the water while the others persisted and dodged the blasts, still determined to catch their prey.

The other dragons and mythical creatures did the same as they continued to attack but still, the raptors were relentless in their pursuit for a meal as they continued to chase the heroes.

Sure enough, they reached the end of the rapids as Hydro, Hurricane, Sunce, and Storm continued to drive the raft before the former two emerged from the water and landed on the boat.

"We made it, I just hope that was it!" Hydro groaned in relief.

"Uh, Sis, I think our water worries are just beginning! Up ahead!" Hurricane rebutted, gasping in terror as they saw a waterfall up ahead and everyone else took note of it.

"Waterfall?!" the five humans gasped in shock.

"Oh, brother! Now, I know how those knuckleheaded humans in movies feel when they go through a bit of Zero-G falling down from that thing!" groaned Silvally, thinking their luck in the game couldn't get any worse as they got closer.

"What'll we do?!"

"This is gonna hurt!"

"BRACE YOURSELVES!" Sarah, Race, and Tsukumaro screamed as they reached the edge and went over the waterfall first.

The five humans, Silvally, Hydro, Hurricane, Sunce, and Storm all screamed and roared in panic and horror as they held on for dear life along with the Zouwu (the only ones who, oddly enough, didn't scream or roar in panic and fear and roared as their manes started to sparkle), their screams and roars getting the attention of the rest of the Mythical Thirteen and the dragons as they were forced to abandon the raptors and return to their side. Just as they did, the Zouwu's manes started to spark faster before they let out another, much louder roar before they vanished. The raptors all blinked in shock and surprise as they quickly stopped at the waterfall's edge before they would accidentally fall over as well, surprised to find that their meal disappeared without a trace.

Before long, further down on another part of the river (one that's much calmer and away from the hungry raptor herd), Sarah and her family managed to reappear. All of them were wet (Aku making his shared cat-like distaste for being wet as he shook himself off) and very shaken up but nevertheless, they were still alive.

"Okay, what the hell was that all about?" breathed Eternatus, turning to the two Zouwu as they stared at him calmly. "Alright, spill! What in the name of Arceus did you pussycats do to get us out of this mess?!"

"Now, Eternatus, don't go off on them. I have a feeling they knew Apparition and used it to help us escape those foul reptilian beasts," Tsukumaro put in, trying to get himself composed and dry again.

"Apparition?"

"You mean the transportation stuff that Harry Potter and his friends did when they become of age and learn to transport themselves instantly without traversing the Space-Time Continuum?" Sarah and Race asked.

"Yes, it works when you focus on your desired location in your mind," the old advisor nodded.

"That...brought back some unpleasant memories," the princess blinked, remembering how Nebby had learned to use Teleport on her and her friends when he was still a baby Cosmog.

"But, at least the Zouwu did a good turn for us in getting us away from those raptors and saving us," Nikki put in, still in relief.

"Hopefully, since we're far away from them, we'll be home free and continue our search for the mythical creatures we need to find to progress," James nodded.

"Now, that we've one capsule with us, what happens now with those roadrunner lizards behind us and in the dust?" Silvally questioned as everyone floated down the river, the current once again moving them along.

"I guess it's as Dad said, we'll have to continue searching for the mythical creatures we need and the unicorn is one of them," Sarah decided as she, Race, her adopted parents, and her godfather released their Pokemon to rejoin them.

Taking out the capsule given to them by the male Zouwu's mate, she reopened it to find a folded piece of paper that she had overlooked which came along with the cards and the Water Stone. She took it out and unfolded it to find a part of a map that had a picture of a tree grove that had winged creatures in the branches of the trees bordering around it.

"What is it, Mommy?" Poipole quizzed, seeing the map piece.

"It looks like a piece of a map I must've missed when I gave the cards and the Water Stone a test drive," Sarah answered.

"A map?" the baby Jungle Pokemon echoed.

"Princess, perhaps if we find the other pieces to this map and complete it, it could reveal the possible locations to the other capsules as well as the unicorn and the other mythical creatures we have to uncover," Cresselia suggested, looking at the map piece as well.

"Yeah. One problem, though," Sho interrupted, seeing what their next big hurdle is. "We've only one piece of a whole map; the only location we're seeing on it is a large grove with more of those winged creatures on it."

"You think it could lead to where the next capsule is?" Candy pondered.

"Maybe, it could also lead to one of the mythical creatures if this piece gives us any hints as to what creatures they are," Espeon nodded.

"Well, the only way we'll find out for sure is if we follow the piece and reach the grove and it'll be easier since we're no longer on the menu as Raptor Sushi," Nyasi replied in agreement. "But, where do we go from here now that we're lost in another part of this crazy virtual jungle?"

Nyasi soon got his answer as everyone noticed the Twilight Amulet glowing and blinking again, the blinking only becoming a little slower and it was pointing them further downriver to wherever the grove on the map piece where the unicorn or the next capsule could be.

"There's our tracker again," Sunset noted.

"It's pointing downriver just like before, straight ahead of us," Sunflower added.

"The unicorn or the capsule must be there."

"But, could any of them really be at the grove you guys are talking about?" said Boulder and Skylar.

"We'll find out when we get there, Skylar. Full speed ahead!" Sarah put in as they continued to float down the river to the grove.

They went downriver for a few more minutes as the Twilight Amulet's Quest Compass pointed them in the right direction and continued to blink as it glowed, the blinking slowly speeding up again as they got closer. Eventually, the raft gently ran aground as they came to the end of the river and found an area where some foliage was blocking the sunlight above them, prompting them to disembark and prepare to go the rest of the way on foot.

"Okay, Mother, where do we go from here?"

"Yeah, this is as far as the raft can take us so what's next?" Silvally and Tou-Tou quizzed, looking around the area around them and their families.

Before Sarah could reply, some of the bushes around the group started to rustle, all of them preparing to defend themselves and fight whatever was coming to them.

However, what appeared out of the shrubs was something of a major surprise for the group; from the new Disney/Marvel movie: Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, came four creatures from the six that were featured in the movie. The first two resembled horses with turquoise skin and blond fur with deer antlers atop their heads and their faces were akin to those from Chinese dragons. The other two, on the other hand, were the size of an arctic fox with white fur and nine tails yet they very much resembled Kantonian and Alolan Ninetales.

"What are they?"

"They're staring at us, I hate being stared at."

"Are those foxes Ninetales just like you, Aunty Tundra?"

"No, Snowflake, they're not my size and they feel more powerful than they look," Rosa, Talonflame, Snowflake, and Tundra said, regarding the four creatures.

"But, what about the antlered horses?" Haxorus replied, pointing to the creatures beside the fox-like beings.

"I think I know. They're mythical creatures native only to China known as Qilin and the Jiu Wei Hu," replied Faraji, being knowledgeable on Chinese mythical creatures as she's one herself.

"The Qilin are not like normal dear and horses; they're actually thought to be symbols of good luck, good omen, protection, prosperity, success, and longevity by the Chinese. They normally appeared with one horn but these have two and that's not just fur on them, they're dragon scales. I don't know about their overall appearances given they can vary from region to region depending on where they live but I do also know that they're meant to appear with the imminent arrival or passing of a sage or illustrious ruler like the emperors that once lived in Beijing's Forbidden City. As for the Jin Wei Hu, while they're usually manipulative creatures, they're thought to be capable of acquiring human forms along with magical powers and immortality, provided they're given sufficient energy like human breath or the essence of the sun and moon."

But, the Jiu Wei Hu and the Qilin were not alone as they thought for two more roars sounded off around the group and joined the smaller animals, revealing two giant lions that were about 9 ft. tall and had two sharp fangs on their upper mouths but one of them is holding a ball and the other had a small baby riding on its head. Both of them looked majestic as they gave suspicious glares at Sarah and her family, causing them to sweat with fear and gulp under their powerful stares.

"...Oh, boy."

"T-T-T-Those are big lions," Nikki and James squeaked and stammered, stricken with terror.

"Ms. Faraji... What would you call those things?" Tsukumaro gulped.

"I see it but I don't believe it, those are real ShiShi!" the Dragon Phoenix gasped in awe.

"What?" Sarah and Race balked in confusion.

"Chinese Guardian Lions, Foo/Fu Dogs, or just Lion Dogs depending on how you know and learn about them having originated from China and Korea. They're usually believed to have magical properties and the power to repel evil spirits including anything and anyone that they presume to be a threat. Shishi like them are also known to be in pairs as the male is identified through holding a ball called a Temari and the female usually has a baby with her."

"Hang on, that new Marvel movie called Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings featured these creatures," Hashimoto noted as he looked at the creatures more closely. "You think Ming Wu must've watched the movie while it started running in theatres and took inspiration from it to bring them here?"

"Either that or she's also a computer animator for the movie while it was in production and we had no idea, Hashi," Ching Wan replied.

"What are they doing here, anyway?" asked Spike.

"I don't recall them ever coming to anybody they see as a threat peacefully," nodded Appa in agreement.

"You think they somehow sensed Sarah's Lion Spirit?"

"Maybe so, Sis," Mist and Spark put in, theorizing what could've happened.

"Excuse us, we're sorry for trespassing if we are. But, we're looking for something that's a grove of trees somewhere in this jungle, do you know where it is?" Mai asked innocently, the six creatures looking at each other in a mental debate before they turned to the female Mimikyu and nodded, understanding what she's saying.

With that, the six creatures turned and nodded their heads down the path they went through to meet them. Seeing as if they had no choice and knowing that Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs are likely to catch up to them or cut them off, they all followed them to wherever the grove detailed in the map piece they found. They hoped they could recover the second map piece as well as the capsule containing it or, if they're lucky, find the unicorn with them.

The trek took several minutes as everyone did their best to keep close to their new allies and they discovered that the closer they got to wherever the grove is, the faster and brighter the Twilight Amulet's Quest Compass blinked and glowed. Before long, they were led to the grove they were looking for, the trees being decorated with nests in the branches above them with Sarah's first heirloom glowing and blinking at its brightest and fastest.

"Princess, could this be the grove we're looking for as shown in the map piece we have?" Magearna quizzed, looking around the grove.

"Yep, that's about it, wonder what kinds of creatures live in here besides the ones leading us to this place," nodded Sarah.

"Don't go there!" Dawn (Lycanroc), Beautifly, and Seviper begged.

"I'd much rather find and meet some creatures that don't give a damn about eating us!" added Glaceon.

"That's the kind of creature I'd be happy to be around with," nodded Race.

While everyone else looked around the grove with their guides observing them, they saw Poipole fly to a rock that had a carving of another hybrid creature. "Hey, Mommy! Look!" she chirped, causing Sarah and her family to join her at the rock.

"What is it?" Nikki questioned.

"It looks like some sort of drawing of another mythical creature like the cave drawings of the Pegasus we found hours ago," Zorua peeped.

"But, look; this one looked like Storm and Talon at first glance and it had the body of a cat and its back legs. And, the front half is like it's based on an eagle judging by its head, the talons, and all that," Zeraora added, seeing the differences between the creature's halves.

"I wonder what kind of creature it is?" pondered Tai Lung before everyone heard the sounds of eagles screeching.

They looked around for the source of the screeches until a flock of mythical creatures appeared from the skies, likely having just returned from a long flight from their home as they landed on the trees above them. Amazingly, they were the exact same creatures that were depicted on the rock Poipole found but when they saw Sarah and her family on their turf, they gave wary, suspicious, and curious stares at them before they looked at the Jiu Wei Hu, ShiShi, and Qilin couples, the three pairs nodding to confirm that their allies mean no harm.

"Hey, what the-?!" gawked Shadow.

"EEEEEEEE!" squealed Curly in terror, holding her boyfriend tightly. "SAVE ME, BLITZY!"

"It's alright, Curly. They won't hurt you, hopefully," Blitz reassured, giving the creatures a wary glare as he held and rubbed her protectively.

"I think we found the creatures the rock depicted, guys, Mom," breathed Star.

"Wow...!" the baby Jungle Pokemon and their older siblings gasped in awe.

"SSSSSSSSweet," blinked Medusa in amazement.

"Fascinating," Kommo-o gawked.

"All right."

"Too true," Cobalt and Amber nodded.

"But, what are they?" asked Piplup.

"They look like the creatures Poipole discovered on the rock," Skiddo said.

"They looked a lot like Storm and Flurry."

"But, they have the heads of Bald Eagles and are the same height."

"They could be related," Ghost, Xena, and Tyson commented on them.

"Uh, Faraji, Tsuku... Got any ideas on what they are this time?" Sarah breathed nervously, feeling uncomfortable under the creatures' gazes.

"Well, how about that...? Those mighty birds are indeed the distant relatives of the Hippogriffs, they're known as griffons," Tsukumaro explained, awestruck by the sight of the mythical hybrids called griffons.

"Griffons?" the Jungle Guard echoed.

"Relatives to the Hippogriffs in European mythology that are half-eagle and half-lion. They're part-eagle from their yellow talons and front claws and white neck and head on their front end while they had brown feathered wings, body, back legs, and tail indicating that their back ends are based on an African Lion. I wouldn't do anything to annoy them, they're very temperamental and take great pride in their appearances," Faraji explained.

"That's the understatement of the year," remarked Snom just as Sarah's Wrist Com went off, forcing the group to move off in another area of the grove so as to not disturb them.

"Sarah, are you reading me? I see you all made it to Level 2 in one piece after the boss battle with those raptors," Ming began, appearing on the Wrist Com's screen.

"Shh, yeah, we did. Keep it down, though, will ya?" Sarah nodded quietly. "We've reached the grove in a map piece we found from one of your capsules and we're in the presence of griffons above us."

"Ah, yeah, one of my favorite mythical creatures. I trust that you've not only met them but also the ShiShi, Jiu Wei Hu, and the Qilin that led you to the grove where they lived in? I had a feeling you'd befriend them when you first came across them after passing Level 1."

"Yeah, we did. But, some of Storm and Flurry's relatives are giving us stink eyes right now," Race added as Sarah showed her the flock resting on the trees along with the ShiShi, Jiu Wei Hu, and Qilin couples (the latter three still staring at the heroes curiously).

"Do they know anything about a capsule?" asked Piplup bluntly.

"That's where they come in. As you probably know, griffons are half-eagle so rather than giving birth to their young straight away, they instead lay eggs. So, one of their eggs will most likely be the capsule they're looking for, the odd one out, so to speak."

"So, that means we'll be playing a game of I Spy to find the capsule amongst the griffons' eggs?"

"I don't know. Intruding them while in egg-laying season seems terribly risky and unsanitary, to say the least," Ruby and Sapphire remarked, the group being surprised by their next task.

"Won't the griffons get annoyed and maul us if they feel as though their young, still being born in their eggs, were being threatened while we look for it?" James asked.

"Don't worry; if you get them to trust you to take a quick peek inside their nests as long as you don't overstay your welcome on each of them, I'm sure they won't mind in the least. Just try to figure out which nest it could be in and you'll be home free with it as you were with the first capsule. Good luck and try not to make them too angry, you know how overprotective they are when it comes to their young and their eggs."

"Gee, thanks for the vote of confidence," grumbled Silvally as Sarah nodded before she ended the call.

"Are you kidding? I'm not going anywhere near those birdbrains with those stink eyes they're giving us," Hydro told her family, exasperated.

"But, if we don't get that second piece of the map, we won't be able to find the mythical creatures Ming Wu made for us to find," Winter reminded.

"She's right, Sis. Besides, what if the piece we're looking for has details pertaining to where the unicorn could be?" Hurricane said. "Look, I'm not happy with having to invade the griffons' private property, either. But, we have to do this if we want to get closer to making it out of the game."

"And, this is our only chance to get further away from the Black Dragons before they destroy us," Poipole peeped in agreement.

"We would do well to take Ming Wu's words into account, Little Hydro. Unless we make haste and find the capsule by gaining the trust of the griffons and have them allow us to search their nests for it, it'll be easier for Jin and Teng and their dinosaurs to find us and seal our fates," Reshiram nodded firmly to the female Tidal Class dragon, knowing what he and his family must do.

"Okay, okay, I get it. But, what are we supposed to do? Are we gonna make those 'friendly' griffons listen and allow us to search their nests for the capsule we need containing the next map piece?"

"It's better than nothing, what have we got to lose besides our lives? I'll go first, you wait here while I talk with them," Sarah replied, shrugging before she slowly went over to the griffon flock while the three mythical couples watched her. "Hello, excuse me?"

Hearing the princess from down below them, the griffon flock eyed her before five of them (including the alpha male and leader of the flock) flew down and met her, continuing to eye her suspiciously as if she wants to try something funny with them. Sarah gulped as she tried to calm herself under their suspicious and scrutinizing gazes while her family looked on worriedly as they hoped she wouldn't try something crazy just to get their trust.

"I'm sorry to disturb you but I was hoping you would guys would help us with something and it had to do with us searching your nests for an object we need."

The five griffons looked at each other, mentally debating on what they should do. Eventually, they came to an agreement before they directed their attention to her again, deciding to see if they can trust her with what she's saying regarding her objective.

"Well, what is it you want with us and our nests?" the leader finally spoke, making Sarah blink.

"Y-You talk?"

"Right. My name is Gallus, I'm the leader of this flock of griffons you see before you. What are you looking for and why have you and your little posse come here?"

"My family and I got zapped into Cyberspace by some enemies of ours called the Black Dragons and a friend of ours back in our world told us that we had to play through all of the levels in this game to get out. We managed to find a part of a map from the Zouwu that came with us that'll show us where some egg capsules our friend made for this game along with three mythical creatures we needed to find in order to leave. Then, we escaped from a huge pack of Velociraptors that nearly had us for dinner and thanks to the Zouwu, they saved us and we ended up here where we found you all and the Qilin, Jiu Wei Hu, and ShiShi that brought us to this grove."

"Oh, I see. Victims of an unfortunate mishap that landed you all here, eh? Or, as you might put it, wrong place at the wrong time?"

"You could say that but the Black Dragons brought us here while we were attending a presentation for our friend's game and while we're stuck here, my team is out back in my world dealing with four of them right now. All the while, we're being chased by the last two that tried to make prehistoric minced meat out of us ever since we got pulled into the game."

"Really, that's terrible! Maybe we could-!" replied one of the two younger griffons of the five, Gabby, as she approached from Gallus' left before she was stopped by an older female griffon with her and Gallus.

"Hold it! Before we would even allow you to see our nests, how do we know you're not lying?" quizzed the older female griffon suspiciously, getting into Sarah's face and leering at her. "We've never had problems with humans since they know their place or there haven't been any around these parts as far as we know. But, since you're here and you're in need of help, why should we?"

"Gilda, enough," Gallus butted in, pointing a finger at his fellow griffon. "They didn't mean any harm and if they did try to rob our nests or do us and our young harm, our guardians wouldn't have gone through the trouble of bringing them all here."

Gilda looked back towards her flock's leader and eventually relented, deciding to let him speak to her on her and the flock's behalf as she stood protectively over Gabby, the latter looking at her incredulously as she did so.

"Show me this map piece you have," Gallus replied to Sarah, wanting to have proof.

Nodding to his request, Sarah produced the map piece that came with the cards and capsule the male Zouwu's mate had found and given to her and he looked it over as she held it in front of him, seeing the location of where the second capsule she and her family are looking for could be.

"Indeed... The location of this 'capsule' you're looking for should've been this grove and it might very well be mistaken for one of our eggs in our nests. I assume you got a hint that one of our nests could be housing it and you need the next piece of the map you have that'll lead you to where the other capsules, the Unicorn, the Wampus Cat, and the Diricawl. Unfortunately, you won't find either of them here with the capsule so you'll have to look further down from our grove in order to find the creatures."

"Aww," groaned the baby Jungle Pokemon.

"Really?"

"All that hunting and coming to the grove for nothing," moaned Snom and Skiddo as they slumped, making Gallus chuckle in amusement.

"I'm sure you'll find them as you go further into the game. You might be surprised to find them closer than you'd expect and if things get hairy for you when you reach the final level, you'll find help getting out of here and seeking out the Diricawl after you find the Wampus Cat and the Unicorn in the most unexpected of places and creatures including humans, if there are any with us in Cyberspace."

Just as he reassured the group despite their current disposition, the sound of drums went off again, catching everyone's attention including the griffons and the Qilin, Jiu Wei Hu, and ShiShi couples.

"The drums again!"

"W-Where's it coming from?" asked a surprised Freezeon and Veneon.

"Grrrr, those cursed drums! Every day, every night, whenever there's danger afoot no matter where we are!" snarled Gilda, still standing protectively over Gabby.

"You think this happens every time whenever danger comes your way?" Sarah quizzed the griffon leaders.

"For the most part, yes. But, it's usually dinosaurs that tend to be intrusive to our grounds for one reason or another like wanting a meal out of our young inside or out of their eggs. Until you all came in unintentionally, we haven't had any outside threats as far as I know," Gallus admitted, keeping his suspicious glare as he looked around for what might be coming their way.

Then, without warning, a spear was thrown his and Sarah's way but it was knocked out of the way by Spookeon and Breezeon before it embedded itself into a nearby tree (which thankfully didn't have one of the griffons' nests on its branches).

"Hey! Where did that stupid spear come from?!" Breezeon snapped in shock.

"There, brother! It's the Black Dragons and their lizards!" gasped Spookeon, pointing at the sight of Jin and his Tyrannosaurus and Teng and his Acrocanthosaurus bursting through the trees.

The force of their charge destroyed the trees and not only that but they also knocked the nests off of their branches along with the second capsule Sarah and her family needed to find. The griffons, however, gasped in horror at the sight of their young still in their eggs as they feared they would be crushed after falling from a great height when they reach the ground or under the Tyrannosaurus and Acrocanthosaurus' feet.

"Our eggs!"

"Oh no!"

"Our nests, too!" a few of the griffons cried in panic.

"Somebody catch them!"

"The eggs are gonna break!"

"NO!" Skystorm, Flystorm, and their daughters screamed.

"Princess, Sir Race! LOOK OUT!" shouted Tsukumaro to the princess and her boyfriend.

"WINGARDIUM LEVIOSA!" they shouted, quickly pulling out their wands and pointing them at the falling nests and the egg capsule.

"Heh! I didn't think you and your loverboy be quick on your feet with your so-called magic, baby! You both rescued those eggs we nearly scrambled like they were nothing but feathers and your cats knocked my spear back like it was a measly little toothpick to them!" sneered Teng as he and Jin looked down upon the heroes and the griffon flock along with the Qilin, ShiShi, and Jiu Wei Hu couples.

"I guess thugs such as you can't think of anything pleasant to ruin such a time for these griffons!" snapped Nikki angrily, not taking their enemies' snooty disregard for the griffon flock's nearly-destroyed eggs as Sarah and Race returned them to the griffons and took the capsule with them.

"You somehow found us after we left you in the dust, huh? You also made a big mistake trespassing upon their grove and disrupting their egg-laying season!" James barked at Jin and Teng.

"You meddling kids think we'd grow a heart over your giant birdbrains nearly having their eggs scrambled? Pfft, who cares? What we're really after is your daughter, her boyfriend, and their powers; we feel you've had them for long enough!" Jin spat smugly, his Tyrannosaurus roaring loudly at its prey.

The griffons roared and cawed furiously as the females became extremely pissed off at the villains and defensive of their eggs and even the Qilin, ShiShi, and Jiu Wei Hu couples didn't take too kindly to their intrusion and destruction of their home as they howled and roared angrily at Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs.

"Too bad for you and you should've moved your babies to another spot where they won't get hurt themselves, duckies. We got no time to parlay and we got a job to do for our master, EXCUSE ME!" Jin spat at the griffons, directing his T-Rex to go after Sarah and Race, forcing everybody to move out of the way.

"SCATTER!" Gallus shouted as everybody darted away from Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs with his flock securing their vulnerable children as they flew out of range from them.

"Mama, they're destroying the nice birdies' grove!" cried Nebby, seeing Jin, Teng, and their dinos destroying the grove while trying to reach the heroes.

"We gotta do something before they ruin the griffons' home!" Dart suggested, wanting to stop the Black Dragons.

"WHAT?! Are you crazy, Sis? Those lizards must be five stories high!"

"We can't beat him like this, it's our fault they're losing their home in the first place!" her brothers argued.

"Hold your petty squabbling for later, kids! For now, focus on dealing with these martial arts hooligans before they continue to run amok on this place!" Calyrex warned, he, Glastrier, and Spectrier managing to dodge Jin and his T-Rex as his sons bucked its mouth and made it reel back before it could attack them.

The ShiShi, Qilin, and Jiu Wei Hu couples then proceeded to attack the villains as well, charging forward and doing everything they could to protect the grove and the griffons that lived in the area.

"Now, Terry, my T-Rex! Destroy them!"

"After them, Blaze! Do not let them get away!" commanded Jin and Teng to their dino pets as they continued their assault, forcing some of the griffons and Sarah's family along with Nikki, James, Tsukumaro, and Race's teams to join in and help.

All of them did their best to fight off the evil dinosaurs but despite having numbers on their side, the dark Tyrannosaurus and Acrocanthosaurus made up for their lack of mobility and giant sizes with their greater strength and power. In a matter of moments, they were being swatted back despite their valiant efforts which puts the heroes in a precarious predicament as they went after Sarah and Race.

"Island Girl, RUN!" shrieked Race as he grabbed Sarah and dragged her with him out of the grove in a random direction while they chased the pair.

"MAMA!"

"Honey!"

"Sir Race!"

"Ponchita!"

"MOM!/Mother!"

"AUNTIE!" Nebby, Nikki, Tsukumaro, James, Blitz, Nyasi, Silvally, and the Night Lights shouted in horror.

"What's going on?!" Gilda shouted, seeing Sarah, Race, Jin, and Teng disappearing.

"Where'd they go?" Gabby asked frantically.

"Oh dear, I was afraid of this! Because I've entrusted the Twilight Gem's powers onto Sarah and her boyfriend, I've unintentionally made them the prime targets to the Black Dragons and they'll be going after them alone to take the powers for themselves and bring back their master!" Faraji fretted, feeling like it was her fault for Sarah and Race's dilemma.

"Don't go beating yourself up, Missy! We've got to do something and fast!"

"But how, Ani? Miss Sarah and Race must already be way off us with those bad guys hounding them!" Silvally and Tou-Tou bantered, unsure of what to do.

"How can we even fight those things, nya?"

"Didn't you see how easily they swatted us off of them like flies?! We couldn't even land a scratch on that prehistoric skyscraper and that mesodonic bus no matter how hard we hit them-bzzt!" Skitty and Manteon added.

"I don't see how we're going to whomp those bastards to Timbuktu and beyond, they could be stubborn to put down since the Black Dragons already tamed them upon us entering the game," added Braivary.

"If there's a will, there's a way, Young Braivary. Not every creature including a dinosaur is invincible; each and every last being in the human and animal world has a weakness and it's just a matter of finding it and using it to break our enemies including the Black Dragons and their dinosaurs," Guardeon reassured.

"Would these help?" Wooloo asked, he and his siblings bringing the saved egg capsule (having opened it after it was retrieved) over and revealing its contents: a stone with a lightning symbol, two dinosaur cards featuring a Styracosaurus and and a Triceratops with their move cards: Lightning Spear and Thunder Bazooka and the second part of the map.

With Sarah and Race, they were continuing to run through the grove's borders with Jin, Teng, and their dinos still coming after them.

"You can run but you can't hide!" Jin cackled.

"Run, little duckies! Run all you like but you'll never escape us!" Teng sneered again tauntingly, his and Jin's dinosaurs, Terry and Blaze, continuing to knock down trees as the villains tried to get closer to the heroes pair.

"I don't know how much longer we can run!" Race panted.

"Just make sure it's far enough away from the grove so the griffons and their eggs don't get crushed or eaten let alone my family and your Pokemon!" Sarah replied, her lion DNA helping her control her running.

"Got any ideas on how to beat them and their lizards before they have us for their virtual dinner?"

"I'll think of one while on the fly!"

"How about right now?"

"I'm trying!"

No matter what ideas they tried to think of to stop their enemies, they essentially came up with blanks and they continued running with Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs continued to go after them. Unfortunately, they soon came to a dead end at a large cliff with another section of the virtual jungle at the bottom of it.

"We're trapped!" Sarah gasped.

"Shit, it's a dead end and the only way out of this mess is down!" Race cursed as they looked back and saw Jin and Teng closing in on them with their dinosaurs.

"End of the line," mocked Jin coolly with a dark smirk.

"All worn out and nowhere to go, game over," added Teng, a devilish smirk on his face.

But, before they could command Terry and Blaze to charge and finish off their targets, the sounds of more roars sounded off around them as a Triceratops and a Styracosaurus came out of the jungle and then rammed into the carnivorous pair with their horns. Sarah and Race were shocked by the sight of the dinosaurs before them as they faced down their meat-eating predators and they got a good look at the two.

The Styracosaurus was green and it had light-green markings which looked like theropod teeth on its sides along with matching stripes on its tail coupled with peculiar patters of the same light-green shading on its tail while its ceratopsian horns were more a shade of olive green. The Triceratops, on the other hand, was more of an orange coloration with white shading on its frill with a darker orange stripe trailing along its back while the edges of its frill and horns where a pure snowy white.

"Hey, what's that?" gasped Sarah.

"It's a Triceratops and a Styracosaurus! But, how did they get here like a Scorbunny jaywalking and running across the street?" the two lovebirds gasped in surprise.

"Princess!" Tsukumaro cried, he and the others finally appearing with Gallus, Gilda, Gabby, and the entire griffon flock along with the ShiShi, Jiu Wei Hu, and the Qilin couples from the path they ran on.

"Tsukumaro!" cried Sarah, relieved.

"Heh, cutting it close as usual, huh?" chuckled Race, grateful for the help.

"Urgh, hmph. Lucky shot from a bunch of horned weasels you've somehow wrangled but against our pets, those herbivores will soon be nothing but bones and dust in the wind!" scoffed Jin, grunting as he and Terry composed themselves before the latter gave a challenging roar.

"Your dinos are too late, our friends! We have our targets right where we want them and very soon, once we take back what's rightfully ours and begin our ritual, the Infernal Dragon that is our master, Dai Shi, will rise again in your world and he'll help us destroy humanity to pave way for the eventual reign of the beasts! You can't stop us!" announced Teng as he gave a mad cackle.

"Kill them, boys, Volcano Burst!" shouted Jin, the Tyranosaurus and Acrocanthosaurus charging fire-like attacks in their mouths and firing them with the new dinos being forced to dodge as the team attack shot towards Sarah and Race.

"MOM!"

"Mama!"

"Look out!" Blitz, Nebby, and Nyasi screamed in terror.

"SARAH/RACE!" the Jungle Guard and baby Jungle Pokemon shrieked in horror.

Sarah and Race quickly looked behind them and saw the jungle at the bottom of the cliff before they nodded to each other and braced themselves as they made their only escape: jumping off the cliff and rolling down it to the next part of the jungle below. Screaming and then grunting as they landed on the downward slope and rolled down it, the Battle Frontier Champion and the princess suddenly vanished without a trace as they and her family did when the Zouwu saved them from the Velociraptor herd that once made a meal out of them.

"NO!/AHH!" Nyasi and Bella screamed in horror, rushing to the cliff and seeing their human mother and father vanish. "MOTHER!/DADDY!"

"Honey!"

"Princess!"

"Race, Ponchita!" Nikki, Tsukumaro, and James cried in shock.

"Not cool, not cool!" the younger dragons freaked, unable to believe what just happened before everybody.

"RUNAWAY PRINCESS AND CHAMPION!" Slurpuff shrieked, terrified.

"What happened?!"

"Those monsters forced Sarah and her friend to jump off the cliff to escape them!" Gilda and Gallus gawked, they and their entire flock stunned by the pair's recklessness to get away from their enemies.

Avel, shocked by what happened to Sarah and Race, quickly darted off down the cliff as fast as his wings could carry him before anybody could stop him. The only thing on the little Storm Dragon's mind right now was their own safety and he wasn't going to let them off his watch should Jin and Teng decide to go after the pair and chase them down without a means to protect themselves again.

"Avel! Avel, come back!" gasped Pyrrah, seeing her child darting off after the battered human couple and ignoring her cries.

"Drat! They got away, Ge!" snapped Teng, pounding Blaze's head in frustration.

"Leave them! They couldn't have gone far, Teng. Let's finish the others off first and deal with them later," replied Jin reassuringly.

"I wouldn't be on it, fools! Now! Lightning Spear, fire!" Tsukumaro shouted furiously, pointing the good-hearted dinosaurs towards their predators.

The Styracosaurus and Triceratops roared in agreement before the two of them sparked with electricity and their frills soon lit up before they transitioned in a rainbow light as they changed colors. Then, without warning, they charged at the enemy dinosaurs before they struck them both by their stomachs before they leapt into the air after Jin, Teng, and their dinosaurs staggered back in shock from the blows but they didn't have any time to recover as they were then struck with a spear made out of lightning. It was so powerful that they were blasted back and Jin and Teng were knocked off of their dinosaurs and tumbled back with them behind the evil pair. Seeing that they had been outmatched, they snarled before they coaxed their dinosaurs back on their feet and glared at the heroes before they decided to retreat and come up with a new plan.

While the Styracosaurus and Triceratops were quickly duking it out with the Black Dragons and their evil dino pets, Amber quickly slipped out to search for Sarah, Avel, and Race to see where they could've gone after they flew and rolled down the cliff in their hasty escape from their foes.

"ARGH! You fools, you may have won the battle again but the war will soon be ours in the end and Dai Shi will soon return to your world and enact his long-awaited vengeance! Teng, Terry, Blaze, retreat!" bellowed Jin in frustration as he and Terry turned away and ran off to regroup.

"RAGH! This isn't over, fools! This round goes to you but you haven't seen the last of us, I assure you" snapped Teng, pointing at the heroes and glaring dangerously at them while Blaze gave them an agreeing and equally frustrated roar as they left and followed Jin and Terry before disappearing.

With their enemies gone, the heroes looked over the cliff where Sarah, Race, and Avel had gone down on while the two remaining dinosaurs roared in response to their victory. Meanwhile, Amber had returned, disgruntled as if she couldn't find a trace of their missing party members from the rest of the jungle down below.

"Well, Amber?" Ghost asked.

"Nothing, those stupid trees were blocking my view so my aerial reconnaissance is deemed moot," sighed the Shiny Charizard.

"Nothing from the air?" Camo clarified, getting a confirming nod from Amber which left everyone worried.

"I'm not surprised, the brush and forest work from the jungle is really thick and it'll be near-to-impossible to find anybody in there unless you know the jungle's layout and that's without the map pieces you're all looking for," sighed Gallus.

"I never thought we'd lose them just from jumping off the cliff or even fly down it after them," admitted Veneon. "I mean, I get that Avel's still young and he's only a child but he's seemed pretty attached to Sarah given how he reacted from meeting and seeing us, especially her."

"She made a huge first impression on him and he's grown fond of her in a matter of moments just as she did with him, buddy boy," Jolteon replied, shrugging.

"Yeah, as far as I know, most of us seem infatuated with her when she treated us with kindness and the patience of a saint," added Lilac.

"But, what about Daddy? Will he be okay?" begged Bella as Robbie held her gently.

"Now, take it easy, sweetie. Father's made out of stronger stuff and he's been able to get out of a jam more than once whenever he's stuck somewhere without us on hand to help him," her Mimikyu mate reassured.

"Maybe we should try to change our approach and I know how we can do it," Star replied as she turned to Cobalt. "Cobalt, since you, Nikki's Lucario, and I are both Aura Pokemon, you think we can use our Aura to track Avel, Mom, and Uncle Race down?"

"I don't see why not. But, we'll need to concentrate our Auras into one in order to find out where they are," the older male Lucario nodded.

Nikki's Lucario nodded in agreement and standing together on the edge of the cliff, they concentrated their energies into their Auras and converged them to comb the jungle through the minds for the party of three they're looking for.

"Aura is with us," said Cobalt, continuing to concentrate and focus his mentalities on his Aura.

Through the mental borders of their minds and managing to get an indication of the jungle layout around them as best they could, the three Lucario searched for Sarah, Race, and Avel as they knew they had to work fast. Several moments passed until at last, the three Fighting/Steel Types were able to pinpoint the current location of them with Avel moving towards them as he was searching for them as they and everyone else speak.

"We found them! They're not that far from us after they went down the cliff," Cobalt confirmed finally.

"Amazing! After a dangerous fall such as that just to get away from your enemies and your little dragon friend going after them in his haste, it's a miracle that they're still alive after that terrible ordeal," Gallus admitted, impressed by what he and his flock had seen.

"Well, at least we know they're still alive and we got the capsule along with the second map piece," sighed Tsukumaro, looking at the second piece of the map (detailing the third piece's location) in his hands along with the first piece.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" cried Skylar, preparing to leave before she was stopped by her parents.

"Not so fast, sweetheart," Whiplash began as he gently held her back with Silver joining them to bring her daughter close to her before he looked at Reshiram. "What do you think, Reshiram? Could there be another trap already in place for us once we arrive at the next level and right after we find them?"

"I fear you might be right, Whiplash. Jin and Teng are persistent just as the other Black Dragons are if our friends are continuing to hold their own against them back in the real world to revive Dai Shi and they'll want us to keep going so they can set their dinosaurs on us," the Dragon of Truth nodded, suspicious of what Jin and Teng are about to do again upon their next meeting.

"And, you feel like they're going to have something planned for us at the final level should they find us difficult to deal with along with Sarah and Race?" Faraji questioned the Unova Legendary.

"I'm positive, they're desperate for their powers which you gave them from the Twilight Gem. If they can't get their hands on them, they'd rather be destroyed rather than face their master again if they and the other Black Dragons fail in their mission even if Dai Shi returns somehow."

"We'll worry about that later. Right now, we've got to find Avel, Race, and Sarah before they end up crossing paths with our enemies or anything else wanting to make a meal out of them," Starfire reminded.

"Let's go," nodded Tai Lung in agreement as they all headed off to find Avel, Sarah, and Race and reach them down a different path before trouble would find them again.

Meanwhile, regarding Avel as he darted after his human aunt and uncle, he looked around for them in the jungle until he found the battered couple and nudged them gently to wake them up. Groaning as they slowly got up and sat down to face each other and Avel, they were worn out and sore from their drop down the cliff, sporting bruises and scratches they gained on their way down. The little Storm Dragon was relieved to see them alright as he jumped on them and licked their faces happily.

"...A-Avel," sighed Sarah, groaning as she smiled and felt her bruises with Avel standing on her.

"Ugh, oh man... What a rough landing," groaned Race as Avel bounded up to him and licked his face happily, making him chuckle at the small dragon.

"Auntie and Uncle okay?" chirped Avel worriedly, looking between the princess and Race.

"We're fine, Avel. But, where are we?" Sarah noted, looking around their current location.

"Looks like we're in another part of the jungle after we jumped down the cliff," Race answered, looking back at the cliff they rolled down from. "But, it looks like we're not getting back up there apart from Avel being able to fly."

"What'll we do, Race? We still got two of Dai Shi's last warriors on our tails and since they know now that we have the Twilight Gem's powers thanks to Faraji, they'll stop at nothing to get us for his return."

"The only thing we can do right now until we're back with the others and your folks: hold out as best we can until they catch up. We've gotten this far even though we've completed two levels and as long as we keep up the pace and stay on our toes, we'll find the mythical creatures we need to win along with the map of the entire layout of Cyberspace."

But, they weren't alone as they thought as the Horned Serpents emerged from their hiding spots which were their sleeveless jackets they were wearing (after being frightened by Terry and Blaze and the destruction they were causing back at the grove). Seeing the two lovebirds safe despite being nicked from their rough rolling down the cliff, they slithered back to their normal spots on their shoulders and nuzzled them, hissing in relief and happiness for them which left them surprised.

"Mother!"

The five of them looked over to whoever called Sarah and they saw her family, Race's team, the griffon flock, the Ceratopsians, and the Jui Wei Hu, ShiShi, and Qilin couples coming towards them. Needless to say, they were greatly relieved to see the pair mostly unharmed despite what they had to go through when they made their leap of faith to escape from Jin and Teng.

"You two okay?"

"You're not hurt, are you, Mother?" Silvally and Nyasi asked, looking her over as the former gently nudged her.

"I'm okay, Silvally. We both are, really," Sarah reassured as she rubbed her Synthetic Pokemon and hugged her Zarude son (although he did squeeze her in his growing worry for her). "OW, OW, OW! NYASI, TIGHT! TOO TIGHT! HURTS BAD, OW!"

"Oops, sorry," peeped Nyasi sheepishly as he let go of her.

"You kids have done a lot of crazy things ever since you got together," Tsukumaro began, glaring at his goddaughter and Race for their recklessness.

"But, we had no choice, Tsukumaro! Jin and Teng would've finished us off after we got ourselves cornered before those new dinosaurs came in and saved us!" Sarah argued, knowing that despite it being wrong, taking that leap of faith down the cliff was their only option.

Their conversation was then cut short when the new dinosaurs appeared before the duo again along with the Horned Serpents and Avel, the Ceratopsians looking and behaving much more docile and curiously about their new masters as they eyed them before they cooed at the pair and Sarah's family.

"Okay, now I've seen everything. Just as these two can fight, so can those oversized TV jungle dinners those lizards controlled," Eternatus admitted.

"At least, those two are friendlier and know whose side they're fighting on," added a relieved Wyveon as the Triceratops nuzzled him gently while cooing at him friendly and peacefully.

"And, they're quite the bull runners with their horns giving how well they rammed at their natural predators," put in Enya.

"Then, it's a good thing that we have allies like them to help us deal with them and continue on through the game," nodded Totem Luxray, knowing that the extra help is most appreciated.

"What should we do with them?" Mienshao questioned, wondering what they should do with their new dinosaur allies.

"Can we keep them with us?"

"Can we?"

"Pleaaaaaaaaase?" the baby Jungle Pokemon begged as they were nuzzled as well.

"Hold it, they're not essentially pets for us to look after. They're not meant to live in our world since they were created for the game," Tai Lung replied, not wanting them to get their hopes up. "Dinosaurs did use to live in the real world millions of years ago, I won't deny that. But, it wouldn't be practical for them to cross over and live in our world today."

"That's true but I suppose it won't be so hard as to keep even a few around like them. Besides, everybody's fine with me having dragons around so what's the harm in keeping a few dinosaurs around?" Sarah reasoned despite knowing how illogical and impractical it may seem. "There's no real harm in letting them live alongside humans as was the case with Tyler and the rest of the Dino Charge Rangers in their dimension, what could go wrong in our case?"

"Oh no," groaned Silvally and Eternatus in exasperation, causing Sarah to raise an eyebrow at them.

"...Alright, but you're personally responsible if they get into too much trouble and you know what'll happen if they become too much," Tyson sighed in defeat but pointing a warning finger at the princess.

"I know, we call Ming Wu and they're going back into the game," Sarah sighed as well, knowing she'll only have herself to blame if the dinosaurs under her care were to cause untold trouble for her and everyone else.

"Good," Tsukumaro nodded, fiddling with the Lightning Stone as the Ceratopsians turned back into their regular card forms before they returned to his hand and he slipped them back inside the second capsule.

"We're glad to see you're alright, Sarah. But, now we see how dire your and your friend's predicament is with their vendetta against you and how desperate they are to steal your powers," Gallus replied as he and his flock approached the princess and her boyfriend.

"Trust us, pallie. You should've seen Sarah's crazy uncle and his goons after a bad hair day when they're targeting us back home in our world," remarked Scorch to him.

"Of course. In fact, we've seen and been through worse ever since we first hooked up with this motley yet wonderful crew of ours after Wyveon introduced us to them and helped save our world from a powerful dragon known as the Red Death," Azula smiled fondly.

"And, none of us would have them or living with them any other way," chuckled Ghost.

"What next?" questioned Avel, returning to Pyrrah's side.

"Since the grove was Level 2 and we cleared that after you took care of the Black Dragons and got the second capsule, I suppose it's onward and forward to Level 3, wherever or whatever that is," Race suggested, knowing what they must do.

"Do we have the second map piece after we saved the capsule along with the griffons' eggs, though?" Sarah reminded.

"Right here, Princess. I've managed to get a good look at it after Wooloo and his sister and brothers presented it and those new cards with the capsule," Tsukumaro informed, handing her the unfolded map piece which showed a mountain range beyond the griffons' old grove. "From what I can find, this piece details a mountain range that's just beyond the border surrounding the griffons' forest home."

"And, if anything, the mountain range should hold the next capsule as well as or any of the creatures we're looking for to win the game," Xena added. "If we move fast while we're burning daylight, we'll be able to reach them with no further trouble."

"You mean like that one over there?" peeped Cyndaquil, directing everyone's attention as she pointed to a mountain range in the distance which was viewable from an opening in the jungle along the path they're on.

"That's no ordinary mountain range, Miss. The mountain range you see before you is occupied by and the home of powerful dragons that are nothing like the dragons with you," Gallus replied grimly, knowing what the mountain range she found is like.

"Dragon Mountain?"

"That's its name."

"You mean, we have to climb up that?" gulped Skiddo, shaking on his hooves.

"No worries, Skiddy, we'll have all the firepower we need," reassured Dart as she slapped him reassuringly (similar to Daruk's bro-slap of Link in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild/Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity).

"Hold up, now that you mention it... The other day, I did see some sort of strange egg in one of the dragons' nests while I was out on my morning flight," Gilda stated, remembering the capsule Sarah and Race retrieved. "It bears a resemblance to that capsule of yours you've managed to snag before it could break after your enemies trashed our trees and nearly crushed our nests."

"Wait, that's it! Gilda, that egg you saw IS another capsule," Arctozolt exclaimed, putting two and two together.

"That means the mountain range we need to cross is really Level 3!" Hurricane deducted.

"WHAT?! Go up the mountains? Did you not you hear the Head Bird, Hurricane?!" shrieked Dracozolt in shock as he got in Hurricane's face in a total panic. "If there really are dragons more powerful than the ones with us including you and your sister, they'll hunt us down one at a time without warning the moment we set foot there! Starting with some good-looking comic relief guys, ME AND ARCTOZOLT!"

"As much as I would like to climb mountains as long as there's snow around, I'm not setting one webbed foot there if there are dragons that are extremely territorial creatures and think that we want to fight them," nodded Arctozolt, not liking the idea.

"But, we'll be stuck here forever if we don't win the game!"

"And, those Black Dragon meanies will be after us again!" Nebby and Nebula begged.

"Besides, with her amulet's Dragon Communication, perhaps she can negotiate with the dragons if they're willing to talk," agreed Dracovish.

"Let's not get carried away with that, Dracovish," Candy warned. "We should keep in mind that not all creatures are willing to talk if they see and perceive anything as a threat to them and their kind."

"Sis is right. There aren't that many people and creatures from our world who would be willing to talk," Star nodded, knowing where Candy was going. "What's more, they would usually go on impulse or by instinct over who should be trusted and what they should do."

"I gotcha, Star. That's literally the same predicament you guys, Ponchita, Race, and Tsukumaro went through when you were sent by Tapu Koko to stop the Vikings and the Dragons of Berk from pressing on their 300-year-old bloodbath," nodded James, sighing knowingly.

"Honey, we should think this through, Star and Candy may have a point," nodded Nikki as she turned to her adopted daughter.

"What's happening to us right now is no different from what we're dealing with when it comes to your uncle and Team Eclipse. Remember those bad guys that you and your friends before Ash came into your lives used to watch on Saturday morning shows? Everything we've been through ever since they showed up has been real including Nihilego's kidnapping of Lusamine and taking her to the Ultra Dimension. Nihilego only did it out of pure curiosity but they won't exercise restraint because you and your friends are children and while everyone else knows about you, nobody else in this world should since their lives will be in danger the moment they see past your visors and suits. They will kill you if they get the chance and the same can be said for the dragons that are said to be living on Level 3."

Sarah wanted to argue against her mother's points along with Candy and Star's but she sighed as her words got stuck in her throat; they were right, she was having it on easy street with many creatures including the griffons and their guardians along with her Berk dragons because of her powers before she and Race were entrusted with those from the Twilight Gem from Faraji.

She didn't want to give them the new dragons (if they're really not willing to talk) and the Black Dragons chance of killing her and her family and friends.

Seeing that she's getting the point, Nikki continued, "Now, honey, you must remember to think things through with a clear head and don't act on impulse at the first sign of trouble. Do not give your enemies including those who may seem friendly but have alternative motives behind their facades the chance they needed to kill you no matter what, trust me and the rest of your family."

"But, Mom, what if those dragons Gallus was talking about are friendly? What if there's still a chance that they're-?" Sarah begged.

"Trust us, we know nothing about them. Most importantly, trust Gallus and his flock, they probably know more about them than you'll ever know," Nikki replied gently but firmly, leaving no more room for her adopted daughter to argue further. "Now, we're going to cross the mountain range on Level 3 and get the capsule along with the next clue to the unicorn, the Wampus Cat, and the Diricawl. But, remember, even a princess knows when to put her own safety as well as everyone else first. Don't trust anybody unless you're sure they can be trusted."

"...Okay, Mom," sighed Sarah in defeat, complying with her adopted mother's wishes.

"Good," smiled Nikki, gently kissing her on her forehead.

"Hold everything, kid," Gilda butted in as she saw dusk slowly starting to fall upon them. "You're not going anywhere at this rate, it'll be dark soon."

"Yeah, we'll need to make camp soon and since we lost our grove, we and our buddies are coming with you," added Gabby.

"Since your enemies will be out for blood along with our natural prehistoric predators given they targeted you and your friend and we griffons have no home to go back to, we'll be tagging along to keep an eye on you and search for a new home," Gallus nodded in agreement.

"You owe us even though we're grateful to you for saving our nests and eggs," said a second griffon.

"You got our strength and flight and now, you'll have to help us find a new home to stay in forevermore," agreed a third griffon.

"Oh, right... Sorry," gulped Sarah sheepishly in response as the Jiu Wei Hu, Qilin, and ShiShi couples nodded in agreement.

"Then, we better find some safe place to bed down for the night. Hopefully, we'll clear out the rest of the game tomorrow, if we're lucky," informed Tsukumaro.

"Yeah, I'm beat..."

"Me, too," replied Dawn (Deathgripper) and Twilight tiredly as Cantana yawned.

"Oh, brother. I thought it was bad enough when we had four tagalongs coming for the trip but now we're having birds for horses waltzing on-OW!" grumbled Eternatus before he was given a hard Energy Ball by an incredulous Slurpuff.

"Oh, Snakey, you're always so negative. Why can't you be more positive for once?" she questioned the Gigantic Pokemon.

"I AM positive, positive that we'll be stranded in this stupid game for the rest of our lives until we have a Miracle Shot of breaking out of this infernal prison."

"Alright, alright, let's not get ahead of ourselves, everybody. For now, let's turn in for the night and be ready for anything tomorrow," Calyrex soothed, knowing that they all need to sleep and be ready for the day and the rest of the journey ahead.

With everybody in agreement and after spending the early evening searching for a place to take shelter in, they found a large cave nearby for them to bed down for the night. For much of the night, they slept peacefully and talked about anything and everything while getting to know their new virtual companions better prior to bedding down. They could only hope they would have it easy throughout the rest of the game but knowing fully well that things aren't meant to be simple whether in a game or in reality.

The next morning, everybody got up bright and early to continue their trek through the game. Before leaving, Sarah, her family, Race, and his team had a breakfast of freshly-picked berries from Gallus and his flock as nobody remembered eating anything on account of the danger they had been going through.

Of course, aside from having them after they were picked, Tsukumaro had to get creative with making some custom dishes with whatever food he and his family had on hand to help them become more satisfied with their meal (something which surprised and marveled the mythical creatures with the group as he cooked). He didn't mind, of course, since he was used to roughing it out in the great outdoors before he and Sarah finally met the previous year.

Once they had their bellies full and were ready to go, the entire group made their way towards the mountain range that is Dragon Mountain. While the griffons gave the group cover from the air in case the dragons that were said to be very territorial and hostile towards trespassers would try to ambush them, Gallus and Gilda took to the front lines to lead the way while Gabby remained near the Night Lights and Avel, her curiosity about them taking her over.

The hours passed and by mid-morning, they had managed to traverse across much of Dragon Mountain with no trouble whatsoever coming their way. However, as they were reaching the summit of Dragon Mountain and prepared to make their way down, Talonflame looked in front of her and thought that one of the clouds seemed off from her vision. Her concern wasn't unfounded as Tou-Tou, Tyrantrum, Aurous, and Cranidos looked up as she was growing restless.

"Hey, Sis! What's up?" asked Cranidos, looking up at her.

"What is it, Talon?" Tou-Tou quizzed.

"Guys? Is it just me or does that cloud in front of us look more and more like a dragon?" she replied, directing everyone to the dragon-like could in front of the group as she pointed a wing towards it.

"Yes, I do see it, Talonflame," nodded Shadow, eying the cloud suspiciously.

"I do, too," agreed Audino.

"You think it might be a clue to where the capsule or one of the mythical creatures we need to find in order to win?" Amber pondered, rubbing her chin.

"It has to, Amber. Ming Wu did tell us before that while designing the game, she's put a clue in each level and that helps with beginning and struggling players to point them in the right direction. Think back; the cave drawing of the Pegasus, the rock that showed us the griffons, and now, that cloud. We're on Level 3," Tai Lung nodded in confirmation.

"You are right, Tai Lung. Level 3 will involve the dragons we're about to cross paths with on this mountain range which means we're getting closer to finding out the location of the unicorn, the Wampus Cat, or the Diricawl," Reshiram nodded.

"WATCH OUT!" Winter screamed suddenly, causing everybody to scramble as they saw a large dragon being shot down as it roared in panic and nearly crashed into them as it landed in the jungle behind them.

"What in Holy Arceus is that?!"

"Was that a dragon?" Haxorus and Sawsbuck gasped, bewildered by what they saw.

"I don't know but we're gonna find out, those roars it made could mean something's wrong! Winter, let's go!" Sarah replied, recklessly going back for the dragon without a second thought with Winter as she flew her rider back to the jungle.

"Hey! Sarah, Winter! Come back, that dragon could be dangerous, you don't know if you could trust it!"

"Mama, wait!"

"Don't do it, remember the mission!"

"Mom!"

"Stop, Winter!"

"Sarah, Winter, we'll check it out! Come back here, at once!" Shadow, Nebby, Totem Marowak, Kion, Kiara, and Totem Luxray shouted as they chased after the pair (the latter three's pride following suit).

"Oh, not again!" groaned Goodra as he, Sylveon, Noctowl, and the Eevee Squad went after them.

"Come on, we better go make sure she doesn't get herself shish-kabobed," remarked Solar, running after her human partner as well.

"Has she, always...been like that?" began Gallus awkwardly.

"Everybody in our group and back home in our world will tell you the same, my goddaughter's always thinking of others and not herself," replied Tsukumaro.

"You better go and check up on my pipsqueak 'cause I'm not moving from here," Eternatus scoffed.

"Well, if Mr. Bee's Boxers wants to stay here on the mountain, we'll go on ahead and wait for you at the top," Slurpuff decided.

"If the capsule containing the next map piece and more dinosaur cards is where the dragons are, we'll let you know when you come back," added Audino.

"Oh yeah, what about you should you come face to face with those flying chompers?" Gilda question skeptically.

"We'll hold off for as long as we can or try to talk things through with them if they're truly able to negotiate and can be trusted," Tsukumaro reassured as Nikki and James nodded. "You just concentrate on keeping the princess out of danger should she do anything crazy."

"Alright, but make sure to signal us in any way should there be any trouble coming your way," Gallus complied before he turned to his flock. "Any griffons who can provide assistance, come with me! The rest of you with Gabby and Gilda, give Tsukumaro, Nikki, James, and the rest of our party cover against the dragons!"

The griffons nodded as they split into two groups; the first group being with Gallus to give Sarah some assistance in case she ran into trouble and the others remaining with the rest of her family and Gabby and Gilda to continue their trek up to the summit.

Returning to the jungle, Sarah and Winter looked around for the dragon that crash-landed moments ago until they came across the creature they're looking for, the 40 ft. long dragon sporting several bloody scratches all over its pearl white body while it looked to be in great pain. It was breathing heavily as they gasped to see a spear jutting out from underneath one of its wings. Acting on impulse, Sarah tried to go up to the dragon but Winter held up a wing and shook her head at her rider, wanting her to think and act rationally before they would do anything.

Remembering this, the princess reluctantly nodded before they carefully approached the downed dragon as it groaned weakly and it slowly lost its strength. Once they were within the dragon's boundaries, Sarah looked over the wounded wing (its left wing) and the spear jutting out from under it as she tried to decide how to get it out without giving it more pain.

"Ugh..." the dragon groaned, feeling the spear even as it made slight movements (its voice suggesting that it's a female to Sarah and Winter)

"Oh man, that looks nasty. Are you okay?" the princess asked, getting more weak groans from the female dragon. "Don't worry, I'll get it out. But, I should warn you, it may hurt a little..."

Carefully grabbing the spear and making small movements as she pulled it out, Sarah did her best to get the weapon out of the female dragon's left wing, the creature letting out whimpers and moans the more she pulled it out. Winter watched on tensely, hoping that Sarah doesn't do her fellow beast even more damage even though she was also a virtual creation from the game. It took some delicate work and it was tedious for her to do but eventually, after much pulling and soothing, she managed to get the spear completely out.

"OW!" roared the dragon painfully, feeling the spear finally being pulled out as she started to bleed.

"Sorry, sorry, sorry! It's okay, you're alright, now! I got it out, you'll be okay! Don't worry!" Sarah soothed again, rubbing her scales as best she could while Winter looked to be on edge.

At the same time, just as she pulled the spear out of the dragon's wounded left wing and discarded it, Gallus, his griffon flock with him, and Shadow, Nebby, and Marowak's party finally caught up with the princess and

"Sarah, Winter! There you are!" gasped Shadow.

"Darling!" cried Winter, just as Solar approached and gasped upon seeing the bloodied spear.

"Sarah, what did you do?!" he cried in shock.

"Sarah! Have you've forgotten what your mother has told you already?" shouted Totem Luxray incredulously. "Get away from the dragon before it does you and Winter harm!"

"Solar, Luxray! Guys, wait! It's not what you think, she had the spear jutting out of her left wing when Winter and I finally found her!" Sarah replied frantically, trying to pacify the situation and not give everybody with her, Winter, and the dragon the wrong idea. "I managed to get it out but she's now bleeding and she's been badly scratched all over! Somebody must've attacked her before we reached the summit!"

Everyone with her and the Light Fury gasped in shock over the thought. "What?! Somebody actually made it to the dragons' home and breeding grounds at the summit of Dragon Mountain?" gasped Gallus, left shocked and flabbergasted.

"They took down a dragon with just a spear alone?!"

"But, we haven't even reached the summit yet!"

"The others couldn't have done it, either! And, we split up after Sarah and her dragon friend left to go after the victim dragon!"

"You think it might've been those Black Dragon creeps and their lizards that have gotten to the dragons first?"

"I don't know but we gotta do something and fast before we're cut off and Sarah and her family will be trapped in the game forever!" the griffons bantered.

"Guys, a little help here?!" Sarah bellowed from her spot.

"Okay, okay! Hang on!" Solar shouted back before he joined his partner, only to gasp in shock when he saw the state of the damage done to the dragon upon noticing the scratches on her scales. "Sarah! The dragon, those scratches on her body! S-She's-!"

"I know, just give me the medkit before her wing becomes infected!"

Knowing this was no time to argue let alone figure out who else would be responsible for the dragon's current life-threatening condition, the lion Beast Bot handed her the medical kit and she quickly pulled out whatever she needed to clean out the wound and patch it up as best she could.

"Alright, it's okay, take it easy... This may sting a little but it'll help your wing and your body heal faster unless you stress it out," she soothed once more to the dragon, carefully applying the healing ointment on the left wing wound and scratches on her body.

The touch of the ointment did result in pained roars from the female dragon but with help from Winter and Shadow (who heard everything from Sarah and Solar's quick round of banter) did their best to comfort her and help her relax through the pain. In order to speed up the healing process given how much time they're running out on their rush to escape from the Black Dragons, Sarah decided to pull out her wand and pointed it towards the dragon's scratches.

"Here goes... Episkey," she spelled out, the tip of her wand glowing as she moved it across the dragon, healing the scratches but not the entirety of the spear wound she managed to patch up. "That should do it, although you'll have to refrain from stressing that wing of yours too much."

"Good thing Tsukumaro taught you and Race healing spells including Episkey," commented Winter.

"I'm just glad we were able to learn them as well as some basic combat spells he's learned. Hell, I'm grateful that Callisto and Tesla even allowed us to use their tail and wing feathers as the Hybrid Cores of our wands."

"You do know the other possibility of having wands that have Hybrid Cores, right, Sarah?"

"I know; Harry Potter lore about them mentioned that wands with Hybrid Cores are the rarest wands of all and are feared for their capacity for dark magic. But, you gotta admit, they're also known to repair damages that potions and/or other wands can't."

"Rgh... I thank you, child-OW, my wing!" groaned the dragon (voice reference - Rachel Weisz (Evelyn Carnahan - The Mummy (1999))), finally starting to come to after her wounds were healed (for the most part as she let out a slight wince when she tried to move her still-bandaged left wing).

"Hey, hey, hey! Take it easy, don't move that wing," Sarah called to the dragon, rubbing her scales again. "I just bandaged it and performed a healing spell on you but it didn't completely heal it so you'll have to bear with it for who knows how long."

"...I see. I suppose I'll have to refrain from using it as much as I used to, then," the dragon replied, being careful not to move it too much as she slowly got up and panted slowly. "A human, I've never seen you before but you've gone out of your way to heal me and get rid of the spear that grounded me, knowing what could happen to you..."

As the dragon rose to her full form, Sarah could see her looks clearly: her stance resembling that belonging to Sunflare and Phoenix (having two back legs and her wings and having a claw hand on their top tips (used as forelimbs) like a Wyvern) and standing at 3.5 ft. high.

"I know now that you could be trusted knowing that you needed help when Winter and I saw that spear lodged on you. I had a feeling you didn't mean any harm even though your kind would be hostile to any trespasser that dared to cross over to your land at Dragon Mountain."

"Of course, for the most part, that's true. I wouldn't blame you or my kind given what's been going on with those meat-eating lizards and any other dangers around us..."

The dragon sighed before she turned to Sarah to see her and those with her fully, getting them a warm smile as the Night Lights and Avel (who had gone after their parents and parted with Faraji (behind her back this time)) flew up to her in awe, "I'm sorry, I haven't introduced myself to you all yet. My name is Sapphira, I'm a dragon known as an Antipodean Opaleye."

"Really cool."

"You're pretty like our Mama," commented Dart and Pouncer.

"And, scary when you roar like that," gulped Ruffrunner.

"I'll take that as a compliment," chuckled Sapphira in response to them.

"What bring you to crash into jungle, Ms. Sapphira?" quizzed Avel cutely.

Sapphira then sighed as she recalled what went down on her end before meeting her new allies/friends, "I don't know... The last thing I remember was going on a morning flight while minding my own business when all of a sudden, I've been stricken by that ghastly spear your friend managed to pull out of my left wing. I couldn't see who grounded me on account of the thick foliage in this blasted jungle and I'm worried about how my people would react upon realizing that I haven't returned following my crash landing."

"Anybody wanna bet that it was Jin and Teng responsible for making you crash?" grumbled Jolteon.

"I'm betting a 50 it was definitely them trying to get the drop on us as well as her," Goodra put in, raising his dragon-like hand.

"A thousand!"

"Fifty thousand!"

"A hundred thousand"

"A million!"

"No, a trillion!"

"A billion!" Vaporeon, Tifu, Pouncer, Glaceon, and a few griffons betted needlessly.

"Enough!" shouted Gallus, annoyed by what he was hearing before he turned to Sapphira and approached her.

"Apologies, Sapphira. I am Gallus, I'm the supreme leader of the griffon flock you see before you alongside my friends, Gabby and Gilda. It's nice to meet you, knowing you're amongst the most beautiful and non-aggressive of all dragon species here."

"Really? Phew, well, that's a load off our minds," sighed Solar in relief.

"It's true that my kind is normally not as aggressive towards other species and the most beautiful of all dragons but the rest aren't as friendly as we are and they're the ones you must really watch out for and hope that they don't attack you thinking you're food or looking for trouble with them. But, I am surprised to find such a motley crew amongst griffons, young lady. Where on earth did you and your adorable little posse come from?"

"My name's Sarah Tomoe and these Pokemon and dragons with us are part of my family. We come from the real world and were just recently zapped into Cyberspace by a couple of villains known as the Black Dragons who had been hunting us down with their dinosaurs. They planned to capture and/or kill my boyfriend, Race Konami, and I and make use of the powers of a jewel known as the Twilight Gem in order to revive their master, Dai Shi, who's the Infernal Dragon and an enemy of the Power Rangers Jungle Fury."

"And, we're trying to find capsules that'll lead us to three creatures we need to find in order to win the game and leave," added Winter. "We figured that there might be one amongst your nests just as one of them we have was mixed in with the eggs from the nests that once lived in the griffons' grove. Do you know anything about the unicorn, Wampus Cat, Diricawl, or the capsules?"

"Hmm... Sadly, I don't have any knowledge about the creatures you've mentioned but I do know that there was an oddly-colored egg amongst many of the other eggs in one of our nests. It had what looked to be a brown top and bottom."

"That must be the Egg Capsule our friend, Ming Wu, told us about last night when we updated her on our progress," Sarah deducted, snapping her fingers in realization.

"However, I should warn you before you try anything," warned Sapphira as she winced worriedly. "I'm afraid it's in the nest of a female Hungarian Horntail."

"HUNGARIAN HORNTAIL/HUNGARIAN HORNTAIL?!" gawked Sarah and her family in shock and horror.

"Oh no... Boss, are you thinking what I'm thinking?" gulped a horrified male griffon.

"Yes, I do... Hungarian Horntails are known to be the most aggressive species of dragons and anybody's whoever had a run-in with them have never come out of those confrontations alive, ever," nodded Gallus grimly yet feeling just as horrified as the others are.

Sapphira nodded, knowing what her new friends/allies were all thinking about Hungarian Horntails, "And, to make it harder for you all if you're planning to take the capsule, she never tolerates strangers going near her nest. What's more, she's never the most reasonable of dragons compared to us Antipodean Opaleyes."

"That does not inspire confidence," winced Simba, not wanting to be pummeled by an angry Hungarian Horntail.

"Oh, Nate and the others will never let me hear the end of it if I get my circuits ruptured and scrambled by the most dangerous dragon in the Potterverse," whimpered Solar, dreading over meeting the dragon in question in their upcoming mission to retrieve the capsule.

"I guess if the others somehow end up crossing paths with her, I think we better get to the summit and help them," Sarah decided, her family and the griffons nodding in agreement to the notion.

"Let's hope that they have the brains to not go along her nest since you've been learning about them from the movies as well as the books ever since you introduced us to the Harry Potter series and the creatures that inhabited Harry Potter's world," Shadow hoped.

"I wouldn't get your hopes up given the danger we're still in, Young Shadow. But, you may be right," Totem Luxray relented.

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go give them a hand!" replied Totem Marowak, raring for action.

"If it helps, I would gladly help you in your mission if she proves too much for you to handle," Sapphira offered to the heroes.

"Your help is most appreciated if the worst is to come, Sapphira," nodded Totem Luxray gratefully.

"If that Hungarian Horntail really is a nasty piece of work as you've put it, your assistance would do us wonders to save our family should they run into trouble with her," Winter contended as Shadow and Gallus nodded in agreement.

The entire group (now with Sapphira in tow as she joined forces with them) started to make their way back to the summit of Dragon Mountain but before they could even leave the jungle again, Sarah's Twilight Amulet started to glow again. It was covered in a bright green light before it produced what looked to be a book that looked as though it could hold playing cards. The book was green all over and surprisingly, there was no writing on it but when she opened it and looked inside, she was shocked to see numerous Dinosaur Cards and Move Cards stuffed inside. They were like the first Dinosaur and Move Cards she and her family found courtesy of the Zouwu and the griffons but there was a greater variety of them.

"By Eragon's fire, what is that?" gasped Sapphira, having never seen something like the book before as Sarah took it and saw the slots inside it that held the cards.

"What is it, Auntie?"

"Is it a book?"

"But, there's no writing or pictures on it. Only dinosaur and move cards," the Night Lights chirped in surprise as they saw the interior of the book before she showed it to everyone else.

"It's a Cardfolio, it's filled with more Dinosaur Cards like the ones we have on us. But, we've gotten a stock load on us along with a huge cluster of Move Cards."

"Remarkable!"

"No way!"

"Whoa!"

"Wow!"

"Amazing, truly amazing!"

"Stellar!" Gallus, three griffons, Kovu, and Totem Marowak gawked in amazement and awe.

"Well, if we needed to summon any more dinosaurs for help while we're in the game, our card worries are over," chuckled Solar knowingly.

Nodding in agreement over their new trump card, Sarah immediately put the Cardfolio in her satchel (still enchanted with its Undetectable Extension Charm Tsukumaro put into its interior from their family's adventure in Berk). Remembering what they have to do as well as the possibility of the Hungarian Horntail making minced meat out of the others if they're not back, the entire group quickly returned to Dragon Mountain and made their way to the summit.

With Gallus leading the way again and Sapphira adding to his directional sense given she also had sufficient direction to the summit, they took everybody in their party to the dragons' nesting area at that very area. Intriguingly, it was comprised of several mountains that were beautiful in their own right with snow-capped peaks and clouds streaming around them. However, there was something that would be considered an oddity in the magnificent scenery: dragons. But, they weren't like the dragons from Berk's Barbaric Archipelago such as Winter and Shadow along with their flock nor were they Fire and Storm Dragons like Pyrrah and Avel. They were actually dragons from the Harry Potter book/movie series, some of the most prominent ones being Welsh Greens, Chinese Fireballs, Swedish Short Snouts, and especially, Hungarian Horntails (one of them being the female they were looking for to get to the Gas Capsule).

"Wow, look at all those dragons," gasped Solar, left in awe by the sight of many Harry Potter dragons dominating the skies around Dragon Mountain.

"Cool..." breathed the Night Lights in fascination.

"Wow, if the Black Dragons actually got their hands on these faithful digital clones of the dragons from the Harry Potter series as long as we're in the game with them, it would've been a disaster for us all," gulped Totem Marowak in stunned awe.

"Well, in Harry Potter's universe, there would be many dragon hunters or collectors of anything that would lose plenty of men who would shave them of their hide and scales if they cost a lot of money in the Wizarding World," Shadow admitted.

"Well, where's your family, kid?"

"And, what happened to Gilda and Gabby and the other griffons?"

"They should've been already after we ran into the Missus after she was shot down," some of the griffons in Gallus' party noted, looking around carefully while staying out of sight from the dragons.

"Psst! Hey, Sarah, this way!"

"Over here!" hissed two voices quietly, revealing themselves to belong to Sho and Zorua as they signaled them behind a giant series of rocks that the rest of the group was hiding behind.

Being extremely careful as to not draw the wild dragons' attention, Sarah and her entire party along with Sapphira snuck over to the rest of her family as they looked over to the Antipodean Opaleye with her and saw her bandaged wing and the lack of scratches on her.

"So, this is the dragon you recklessly chased after along with Winter after it was shot down, Island Girl," Race whispered, making Sarah pout cutely.

"I was being careful thanks to Winter, aren't I?" she grumbled quietly, making him chuckle at her.

"Who are you?" questioned Zeraora, looking the new dragon over.

"I'm Sapphira, an Antipodean Opaleye," replied Sapphira, introducing herself. "And, you must be the rest of Little Sarah's family that she and those with her keep mentioning on the way here."

"Ah, I see. An Antipodean Opaleye, are you; the least aggressive of the dragons in the Wizarding World. What brings you our way after my goddaughter assisted you, Miss?" Tsukumaro inquired.

"Get this, she actually crash-landed in the jungle due to a spear that was thrown at and lodged into her left wing," Solar answered. "What's crazy about it, we think that one of the Black Dragons cut us off on the way up here and shot it at her."

"Now, she's going to help us get the next capsule leading us to the unicorn and/or the next map piece," put in Sarabi.

"Although, there's a huge snag in all of this, the capsule we're looking for is stuck in the nest of the most aggressive dragon in the Potterverse," Sarah added, making a sense of dread settle in Tsukumaro's stomach as he gulped and realized what Sarah was talking about.

"Let me guess, it's the Hungarian Horntail," he answered, starting to sweat.

"HUNGA-/HUNGA-/HUNGA-!" the others gasped in shock before they were harshly shushed by Sarah's party before they continued in a whisper, "Hungarian Horntail/Hungarian Horntail/Hungarian Horntail?"

"Are you talking about the same Hungarian Horntail that Harry Potter once clashed with in the first task of the Triwizard Tournament in Goblet of Fire?" noted Appa, trying to calm his frantic heartbeat.

"The most aggressive of all the dragons in the Potterverse that nobody's ever been able to survive an attack from?" added Venom, shivering with fear.

"The very same but in our case, this one's a female and she's got her wings wrapped around the capsule we needed to reach the unicorn and/or map piece and get one step closer to winning the game and leaving," nodded Shadow grimly.

"But, where is the Horntail's nest? There's a lot of dragon nests around here and there's nothing but other dragon species from Harry Potter including Short Snounts, Greens, and Fireballs," Keldeo questioned, directing everyone above the rocks they were hiding behind to some nests belonging to some of the dragons in the area.

Everybody looked at the nests and saw that the dragons (many of which had either returned from their flights or hunts for food to feed their young or horde whatever treasure they could find in Cyberspace or living in the nests to look after them and their eggs) were protecting them for whatever trespassers were about to tread upon their domain if there were any.

"That really, really does not inspire confidence," gulped Simba, seeing how hard it was going to be.

"Aww, man. This is almost like Death Mountain from The Adventure of Link we used to play back home in the game room," groaned Cufant.

"Only this time, the danger is real," Pyre agreed.

"No way in hell or in Arceus' black holes am I ever going near those supercharged, magical lizards if we waltz in front of them without a care in the world just for a weird egg," remarked an antsy Silvally.

"But, where's the Horntail's nest, though?" Sarah inquired.

"Over there, all the way up the top of the cliff on the right path after going through the nests," Sapphira replied, directing everyone to the path on the right and the sight of the nest belonging to the Horntail.

"Oh no..." groaned Sarah, realizing that she and her family may have bitten off more than they could chew this time.

"What are we gonna do?" groaned Leafeon, seeing how much of a low chance they have of reaching the nest without conflict.

"There's no way we'll be able to reach the capsule if that walking spiked death trap with wings is able to sniff and pick us out once she gets here!" replied Rosa in shock and while frantically whispering. "We pale in comparison to that merciless beast and even Harry Potter had a hard time dealing with it while riding on his broom!"

"Well, we gotta do something. I don't want to be stuck in this crazy game a moment longer and we don't have much time before we need to move on to the next part of the story," Hashimoto quipped, wanting to get their predicament over and done with.

"Yeah, we've already dragged out this part for long enough and we need to get the show rolling. I'm not going to risk getting myself sliced by these creatures anymore and I'd much rather be back home on real-life terra firma," agreed Ching Wan.

"Speaking of the Horntail, where is she, anyway?" Gilda quipped, looking around for the powerful female dragon.

But, before anybody could question them on what they said or begin to figure out a plan as to how they could reach the capsule without clashing with the Hungarian Horntail, the sound of the Jumanji drums sounded off once more, striking fear and anxiety into everyone's hearts.

"The Jumanji drums!"

"Not again-NYA!" hissed a frantic Eevee and Skitty.

"Okay, this is starting to get grating. What the hell's up with those Arceus-damned drums whenever there's danger around?" quipped Eternatus, annoyed by the drums sounding off.

"It better not be what I think it isssssssss," Medusa hoped, not wanting to deal with another life-or-death scenario again.

"This day just keeps getting better and better," sighed Tyson sarcastically.

"Save the sarcasm for when we're out of danger and away from the Horntail, Ty," Cobalt put in.

The danger, however, was already close at hand AND much closer than they all first thought. A threatening roar sounded off behind the group, spooking everybody and frightening the other Harry Potter dragons in the range (causing them to scatter or dart inside their cave dwellings or nests in fear of feeling the wrath of the owner of the roar). The roar, in fact, turned out to belong to the female Hungarian Horntail they were supposed to watch out for, the powerful and most aggressive dragon in the Potterverse standing before them, being 50 ft. long in length and with a body structure similar to that belonging to Sapphira, Sunflare, and Phoenix. What made the Horntail truly threatening and deadly was that she had a huge array of bronze horns in various sizes around her head and a body covered in black scales. And, to make matters worse for the heroes, the dragon's piercing eyes were a shade of golden yellow and slit-eyed pupils akin to those from a cat and colored spikes protruding from her mace-like tail.

The female dragon roared again as she looked around for any intruders who would dare to steal any eggs from her nest without warning, having returned from a recent flight to rest her wings and continue to look after her young that are still in their eggs.

"The Hungarian Horntail!" whispered the Night Lights in shock and horror.

"Scary," gulped the baby Jungle Pokemon quietly, filled with terror.

"Was that-?" Azul gasped.

"The Hungarian Horntail, yes... Nasty bugger of a dragon, you don't want to get to the wrong side of that one, let me tell you," nodded Tsukumaro grimly, not liking the sight of the Horntail before them.

"Wait a minute... Ms. Sapphira, aren't you supposed to have a nest here, too?" quizzed Tifu randomly to Sapphira.

"Oh, no, no... My babies are all grown up and they're both far too big to live in my nest, they're looking for their own mates to have families of their own nowadays but they usually pay me a visit or two to see how I've been getting on without them," Sapphira chuckled.

Just as soon as she said that to Tifu, the sound of flapping wings came to them from the air, and landing near the group stood two dragons that resembled the Game of Thrones dragons known as Drogon, Rheagal, and Viserion. The two dragons looked to be around 150 ft. long in length (similar in length to a 747 jumbo jet plane), having long serpentine bodies comprising of four limbs (two back legs and two giant wings as with Sunflare and her family) and long necks.

The two of them were covered from head to tail in scales running down along their backs as large horn ridges framed the edges of their faces, running along the backs of their skulls and along their jawlines. Two sets of frills also run along their backs across their necks and spines, two of each along both sides of their necks, and a final two centered closer to their backbones, making for a grand total of four frills for each of them.

The oldest of the pair was actually a black and red-marked male while the younger was a cream and gold-marked female; it was easy for Sarah, her family, and the griffons to tell them apart as the markings were on their respective frills, their necks, and their wings and they're easily distinguished from one another.

"Oh, boy..."

"Look at them, they're huge!"

"Really awesome..."

"They look like a couple of dragons from the Game of Thrones series!"

"Your human friend who created this game has been looking into several different franchises to add some spice and whatever tropes are popular into this game," Race, Kit, Phanpy, Scorch, and Faraji commented, surprised by what they're seeing.

"...Master, what would you call those?" Absol questioned his trainer.

"I've no idea. I've never seen them before," answered Tsukumaro, looking just as surprised.

"My friends, allow me to introduce my children: Drogon and Zephyr. They mean well but they can be very protective of me should I be hurt," smiled Sapphira, getting the attention of both of her younger dragons.

"Mom!" the two cried in relief, nuzzling their mother.

"You're alright, Mom!"

"I knew you'd make it! But, what happened to you?" Drogon and Zephyr replied.

"I'm alright, my new friends told me that I was shot down by a spear thrown and lodged at my left wing by enemies they call the Black Dragons," their mother told them, showing them her bandaged left wing that's still recovering. "I was lucky to get out of it alive by a young human girl who healed me as best she could after she found me in the jungle. If it wasn't for her and her family, I would've been dead by now."

"Okay, Mom..." nodded Zephyr, still relieved to know that her and Drogon's mother is in one piece.

"Sapphira, if I may ask, how old are your children exactly?" questioned Virizion, looking over her friendly dragon's children. "By the looks of their sizes, they seem to be adults even if their ages speak differently."

"My son, Drogon, is the oldest being at 7 years old. His sister and my only daughter, Zephyr, is the youngest between them, just being only a year younger than him at 6 years old."

"SEVEN YEARS OLD/SIX YEARS OLD?!" Sarah and her family gasped in total shock.

"Man, you guys have huge growth spurts even for your ages!"

"I'll say, you're both only children and yet, your ages do tell differently!" the Wushu Brothers replied, flabbergasted.

"Ms. Sapphira, is this true?!" demanded Tsukumaro, still in shock.

"Of course, my children grow up faster than any other species of dragons and it does help them keep out of trouble from the other dragons if needed," Sapphira chuckled.

"Geez, they give a whole new meaning to the old saying that 'they grow up so fast'," admitted Race, giving off an impressed whistle.

"Oh, no... You better not have any ideas about bringing them out of the game and having them live in our world when we're through, Pipsqueak," warned Eternatus darkly, not liking where the conversation is going.

"Now, hold on, Eternatus. Don't forget, Master Reshiram did label her as the Dragon Princess after she resolved Berk's 300-year-old Dragon Wars and destroyed the Red Death with Young Hiccup, Young Zenna, and Master Tsukumaro's assistance, even if that title is only applied to there," Calyrex soothed, only earning an annoyed huff from the Gigantic Pokemon as he turned away despite knowing it to be true.

"Yeah, yeah, okay. We get it, enough with the sappy family stuff, okay?" cut in Flygon, wanting to get their nightmare run through the game over with. "Now, how do you suppose we get closer to the Horntail's nest and the capsule."

"Yeah, nobody's ever seen us before and there are lots and lots of dragons here that won't like us being here," Poipole nodded.

"If anybody's got any bright ideas for getting the capsule and finding the unicorn if it's here, I don't want to be a roasted turkey anytime soon should we run afoul in this mess," Talonflame added with an agreeing nod.

"But, aren't you a Fire Type, Talonflame? You can take in the heat," Beautifly asked innocently.

"Not dragon fire, you big baby! I don't know if I can stand that kind of heat!"

"None of us would like to be burned alive by magical dragon fire, Talonflame," remarked Star.

"Well, either way, we've got to run our brains faster than a hedgehog on a makeshift treadmill and get the capsule before the Black Dragons show up again," James reminded.

"And, I don't think those dragons would be happy about us trespassing among their nests as Poipole said, especially the Horntail," agreed Nikki.

"Can't you use your Dragon Heart Scepter to do something about them, Auntie?" Mai asked Sarah, making the princess take her scepter out of her satchel and observe it.

"I don't know, Mai. There's so much that we still don't know about it and I've only just uncovered its abilities to create dragons and control dragon elements, I've never tried manipulating dragons with it and I don't know if it could," she told her little Mimikyu.

Avel, however, was still a young dragon and usually acted like a puppy so seeing the Dragon Heart Scepter, he thought it was a bone or a new toy so he flew over to the scepter and looked at the jewel on it. Cooing curiously at it, he gently pawed it like a kitten which earned him an amused chuckle from Sarah as she saw his cat's curiosity taking over.

"No, no, no, no, Avel. You can't play with that, the Dragon Heart Scepter's not a toy," she chuckled, the scepter's gem suddenly giving off a small glow which made him stop pawing it and he sat down in front of her, panting eagerly like a puppy.

"Huh?!"

"Avel!"

"What happened?"

"Okay, that was weird."

"Remarkable!" gasped the five humans, seeing what Avel was doing upon Sarah's command with the Dragon Heart Scepter in her hands.

"Fascinating! I didn't know such a treasure of yours could do that!" Faraji gawked in awe.

"Hey, I only just found out that when I told Avel not to play with it," Sarah rebutted, deciding to test it further as she pointed the scepter to Avel. "Avel, you okay?"

"Yes, Auntie," the Storm Dragon answered, his eyes glowing along with the scepter's jewel.

"Um... Okay, now, roll over," the princess continued, waving her right pointer clockwise to emphasize her command, allowing Avel to roll over back and forth while happily chirping as instructed while the scepter's jewel and his eyes glowed again.

"Huh?"

"What did you do?" Silvally and Eternatus spoke in disbelief.

"By the looks of it, the Dragon Heart Scepter also has the power of Dragon Manipulation. But, what's interesting about it is that it's completely different to that of the late Red Death we've killed," Cobalion examined curiously.

"What do you mean by 'differently', Cobalion?" Sarah asked, looking towards the Swords of Justice' leader after canceling her Dragon Manipulation on Avel.

"The scepter's own form of Dragon Manipulation is only activated when the jewel on it glows but the Red Death usually holds her own ability after using it the first time to keep the dragons she once had under her control. It seems that unlike her, you would be able to use Dragon Manipulation to control any dragons at will and at your own expense should you choose to."

"That's cool, if that's the case, why not use it to make the Horntail less threatening so we can get to the Egg Capsule?" suggested Keldeo.

"Whoa, whoa, hold up. Keldeo, I'm all for getting past that Horntail but if I'm to use Dragon Manipulation against it, won't that normally be considered animal abuse?" Sarah gulped.

"Not at all, Princess. Remember, the Red Death only used Dragon Manipulation for her own gain by enslaving the other dragons back in Berk to do her bidding including her feeding but your use of it will be completely different. Instead of controlling dragons for your own gain, you'll be using it in self-defense and your own protection," Reshiram reassured.

"Okay, but... That doesn't mean I like it."

"Well, that's one part of our problem solved but how exactly do you plan to get to the nest without being mauled by that draconic battering ram?" Race quizzed.

Sarah thought for a moment before she took off her satchel and pulled out an object that was actually a cloak, similar in color to Rosa, to show to everyone.

"A Dramillion Cloak, similar in design and function to the Invisibility Cloak used by Harry in the HP movies and books and the Dramllions with their camouflage ability," she explained, holding out the cloak.

"Dramillion Cloak?" echoed the confused Jungle Guard.

"How is your little disguise done?" asked Misa.

"I've specifically made it with invisibility in mind, using Rosa's old scales as well as as a few others from Camo and their children. One thing I noticed about Dramillions is that they're masters of invisibility and stealth."

To demonstrate what she meant, Sarah put the cloak on and slipped the hood on her head, the entirety of the cloak making her disappear and blend with the background without a trace. This garnered shocked and surprised gasps and yelps from the newbies of her family that didn't know about her works involving her Berk dragons' powers (even if Camo and his and Rosa's children can't help but puff their chests out in pride on Sarah's latest magical device using their family's scales as Rosa just shook her head in amusement at them).

"WHOA/HOLY-/AWESOME/NEAT/WOW/COOL/RADICAL!" gasped the baby Jungle Pokemon and their older siblings in shock.

"Incredible! A simple human device that is made to shield oneself from his/her own enemies and family using dragon scales that can turn such a creature invisible!" Xena gawked in awe as Sarah took off her cloak and revealed herself again.

"Remarkable work of genius!" Guardeon admitted in amazement.

"Very crafty work, Ponchita," nodded James, impressed with what she came up with.

"You've been watching too much Harry Potter, young lady," chuckled Nikki in amusement.

"You could probably do that for Halloween next year, Mom," admitted Luna, chuckling.

"I'll think about that but right now, we'll need to get the capsule and we'll be one step closer to finishing the game," his foster mother replied.

"Then, you better hurry before that Horntail gets another bee up her boxers," reminded Seleneon as Helioseon nodded in agreement.

"Okay, but be ready for anything at the first sign of danger," Sarah nodded, pulling her cloak's hood back over her head and she vanished before heading out, but not before changing into a Snow Leopard (known for their expert climbing on mountain terrain).

Making use of her Dramllion Cloak's invisibility, Sarah was able to sneak her way through the summit and get closer to the Hungarian Horntail's nest. The other dragon species, on the other hand, didn't seem to hear or take notice of her as they were more focused on the Horntail, watching her every move while she looks over her nest and the perimeter of the summit while the princess climbed her way up.

Without any further trouble, the princess managed to reach the Horntail's nest while keeping out of her current line of sight. As she stalked closer while reaching a hidden piece of rock behind the aggressive dragon's back, she saw the third capsule she was looking for, the Egg Capsule, directly in the center of her eggs. She nodded, knowing that it was what she and her family came for which could allow them to reach the unicorn. Slowly and carefully, she quickly went to the nest and grabbed the capsule but just as she was about to backtrack, the Horntail perked up and twitched a little before she sharply turned to her, having been inches away from her nest.

"HALT!"

"Oh, no! She spotted me!" Sarah thought in horror, quickly grabbing the capsule in her mouth before she bolted out of the cave leading to the Horntail and her nest.

"COME BACK HERE, YOU THEIVING LITTLE PUSSY CAT!" the Horntail roared angrily, immediately going after her as she darted towards her family and whacking her on her left side with her powerful tail, sending her flying towards the rockface shielding them and their friends as they gasped in shock.

The Horntail roared again as she charged for Sarah, thinking that the capsule was one of her eggs when it was clearly not and it didn't have a baby. Of course, her presence terrified the other dragons nearby as they all made a break for the interiors of their nest caves and the rest of the mountain range. That was the signal for Gallus, the griffons, Sapphira, and her children to act as they appeared before the mad dragon, Drogon turning her aggression on him which caused a groaning Sarah to look on in shock and horror at what he's doing.

"Drogon, no!" she cried, trying to reach out to him.

"GRRRRR, you meddling little brat! I thought I told you, your sister, and your mother not to come near my babies the last time you waltzed into my nesting ground!" the Horntail snarled, breathing fire at him before he flew up and dodged her.

"Last I checked, Mom was the one who told you to chill out. Blech, and take a breath mint, you still stink!" retorted Drogon, breathing fire back at the Horntail and forcing her back long enough to have him reach Sarah (having transformed back into human form and got the capsule back after she nearly lost it when she was attacked). "Get on, Sarah, quick!"

Nodding in agreement and knowing there was no time for questions, upon his left wing (which Sapphira's son used as a loading ramp for her), the princess staggered on to his back and neck, holding onto the spikes that were set between each set of his frills (while keeping a firm grip on the capsule).

"Hang on, this is gonna be rough!" Drogon warned, taking to the air with the Horntail following behind him.

"You and your conniving egg thief cannot escape me!" she roared angrily as she gave chase.

Flapping his wings as hard and as fast as he could, Drogon gave everything he got to get some distance between him and Sarah and the angry mother of a Hungarian Horntail. But, even so, driven by her maternal instincts for her young, the Horntail wouldn't let them off the hook so easily over what was a misunderstanding and she had no intention of stopping until they were both dead.

"She's catching up to us!" Sarah shouted, seeing the Horntail continuing to tailgate them before she came up alongside them on Drogon's right and then rammed into them hard.

Being a powerful dragon, the Horntail did get a good hit on them to force Sarah to lose her grip but she held on tightly along with the capsule, desperate to not lose the map piece and their possible lead into the unicorn inside it.

"So, you want to play rough, huh? Hang on, Sarah, I'm gonna do a power dive!" Drogon continued, deciding to dive bomb to pick up speed (being something very few dragons could master) as the Horntail continued the chase.

Sarah was now becoming frightened by the speed Drogon was going in his gamble to escape the mad mother dragon; as they continued to divebomb, his speed was reaching extreme terminal velocity at the same rate as Shadow and Winter's divebombing speed, the two dragons getting closer to Dragon Mountain as they returned from the skies. It was the tallest peak they were about to ram into and if nothing's done now, they could die in the crash instead of the Horntail's might.

"Uh, Dragon! What are you doing?! WE'RE GONNA CRASH!" she panicked.

"Trust me, I've been practicing this ever since I was three!" he reassured, not breaking his speed.

When he was sure his timing was right as they got close to the mountain, Drogon immediately opened his wings and took a sharp left turn to avoid it. The shocked Hungarian Horntail, however, was too slow to react and she crashed into the mountain hard. As a result, she was battered and worn out from the crash, being left bruised and dazed but very much alive.

Either way, Drogon knew that they were safe and the Horntail wouldn't be much of a problem for them anymore. After a few minutes of flying and making sure the Horntail won't be back, they quickly went off to a nearby mountain clearing away from the summit on the other side of the range that Sapphira and Zephyr led them to after the angry mother dragon blew her cover and had forced them and their son/brother to jump in and save their new friends.

"Mother!"

"Mama! Mama!" Silvally, Nebby, and Nebula cooed, being the first ones along with Gallus, Keldeo, Star, the Night Lights, Tai Lung, Zeraora, Mischief, and Arrietty to reach their human mother/trainer as she got off of Drogon's neck and back with the capsule at hand.

"Thank heavens you're both safe!"

"Good to see you alive, kiddo."

"Are you alright, Auntie?"

"You're a wreck!"

"What happened?"

"You're not hurt, are you?" Arrietty, Mischief, Dart and her brothers, and Keldeo replied as they helped her back to the rest of their family and friends along with Drogon, who was nuzzled in relief by his own family.

"We're fine but Sarah's worse off, that Horntail scored a direct hit on her but thankfully it's only a graze," Drogon replied as Sarah hissed in pain as the wound the Horntail had given her started acting up. "That bruise looks pretty hefty and she still wasn't clowning around when she clubbed her with that tail of hers."

"Let me see," Tsukumaro demanded gently, going over to his goddaughter and checking her over.

He looked all over her for the spot where the Horntail had struck her until he found her new bruise on her left side, taking off the cloak and her shirt to reveal a large. purple bruise a few inches down her chest and the entirety of her waist. The damage the mad dragon did, according to her protective maternal instincts when she attacked the princess, was worse than they all expected.

"Oh no," gasped Gabby, seeing the bruise.

"That looks bad, you're very lucky that bruise is the only thing you got from her. Are you crazy, pulling such a stupid stunt like that?" Gallus added, getting worried for Sarah as she hissed again and couldn't come up with a response.

"Leave that to us," replied Audino as she and Slurpuff came forward and began to use Aromatherapy to heal the bruise, most of it being healed (which was the worse it could deliver) but not getting rid of the pain.

"That's as much as we could get it," Slurpuff admitted with a sigh.

Tsukumaro nodded as Solar brought his medical kit over from his Power Pack, allowing the old advisor to take it and pull out some healing ointment which she managed to lather onto what's left of the bruise before he bandaged her midsection to promote the healing. His mind was racing even though he tried to remain as calm as he could, knowing that his old friends would never forgive him that Sarah got hurt again under his and James and Nikki's watch should they know.

"There we go. Now, you just relax and let it heal for the rest of the day or so," Tsukumaro said as he finished. "If I were you, I'd be out of the line of battle against a dragon that would've killed you at first sight."

"Forget it, old man. Once Mother starts going on a life-saving spree, she could go on for hours," remarked Silvally doubtfully.

"Well, on the bright side, we got three capsules including the third map piece," reassured Race as he came over and gently took the capsule from Sarah. "I'd say our luck's finally turning up, we're nearly halfway through the game since we cleared Level 3."

"Now, all we have to do is find the unicorn we need and have it tamed and befriended. Then, we'll have 1/3 of the game cleared," Helioseon deducted.

"But, can whatever's inside that thing help us find the unicorn? That bruise Sarah got and Drogon's beating that monster of a dragon better be worth it, seriously," Hydro put in, not wanting to meet the Hungarian Horntail again.

"Only one way to find out," Sarah panted before she nodded to Race, allowing him to open the capsule to find a green stone called a Grass Stone and two cards depicting two new dinosaurs called Hadrosauridae including a Fukuisaurus (16 ft. in length and no taller than a human (on four legs) at 6 ft. high) and a Maiasaura (9.8 ft long on all fours and 29.8 ft. high).

With their Move Cards, they're as follows: Emerald Garden and Stomping Hammer. There was even the third map piece and the lead that they were all looking for.

Nikki and James then took out the map pieces that they already had with them, giving them to Race as he put the first third of the entire map together and overlooked it, keeping mental notes as to where their first creature is. Even he admitted that their long and crazy trek through the first third of the game had better be worth it and they find the unicorn they're looking for that Ming Wu alluded them to.

"Now, let's see... According to the pieces of the map that we currently have, the Pegasi and the unicorn from the cave drawing should be right about...here," he deducted, after unfolding the map piece and putting the three of them together to show the Pegasi and unicorn amidst a valley underneath Dragon Mountain. "It looks like our mythical friend and the Pegasi with it are living in some sort of valley located at the bottom of this treacherous mountain range."

Gilda had to smile as she heard what he said, "Really? Oh, that has to be Chance's herd. He had two unicorn herd mates with him last we heard of him."

"Chance?" Sarah and her family echoed in confusion.

"The Leader of the Unicorns and Pegasi in the game; they mostly tend to be secretive and we've never heard of them often due to their behavior. They mostly stayed in the shadows and minded their own business apart from grazing occasionally, especially since they're naturally very shy."

"That makes sense, they've never had much interaction with humans according to what was known about them. Whether it be in books, movies, games, TV, it'll be the same story with them," Race remarked with an understanding nod.

"That's how it goes with them. But, not to worry; Chance is an old friend of ours and he's very reasonable compared to most creatures just as Sapphira and her children are," Gallus nodded reassuringly. "We'll show you their grazing grounds but I must warn you, they spook real easily so we'll take a glimpse at them before we do anything."

"That's fine," Sarah complied with a soft smile.
