Inspired by Kurukururock of Youtube's Katamari Broseph video. I know there's lots of LARP videos for this game, but too bad.

XMENXMENXMEN

Amara ran through the halls of the institute, delivering a large box of paperclips, magnets, and staples to Mr. McCoy's office. Out of nowhere, Ray streaked across her path, knocking her over and emptying the entire box.

"I'm sorry!" he called over one shoulder as he continued to race off. "I'll be back with help!"

All there was to do was roll her eyes. The magnets in the box were of the free, business card size and could only pick up one or two paperclips at a time. The rows of staples were easy enough to grab, except the ones that had broken into pairs or singles.

"Na, na na na na na na, naa, na na na na na na," sang a voice from behind her. Cannonball had returned, with X23 in tow. She had a bemused expression and a number of strong magnets attached to her arms, legs, and head.

"No way," Amara said in complete disbelief. "You're not doing what I think you're doing."

X23 curled up on the ground, supported only by the balls of her feet and her toes. Both arms were wrapped tightly around her legs. Now Amara could see the magnets covering her back. Ray began to push her along, gathering the office supplies and humming all the while. Every now and then he would pause to play some instrument and make the appropriate sound effects.

"Here you go!" he said at last, helping the "katamari" to her feet. "Just be careful around here." He waved his hand over her head. "It looks like some of her hairs've been clipped."

They found Beast with very little shedding in the travel. "Here's your stuff, Mr. McCoy!" Amara said before taking off.

For a moment he stared at the metal-covered girl. He opened his mouth to say something, but she interrupted: "Long story. Don't ask."

"I wasn't planning to," he replied.
