Now some of you have asked if I would do a lemon scene with Raven and Blitz, and while I have considered it I'm not sure if I want to. The main reason why is because I've never really done one and I don't want to mess it up the entire relationship between Sean and Rachel by having a terrible love scene, or describing it like I'm a hormonal teenager who is only thinking about sex. I will try and practice by writing limes (I think that what they are called?) to get some practice before I actually write one up. Anyway I'll try and build the tension between the two and let you guys tell me what you think before I actually decide whether or not to write one. I have written a lime in this chapter just to give a taste of my skill in that particular area of writing, and I want you to tell me what you think if I need to work on this or not. (In other words there will be sexual content just not enough to be called a lemon, at least I don't think it is.)
If anybody has anything in particular you want to see in this story please let me know. (I mean content wise like what you would like to see happen to the Titans in this story.)
Also I have a poll about an upcoming story that I'm going to work on and I need you guys to quickly go over to my profile and drop a vote. To give you a short version, I have two story ideas for a Rosario+Vampire and I need help on which one to do. So go and place your vote soon please, so I can go ahead and get started on it.
Seriously go see it now so I can start writing.
This may be my last chapter for awhile since I'm leaving for America in Nov and I can't take this computer with me, but don't worry all that means is that I will get my computer fixed soon.
I still need theme songs: If it has a (?) by it that means it a possible theme song. If you guys agree with that choice send me a PM or review, and the one that has the most votes will become the theme. If a character already has a theme song chosen and you have a song that might be better. Go ahead and send it to me, if I think it's better than the current one I'll change it.
I'm going to start locking these in so if you have any suggestions please send them in ASAP.
Blitzkrieg/Sean: Guardian Angel by Abandon All Ships (?)

I'm accepting songs for any characters that have yet to make an appearance or have made an appearance. Like Jinx, Red X, Ravager est. est.
Also if there is a particular character that you want to see in this fic. Please let me know and I'll see what I can do. Keep in mind it has to be from the DC universe and if that particular hero or heroine has multiple versions of themselves let me know as well so I can know how to write them up (For an example- Robin I=Dick Grayson, Robin II=Jason Todd, Robin III=Timothy Drake).
Sorry of any mistakes but I'm on limited time right now because of work an other things that I have to do in order to get ready to leave.
New enemies
Raven was sitting in her room reading one of her horror books, with a window cracked open to allow the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks of Titans Island. Taking a deep breath she inhaled her burning incense calming her as the smell ran through her body. Just as she reached the climax of her book the mage was disturbed by a light knocking on her bedroom door. Closing her book and setting it to the side, Raven stood up and went to the door. When she opened her door she found Sean standing there with hood and mask down. Raven studied her fellow Titan closely noticing that he wasn't wearing his coat or flak jacket. She then noticed the look that Sean was giving her.
"Sean?" Raven said, "Wha-" she was cut off when Sean pushed himself into her room and locking his lips with hers. The mage tried to push the foxy Titan away, but her body refused to listen. She wanted this, but her logical side dictated that she can't have this. So she simply tossed logic to the side and finally gave in to her desires. Her arms wrapped around his neck pulling him deeper into the kiss.
Raven felt Sean's tongue lick her lips begging to enter, to give into the passion of the moment. With a soft moan she gave in and opened her lips letting their tongues battle for dominance inside their mouths. Sean lifted the mage up and pinned her against her wall as Raven wrapped her legs around his waist to support herself.
With a grunt Raven separated from Sean to get some much needed air. Growling with lust Raven in cased her hands with magic and ripped Sean's undershirt in half.
"I like that shirt," he said huskily licking her neck and nipping it causing Raven to let loose a small moan as lightening shot down her spine, "I think it time for a little punishment." He then latched onto one of her covered breast and freeing one of his hands, that were massaging her well toned butt, and began kneeing the other.
"Sean," Raven mewed grabbing a fist full of Sean's hair. Opening her passion filled eyes she saw the fox-spirit host's furry ears right in front of her. An idea struck her and she leaned forward and gently nipple on the one closer to her. She was unprepared by the reaction as Sean groaned slammed himself further into her.
"No fair, you found one of my weak spots," Sean whispered his breath ragged. He used his tail to wrap around her waist to hold her up, and used his hands to massage her bosoms some more. "I guess," he began nipping Raven's ear making her shudder in pleasure, "I have to keep that mouth of your busy." He then kissed her as one of his hands removed her cloak.
"Sean," Raven said after they broke their kiss her eyes glassed over with lust and love, "take me," she whispered.
Sean looked up at the mage, "Wake up," he said as his hand travel south to her womanhood.
"What," she said a little confused.
"Wake up," Sean said again as his finger reached down and….
Raven shot up from her bed breathing heavily. Looking around she found out that she was in her room.
Alone.
"Damn it all," Raven growled trying to find out what woke her up, before laying down on her bed. "Shit, how I'm I going to look Sean in face after this," She cursed pulling her blanket back up and covered herself. 'I wished it had at least finished,' the mage thought as her eye drooped, 'since I won't be able to look at him now without thinking about this dream.' Raven let out a sigh as her eyes closed. 'I'm going to need a long mediation to sort this out. Feh I'll do it later.'
She was about to drift back to asleep when her alarm clock went off. The clock was quickly covered in black energy and flung to the wall where it shattered into a thousand pieces. The mage growled irritably before dozing off again.
"All Titans report to the training area for combat practice," Robin voice came over the PDA system.
"Damn bird boy," Raven said now fully awake. She then took note of her body's natural reaction to her dream, "Great I better go change and let loose some of this frustration," she muttered.
Meanwhile in Nevermore Brave was holding back Lust from strangling Timid who was hiding behind Wisdom, while the other of Raven's emotions, sans Happy, sat back and watched the confrontation unfold.
"Damn it Timid why did you interfere?" Lust yelled out trying to escape from Braves grasp, "Do you know how hard it is for me to influence Alpha's dreams like that?"
Timid sniffled, "I just don't want Sean to think that we were like that," the emotion clone shuffled, "I don't want him to think that we are a bad girl."
"So," Lust screeched thrashing around, Brave was beginning to have a hard time hold the emotion still, "I want him to think that, I want to take us tie us up and spank us for being a bad girl. Then I want to turn around and ride him all night long, and find other uses for those tails of his," the perverted emotion clone then began to be swept up in fantasies, and, thankfully for Brave, began to calm down.
Logic step forward, "You guys need to be careful, if the Alpha finds out that we have more freedom than we normally do she'll repress us again," she said with a stoic look on her face as she looked at each aspect of Raven's emotions.
"Yea we finally found someone that we can connect to and like us for us," Love said as she sat on the ground crossed leg.
"So please don't fuck this up," Affection cut in.
"Eh," Rude said as she picked her nose, "You just like Lust over there," she pointed at the brown cloaked clone that was on the ground still lost in her own world, drooling all over the floor. "You just want to fuck'em."
Love scoffed, "I do not, I want to make love to him. There is a difference you know."
Thankfully Knowledge cut in, "Has anybody seen Happy?" she asked as she did a quick head count. It was hard work to keep track of all of the emotion clones, especially the newer ones that have been popping up recently.
"Now that I think about it I haven't seen her since the fight between Lust and Timid began," Wisdom said looking around, "Normally it is she who is with Timid during times like these."
"Hey guys check it out," a perky voice said from behind them, "Look who I found."
The emotion clones turned their heads to see Happy coming towards them mimicking an airplane along with a small boy that looked very familiar to them. "Oh he's so cute," Affection squealed as she charged forward and scooped the giggling child in her arms. The child wore tan shorts, blue tennis shoes with red lights that lit up with every step he took, and a red shirt with a cartoon chibi-fox on it.
"Happy," Knowledge said stepping forward and pointed at the child that was now getting swarmed by Love, Affection, as well as Happy, "Who is that?"
"Oh that Sean's Inner Child," Happy giggled, when Love heard that she snuggled the small child closer to her, a small smile on her lips.
Knowledge's eyes went wide, "Where did he come from?" she asked the care free emotion.
"From Sean's mind," Happy said as she, Love, and Affection tried to cuddle with the aspect of Sean's mind. The little boy loved the attention that he was receiving. A non-innocent male would be green with jealousy of the little boy's position right now.
"How did you get in there?" Knowledge asked looking at the aspect and emotion-clone with wide eyes as she began thinking about the consequences if any of Raven's or Sean's negative emotions found out about the passage way to their minds. She had to find the entrance and have it guarded until the Alphas could come up with plan.
Happy just shrugged, "Through the door way that I found," she said pointing behind her to some unnamed area.
"I can take there if you want," Sean's Inner Child said getting up and hugging the yellow clad emotion clone's waist. He then looked up with a bright smile, "Then we call sit down and play some more."
Knowledge squirmed a bit having, ironically enough, no knowledge on how to handle a situation like this. "Well…um…we'll have to see about that later," she said readjusting her glasses blushing at the child's…..cuteness? She didn't know how to deal with this. This cuteness didn't have a book for her read about, how was she suppose handle a situation like this.
"Um…guys we might have a problem," Brave said moving towards the group.
"Where's Lust?" Logic asked the green clad emotion clone.
"That's the problem," Raven's bravery said pointing at where Lust was at, to show that the emotion clone was gone.
"You don't think?" Logic said to Knowledge who gulped.
"Oh boy," she said.
"Brave take the boy and go stop Lust," Logic called out taking charge, "Happy take us to where you found the door." Before anybody could move a voice called out.
"IC there you are," the female emotion clones turned to see two individuals landing beside them. One of them was dressed in a green version of Sean's uniform without the coat, and had a ōdachi, or Japanese long sword, slung on his back. He also had katana and tanto on his left hip. The other person wore a blue two piece suit with matching fedora on his head.
"Why did you wonder off?" the man in green said before being bobbed on his head by the man in blue.
"Brave, introduce yourself first so we don't appeared to be a threat," he chided, "We are in Rachel's mind and Sean would prefer if we showed proper respect." Brave shrugged his shoulders before walking forward and picked the child up.
"I'm Brave," he monotone before turning back to join the other man, who just sighed as he shook his head.
"You'll have to excuse him," he said with a small smile, "He's not much a people person. He more of a fighter than anything else, which is way he was sent here with me." The man in blue removed his hat before bowing, "My name is Chivalry."
Knowledge walks forward and introduce herself, "I'm Knowledge," she said while Raven's Brave walked up to Sean's Brave and began talking about fighting techniques and such. "I don't suppose you've seen a brown cloaked emotion clone on your way here by any chance?"
Chivalry shook his head, "No, I don't believe we did. Why?"
"That would be Lust," Knowledge said with a sigh, "she found out about the door way that is connects both of our Alpha's mindscape."
"I see," Chivalry said with a nod, "then we should move quickly to stop her. If she enters Sean's mindscape and stumbles upon on Pervert," he said with venom at the mere mention of the emotion clones name, "then who knows what kind of damage they could do."
"Agreed," the yellow clad clone said as she and Raven-Brave took off into the air followed by Sean's Chivalry and Brave, who was carrying Inner Child. They hoped that they could reach the door before Lust did first.
The Titans were wrapping up combat practice and was deciding what to do next. Well all but two.
Raven was trying her best not to look at Blitz. Every time she did this morning dream came back to her, and usually it ended up distracting her, followed by Robin scolding her about not paying attention or something like that. Raven really didn't really pay any attention; she just couldn't get that dream out of her head.
The mage had realized that she was falling in love with the Kitsune host a while back, but she had yet to admit it to anyone.
Little did she know Blitz was having the same problem. In fact he had the same dream that Raven had.
'Oh man what's up with me?' he thought to himself.
'I don't know, I mean it's not we haven't had dreams like this before,' Pervert said from Blitz's mind. 'You remember the one were Raven was the naughty school girl and you were the principle spanking the bad girl. I really like that one.' Blitzkrieg could just imagine the perverse emotion drooling like a dog.
'Shut up Pervert' Blitz growled, 'why do you keep doing this to me?'
'Well one I'm your perverted side,' Pervert scoffed, 'and as much as I want to admit that I was at fault for this morning's dream. I have to tell you that this one was not me.'
'Then who?' Blitz questioned the emotion only to another one, which rarely makes an appearance, spoke up
'Wake up genius who else are you bonding with,' Rude spat out…rudely.
'You mean Raven,' Blitz said wide eyed casting a small glance at the mage who quickly turned away to avoid being caught staring.
'Somebody give this guy a sticker,' Rude spat.
'I wanna sticker,' Happy cooed.
'She may lock away her emotions, but she still has urges,' Pervert said surprisingly not in his normal perverse manner, 'which goes to show that she only human. Well half human, half demon.'
Blitz nodded his head in understanding, a little surprise at emotion-clone.
'But you know what that means though right,' Pervert said with a small chuckle.
'No,' Blitz said getting a little nervous at what the emotion might say now.
'Her stamina and endurance rivals yours, which means she going give you one Hell of a ride in the sack,' he laugh before howling like a wolf.
If Blitz could he would have knocked the emotion clone to next year. Instead he just pulled his hood down further. 'Fury,' Blitz said biting his lower lip in rage.
'Yes,' the emotion-clone said curiously wondering what his Alpha would want.
'I give you permission to beat the ever living shit out of Pervert,' Blitz said.
'Hey man, not cool,' the perverse emotion said getting nervous as Fury turned towards him.
'Hehe,' Fury chuckled evilly cracking his knuckles, 'I'll give you five seconds head start.'
Pervert paled before running away screaming like a little girl.
"Alright then," Robin said snapping the two Titans back to reality, "So we'll wash up and go for pizza then." He said dismissing the team so they could make themselves presentable for public.
At the pizza parlor the Titans were gathered around their usual table having the same argument that they have every time they go out to eat:
What do they get?
"Dude I'm not eating meat," Beast Boy cried out flipping the menu about. "I'm a vegetarian remember!"
"Come on man," Cyborg said waving his hands up and down, "nobody wants your nasty veggie pizza."
"I think we should get one mustard and mint frosting," Starfire said with a smile.
"Uh Starfire those are not pizza toppings remember," Robin said once again explaining what was a pizza topping and what wasn't.
"Can we just order already?" Raven sighed getting real annoyed by the childish augments that happen with every meal. On the plus side her emotion-clones have been very quiet since this morning, which was odd but she decided not to complain.
"You know this happens every time we go for pizza," Terra said her head propped on one of her hands and a straw in her mouth that she use to drink her soda.
"I know," Blitz said rubbing the bridge of his nose. The Titan had his hood up to hide his fox ears from the public. He already has enough problems with his female fans because of his appearance. Just last week one decided that Blitz needed a pair of female underwear, wet underwear. And no, it was not from water. The undergarment was disposed of quickly and properly, via Raven's magic. After making call to get a replacement for the table, that Raven destroyed in order to thoroughly removed the offensive clothing article, the mage talked to Cyborg about have all mail x-rayed from now on. Blitz on the other hand had an awkward conversation with Starfire on why someone would send used underwear to him. Terra had to peel Robin and Beast Boy from the wall that Raven and Blitz imbedded them into for making an unnecessary comment.
"We might as well as get an appetizer while we wait for them to decide to get four large pizza's, with everybody getting their own half," Blitz said as the bickering continued.
"What about the half of the fourth one?" Raven asked turning her attention away from the argument. Robin just finished explaining once again the difference in pizza toppings and condiments, and now he was trying to diffuse the escalating battle between meat and tofu.
Blitz shrugged his shoulders, "We'll make it a cheese," he said lazily as the waitress came to refill everybody's glass.
"Are you guys ready to order?" she asked as she refilled Blitz's glass. The Titan stared at the server with narrow eyes, like he was studying something intently. The waitress looked ordinary enough, her lithe frame was covered by the red and black uniform of the pizza parlor, and she had her blonde hair done up in a pony tail to keep any loose hair out of the food. But there was something about her that Blitz didn't like, something that put him off.
Raven could feel Blitzkrieg's uneasiness. She looked over to see him staring at the waitress. The mage felt a sickly feeling in her stomach. Did she feel jealous?
'Why the fuck is he looking at her, we are totally better looking than that tramp,' Jealousy growled.
Well that answered her question.
"I haven't seen you around here before," Blitz said to the waitress. Since this restaurant is one of the Titan's main hang out areas. Robin did a full background check on all employees to make sure that nobody had any connections to any and all villains.
"Oh I'm new," the red head said in a bubbly fashion, "I started working today. I was so nervous when I was told that I would be serving The Teen Titan." The waitress then giggled causing the non-arguing Titans to raise eyebrows.
"Well don't be," Blitz said relaxing a little bit, "We don't bite." The Kitsune host looked over to Beast Boy, "Well most of us. Any way we'll just have some cheesy bread for now." Blitz took a big gulp of his drink.
And clenched his chest in pain, "GAAHH!" he yelled out in pain before he cough up blood onto the table.
"BLITZ!" Raven called out gaining everybody's attention as Blitz fell to the ground his hood coming off in during the fall. The mage ran towards the fallen titan and helped him back up.
The Fox Titan glared at the waitress once his coughing fit died down enough for him to say, "What did you put in my drink?" he demanded he voice harsh and haggard. The fox host's skin was chalk white and his blood vessels were tuning black as the poison traveled through his blood stream.
The Titans turned to glare at the waitress all of them getting ready to take her down. The waitress backed up a scared look on her face. "Wait I didn't do anything honest!" she cried out tears falling from her face.
"Drop the act, you're not fooling anybody here" Blitz rasp as Raven held his head in her lap trying her best to heal the Titan, "Hunter."
"Hunter?" Raven asked pumping more power into her healing spell, but it was not enough.
Blitzkrieg was slowly dying.
"You remember when my clan was hunted down and nearly wiped out," Blitz felling into another coughing fit before pointing at the waitress. "That's why. An organization simply called The Hunters. Their mission is to hunt down and eliminate my kind."
"Save your strength," Raven whispered as she began healing him, she felt some of Blitz's life return to him, but not enough to put him out of danger. But just enough to spark a little hope in her, "We have to get him to the Tower I can't do anything here."
The waitress, who was wearing a fearful look, now held a disgusted glare pointed straight at Blitz. "I can't allow that," she said her bubbly nature swept aside and replace with a cold blooded killer. "We have no quarrel with you Titans," she said standing up, "But we can't allow that monster to live."
"WATCH WHO YOU CALL A MONSTER BITCH," Raven growled as her glow red like blood.
"Raven calm down this isn't going to help Blitz," Beast Boy said trying to soothe the half-demon. The mage snapped out of her anger and calm down just a little. Saving a little bit just in case the assassin decides to fight, which deep down she wish the assassin would.
Meanwhile the assassin watched with a raised eyebrow. She put her hand into her ear, "Rock get over here," the waitress/assassin spoke into a walkie-talkie earpiece, "Intel drop the ball, this one has an older spirit is going to take more time for the Fox Poison to take effect." She gave a glare at the Titan's who where reading for battle, "And that thing's friends are going to try and save it, we have to stall them long enough for it to die."
"STOP CALLING HIM AN IT," Starfire roared out tapping into her righteous fury as a green glow illuminated her eyes and hands, "HE'S HUMAN BEING."
The assassin looked at the Tamaranian with a scowl, "Not it's not it is a monster and just like all other monsters," a huge dark skin man wearing normal civilian attire appeared behind the woman, "It must be eliminated." The man glowed blue before his form changed and took on a dark grey rock appearance that looked similar to Cinderblock's only he looked more human than his counter part.
"Having problems Assassin?" Cinderblock look like, Rock, said his voice low and gravelly. "It shouldn't be too much trouble now," Rock said with a smirk, "It's already dead, all we have to do is wait."
Assassin also started glowing blue changing her uniform into a black full body suit, giving her a look showing that she is an expert on speed. "This is your last chance stand aside and let us deal with that thing," she said.
"TITAN'S GO," Robin yelled out as the Titan's charged the Hunter duo. "Raven Cyborg, get back to the Tower we'll deal with these two," Robin ordered as Rock slammed his foot down and collapse the outside dining area. Starfire grabbed Robin and flew away, while Terra commanded part of the roof to float her and Beast Boy out of there. Cyborg ran towards Raven who teleported a short distance away in order to protected her and Blitz from the collapsing eatery. "Raven lets go," the metal teen said as soon as he was within the acceptable distance.
"I told you already," the waitress turned assassin said appearing by the trio, "I can't let you do that." She glowed blue while her eyes had a ruby red glow to them. The female Hunter sped towards Cyborg at speeds that rivaled Flash and open-palmed him in chest sending him into a car. Assassin then spun around and kicked Raven way from the dying Kitsune host.
Placing a foot on Blitz's chest she called out to her partner, "Rock, hold these guys off," she kicked the down Titan, "this thing doesn't have long." As to prove her point Blitz started hacking up blood again, some of it landed on Assassin's boot. The speedster had a disgusted look on her face, "Keep you filthy blood to yourself, you disgusting monster," she growled out kicking Blitz into a nearby store's window.
"Blitz!" Raven yelled getting up and rushing towards the fox titan only to have her cloak to be grabbed by Assassin.
Assassin pulled and flung her to the rest of the Titan's who were battling Rock.
"We have to hurry," Robin said as he threw an explosive disk, "Blitz doesn't have much time."
Starfire pounded Rock's face with star-bolt enhanced fist. The rock-theme Hunter let out an amused chuckled as he took the hits like they were bug bites. Rock grabbed the Tamaranian and slammed her into the ground. "STARFIRE," Robin yelled charging forward pulling out his bo-staff. With a battle cry the Boy Wonder jumped in the air and swiped with all of his might delivering strikes left, right, up, and down on Rock's face. The Cinderblock look alike smirked as he snatches Robin out of the air and threw him into Beast Boy causing them to tumble down the street.
Rock turned his attention to the mage who was laying on the ground slowly getting up. "So you're supposed to the beast's squeeze huh?" he said walking towards the half-demon. "You probably had bedded monster already, so I'm going crush you in to paste just to be sure you don't pop any more of these things out," he said with an evil chuckle
"That's not part of our mission," Assassin chided not noticing the movement behind her.
Suddenly Rock found that he couldn't move he slowly turned his head to see Terra holding out her glowing hands. "Heh," Terra chuckled, "You're not so tough now are you?" she bragged covering up the fact that her powers were putting a massive strain on her body's endurance. Rock looked at the earth mover with a mild irritated look. With great effort he raised his hand and pointed a finger at Terra.
"You're pissing me off," he said before shooting a pebble size stone from his finger. Terra fearfully watched as the small stone travel towards her in high speeds. The geo-kinetic tried to control the projectile, but could only watch in horror, along with the rest of the Titans, as it pierced her chest spreading her blood everywhere.
"TTTEERRRAAAA," Beast Boy screamed out as he watched the blonde fall to the ground, her life fluids pooling around her. In an instate he was at her side applying pressure to the wound.
"Gar," Terra crocked out softly, "It hurts."
"It's okay Tara we'll get you to the tower and fix you right up," Beast Boy said tears falling down his face. This reminded too much of his parents death. There was nothing he could do to help, all he could do is sit back and watch. But not this time he'll do anything to protect his Tara. Once she was out of harm's way he'll show the bastard who did this to the love of his life and his best friend just how much of an animal he can be
"Damn bitch," Rock said moving towards the shell shocked mage, "She would still be alive if she hadn't interfered." The stone man stood over Raven casting a shadow over her.
Raven slowly turned to look up at the Hunter with shocked eyes, "Nothing personal," he said with a cold gaze pulling back his arm to turn the half demon into a smear on the ground, "It's just for the preservation of mankind." Rock brought his arm down and...
...was stopped.
Looking at his the end of his arm his widen in true fear.
At the end stood a glowing four-tailed Blitz holding his left arm up stopping the fist from crushing Raven. The Nine-tail fox Host looked at the stone-theme hunter with malice and fury. Rock looked to wear his partner, Assassin, was it to see that she was imbedded head first into a car window. Her body twitched as small sparks danced around her body. Rock snapped his neck back to Blitz, "Impossible," he stuttered, "you're not suppose to alive much less moving right now!"
Blitz didn't even bother to look up, "You will not harm her ever!" he said through the blood leaking out of his mouth. He yanked Rock's arm forward and, without holding back, punched the Hunter right in the chest. The force of the punch cracked and shattered the rocky exterior of Rock's amour, and nearly turned his insides to mush.
Expelling blood from his mouth Rock flew backwards and crashed into a nearby bus causing it to crumble morph around him. Thick red liquid began leaking through the cracks from the twisting metal tearing into his skin.
With labored breath Blitz stumbled forward to the bus intent on finishing the job. When he arrived he heard Rock chuckling. "What's so damn funny?" Robin demanded coming and standing next to Blitz, "Better yet tell me who sent you?"
Rock began laughing despite his life threatening injuries, "Weren't you paying attention before?" he asked. "It doesn't matter the mission was a success," Rock continued as Blitz spit a glob of blood and fell forward.
The Boy Wonder caught the falling Titan and eased him on his shoulders, "We'll deal with you later—NO!" Robin yelled out noticing that Rock was biting down on something, probably poison. His theory was proven correct when white foam came out of Rock's mouth; his body began convulsing until it was still forevermore.
"Robin we need to get Terra and Blitz to the T-Tower now!" Cyborg yelled leading a teary eyed blood stain Beast Boy, who was carrying Terra bloody body, towards Raven and Starfire. "Come on Robin."
Robin dashed forward towards Raven, carrying the poisoned Titan, and once he was within distance the mage teleported them to the Tower. They hope that they were in time to save the two critical wounded Titans.
In a nearby alley way a pair of masked eyes watched the entire fight from beginning to the end. The figure gave a light scoffed before pulling out a small communicator from his jeans.
"This is Agent B," the figure spoke with a southern accent, "Targets has been taken out," He said disappointingly.
"I doubt it," said a male voice from the other side of the communicator. Agent B rolled his eyes, "They'll get healed back at the Tower."
"Then we should move in and take them out," B said eagerly to spill some blood.
"No," the voice from the communicator cut in quickly, "the Titans will be on high alert now, it is best if we wait and gather strength before we make our move." B growled and spat on the ground. "Look, put your pathetic anger aside, and think about our organization," the voice spat, "we are suppose to keep everything according to the cannon. Don't worry, you'll be able to 'show him where he belongs on the food chain', but you have to wait for the right moment. And don't forget Terra is supposed to disappear for a while and I don't mean killed."
"I don't give a fuck about you cartoon and comic book geeks," B growled as his eyes glowed red, "I just want him dead."
"And he will just wait for now," the voice paused, "soon everything will just the way it should be."
It had been two hours since the Teen Titans came back from the city and immediately made their way to the Infirmary Room.
Starfire and Beast Boy stood outside the room waiting for any news.
Beast Boy sat on the ground his eyes not leaving his blood soaked gloves. Terra's blood. It had taken until Robin threatened to give him a sedative for him to leave Terra's side. He wanted to stay, he wanted to help, but he knew he'll be in the way. All he could do now was wait and pray for the best.
Starfire was leaning against the wall tears leaking out of her eyes as she cried silently. As a part of a warrior people she knew that death on the battlefield is only natural, but for her to witness it herself was one thing she wasn't ready yet. The Tamaranian sadness quickly grew to rage. Her dearest friend was defeated in the most cowardly way, not even her sister would stoop so low as to poison her enemies to win, maybe give herself a boost but never something so dishonorable. Now she wanted to make those people pay for what they done to Blitz and Terra, but for now she must wait for her friends conditions to be revealed.
In that moment Robin walked down the hallway. He had just given a report to JCPD on the incident, and unfortunately Assassin had managed to get away, but not before destroying all remains of Rock and anything that could give them a clue about them and The Hunters. The Boy Wonder also had to give a statement to the press who had massed themselves in front of the drive way of Titan's Tower wondering what the condition of Blitzkrieg and Terra was. He also asked, with much distaste, his mentor for help with the cure for the poison in Blitz's body, as well as any information on The Hunters. So far nothing has come up for both cases.
"How's their condition?" Robin asked softly to the duo outside of the Infirmary Room. Starfire and Beast Boy didn't answer, so he was going to ask again when the door opened up to show Cyborg cleaning his hands with a bloody rag.
Beast Boy shot up quickly, "How is she? Will she be alright?" he asked quickly shaking the metal teen.
"Beast Boy calm down," Cyborg said prying the green titan off of him.
"CLAM DOWN," the Changeling roared bearing his teeth in a feral frown, "TERRA BEEN HURT AND YOUR TELLING ME TO CALM DOWN!"
"Beast Boy!" Robin cut in and stood in front of him, "Look I know you're scared and shock, we all are, but shouting isn't going to help any of us right now." The Boy Wonder said gently. Beast Boy held his aggressive expression for a moment more before it soften to defeat.
"I'm sorry...it's just...I just," he stuttered not finding the right words.
"It's alright man," Cyborg said to his little green friend, "it was touch and go for a while, but," the metal teen paused taking a deep breath. Beast Boy faced sagged to the ground with his body, "she going to be alright." Cyborg finished everybody worry was wiped away and replaced with a more hopeful look. Maybe this nightmare was over, "She was lucky, if she hadn't move that rock and she would have died instantly."
"Can I see her?" Beast Boy said to which Cyborg nodded.
"Go ahead, but let her rest she going to need it to build her strength back up." The Kelly green Titan rushed inside the room without a second glance.
"What about Blitz?" Robin asked. The Titan was even worse condition than Terra, but with her they could treat. With Blitz well they can only do so much.
"He's-" Cyborg was cut off by Raven's screech.
"CYBORG!"
The metal teen dashed into the infirmary followed by Starfire and Robin. The sound of a flat line assaulted their ears. The trio looked over to see that the noise was coming from Blitz's heart monitor, Raven was standing over him a massive blue light illuminating from her hands. Without wasting a moment Cyborg was at their side with defibrillators in his hands.
"Stand aside Raven," he shouted rubbing the paddles and placing them on Blitz's bare chest. Cy looked at the defibrillators monitor and waited for to charge. When it turned green he yelled.
"CLEAR!"
Blitzkrieg's body jolted and clenched as the charged tried to restart his heart. Robin closed his eyes as Starfire buried her head into his shoulders. He knew if they couldn't restart Blitz's heart in three jolts then it was over.
Raven leaning against the wall trying her best to control the runoff magic. She had to make sure that she didn't accidentally destroy something that could save Sean's life. The mage watched as Cyborg turned up the charge on the defibrillator.
"CLEAR!"
The Titan's, sans Terra, watched as Blitzkriegs heart monitor beeped once or twice before flat lining again. The entire room began to shake as Raven's power began to go out of control. Windows cracked, lights exploded and shattered, reports and loose paper ripped and flew around.
"Come on man," Cyborg said getting another charge ready, "You gotta pull through this for Raven."
"CLEAR!"
Silence.
-Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep—
Everyone looked at the heart monitor and let out a sigh of relief as Blitz's heart stabilized. The room calmed down as Raven brought her magic back under control.
"That makes three times his heart stopped," Cyborg said placing the defib paddles away. "His body can't take the stress, the next time I won't be able to bring him back."
"What did that poison do to him?" Robin asked as he watched Raven went straight to Blitzkrieg's side. "I thought he could regenerate now?"
"That the thing," the cybernetic teen said pulling up a chair and sitting in it, "the poison is suppressing his abilities while turning his insides into a smoothie."
"Is there nothing we can do?" Starfire asked as she looked at Blitz's pale skin. She followed the black veins all the way down to the Kitsune's Host bare chest. The orange skin alien advert her eyes elsewhere realizing that she was doing the 'checking out'. Starfire chided herself for taking advantage of her friend's critical state.
Her eyes resumed their examination taking in the detail artwork of the tattoos that Blitz had on his chest and arm. No, not tattoos, they were a limiter and a seal, that is what the fox host called them.
Starfire remembered when Blitz explained the artworks on his body were. The dragon was a seal in order to lock away the curse so it could not control him again. As for the nine-tail fox on his chest, it was a limiter that was placed on him so he doesn't accidentally uses his full power on a weaker opponent or looses control over his powers. According to Blitz he can only do certain abilities and that sometimes he has to unlock a tail or two to use them. Like if he wanted to get faster he had to unlock a limiter, the more he unlocked the faster her gets. At least that is how he explained it.
"Unless you have the antidote," Cyborg said snapping Starfire out of train of thought, "the only thing we can do is pray that he can beat this," the metal titan said solemnly turning towards the critical Titan.
Starfire did her best to keep her mind on the situation, but she couldn't help but take in the detail of Blitzkrieg's muscular physic and body ink. The Tamaranian felt heat rushed her face while she fought the urge to run her fingers down Blitz's tone body. She had always thought that Blitz was good looking, even more so after he returned from his training. He seemed more, how could the alien put it? Mature?
Yes, he was defiantly more adult-like than the other male Titan's. True there were moments where he was childish and immature, but they were still teenagers so you can't expect perfection. Besides he knew when to set aside the childish acts and get serious. And unlike a certain Boy Wonder, Blitz didn't throw himself into his work, or was obsessed with catching a particular one-eye villain. Don't get her wrong Starfire really like Robin, but he put too much of himself into his work. And every time she wanted to do the 'hanging out' or to go out on one of those 'dates' that she read about her magazines. Robin would just brush her off and said that he had work to do or he had a lead on Slade. It was very frustrating for the Tamaranian. But unlike Robin, Blitz always went with her to the 'mall of shopping' and set time aside to help understand the 'English' and Earth's many customs, and he was the only Titan that could now hold his own against Starfire during training session he could even surpass her if he wanted to. Blitz was an excellent warrior and Starfire couldn't help but wonder if perhaps she should pursue Blitz as romantic interest. He would make a good husband and king.
Starfire looked at Raven who was holding Blitzkrieg's hand softly rubbing it. But could Starfire do that to her friend? Who she knew had feelings for him.
Speaking of the half-demon mage was going through everything that she knew about healing, but everything always ended up in a blank. Without knowing what the poison was made out of she couldn't cook up a counter unless she runs the risk of causing more harm than good.
'Trigon-damn it,' Raven thought bitterly, 'isn't there anything I can do.' The mage felt so helpless as she watched the only person that she had ever cared about withers away right in front of her.
'Raven' a voice croaked in Raven's head. She recognized the voice immediately.
'Light?'
'Go to…Sean's room and….' Light said breathlessly as it took great strain on her to talk and fight the poison at the same time. 'On his shelf there…. is a group of potions in small flasks…..grab the red one with…black stopper.'
'Is it a cure?' the mage asked standing up quickly catching everyone's attention.
'Yes,' Light croaked, her voice getting even weaker, 'now hurry…we don't have… much time.'
Raven quickly phased through the door and made a bee-line to Blitzkrieg's room ignoring the people crying her name. She phased through his door and entered his room. Not even wasting a minute to take in his new décor, Raven looked around and spotted the shelf that Light was talking about. Quickly the mage dashed over to it and looked for what matched Light's description. After an antagonizing minuet she spotted what she was looking for. Picking up a small flask with ruby liquid and a black cork sealing the continents, the mage double check to make sure that it was the right on.
'Red liquid with black stopper,' Raven thought to herself, 'I didn't think Blitz could do alchemy I wonder what else he can do now.' The mage shook her head, she didn't have time of this, and the mage put that question to the side for now. She would ask it another time, preferable when her friends were not in a life-or-death situation.
With flask in hand Raven glided towards the infirmary room with speed that would make Kid Flash blink in surprise. Arriving in the room the mage quickly went to Blitz's side, 'What do I do now?' she asked Light. When she didn't get a response she tried talking to the spirit again, 'Light?' she called out again.
Raven let out a sigh and pulled the cork with her teeth, 'I hope this works,' she thought while opening Blitz's mouth and pulling him into an upright position, "You better be grateful for this," she said to the comatose Titan as Raven began to blush. She down the liquid in the flask, "Raven what are you…" Robin trailed off as he watch Raven pulled Blitz's lips to hers allowing the mage to pour the contents down his throat.
Everyone had a mixture of shock and amazement on their faces. While Robin, Cyborg, and Beast Boy had dropped jaws, Starfire was unknowingly grinding her teeth, and Terra well she was still sleeping off the pain medication so she didn't see, but BB would make sure to tell her later.
Raven separated her lips with Blitzkrieg's wiping some of the medicine that had escaped their lips. Pulling up her hood to hide her face, Raven turned to glare at the shocked Titan, "If any of you speak a word of this to anyone I'll send you to another dimension," she threaten her eyes glowing white. The mage took a deep breath to calm down her emotion that were already going haywire because of the Sean was nearly killed but now...
'Yes finally we kiss,' Love squealed clapping her hands together quickly.
'You mean they kiss,' Logic cut in, 'We just watched it happen.'
'I wanna kiss him too,' Affection said placing a finger on her lips imagining what it would be like to kiss a certain foxy Titan.
'Does this even count?' Logic asked Knowledge who just shrugged her shoulders
'Well we had to get him to take the cure,' she said, 'It was an indirect kiss, so no I it doesn't count.'
'I don't give a shit I'm taking it,' Love snapped with fire in her eyes.
Raven let out a tired sigh as she fell down into the chair next to Blitz's bed.
"What did you give him?" Robin asked the mage being the first one to recover from the shock
"Whatever it was," Cyborg said looking at Blitzkrieg's vitals, "Its working, the poison is gone. His heart rate is climbing back to normal, and all of his damaged organs are now being repaired." Cyborg looked over to Raven who was doing her best to not fall asleep, "He should be fine in the morning now that his accelerated regeneration is back." The metal teen placed a hand on Raven's shoulder, "You should get some rest." Raven was about to protest but Cyborg cut in, "I'll let you know if something happens. Blitz would get mad if you didn't take care of yourself." Raven tried to argue but couldn't find a point to argue, so instead she nodded and headed towards her room.
Only when she closed her door did the day's activities hit her in full force. Deciding to postpone the shower until after she took her rest, Raven removed her cloak and plopped herself onto her bed. She was already asleep by the time her head hit the pillow.
"Alpha," Knowledge said shaking the prone form of Raven. Said mage opened her eyes to see that she was in Nevermore.
With a groan Raven stood up and looked at the yellow cloak emotion clone with a tired glare. "I'm trying to sleep you know," she growled wanting to be fully rested when she goes to watch over Blitz, "this had better be good."
"Your body is still resting so don't worry about that," Knowledge said adjusting her glasses knowing exactly why Raven didn't want to be disturb. "Besides this is very important it's about you and Sean."
Knowledge than began to hover over the ground and took off to an unnamed destination, Raven was right behind her. "Is everything alright?" Raven asked the emotion clone over the low flapping of their cloaks as they flew.
"In a way yes," Knowledge said, "Something came up this morning and we had to deal with and before we could tell you well…." The yellow emotion trailed off not wanting to mention that day's killer lunch. Yes all pun intended.
Raven nodded her head the event still oh so fresh in her mind. "So what is it?" she asked glancing to the side.
"We found a door which seems to lead to yours and Sean's mind-scape," Knowledge said causing Raven to nearly fall out of the sky from the lack of concentration.
"What make you say that, and how do you know that?" she asked righting herself back into place.
"Well, we found out when Happy brought Sean's Inner Child in here," Knowledge began explaining, "Lust found out and she made her way there, probably to fulfill a few of her perverse fantasies," she said with a small shudder at the mere thought, "with one or two of his aspects or emotion. Luckily we caught her before she could reach the door."
'Thank Azar' Raven thought to herself. She didn't need one of her emotion clones going into Sean's mind and rape his emotions.
'You can't rape the willing,' Lust communicated in Raven's head. The mage shook her head as Knowledge continued her explanation.
"We suspect that since Sean's clan bonds with people that a connection has formed between you two," She said as the duo came upon a cave with a human sized hole, "and since you both have such a unique mind both of you can use that connection and travel to and from each other's mind."
"We?" Raven said as her and Knowledge landed near the gathering of Raven's emotion clones.
"Logic and I got together with both Sean's Logic and Knowledge and discussed the possibilities and came up with a temporary course of action until you or Sean could come up with a more permeate solution," the yellow colored emotion clone said leading the way towards the cave.
When the duo came closer everyone parted aside to reveal that Lust, along with a neon pink cloaked figure, was tied up by some rope. Not Happy pink but bright neon freaking pink. Why Azar? Why her?
Confused at the appearance of a new emotion, and with a sigh Raven asked a question that she knew she wouldn't like the answer to, "Who is she?" she pointed to the neon color clone.
"Pervert,"Knowledge monotone clearly not enjoying the idea of another perverse emotion-clone joining their ranks in Nevermore.
The mage felt her face heating up, "Just what I need right now," Raven said also not liking the idea too terribly much.
"I call her Ero-Kara,"Happy giggled as hanged off of Affection's shoulders.
"Ero-Kara?" Raven asked raising eyebrow in confusion.
"It's Japanese for Pervert Raven," Knowledge explained, "Sean's Knowledge spent some time with us before he left and taught us a few things that we might need in order to understand Sean and his clan better, like Japanese."
"I see," Raven said softly soaking up the new information. Raven then felt an unfamiliar presence close to her, and was about to get ready to fight when a green clad figure landed in front of her in a bowed position.
"Sean's Bravery," Knowledge told her Alpha who nodded her head and relaxed.
"Madam Raven," Sean's Brave said not moving an inch from his posture. Raven raised an eyebrow at the formality. None of her emotions called her anything like that. "Light-sama request that you join her as she has something to discuss with you," S-Brave said keeping his formal tone.
"Did she say why?" Raven inquired her curiosity peaked as to why the spirit wished to talk to her. She got the feeling that Light didn't really like her too much. Which Raven could understand now since the Fox Spirit spent her entire life time fighting against demons and other evil spirits, and now she's working with an offspring of a powerful demon lord.
"She didn't say," S-Brave said pulling the mage out of her muse, "Light-sama only said that it was important and that you should come immediately."
Raven took a deep breath and said, "Alright lead the way." Raven's Brave spoke up, "Do you want some back up?" she asked.
The mage shook her head, "No thanks I'll be fine," she said before pointing at the two tied up emotion clones, "Beside somebody needs to watch them." With that taken care of Raven followed S-Brave into the cave.
"We must hurry Light-sama is waiting," S-Brave said jumping into the air and flew down into the lightly live tunnel. Raven was taken aback by the emotion-clone's flight ability.
"You can fly?" she asked the clone as she too took off leaving the ground behind.
"Yes," the green clone said. Raven flew besides Brave waiting for him to explain, but only received silence in return.
"You're not very talkative are you," Raven said sarcastically.
"No."
The rest of the journey passed without anything major happening or spoken. Soon the mage and emotion-clone found themselves overlooking a familiar onyx colored grass land. "This way," Sean's Brave said landing on the ground with a thud, flattening the grass beneath his feet.
Raven glided down and landed a bit more softly than her guide. Following the emotion-clone through the grassy field the mage took the time to admire the calm aura that radiates from the field. It wasn't long until Raven and Brave found themselves on a familiar black sandy beach. Raven recognized the path that they were taking which would lead them to Light's domain. Listening to the crashing waves Raven almost ran into Brave who had stop in front of a door way.
"We are here," Brave said opening the door for the mage. Raven gave Sean's bravery one last glance before entering the room.
Raven was met with the smell of burning lavender and a darken room. The only light was from the fire place that burned low.
"Who's there?" a voiced croaked from the chair that was setting in front of the fire.
"Raven," the mage spoke, "You said you wanted to see me."
"Sit," was Light's curt response. Raven walked deeper into the room once again amazed at the sheer volume of books that Light kept here. Pushing her book loving side of her to the back of her mind, Raven couldn't help but feel the negative emotions that were running off of Light. The empath could barely narrow down the monsoon of emotions that was emitting from the spirit. She felt rage, resentment, and most of all she felt hatred. Raven could not help but wondered to what or to whom those emotions were aimed at. The mage prepared mentally for anything that may come, as she sat onto the chair that rested in front of Light.
The fox spirit in question looked tired and exhausted with her furry parts ruffled like she had been in a fight. Light's breathing was hard and labored like a track runner on a hundred meter dash in the summer heat.
The duo sat there in the silence which was only broken by the sounds of Lights heavy breathing and the crackle of the fire.
"I despise you," Light said through narrow eyes if Raven was effected by that she didn't show it. She just sat there waiting for Light, "The only reason why I haven't killed you yet is because you've done a good job at suppressing you demonic side."
Raven gritted her teeth, "But that's not the only reason is it," she said he voice was a deadly whisper as the mage tried to numb her anger.
Light bared her fangs at the half-demon, "No," she spat. "What I hate about you the most is how close you are to Sean and how much you mean to him. I know that he would eventually find someone," the fox spirit shook her head. "but I personally prefer Starfire over you."
"Starfire?" Raven said with a raised eyebrow. The mage felt her stomach clench uncomfortably at the thought of the Tamaranian and the Host together.
"Yes, unlike you she is a warrior and her bright personality would do Sean some good," Light said sitting up straighter as her strength returned. "You on the other hand have had barely any type of training besides magic, you also are a half breed, and on top of that your dark."
"Is this why you brought me here," Raven said through gritted teeth as her anger began rising, "so you can tell me how much you hate me."
"No, the reason why I brought you here is because however I dislike it," Light began nearly yelling. "You are the one of the most closet person to him right now, besides myself, and you have the right to know. No you need to know just how vulnerable he is," She finished softly.
"Know what exactly?" the mage question.
"Exactly as I said," Light said her hands clenched in a fist as the dark memories of her host came back. "There was an incident in Sean's life that drove him over the edge and it nearly killed him." Raven eyes widen her normal stoic stance shattered at the revelation that there was a chance that she could have never met Sean. The mage wondered what could have happened to push the host too far, or what could have killed him.
"Come with me," Light said getting up her knees wobbly and bucked causing her to fall to the ground. Raven moved to help but was stopped when Light through her hand up stopping the mage. The spirit's pride refused to accept help from Raven, especially with the ties that the demonic mage had with her host.
Grabbing on to the chair Light hoisted herself up and leaned on it until she had her strength back. "Let's go," she said walking forward to a door that Raven had seen before when she first came here. "This room, The Room of Memory, holds all of Sean's worst memories," Light said her hand on the handle, "I keep them here so they do not plague his mind." Light chuckled sadly, "His mind is fragile enough as it is."
The spirit turned the door handle and pushed the door opened letting the bright light enveloped the otherwise dark room. Without so much of a sound Light walked into the room. Raven was hesitant but the desire to learn more about her fellow Titan out grew her fear of what she may find. Gathering her courage the half-breed followed the spirit through the door way. The door shut behind her with a quiet thud.
Raven stood there in the darkness that surrounded her complete betraying the light that escaped when Light opened the door. Suddenly there was a bright light, forcing the mage to close her eyes to block out the light that was threatening to blind her. When the brightness died down Raven and Light found themselves in somebody's bedroom. Using this time Raven studied the room.
It was pretty bland only having the necessities and a few luxury items like a small TV with DVD and VCR. The room was painted with a pale blue color giving the room a somewhat relaxing aura to it. Turning her head Raven found a set of DVDs setting on top of a dresser, and upon further investigation she found out that the covers where blank. Yet next to them there were other cases that fully displayed their content, confused Raven walked closer and studied the cases further. There were six in all and each on had the same blank cover on them. The mage wondered what was in them and moved to pick one up when her hand went through them.
'That's right,' the mage thought, 'this is just a memory I can't touch anything or change anything.' Raven then turned her attention to Light stared at her with a sidelong glance. Lights posture relaxed when Raven turned her attention away from the stack of DVD's, which struck half demon as odd and wondered what was in those cases that Light didn't what Raven to see.
The spirit turned her attention away from Raven who followed her gaze to the bed where there was a large cover lump on.
There was a small giggle coming from the bed as the lump squirmed, "Stop baby," a female voiced said giggling some more. The squirming on the bed became thrashing making the covers come off partially revealing the occupant or occupants.
The first one Raven could figure out immediately as a younger version of Sean, if Raven were to guess she would say that he was around fifteen, which was way before he met the Titans. If Duchess of Darkness didn't know any better she would have thought that the boy in front of her was a very flat chest girl with shoulder length black hair, which had very bad case of bed hair.
The second individual Raven did not recognize but it was defiantly a girl. The girl looked like she was a super model. She had short blonde hair with darken tips and bright green eyes that simple glowed in the light. The young woman an hourglass figure that would make any girl, and some grown women, absolutely green with jealousy.
And with the state of dress, or lack thereof, clearly pointed at what the couple was doing in the bed. Raven felt her heart drop seeing a naked Sean with someone else and not with her. She wanted to throw that woman out the bed and show her who Sean belong to. The mage violently shook her head to rid herself of such thoughts now is not the time for such things, yet anyways. That and she had to remind herself that this was just a memory and there was nothing that she could do to intervene no matter how much she wanted to.
"Her name is Ashley," Light growled and looking closely enough Raven could see that she was trembling with rage. The mage wondered just what this girl did to earn the Nine-tail Fox's fury. "They were together for two years," Light continued as the girl, Ashley got out of the bed and began searching for her clothes.
"Hey you're going to the party tonight right?" she asked Sean who was reaching for his tossed underwear the blanket barely covering his private parts.
'Come just a little more to the left,' Raven heard Lust saying.
-WHAM-
The sound of Lust getting hit by something echoed through her head. 'Sorry about that Alpha she got loose but everything is under control now,' Knowledge reassured.
"Yea," Sean said slipping on a pair of jeans before walking towards Ashley who was only wearing a t-shirt. Sean wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled the girl towards him kissing the crook of her neck. Sean's left arms then began snaking upwards to massage Ashley's chest. "Mmm down boy," she chastised lightly pulling away, "If we are going to the party we have to get ready."
The scene burled and morphed until it showed the duo the outside of a massive house that was clearly having a party inside. There were people everywhere most of them red plastic cups or bottles covering in brown lunch bags in their hands, some even had cigarettes or other such items. Raven could clearly tell that this was not a party that children should be throwing. "Where are the parents?" Raven mumbled not believing that adults would allow their children to behave like this.
"Who do you think got them the booze and drugs?" Light said looking at the mage. Raven was shocked to say the least.
'This is the kind of environment that Sean grew up in,' Raven thought to herself as she watched the party goers drink and smoke away. The mage even caught some kids passing around a small bag filled with white powder. Light then pointed with her head to a car that was pulling up. Raven turned to see Sean and Ashley get out and headed towards the party. This shocked Raven even further...
"Before you make any assumptions," Light cut in before Raven's mind could go further, "looked at him closely."
Raven did so and she saw that Sean was clearly uncomfortable being in a place like this. "He always hated going to these parties," Light said walking next to the mage, "they were always filled with drinking, smoking, and sex."
"Then why did he go to these things if he disliked them so much," Raven inquired although she had a good guess as to why.
"Her," Light growled glaring daggers at the young woman who was dragging Sean towards the house.
"Um are you sure about this?" Sean asked looking around seeing all of intoxicated teens, "We could always go back to my place," he suggested hopefully.
Ashley giggled as she took two cups that were offered to her by a well muscled male with bronze skin that was covered in skin tight clothes that showed off his well toned body. Sean was too busy looking around so he didn't see the guy leered at his girlfriend nor did he see the sultry wink that she threw back. "Come on," she said holding out a cup to Sean who turned his attention back at Ashley, "I heard that tonight is going to be a night to remember."
Sean stared at the cup with a neutral gaze before grudgingly taking it. "There you go," Ashley said kissing him on lips getting a few hoots and wolf whistles. Taking a step back Raven could see that Sean was smiling, not the fake smiles that he throws around to everybody, but a smile filled with a true happiness. She had only seen this kind of smile from him once before and that was when he came back from his training.
The scene changed again this time Sean was leaning against the counter still holding his cup of filled with beer. Swirling the cup around Sean stared at the now flat drink. Raven watched as Sean looked around at everybody partying and getting wasted by the second. The mage couldn't help but notice that everybody would caste a glance at her fellow Titan, what unsettled her was kind of glance they were throwing at him. It was like that had something planed that included him, and every time he would look up and catch one of them looking at him they would just wave and Sean would nod in returned holding up his cup.
'Something up,' Raven thought casting a glance to Light who was clenching and unclenching her hands. It looked like the spirit was doing everything in her power to control her emotions. 'Something bad about to happen,' the mage deduced, 'As long I have known Light, she has never been this up set.'
"Whatcha doing," a lusty voice said snapping Raven out of her investigation. She saw that a busty blonde swaying towards Sean barely keeping herself up.
"Nothing Tina," Sean said rolling his eyes as Tina wrapped her arms around his neck. When she tried to give him a kiss Sean leaned back and set his cup down on the counter, "I think somebody has had a little too much to drink tonight."
Tina pouted drunkenly showing that she had a least a few cups in her already, "Come on the party just getting started!" she exclaimed reaching for Sean's abandoned beer. Sean let out a sigh as Tina downed the entire cup, "You need to loosen up this whole party is for you man."
Raven got a sick feeling in her stomach when Sean's eye brow rose, "What do you mean?" he asked confusingly.
"Shhh," Tina voice was slightly slurred from the alcohol that she had consumed, "don't tell anybody that I told you but, tonight we will revealed a plan that we made two years ago. Just. For. You." Tina said tapping Sean's chest with one of her thin fingers.
Sean crossed his arms and leaned against the counter, "Oh and what plan is that?" he asked with an amused tone.
"Simple we wanted to break you," the blonde stated like it was a simple fact.
"What?!" Sean said confusion rising from him. Raven heard Light whimpered a bit, "Are you okay?" she asked the spirit.
"I'm fine," she snapped harshly.
"Oh yea everybody is in on it, even Ashley," Tina said causing the people around her, including Raven and Light, to turn towards her. Everyone, sans the visiting duo, began chuckling. "You see wanted to let you know that you're a fucking nobody. Nobody cares about you, nobody ever will, your just pathetic trash," the girl continued arrogance dripping from her mouth like a waterfall. "Although it does provide such good amusement, watching you go around acting like your one of us," Tina chuckled evilly, "All the while not knowing our true feelings about you." The blonde gave a mock sigh, "Ashley did take pleasure at going behind your back and having a real man to satisfy her needs."
Now the entire party was watching the confrontation with smiles and giggles, a few even hollered a few positive remakes like:
"Show that fucker where he belongs," ...And... "You tell'em girl."
Sean let clenched his teeth, "I don't believe you," he growled causing a few people to taunt and mock him. Tina just shrugged her shoulders, "Well you don't need to, just go up stairs and follow the noise."
Sean glared at Tina who just laughed as he made his way up the stairs Raven and Light following him. As the trio ascended they hear could hear a faint noise. When Raven got closer she was able to deduce what the sound was a little better. She watched as Sean made his way down the hallway. The Titan could make out the sounds of a squeaking bed and moaning. Raven pieced together all of the clues just as Sean spotted an open door at the end of the hall where the noise seemed to be coming from.
"Oh no," Raven gasp when Sean stood in the door way watching what was happening in the room in front of him. Against her better judgment Raven stood by Sean while Light trembled with barely contained anger and sadness. In the room Raven saw that Sean's naked girlfriend, Ashley, riding the boy that had giving the couple their drink at the start of the party.
Ashley turned her head and smiled at Sean.
"Why?" he asked lips trembling with sadness.
"Aw baby don't be upset how do you think I feel," Ashley moaned while increasing the tempo of her ride, "I had to date your sorry ass for two years. Fuck! Damn this so good," she cried out as she climaxed.
"So everything was a lie then," Sean whispered as tears began to fall.
"Fuck yea it was why would I want to date a little boy who still watches cartoons when I can have a real man," Ashley gasp as the boy she was having intercourse with flip her over and started pounding her from behind. "But then again I guess I can't blame you, FUCK YES," she yelled as the boy picked up speed, "The only girl you're going to be with are those 2-D ones. People like you shouldn't really spread your genes around anyway. The world would be a better place without trashes like you anyway." The boy grunted as he slammed himself harder into Ashley just as he released inside her.
Raven looked up and saw the shattered look on Sean's face. The mage felt her heart break, but her sadness turned to rage. How anyone could do something like this to him, she couldn't think of any reason why Sean deserves something like this. The mage was about to asked Light but then she noticed that Sean eye's became fox like slits for a moment before reverting back to their human form.
"I tried to warn him about her, I told him that he couldn't trust her that something was up," Light mumbled as she sank to the ground, "But he didn't listen to me." Raven tore her eyes away from the horrid scene in front of her to look at the nine-tail fox, "And what's worse was that I actually began thinking that I was wrong and that maybe finally he found someone to make him happy," Light growled her canines showing.
Now Raven understood Sean's mistrust that he had when the Teen Titans first formed, and why he always kept his distance. He didn't want to get hurt again and his ability to trust was destroyed by this event. The mage couldn't think of anybody who could go through the kind of hardships and yet still walk away with his sanity intact. Raven also understood why Light is so protective Sean's heart and why she wanted Starfire to the one that was close to him. The positive energy the girl gave off could mend any broken soul, not the darkness that Raven spouted.
Then again it could because of that darkness that attracted the raven and fox together. Like two lost soul comforting each other in the dark abyss of pain and loneliness.
"It gets worse doesn't it," Raven stated to which Light nodded as her eyes became wet as tears threaten to fall. There was a flash of lights as people began taking pictures of the look of Sean's face before he darted past the laughing and jeering people.
The scene shifted again this time Raven and Light saw that Sean was sitting in his bed room. At least what was left of it. It seemed that a bomb went off as nearly everything was broken and scattered across the room the walls had holes in them. Even the door and windows didn't survived Sean's fury as they lay in several pieces all over the place.
Right now Sean was sitting on the ground his eye red and puffy. Raven watched as he picked up a particularly large and jagged piece of glass. Staring at it with a straight face he spoke softly, "I guess they were right. I am a nobody."
Raven eyes went wide as Sean brought the piece of glass to his wrist...
"NOOOOOO," Light cried out making the scene ended the flashback and throwing the duo back into the spirit's domain. Raven landed on her back next to Light who curled up into a ball, and began whimpering and sobbing.
"I figured those cuts on his arms didn't come from a cat," Raven muttered sitting up while remembering the four scars on Sean's wrist from all the times she had to heal his hands for when he over used his power. Of course this was before he got his advance training and unlocked his abilities, now he didn't need to be healed by her unless it was something major. But now it all made since. The mage tried her best to control her anger that was building inside of her, she began fighting the demonic side of her that wanted to slaughter these people for what they did to Sean. Thanks to them he couldn't live a normal life knowing the love he should have had, the life she wanted.
The mage couldn't help but notice the similarities that she shared with Sean. She too was alienated in Azarath because of what she was or rather what she will become. Although nobody did anything like this to her, but then again they really couldn't because of her unstable powers. Raven couldn't even hug her mother or form any attachment in fear of her powers going out of control and releasing Trigon's influence on to them. It was no wonder that the two connected so easily, they both wanted the same thing that they didn't get as children and teenagers.
Raven turned her head towards Light and asked, "What happened afterwards?"
"He," Light choked, "He was found by his sister who came home and was immediately rushed to a hospital." Light took a deep breath before sitting up and wiping a few tears from her eyes, "Afterwards he was admitted to a different hospital until he was better."
Raven knew too well what kind of hospital Sean was sent to, but something was still bothering her. "What about the bastards at the party," Raven cursed at the vile insects that were not even worth being called humans, "what happened to them."
"Nothing," Light said through clenched teeth at the very thought of those things walking free.
"What," Raven hissed as she stood up and walked in front of the fox spirit.
"Sean told the police what happen but they couldn't, more like they wouldn't, do anything about it," Light said mournfully with a hint of malice.
Raven moved to the chair next to Lights and sat down. "Surely the drugs alone would have done something," Raven said incredulously, appalled at the mere thought of the things getting away with something like this.
Light let out a hallow laugh, "The cops won't do anything to those kids since their parents were well known in that small town." Light got up, walked over to her chair, and sat. Letting loose a sigh she spoke, "That place is run by the good old boys and that kid who put the party together is the son of one of the said GOB."
Raven shook her head not able to fully wrap her head around this.
Seeing the mage's expression the spirit spoke up, "It's the deep south honey," Light said, "that's what that place is all about; old men refusing to let go of the past."
"What's the point in all this," Raven asked, "Why did you show me that?"
Light was quiet for a moment before she spoke, "Like I said before right now you are the closest person to him," her voice was full of distaste, "I showed you that just so you know how fragile he is." And at speeds that very rival Flash Light was right on top of Raven with a hand wrapped around her throat, but not enough to cut off her supply of air. With shocked filled eyes the mage listen to what the nine-tail fox had to say, "And let me one thing clear to you right now demon spawn if you ever hurt him I will kill you. Slowly. Painfully." As to prove her point Raven felt Lights nail grown into claws and prick her ashen skin, "Do I make myself clear?"
"Krystal," Raven monotone staring straight into Light's blue eyes. Light removed her hand and walked back to her chair.
"Good," she said sitting back down and gazing into the fire place. "Now get out," she demanded indicating that the meeting is over.
Raven got up and head towards the door, but before she exited the room she turned towards Light who had not looked away from the crackling fire that sat before her. "I doubt that this means anything to you, but I'm sorry, and thank you for helping me understand Sean a little bit better," Raven said. "I promise that I will never hurt him like they did."
"I don't want your pity and you can keep you thanks," Light snapped before she softens a bit, "but thank you all the same." Raven gave a small nod before exiting the room.
Meanwhile in the Ops room Beast Boy sat on the couch just channel surfing not really taking in what was on the TV. The other Titans had already gone to bed but the green boy couldn't sleep. It's not like he wasn't tired, but he couldn't sleep with his thoughts keeping drifting back to Terra.
Beast Boy felt someone sat next to him on the couch but he didn't bother looking or even acknowledging him or her. "So anything good on," a tired voice croaked beside him. Beast Boy snapped his head to the other occupant.
"Terra!" Beast Boy exclaimed wrapping his arms around the geo-kinetic. Terra let out a hiss as her wounds were still healing. Noticing the discomfort that he was causing Beast Boy backed up quickly and began freaking out waving his arms around, "Gaahh I'm sorry!"
"It's alright Gar," Terra said leaning back into the couch, "So what happened?" she asked talking about the two the attackers that they faced this afternoon. Beast Boy then began explaining what had transpired while she was out of it.
"And then Raven kisses him giving him the medicine making him better," Beast Boy said finishing the story.
Terra giggled, "No way I can't believe I missed that."
"Well don't mention it to Raven or she'll flip," Beast Boy chuckled before he turned serious. "I thought I lost you," he said softly closing his eyes and looking down in shame. The blonde Titan brought her hand up and placed it on the changeling's cheek which surprising was soft despite Terra's living style. "Garfield," she said softly bringing Beast Boy's head to look at her, "its okay I'm not going anywhere."
Beast Boy opened his emerald eyes and stared into Terra sapphire blues. "I promise you Terra I'll get stronger so that I can always protect," he promised tracing his own hand down Terra's face. "Well then," Terra said etching closer to Beast Boy, "I guess I'll have to get stronger as well, because I refuse to the damsel in distress."
The Titans wrapped themselves in each other's arms. "Gar," Terra whispered as Beast Boy pulled her close just as he whispered, "Tara." The duo pulled themselves together and locked their lips pouring all of their love into a single act. To them there was no outside world right now at this very moment it was only them. The couple didn't know how long they stayed together, but that didn't matter to them, they were too busy enjoying themselves.
When Beast Boy and Terra finally separated they were both breathing heavily trying to get back the lost air. "Wow," Terra breathed, "your good."
"You weren't too bad yourself baby," Beast Boy said wagging his eyebrows. "You should get to bed," he said as Terra leaned on him.
"He's right," Blitz said behind them.
"Gahh," Beast Boy screamed shooting straight into the air like a rocked and landed on the other side of the coffee table.
"Anyway," Blitz began looking at Terra, "What are you doing up? I'm pretty sure you don't have a regenerate ability like myself," he said to a flustered Terra. The fox host watch in amusement as Terra tried to explain herself.
"Don't worry about it," Blitz said before tossing her one of his energy bars. "Eat that before you go to bed it will help regain you energy back." Terra took the bar and muttered her thanks. "Beast Boy once you peeled yourself off the ground why don't you escort Terra to her room," Blitz said to the changeling.
Beast Boy nodded his head and helped Terra up who was still a little weak, which made everybody wonder how the girl managed to make her way to the infirmary to the Ops room. Helping the wounded girl out the room Beast Boy stopped when Blitz called his name, "BB."
The Kelly green Titan turned his head towards Blitz who was sporting a mischievous smile that really enhanced his fox like appearance. "Don't do anything I wouldn't do lover boy," he cooed making Beast Boy and Terra blushed as they exited the room with the utmost haste.
Once the duo left Blitz turned around and vaulted over the couch. As soon as he landed Blitz stretched out and got comfortable. Resting his head on the couches cushions Blitz used his tail to pick up the down remote and placed it in his hands. Despite is outward appearance Blitz was very tired from repairing his damaged body, which was no easy task even to the most powerful Kitsune Host.
'You should be sleeping,' Light said to Blitz through their link.
'I know,' Blitz said flicking through the different channels, 'I just had to make sure that Terra got back to bed, she isn't built like us.' The host smiled remembering walking in on each other kissing. He was glad that his friends cared each other that deeply. Kami knows they both need it.
'You had me scared there for a while,' Light said softly and Blitz could feel her worry and sadness.
'I know I'm sorry,' he apologized to his resident spirit.
'Don't be,' she returned before sinking into silence. After a while she asked, 'Do you know about the connection between you and Raven's mind?'
'Yes, Knowledge explained it to me,' Blitz said finding something on the TV and setting down the remote. 'Do you have any ideas?' he asked.
'No something like this is unheard of even between bonded couples,' Light said confusion thick in her voice but there was also curiosity as well. 'Although if I had to make a guess it's because the uniqueness of both of your minds,' she deduced.
Remembering feeling something before Blitz asked, 'Was Raven in my mind?' he wanted to catch the spirit off guard in hopes of getting the truth. Light had a nasty habit of avoiding anything to do with Raven unless she used it to rile him up.
'Yes, I called her,' Light said surprising her host with her upfront honesty.
'Why,' Blitz pressed for more information.
'I had to tell her something,' she said shortly indicating that she wasn't going to go into detail.
With a sigh Blitz narrowed his eyes as Light quickly changed the subject, 'Look I know you like her but you have to be careful I don't want you to end up like last time.' Light's tone was stern yet soft like a concern parent.
Absent minded Sean ran his hand over his left wrist where the scars were, 'I won't because I know that Rachel is not like that,' he said determinedly, he heard Light give her own frustrated sigh.
'Don't forget she half demon,' she said through grit teeth.
'As far as I'm concern she just as human as Robin and you've seen it yourself she is nothing like her father,' Blitz retorted sharply
'I don't want to talk about this now,' Light said taking a deep breath, 'we need to get some rest.'
'Fine we'll stop for now,' Blitz said rolling his eyes as he turned his jacket into a make shift blanket too tired to get up and go to bed. Giving in to his body need for sleep Blitz closed his eyes and entered sandman land not knowing that things were just about to get even crazier in the morning.
So what did you guys think?
I know what I think. This is pretty fucked up especially that flashback. I don't know where it came from, but once I started I couldn't stop. Also sorry about the ending there I kind of rushed it, but I thought you guys might want to know where the other Titans are in their relationships. As for the bit about Starfire showing interest in our hero let tell you now before you start throwing flames at me. The reason why I put that there is just in case I want to add a bit of a love triangle or potential plot, not sure if I am or not but I thought I would put that there in case I do.
I decided to give you guys a warning of sorts with this chapter. One this story will earn it's M rating, and two there will be death there may even be character(s) death although I don't know who or when. Don't worry there will still be the humor that you saw or read before so don't worry about that. I just thought I would let you guys know ahead of time so you don't freak out to much.
Anyway love it or hate it that how its going to be, so I wonder whats going to happen next.
Don't forget to leave a Review.
