51 years of life, decades of service as one of the most prominent and feared death eaters, 14 years spent in azkaban, an abusive upbringing, indentured servitude to the ministry, working under Harry Potter, marrying a muggleborn, these were all notable moments in Bellatrix Black's life however the past eleven weeks had been the worst form of torture she could ever had envisioned for herself. Well not all eleven weeks because for awhile there she didn't even know she was pregnant but as soon as she was made aware, it was like a light bulb went off and all of those dreaded pregnancy symptoms hit her like a speeding newborn hippogriff. "Why me?" came the muffled question one evening while the pair had been getting ready for bed. "I thought morning sickness was meant to be had in the morning. Both of its mothers were the smartest witches of their respective ages. I surely would expect this fetus to know the difference between morning and night." Bella hung her head back into the bowl and expelled more of her stomach's contents.

"Please, don't call our baby it," Hermione came up behind her wife and tied her curls back with a hair band. "I think morning sickness is just what it's called but it can happen anytime throughout the course of the day."

Bella sat back against the cold wall opposite the toilet and wiped her mouth on the back of her hand, "brilliant." She brought her knees up to her chest and rested her head against the tiles.

Hermione walked over and draped a cold washcloth against the back of Bella's neck. "One more week left of the first trimester."

"And this is good news?"

"Well," Hermione tried to sound as cheerful as possible. "The chance of morning sickness decreases dramatically after the mother enters the second trimester."

"So else what happens in the second phase of hell?"

Hermione rolled her eyes at Bella's lack of tact when talking about her pregnancy, "quite a few things, actually. Have you not read that pregnancy book I bought you?"

Bella glared at her wife. Normally she appreciated every little thing Hermione gifted her but her patience has been worn thin the past few weeks. "Forgive me but with all the nausea I haven't had time. Enlighten me, please."

"You should start to feel the baby moving in the next trimester. Your appetite should come back. You may," Hermione thought for a moment of the best way to say it, "you may become hornier than usual."

"Horny you say?" Bella perked up a little. "That's a side effect I may be willing to cope with."

Hermione rolled her eyes, "of course it is," she chuckled. "Are you feeling better?"

"Yes. Quite," Bella slowly stood up, "I think Junior has expelled everything from my stomach for one days time." She walked over to the sink, washed her face and brushed her teeth. "I'm exhausted."

"Well you are growing an entire other person inside of you."

Bella grimaced, "ew. Don't say it like that."

"Well you are," Hermione huffed as she pulled back the duvet on Bella's side, getting the bed ready for her wife.

"I know," Bella sat down on the bed where Hermione had pulled back the covers. "But that doesn't mean I need a reminder of how everything is working in there."

"Insufferable," Hermione sighed as she walked over to her side of the bed.

Bella had moved under the covers and was propped up against the headboard. She was wearing her glasses and reading a muggle

horror book that Jack had lent to her. She felt her wife staring at her, "why are you looking at me like that?"

"I have something to tell you and I'm not sure you are going to be too keen on it."

Bella put her book down and looked over the top of her glasses, "well let's have it then."

Hermione looked over at her wife, her ears turning pink because she was nervous and also because the way she was looking over the top of her glasses was stirring some feelings that she needed to suppress, "we are having dinner with my parents tomorrow night."

"No," Bella put her book on the side table and crossed her arms.

"Bella," it came out whinier than she intended. "I want to tell them about the pregnancy."

"We decided that we weren't going to tell anyone until after this thing comes out of me."

"No we didn't, Bella." Hermione sighed. "That was a ridiculous suggestion you made that I never agreed to. Your sisters know."

"Because they just so happened to be here when we figured it out."

"My parents will be so excited though. I promise," Hermione climbed in the bed and snuggled up next to her wife, nuzzling into her neck. She softly rested her hand on Bella's belly. There was no visible bump yet but it didn't stop the gesture from occurring every night. "I won't ask to tell anyone else and we can tell people when you are comfortable with it if we can just tell my parents tomorrow. Please. It means so much to me."

Bella let her head fall back against the headboard and she laced her fingers together with Hermione's on her stomach. "Fine," she kissed the top of her head. "Only Jack and Katherine. And maybe Grandma Granger but that's it. Nobody else finds out until I'm ready to tell people."

Bella didn't have to see Hermione to know she was sporting her brightest smile, "deal."

"So," Bella snuggled down into the bed pulling Hermione down with her. "Tell me more about the second trimester."

The following morning Bella woke up feeling slightly queasy but also anxious for the events of the day to play out. She had a quick pep talk with her baby reminding her that since she got sick last night, the baby was to be respectful of her body during the course of the day. "Please, for the love of Merlin, don't fuck me over today, Junior." She looked herself over in the mirror. She hadn't grown a baby bump yet but she noticed herself going soft around the abdomen and her hips looked a little larger. She had refused to switch clothes though and still wore her skirts or dresses and opted for flowier shirts and only wore corsets on the days she would be at the ministry though she removed them as soon as she closed her door so as to not upset Junior. The little demon spawn didn't need much of an excuse to make her sick and she was trying to appease the small being so she wouldn't get sold out at work yet. The last thing she wanted was for people to know she was pregnant. She had always been a proud witch and she wasn't exactly loving the way she looked in the mirror these days though Hermione told her she was just being silly.

"Do you think she'll remember anything?" Bella asked her wife as she magically applied her usual dark makeup. Today was the long awaited day that they were going to wake up Kate. The doctors had finally decided that her lung had repaired itself enough that they could take the trachea out and bring her out of her medically induced coma. Of course, Kate could wake up with amnesia and no memory of what happened that day in Diagon.

"No matter the outcome, the main priority is making sure Kate is fine," Hermione came out of the bathroom, fastening her dress pants and checking over her appearance in the mirror.

"Speak for yourself, pet," Bella scoffed. "Kate will

be lucky if I don't murder her for her stunt. She had one job. I made the rules very clear."

"And when she wakes up, you'll be right there to tell her all the reasons why you are never wrong."

"That's right," Bella nodded, turning to look at her wife. She walked over to Hermione and kissed the corner of her mouth. "Too beautiful for work as always, Minister."

"Mmm," Hermione wrapped her arms around Bella's neck, scraping her nails along the hairs at the back of her neck. "You are the beautiful one," she leaned in and kissed along Bella's jaw line.

Bella's breathing picked up slightly. She hadn't been feeling very sexy lately but her wife alway knew the exact things to say and do to get her worked up, "always before work," she chuckled, spinning them around so Hermione's back was against the mirror. She kissed her softly, running her hands down her sides, stopping at her hips, squeezing slightly. Bella hooked Hermione's right leg on her hip and leaned in, kissing down her throat when her stomach had other plans, announcing her hunger loudly during a well placed kiss to Hermione's pulse point. The two women shared a breathless laugh before Bella relented and put her forehead on her wife's shoulder. "Junior's hungry. Though I don't know why I bother, everything I eat today will end up in the toilet tonight."

Hermione tucked her finger under Bella's chin and lifted her head to meet dark orbs, "one more week."

"Yes," Bella had a slight grimace that she didn't think Hermione picked up on.

"What's wrong, love?"

"Nothing," Bella tried to look away but Hermione held her chin between her thumb and forefinger. She dramatically sighed, "nothing. You'd just think that with all this throwing up I've been doing that I wouldn't be getting fat."

Hermione's heart broke for her wife. She knew Bella would have trouble with the weight gain on top of her age so she just tried her best to reassure her even if she wasn't convinced it worked. "Listen to me, Mrs. Black. You are the sexiest witch I've ever laid eyes on and I will find you just as sexy and alluring when you are nine months pregnant. You are perfect in my eyes and nothing will change that."

"No need to humor me, love," Bella spoke in a soft voice, too shy to look her wife in the eyes.

"It's not humoring you if it's facts," Hermione kissed Bella softly. "You are perfect."

Bella's lips finally turned up in a small smirk, "perfect?"

"Yes," Hermione nodded. "Perfect and my word is final."

"Who am I to argue with the minister?" She leaned in and placed a lasting kiss that made Hermione's knees weaken.

"Because you'd never argue with the minister," Hermione said when Bella pulled away.

"What can I say? I'm a true humanitarian. Also," she added, turning and heading towards the door after grabbing her corset. "Can I help it if you are the first minister that I've ever respected?"

"I can't argue with that," Hermione laughed, following her wife down the stairs and into the kitchen.

"Good morning, Mummy," Andy said as a way of greeting her sister as she looked up from her coffee with a smirk.

"Can I kill her today?"

"No," Hermione shook her head, "not today. Maybe tomorrow."

"Well fuck," Bella said taking a seat at the table and thanking Winky for bringing her plate of food and tea.

"Unfortunately I don't think tomorrow is in the books either," Andy said, taking a sip from her tea. She patted a teary-eyed Teddy on his hands.

"What's wrong little man?" Bella softened her voice talking to her nephew. When he opened his mouth to start talking, he just started crying again.

"Something has come up," Andy grimaced. "And it's a sensitive subject to some of us," she eyed her grandson.

"What is it?" Hermione asked, pouring some milk into her tea.

"Well, as we all are aware, Hogwarts is going to be back in session in two weeks."

"Well spotted," Bella said, shoveling a forkful of eggs into her mouth.

"And," Andy said, rolling her eyes at her sister, "Poppy agreed to letting the muggle doctors make rounds weekly at Hogwarts."

"What does this have to do with you, Andy?"

"It seems Poppy isn't adjusting as well or as quickly as we had all hoped."

Bella cackled, "it's not like I didn't see it coming but of course nobody ever asks me for my opinion."

"Well you usually do us the courtesy of asserting your opinion where it isn't wanted," Andy shrugged.

"So it's a trait that runs in the family," Hermione scoffed, taking a sip from her drink. "Go on with your story, Andy."

"Minnie has requested the assistance of some of the St. Mungo staff to be stationed at Hogwarts in order to help facilitate an easier transition for both the muggles and for Poppy. She personally asked for me and Aviya to go stay at Hogwarts for the foreseeable future to help the initiative," she sighed. "You know I can't say no to Minerva."

"That also runs in the family," Bella took another bite. "What about?" She nodded towards Teddy.

"Well," Andy looked hopeful at Hermione. "I was hoping that between you two, Harry and Narcissa, he would be able to be taken care of during the time I'm away. Cissy lives closest to his school so she said he can stay with her but he doesn't want to leave here hence the tears."

"When do you have to leave for Hogwarts?"

"Aviya and I are expected to be on the Hogwarts Express on September 1st."

"Okay," Hermione smiled at Teddy. "Then we have two weeks time to come up with a plan that we can all agree on, right Teddy?" He nodded and wiped a few stray tears from his eyes.

"Thank you," she mouthed to the other women then turned to her grandson, "okay Teddy. Let's go get ready for school."

He sighed and solemnly left the table without saying anything to his aunts. "Well he certainly gets his dramatics from his grandmother," Bella smiled after they left the room.

"It's definitely not a Black family trait at all," Hermione smirked behind her tea cup.

"Me? Dramatic?" Bella feigned innocence. "Never."

Bella apparated outside of St. Mungos and she had to take a minute to settle her stomach before heading inside the building. Junior did not like magical travel and made sure to voice their opinions everyday. Thankfully nobody had seen her perched on the retaining wall taking a couple of deep breaths, willing her breakfast to stay in as long as possible. "You will be the death of me, little one," she rubbed her stomach before standing and testing the waters. Satisfied that the nausea had passed, she made her way inside the hospital and took the usual path to Kate's room. "Mark," she said as a way of greeting this man she had become familiar with over the past couple of months. He wasn't so bad for a muggle. "Have the doctors been?"

"Not yet," he shrugged. "Last night, I was told this would happen late morning so within an hour or two is what I'm expecting."

"Brilliant," Bella took a seat on the opposite side of the room by the window and reached into her extendable pocket for her horror book.

"Stephen King?" Bella didn't look up from her book, choosing not to acknowledge the obviously stupid question . He had eyes, he could see who the author was. "Can I ask a question without the possibility of you murdering me before Kate wakes up?"

Bella put her bookmark in and removed her glasses to the top of her head. "Go on then." She smirked when she saw Mark shift uncomfortably in his seat. "What have you been dying to ask me?"

"You've read so many Stephen King books here. Obviously Kate's told me of your past, do you even get scared?"

Bella sat and thought for a moment. No, these muggle horror books weren't scary in the least. She enjoyed the mundane nature of the books and she liked to figure out what was going to happen before the end of the story. Plus, it was something she and Jack could talk about over dinner. Still, she wasn't immune to being scared. Dementors. Now, those fuckers were scary. She looked at the man sitting across from her and scoffed. Mark wouldn't survive five minutes in Azkaban. Being alone with your own thoughts? Also scary. If one day Hermione decided she didn't love her anymore. Well, that was just the most terrifying thought in the world. She wasn't about to say any of this to a muggle she barely knew, "no. Nothing scares me." She put her glasses back on and went on reading her book until the doctors came in.

"Good morning Madam Black," Kate's lead doctor came in followed by her team. "Will anyone else from the department be joining us today?"

Bella said good morning and put her book and glasses away before addressing the group, "you said it would take awhile after the tube came out for her to come around right?" When they all nodded in unison, Bella suppressed a smirk and continued, "they will come along later. We thought it best not to overwhelm Kate when she wakes up. I can't imagine this won't all be a shock to her."

"Excellent idea," Bella smiled at the doctor's praise and turned with her eyebrows raised to Mark signaling she had won some sort of unspoken contest. "Now," the doctor approached Kate and turned to look at Bella and Mark. "It may take several hours for her to wake up. She's been in a medically induced coma for months. It may also be hard for her to speak when she wakes up at first. And," her face turned solemn, "there the chance of amnesia. It's impossible to tell the short or long term effects of the trauma prior to her waking."

"Yes," Mark urged her on. "Yes. Doctor, we understand all the possible scenarios. We are just eager to have to wake up and be with us again."

Bella rolled her eyes clearly uncomfortable by the emotions that Mark so freely displayed in front of complete strangers. "Whatever you think the best course of action is, Doc."

"First we will pull the trachea out, then turn down the ventilator and we will see if her lungs pick up on their own. It should be almost instantaneous however, being intubated for so long, it could be a moment before she begins to breathe on her own. Please, don't panic."

"She's looking at you Mark," Bella smirked.

"Here we go," the doctor turned to Kate and signaled her team to get to work.

Bella wasn't sure how much time had passed but she had fallen asleep at some point and was woken up by Mark announcing that he was hungry and was going to the cafeteria. "I'm too old for this shit," Bella growled at no one, rubbing her neck, trying to stretch out the stiff muscles. "Stupid muggle, constantly needing to feed himself. Woke us up didn't he, Junior?" She moved one of her hands to cup her little stomach as she stood up and walked over to the window stretching all of her muscles. "For an unconscious broad, she has a rather nice view," Bella scoffed and stared out at the people walking around the streets.

"Junior?" The scratchy, soft, groggy voice sounded behind the dark witch. Bella turned around and saw Kate's eyes fluttering open. "Bella?" She croaked when she saw the shadow of her supervisor over in the corner of the room.

"I'm here," Bella called out and walked over to Kate's. "Aguamenti," she pointed her wand at a cup that filled with water, put a straw in it and held it to Kate's lips. "Drink," she commanded the woman laying in the hospital bed.

Kate did as she was told and took a few decent sips before the pain in her throat told her to stop. "Ouch," she grimaced and rested her head back against the pillow. "What happened?"

"You don't know?" Bella sighed when Kate shook her head no. "What's the last thing you remember?"

"Draco and I were eating ice cream."

"Well fuck," Bella offered Kate the water cup again and she took a few more drinks. "I guess my lecture and threats for your stupid and irrational behavior will have to wait then." Kate stared at her like she had grown a second head. "I should probably get the doctor and find Mark."

"Mark's away on business."

"Kate, that was months ago."

Bella stayed at the hospital and waited while the doctors ran all of their tests after Kate had woken up. She insisted that they check everything multiple times and made them explain everything to herself, Mark and Harry three times over. They were saying Kate's amnesia was trauma induced and they were hopeful that it wouldn't be a permanent thing. She only seemed to be missing the memories from the accident. "Of course the memories we need are the ones that are fucking missing," the dark witch complained to Harry after they left with Kate's official statement. The doctor ordered everyone that wasn't family out of the room because Kate had a very big day and she needed her rest.

"She'll get her memories back. I'm not worried."

"Does it ever hurt being so fucking positive all the damn time?" Bella rolled her eyes as she and Harry left the hospital.

"Not at all," he gave her a cheeky grin. "Are you coming back to the department?"

"No," Bella sighed. "Dinner with the Grangers. I need to go home and get ready for a fun filled muggle evening."

"Dinner at the Grangers? How'd you manage to swing that?"

Bella waved off the question, "I don't think that's any of your business."

"Quite right," Harry shrugged. "Though Luna made a comment the other day that you might be coming over to dinner soon because there was something you wanted to tell us. Is this another Bellatrix apology tour? I don't want to miss it."

"I've done nothing to warrant an apology tour, Potter. Now, clear out of here before I do something that you'll end up regretting later."

"See you tomorrow," Harry spun out leaving Bella alone outside of the hospital.

She turned and look back up at Kate's room, "stupid girl," she shook her head. The amount of relief Bella felt when Kate finally woke up surprised her. "I guess I care more for her than even I knew," Bella scoffed and spun herself into travel, landing outside the gates of Black Manor. "Oh no," she pushed her luck with the magical travel for the day and ran over to the bushes to expel the contents of her stomach. "Well tough shit Junior. We still have to get to and from the Grangers so if I have to suck it up, so do you," she stood up straight and made her way inside, noticed Hermione wasn't home yet and went upstairs into her bedroom, crawling into bed for a quick nap. "Rest up, love, big night ahead of us," she fell asleep with her hand resting on her belly.

Hermione quietly entered the bedroom expecting to find her wife napping as was her usual after work activity these days. The room was still pretty bright from the sun shining in through the windows and Hermione saw her laying on her side, cupping her belly, snoring softly. Her heart clenched at the now common sight. She silently moved around the room, changing to a pair of jeans and a white polo shirt in preparation for dinner with her parents. It was never a fancy occasion at the Granger house which always made getting ready easy. She pulled out her cellphone to check the time and groaned at the thought of having to wake Bella up for an occasion that she was less than thrilled about. There always was the option of going without Bella but she figured as much as the dark witch says she doesn't want to tell anyone, deep down Hermione knows if she told her parents alone, her wife would be upset. She rolled her eyes and approached the bed, "Bella?" She ran her fingers through dark curls and smiled when the older woman nestled her face into her hand. "Time to wake up, love."

"Hmm?" The sleepy reply came as her eyes were fluttering open adjusting to the various lights in the room. "Is it time to go already?" Hermione nodded, "I feel like I just fell asleep."

Hermione moved her hand down to Bella's belly, "do you want to stay and rest? I can go deliver the news for both of us."

Bella shook her head no, "I'm actually looking forward to seeing your dad's face. I think he's going to be happy with the surprise."

The brunette's face lit up, "he's going to be so excited. Mum will be, too. Maybe a little shocked that it isn't me who is pregnant but I can say it's safe to assume that we were all shocked there."

"Nobody more so than me," Bella cackled and sat up. She pulled her wife into an embrace. "I think Luna knows. Potter mentioned something to me at the hospital about her saying I need to tell them something. Then he went off about me having another apology tour. I basically told him to fuck off so I bought us some time. I still don't want to tell anyone just yet. Maybe after it stops kicking my ass everyday."

"Bella," Hermione groaned, "please don't call our baby an it."

"When Junior here stops making me throw up multiple times a day then I'll reconsider," she kissed Hermione's cheek and went over to her dresser to pick up a nice comfy pair of leggings and a tunic. After she got dressed she saw Hermione staring at her, "what? Is this not appropriate?"

Truthfully, Hermione thought her wife looked captivating. She didn't often wear leggings but when she did, Hermione had a hard time keeping her hands to herself. "You look gorgeous, love."

"Try not to fondle my ass all night. At least wait until we leave your parents house," Bella gave Hermione a knowing look through the mirror. "Don't look at me like that, pet. We both know you fancy my ass in these leggings. I'm just trying to wear something not so constrictive and hope the baby gives me a pass on the floo travel tonight. They already got me on the trip back from the hospital. Rude little fucker it is," she rolled her eyes.

"The baby already seems to be fueled by Black blood running through his or her veins."

"You say that like it's a bad thing," she raised an eyebrow and turned to face her wife.

"Not at all," Hermione smirked.

"Hmm," Bella studied her wife. "I'm not sure I believe you but we don't have time to discuss this now. Lucky for you," she looked at Hermione then looked down and pointed at her belly, "and you too, Junior."

Bella thankfully followed Hermione through the floo and came out the other side without her general wave of nausea that had been hanging over her head the past 11 weeks. One more week and Hermione had promised her smooth sailing into the second trimester. It couldn't come fast enough. The pair had found Katherine and Jack outside standing around a strange muggle appliance Bella had never seen before. "Ladies! You made it," Jack put down his tongs and rushed over to embrace both women. "I told Katherine nobody would dare be late to a famous Jack Granger cookout."

"Cook out?" Bella asked and immediately regretted it when Jack pulled her towards the grill and started to explain the ins and outs of muggle cookouts.

"Hi mum," Hermione said, walking over to join her mother at the little outside table, bending over and giving her a hug before taking a seat. "I didn't know dad was cooking out tonight."

"I told him Bella was picky about muggle food. He knew it was a risk," Katherine shrugged.

"She'll be fine. She's been a little on the unwell side of things lately though so she might not be too hungry anyways," Hermione tried to give Bella an easy out in case her dad's cooking didn't sit well with Junior.

"Unwell you say?"

"Muggles cook over open flames?" They heard Bella ask in bewilderment looking at the grill then looking over her shoulder at her wife. "Pet, come get a load of this. It's certifiable."

"Bellatrix being floored by simple muggle ideology will never grow old for me," Katherine chuckled at the dark witch's enthusiasm.

"Nor for me," Hermione laughed before getting up and walking over towards the grill, she slid her arm around Bella's waist as Jack handed her the flipper and showed her how to turn the burgers.

"What do you think, buttercup? If the DMLE life doesn't work out for Bella she could definitely work at McDonalds," Jack smiled watching Bella flip the burgers that were sizzling on the grill.

"What in salazar's name is McDonalds?" Bella scoffed.

"I mean," Hermione shrugged. "I'd never rule anything out with her."

Jack went to join his wife at the table and let the girls finish up cooking since Bella seemed to take an interest in anything that had to do with open flames. "This is wild, pet," she laughed as she took the hot burgers off the grill and placed them onto the buns that Hermione had prepared. Then they walked the plates over to the table where the "fixings" as Jack curiously called them had been set out. "Bella," Katherine spoke up, "I know muggle food is new to you so if you aren't as enthused about Jack's cookout as everyone else seems to be, I have some curry in the kitchen I can bring out for you."

"That won't be necessary," Bella took a fork and stabbed a couple of tomatoes and put them on her burger. She added a piece of American cheese, some pickles, lettuce and topped it with ketchup and mustard. "How bad could it be?" She picked up her burger and brought it up to her nose, sniffing it curiously. She looked up and saw three sets of eyes staring at her and she shrugged, "cheers," she raised her burger towards them then brought it to her mouth taking a small, tentative bite. She chewed slowly, her face was set and unchanging as the eyes continued staring at her.

"Well?" Jack finally broke the silence as Bella swallowed her first bite of cheeseburger.

"This is," Bella put her sandwich down and wiped the corners of her mouth with a napkin, "the most delectable thing I've ever tasted." She took another, bigger bite and moaned. "Pet," she was now talking with a mouth full of burger. All of her pure blood manners sailing out of the nonexistent window. "Why have we never made these before?"

Hermione's eyebrows shot up, "I never thought in a million years, Bellatrix Druella Black would be raving over a cheeseburger."

"Delicious," she mumbled, taking another bite. "There's more right? I'm going to need seconds of this."

"Plenty," Jack took a bite of his own burger, smiling at his daughter in law.

Katherine looked over at her daughter, "is everything okay with Bella?"

"Junior is very happy," Bella smiled up at everyone after finishing her burger in a fifth and final bite before walking back to the grill for another one.

"Surprise," Hermione gave her parents a cheeky smile. "We are pregnant and Bella's the one carrying our child."

Jack and Katherine looked at each other, processing the information before turning to look at their daughter. "She's…?"

"Yes mum," Hermione nodded. "Almost 12 weeks. She's not ready to tell everyone yet but since she's almost out of the first trimester, I wanted to tell you guys."

Jack got up and rushed over, throwing his arms around his daughter, "I'm so happy, buttercup," he kissed the top of her head. When Bella came back over with her second burger, Jack went over and kissed her mop of curls. "Congratulations Bella. I'm so excited for the two of you."

"How are you feeling, Bella?"

Bella shrugged, "it hasn't been the best, Katherine. Junior here is really opinionated about food and magical travel but Hermione assures me that this stage of pregnancy is almost over."

"Pap pap Jack," he smiled, taking a bite of his burger.

"See," Bella nodded at her father in law and took another big bite of her burger, "I told you he'd be excited."

September 1st came by faster than anyone had anticipated. There had been a lot of talk the past two weeks of who would take Teddy during the week so he could make it to and from his school and the logistics behind everything. Teddy was going to stay at Grimmauld Place during the week because Luna would be able to take him to school in the morning and Harry, Bella or Narcissa would be able to pick him up. He would get to spend the weekends at home with Bella and Hermione. Teddy wasn't immediately thrilled with the fact that he couldn't remain at home but he did love everyone fighting over who got to spend the most time with him. "You truly are a Black," Bella laughed at him when he was sitting there listening intently as the plans were being made.

Narcissa, Teddy and Bella went to 9 and 3/4s to drop Aviya and Andy off at the Hogwarts express. It was the first time Teddy was seeing the train and the little man was beyond excited. "I want to go on the train!" He was jumping up and down next to his grandma.

"Maybe Minerva will make an exception and let you come for a weekend visit sometime," Andy smiled down at her grandson. "Though the Hogwarts express will have to wait until you are 11."

"That makes it even more specialer, grandma."

"Specialer?" Andy squatted down so she was eye level with her grandson. "I'm not sure that's a word, buddy. I'll talk to the head mistress as soon as I get there and find out if you can come visit me."

"Try really hard," Teddy threw his arms around Andy's neck. "I'm going to miss you."

"I'll call you on the floo everyday."

"Promise?" He pulled back sniffling softly.

"With all my heart," she kissed him on the cheek and pulled him in for another hug. "Now you promise me you'll be the best boy for all your aunts and uncles."

"I promise, grandma. I'll be the bestest boy I can be," he kissed her cheek.

"He will be perfect, Andy." Bella said coming over to move the scene along. "Trains leaving any minute."

Andy gave Teddy one last hug and kiss before standing and addressing her sister. "Please take good care of my boy."

"Is that even a question?" Bella rolled her eyes. "He is going to be well taken care of. The boy won't be able to breathe without someone being made aware of it."

"Perfect," Andy smirked before reaching out and touching her sister's belly after checking to see nobody was watching. "And take good care of the peanut while I'm gone."

"You better be back before this thing comes out of me."

"I wouldn't miss her birth for anything in the world," Andy stated matter of factly.

"Her?"

Andy cackled, "consider it wishful thinking. I'm manifesting a girl for both you and Astoria. I really want Cygnus to roll over in his grave."

"That would be the day," Bella laughed. "Seriously, do try to come home before Junior arrives. I'd hate to have to kill you for missing the birth."

"Is that your own special Bella way of saying you want me there for the birth?"

"Of course I fucking want you there. Knowing that this baby is coming out of me, Junior is bound to stir up a shit show upon its arrival."

"Didn't Hermione ask you not to call the baby an it?"

"Semantics," Bella rolled her eyes and the train whistle blew. "Gotta go, sis. Be safe and give Sybil a hard time for me."

"You know I will," she kissed Bella and Teddy before walking towards the train. "Love you guys."

Cissy walked over as Aviya joined Andy on the train, walking to the nearest compartment so they could wave as the train took off. "Love you too," she called after her girlfriend and her sister. "I'm going to miss them."

"The time will go fast," Bella shrugged. "Besides, a little distance is healthy for couples."

"I believe when Minerva asked you to go back you threw quite the fit," Cissy smirked, waving until the train was out of sight.

"I do not recall. Plus, you have hello phones and the floo."

"I suppose that's true."

Teddy walked around and stood in front of his aunts. "Can we go to the joke shop?"

Cissy looked at Bella who shrugged. "Sure, Teddy. Let's go."

"And can we get an ice cream?" He stuck out his lip and looked after the train.

"He can really work a woman over can't he?"

"Takes after his Auntie Bella," Cissy rolled her eyes.

"Come on kid," Bella held her hand out for Teddy to take hold of. "Let's go get some ice cream. Aunt Cissy's treat of course."
