House of Scrolls:

A nervous Mason stood in front of Fabian's room door, his parents waiting for an answer on why he was in Fabian's room.

"I was just checking to see if everything was going well with Fabian," said Mason.

"And?" Asked Caroline.

"He is sound asleep," said Mason.

"Good," said Geoffrey.

"We're in the living room if you're looking for us," said Caroline.

"Okay," said Mason.

Caroline and Geoffrey walked downstairs. Mason went into Fabian's room, but Fabian was no longer there.

In the meantime in the house. Trudy was busy in the kitchen, Isaac entered and walked over to Trudy.

"Are you okay?" Asked Isaac.

"No, because in a few hours you'll be on your way to Kenya," said Trudy.

"I know, and I'll miss you very much," said Isaac.

"I know you're going back for a good cause, but I'm gonna miss you so much," said Trudy.

"It's not forever, we'll see each other again," said Isaac.

"When will that be?" asked Trudy.

"I don't know when that will be, but I know it's written in the stars that we will see each other again," said Isaac.

"Just promise me you'll keep in touch as much as you can?" Asked Trudy.

"I promise," said Isaac.

"Then I'll do the same," said Trudy.

"Is there anything else I can do for you?" Asked Isaac.

"I want to be with you now, enjoy the hours we have left together," said Trudy.

"We will do that," said Isaac.

Isaac and Trudy hugged each and decided the hours they had left before Isaac would leave to spend together.

A few moments later. Nina was in the bathroom packing her toiletry bag. The door opened and Eddie entered the bathroom.

"Oh I'm sorry I thought," said Eddie.

"What are you doing here?" Asked Nina.

"I came to see if you guys have any toothpaste, but I'll come back later," said Eddie.

"No, you don't have to, I'm just grabbing some stuff," said Nina.

"What time are you leaving?" Asked Eddie.

"Early," said Nina.

Nina left the bathroom, leaving Eddie behind. Nina walked back to her room where the rest of the club was. Amber was taking off her makeup and Alfie was trying to decipher the scroll with the help of Aaron and Patricia. Nina walked toward her bed and put in her toiletry bag.

"Can't we hire someone to go to Egypt, a big strong bodyguard," said Amber.

"No, it has to be someone from the club, we've to be able to trust them," said Nina.

"Why don't I just go," said Aaron.

"No, Aaron," said Nina.

"Eddie might be right that I should be the one to go, after all, this is about my girlfriend," said Aaron.

"That's one reason why it's not convenient for you to go, you're in a big emotional spiral and your focus is not as good as it should be," said Nina.

"What about Alfie?" Asked Amber.

"I don't think that's such a good idea," said Nina.

"And why not?" Asked Alfie, feeling quite offended.

"Because you'll take the whole tomb with you," said Nina.

"I'm not a thief, I don't steal from tombs," said Alfie.

"You secretly took the chest from the Tomb of Love," said Patricia.

"Touche," said Alfie.

"You're not even gone yet and I'm already so worried," said Amber.

"Amber you know it's important to find the scrolls for the Mask, so we just have to be brave for KT," said Nina.

"I really want to save KT too, but why can't Eddie do it?" asked Amber.

"Let's just stop talking about that," said Patricia.

"You're just too happy your boyfriend's not going," said Amber.

"I'm not sticking up for Eddie or anything, I'm just saying how it is," said Patricia.

"I just can't believe he's such a slacker, I'm going to his room now and then...," said Amber.

"And then what? You've already argued with him, we can't convince him either, Not even Patricia managed to convince him to go," said Nina.

"And I've really tried and honestly I'm not happy that he's not going, but this is no use, he's not going," said Patricia.

"He doesn't even deserve to be in the club," said Amber.

"Aren't you being a little hard on him now?" Asked Nina.

"No and Alfie thinks so too, right Alfie?" Asked Amber.

But Amber got no answer from Alfie, she walked over to Alfie and saw that he had fallen asleep.

"Alfie!" Shouted Amber.

Alfie opened his eyes and got right back up with the book in his hand and the papyrus scroll next to it, he felt Amber was staring at him and looked up to her.

"Is something wrong?" Asked Alfie.

"No nothing, well maybe one little thing," said Amber.

"What is it?" asked Alfie.

"You were sleeping," said Amber.

"Not at all, You were dreaming," said Alfie.

"Hey, don't fight. When I'm gone, you guys have to work together. You'll be the club. The Mask is the only thing that can save KT and you have to protect it, so don't argue," said Nina.

"I promise," said Amber.

"You've Super Alfie's word", said Alfie.

"And we'll always be here to babysit these two," said Patricia.

"But I've something," said Alfie.

"What?" Asked Nina.

"I'm not sure, but I think this says let go of what you love," said Alfie.

"What does that mean?" Asked Amber.

"That we have to let go of something we love, I think," said Nina.

Amber gasped and walked over to her bed and pulled out a shoebox from under it. She walked back to the club with the box, she opened the box and in it were pink pumps.

"Aaron these are my favorite shoes and I'm giving them to you now, so I'm letting go of them," said Amber.

"Gee thanks," said Aaron sarcastically.

Nina, Patricia and Alfie had to do their best to hold back their laughter. Nina walked over to her bed and grabbed the Mask.

"And is it helping yet?" Asked Amber.

"No, said Nina, holding up the mask, but none of the gems changed.

"Aaron give my shoes back," said Amber.

"Once given, it's always given," teased Aaron.

Amber took the shoe box from Aaron's hands.

"I think it's more about a person, maybe it's about me, I'm leaving early tomorrow, so this is the last time we see each other, said Nina.

"I'm gonna miss you," said Amber

"Super Alfie is going to miss you too," said Alfie.

"I'll miss you too," said Aaron.

"That also counts for me," said Patricia.

"I'm gonna miss all of you too," said Nina.

Amber, Aaron, Patricia and Alfie gave Nina a group hug.

A few moments later. Fiona and Caitlin were sitting in the living room.

"In a few hours we'll be out of here again," said Fiona.

"I know, it was really nice to be back here," said Caitlin.

"Yeah, it was nice to see everybody again," said Fiona.

"You know I missed everybody here, but you know who I missed the most?" Asked Caitlin.

"Who?" Asked Fiona.

"You Fiona, I really missed you and I miss you having you as my best friend," said Caitlin.

"I'm still your best friend," said Fiona.

"But it's not the same as before," said Caitlin.

"I know that, but nothing has changed for me, you're and always will be my best friend," said Fiona.

"Same here, "said Caitlin.

Fiona and Caitlin hugged each other.

"I think it's better that we go to sleep," said Fiona.

"Yes, we both have to get up early tomorrow," said Caitlin.

Fiona and Caitlin got up and left the living room and went upstairs.

Two hours later and it was midnight, Mason was sitting with his parents in the living room.

"Only 28 days left and then our dearest Lloyd will be with us again," said Caroline.

"It will go fast now my love," said Geoffrey.

"I'm going to bed," said Mason.

"Mason be glad that you will have your brother back soon," said Caroline.

"I'm glad about that mum, I'm just very tired now," said Mason.

"Well, good night then," said Caroline.

"I'm gonna check on Fabian," said Mason.

"All right," said Geoffrey.

Mason stood and left the living room and went upstairs.

The next day Nina was up very early, she did a final check to make sure she had everything with her. Amber entered the room.

"The coast is clear, you can go," said Amber.

Nina grabbed her bag and put it on, Amber grabbed Nina's coat and together they left the room. Eddie was also awake and heard the sound of footsteps and knew it was Nina about to leave. When Nina arrived downstairs the rest of the club minus Eddie was at the front door.

"What are you doing here? It's super early," said Nina.

"You didn't really think we would just let you go like that?" Asked Alfie.

"No, if we say goodbye we do it right," said Patricia.

"I'm ready," said Nina.

"Be careful," said Aaron.

"I promise I'll be," said Nina.

"Now go quickly or I'll cry," said Amber, trying to hold back her tears.

"Yeah," said Nina.

Nina gave Amber, Aaron, Patricia and Alfie a hug each. Patricia opened the door for Nina and she left the house, as the club waved her goodbye.

In the meantime, someone came sneaking into the house through the garden door. The unknown person opened the kitchen door and quickly closed it again as soon as he saw Aaron and Alfie walking by. Amber and Patricia went back upstairs.

A few moments later the unknown person was upstairs and walking down the girl's hallway, he for quickly stopped walking when he saw the door of Amber's room opening. Amber exited her room and walked toward the bathroom. The unknown person walked on, then he heard another door open and quickly ran into Nina and Amber's room. Out of Mara's room came Fiona and Caitlin.

"I still find it quite strange to leave again", said Fiona.

"Yeah, me too," said Caitlin.

"But at least we're leaving with a super delicious breakfast prepared by Trudy," said Fiona.

Fiona and Caitlin walked downstairs, they put their suitcases down and opened the living room doors and it was completely dark in the living room.

"Why is it so dark in here?" Asked Caitlin.

"Because the lights are out," said Alfie.

"I can understand that too...," said Caitlin. "Alfie?"

The lights came on and then Fiona and Caitlin saw that the whole living room was decorated, the residents minus Eddie, Victor, Trudy and Isaac popped up. Trudy walked over to Fiona and Caitlin and hugged them.

"My sweeties, I'm going to miss you so much," said Trudy.

"We're going to miss you, too," said Fiona.

"Promise me you'll keep in touch?" Asked Trudy.

"I promise," said Fiona.

"Yes, I'm going to call, text and write you every day until you get tired of me," said Caitlin.

"That won't happen I'll never get tired of my sweeties," said Trudy.

"That's so sweet of you to say," said Caitlin.

"You didn't think we'd let you go without a proper goodbye," said Mara.

"This is really great that you arranged this," said Fiona.

"All thanks to Trudy," said Otis.

"Yes, this is for you and also for Isaac, but he had already found out before the party started," said Trudy.

"How? Asked Caitlin.

"Delphi told me, right before she left with Zechariah," said Isaac.

"And here we thought that one of us would ran their mouths, no it was the goat," said Jerome.

"You who travel know there is no way, but the journey opens the way, let's go see Victor," said Isaac.

"Have a safe trip back, I'm glad you were with us again for a while and I will miss you all," said Victor.

"I will miss you too Victor," said Fiona.

Fiona gave Victor a hug and then Caitlin gave him one too. Amber walked into the living room.

"So it's busy in here," said Amber.

"Would you like maybe a hamburger for breakfast?" Asked Alfie, as he held up a platter with hamburgers

"No, thank you," said Amber.

"Your loss, said Alfie, as he took one of the hamburgers and started to eat it.

"Where is Eddie?" Asked Amber.

"In his room," said Patricia.

"He's probably not in the party mood," said Aaron.

"Do you think that he Mask likes hamburgers?" Asked Alfie.

"The Mask? It's just a mask, so why do you ask?" Asked Amber.

"It's not just a mask, the mask is alive, so maybe hasn't said anything all this time because it's hungry," said Alfie.

"Oh no, the mask," said Amber.

"What about it?" asked Aaron.

"It's still on Nina's bed, I didn't hid it," said Amber.

"Go get it in a safe place, quick," said Patricia.

Amber ran upstairs to her room, much to her relief, the mask was still on Nina's bed.

"I really need to put this thing away," said Amber.

Suddenly Amber heard a noise, she looked at her closet and she was that one of the doors was open and saw some feet under the door. Amber put the Mask down and grabbed a hot water bottle as her weapon.

"I don't know who you are but I'm armed," said Amber. "Okay I'm going to scream really loud and then Alfie a very strong man will come up so watch out!"

The closet door closed and there stood Fabian with his hands up, Amber's jaw dropped open and she was totally in shock.

"It's me," said Fabian.

Amber let the hot water bottle fall out of her hands and was speechless when she saw Fabian standing in her room.
