Introduction [Somewhere Else]

The triple goddess observes….

After Generation's passage, Healing and Unification at last begins for Britannia. Cooperation and Toleration sprout forth from barren soil. Mutual Necessity drive Negotiations. Mortal Rulers look to Counterparts and Neighbors for Alliances. Their aims lead to Direct and Indirect Implications. After all, what one views as Flower, another sees as Weed.

Britannia after the hostilities between Camelot and Queen Morgana Pendragon had ceased proved a case in point. Uther Pendragon's cankers in my worldly garden lost hold. Opposition to Uther Pendragon's stifling measures unified in greater and greater numbers. Extremes smoothed over between neighboring allies. Rather, all began to realize that they had roles in the Greater Good. Purpose's blinders couldn't block out this particular light and warmth. Accolon of Tintagel, Guinevere of Camelot and Mithian of Nemeth played their roles with their respective spouses. Even Nimue humbled herself before Service's call. Anger's Fire cooled before Temperance's breeze. Pride gave way to Humility. Others' views came before Single Minded Goals.

Solstice offers such a meeting of the minds. Other than Arthur Pendragon, everyone else seeks Peace. Perhaps that is why Influence slides to the West and Southeast rather than remaining in Camelot. Rodor seeks co-existence and consolidation. Perhaps that is why Traditionally Insular Powers such as the Amazons look to Nemeth rather than Camelot. Celebration looks to Whitgate for the first time in generations. Negotiations for Sorcerer's Code come to the fore. Understanding and Revelry might achieve what Fighting and Stubbornness could not.

At least we can hope for such things…
