Disclaimer: I DO NOT own Dragon Ball Z or any of its characters

Hello everyone! I have returned with yet another installment. Thank you so very much for reading my story and a special thank you to everyone that has been patiently and eagerly waiting for me to continue this tale. It really means the world to me that you guys have come back for more of our favorite princess. Hope you all enjoy. Here we go...

Nonica took the scenic route home. She needed to be alone with her thoughts and when she was flying she felt free to do that. The princess had no idea what was going on with her. How could she lose her temper to point of trying to actually hurt her brother? Sure Vegeta was a pretentious, arrogant jerk, but he was her brother and she did love him. What is wrong with me? She thought to herself. She hadn't felt rage like that since Namek. It wasn't a great feeling even then. It was pure Saiyan rage and she was a Saiyan after all. Saiyans are barbaric. Saiyans are destructive. Saiyans are dark. Saiyans are evil. They are tainted from birth. Taught to kill. Taught to fight. Taught to destroy. Taught to love it. Nonica was a Saiyan. She had gotten out of that life at an early age, but she had still been tainted. She had killed at such a young age and she had enjoyed it. It had been a game and she was a very good player. Up until the day she watched her own planet explode, killing was fun. Even Kami had sensed that there was something dark inside her. Dark? Dark as in….evil? Of course evil! Nonica had done many evil things all the while giggling and laughing. Her father, King Vegeta, was so proud of her blood thirst. He had encouraged it, nurtured it. He relished in how cold and ruthless his son and daughter were becoming. Kami had been Nonica's saving grace. He made her want to live and showed her that she could be different. She did not have to be what Frieza or her father wanted her to be. Kami had taught her to bury the darkness and to ignore her Saiyan instinct. Now, because Frieza had harmed someone she loved, Nonica had accidentally tapped into that darkness and it was trying to crawl its way back into her very soul it seemed. It was threatening everything Nonica held near and dear to her and it scared her. Scared her to her core. What would happen if it consumed her? Would she still be her? Would she be something more dangerous? These thoughts raced through Nonica's mind as she headed home. She pushed these thoughts out of her mind and just enjoyed flying. She loved flying. She loved the wind blowing in her face and flowing through her hair. Flying was an amazing thing and it helped the princess clear her mind. She arrived home feeling refreshed and feeling better about the events of that day.

As Nonica touched down on the ground she saw Piccolo waiting for her. He was hovering above her porch. His legs and arms were crossed and his eyes were closed. Nonica took a deep breath, let it go, and began walking towards her house. Piccolo opened his eyes to see Nonica standing at the bottom of her steps. He put his feet on her porch and began walking toward her. "Did he help?" he asked.

Nonica sighed, "He thinks Vegeta could help me figure all this out, but I think he'd just make it worse. I need to figure it out myself." She wrapped her arms around herself as a shiver came over her body. She felt tears starting to well up in her eyes. "I'm so scared, Piccolo. I don't want to lose who I am. I don't wanna be like Vegeta or….like Frieza."

Piccolo felt heartbroken at her words. His love seemed to be spiraling. She needed him. He took her into his arms and held her. "You could never become like them. You are good. Your past is just your past. Whatever happens, I'll be right here. I will help you through this."

The princess buried her face into his chest. She felt so safe in his arms. "Thank you."

Unbeknownst to either of them, the sorceress from Otherworld, Davina was watching this personal and intimate moment in her mirror. "Well, isn't he a handsome, sweet man? This prospect is getting better and better."

It was a while before Nonica would train with anyone. She was afraid that she would become enraged and hurt someone. She trained on her own at her home or on the Lookout. She meditated a lot more, trying to get the darkness under control. She knew she had to get focused on what was coming. The Androids would be coming before she knew it and she had to be ready. All of her hard work was beginning to work. She was coming to terms with her past and all of the bad things that she had locked away deep inside of herself.

None of that would matter soon. Davina had been watching and planning all the while and was about to make her move. She had been studying the princess trying to learn everything that she could, not just about Nonica's powers or abilities, but about every aspect of her life. She was ready to make her move. It was a beautiful, sunny day. The sky was clear and the air sweet with the smell of flowers in the meadow where Nonica was sat meditating. The only sound that could be heard was the singing of the birds and the rustling of the leaves in the trees. The lady Saiyan was feeling calm and at peace, completely unaware was what was coming for her. "It certainly is a beautiful day, isn't it?" a voice said from behind Nonica.

She spun around to find a woman standing a few feet away from her. She'd been so deep into her meditation that she didn't even hear the woman walking up behind her. The woman was beautiful. She had long silver-colored hair and green eyes. She wore a full-length white sleeveless dress with a slit up to her thigh and sandals that laced up to just below her knee. Nonica let out a slight giggle, smile sweetly, and replied, "You startled me. Hello, I'm Nonica. Is there something I can help you with?"

The woman chuckled, "Why yes, there is. My name is Davina. I am a sorceress from Otherworld. I have been banished to the far corners of Otherworld and I want out. Not just out but to rule."

Nonica got to her feet. "Why were you banished?" Nonica asked. She was getting the sense that this woman was bad news.

Davina shrugged, "All I did was try and take over. No big deal really. I felt that I could do a better job than the ones in charge. They, unfortunately, didn't see it that way. Big babies. No matter, I'll get them all back soon enough. With your help, of course."

"My help?" Nonica said, "I don't think I'll be helping you take over anything."

Davina smiled a wicked smile, "I didn't say you had a choice." She began to glow with an aura that was deep purple.

Nonica watched on in confusion. She didn't know if Davina was going to attack her or what. She soon realized that she was unable to move. She was frozen in place. "What are you doing to me?" she asked, fear starting to take hold of her. "Stop it!" she yelled. The sorceress continued to glow and gradually began to appear translucent. All Nonica could do was stand there and watch in horror.

"We're going to have a lot of fun together." Davina then disappeared, the purple aura still shining brightly. The aura then went flying into Nonica, knocking her off her feet and onto the ground. Everything went black.

Nonica slowly began to come to. Her head felt fuzzy. She lifted her hand to her forehead, or she tried to at least. Nonica's eyes flew open. She realized in horror that her arms were chained. "Wha?" she whimpered. Nonica took in her surroundings. It was dark, blackness all around her. "Where the hell am I? What did that witch do to me?"

"Sorceress. Not witch. Sorceress." A voice came from the pitch black. There came a bright purple light. Davina appeared in front of her prisoner. "There is a difference."

"Where am I? What's going on?"

"Don't panic, but you are currently unconscious and we are actually somewhere deep inside your mind."

"What are you talking about?" Nonica was terrified.

"I told you that I want to rule and that you were going to help me. I also said that you didn't have a choice. You're gonna stay locked away in here and I'm going to be driving your body."

"You can't do that." Nonica began to panic. This insane woman has taken over her body and now was talking about taking her away from her friends and family to do Kami knows what with her body.

Davina made a mocking pouting face and replied, "Aww. But I already did it, my sweet little princess." The sorceress turned her back on Nonica and started to walk away before turning around for one more parting shot, "Oh, and don't worry about your friends. I'll take really good care of them."

Nonica pulled against her restraints, but to no avail. "Leave them alone." Davina began to laugh as she continued to walk into the darkness. The light faded away, leaving Nonica alone in darkness. She let her head hang and began to cry. She felt lost and defeated. There was nothing she could do.

Davina, now in her new body, woke up. She smiled and stretched. "Marvelous," she purred. She stood up and walked over to the stream that was next to the meadow. Looking down into the crystal clear water. She could see her reflection. She loved what she saw, "Absolutely marvelous."

Davina has taken over our Saiyan Princess and is about to wreak havoc on Planet Earth. What does this mean for Nonica? What does this mean for the warriors of Earth? Will the princess be able to get free and regain control of her body? Find out in the next installment of Princess or Saiyans Part 2.
