House of Songs:
The club was in Nina and Amber's room, Fabian had just figured out how the club could pass the next task.
"Okay, please explain why the Lady with the Horns is the key to this task?" Asked Nina.
"The Cow Goddess,' said Fabian.
"Okay, Fabian you know I'm really glad you're back, but what I like less is it takes you forever to get to your point,' said Amber.
"Hathor," said Fabian.
"Who is Hathor?" Asked Alfie.
"Hathor, that's the Goddess of joy, love, fertility, music and dance," said Fabian.
"The Egyptian Love Dance," said Nina.
"Exactly, we have to dance to her song," said Fabian.
"But how do we get her song?" Asked Aaron.
"My uncle, I'm sure he can help us," said Fabian.
"Your uncle must have some knowledge of Hathor and her song," said Aaron.
"I'll call him first thing tomorrow," said Fabian.
"Whoa, wait a minute, Fabian, aren't you forgetting something?" asked Patricia.
"What?" Asked Fabian.
"You can't call your uncle, everyone including your uncle thinks you're dead," said Patricia.
"Oh, yeah," said Fabian.
"I'll call him and ask to meet him tomorrow," said Nina.
"That's the best option there is, Nina is the closet person here to your uncle," said Patricia.
"Except from you, but to him you're still dead, not because he hates you, because he certainly doesn't, but simply because everyone but us still believes you're not alive," said Alfie.
"I get it Alfie," said Fabian.
"I'll go and see him tomorrow at break time,' said Nina.
"Right, Patricia and I are going to look for the lutes on the internet tomorrow," said Fabian.
"And Alfie and I will keep searching until we find a dance school that teaches us the Egyptian Love Dance," said Amber.
"Sibuna," said Aaron, while he did the Sibuna gesture.
"Sibuna," said the rest of the Sibuna club while they did the Sibuna gesture.
The next day all the Anubis residents were already at school, the first half of the day had passed quickly and it was lunch break. Nina had gone to Fabian's uncle's shop
"Nina, how lovely to see you again my dear," said Ade.
"It's also good to see you again Mr. Rutter," said Nina.
"Please call me Ade," said Ade.
"Okay, will do that," said Nina.
"What did I do to get your visit?" Asked Ade.
"I need your Egyptiac knowledge," said Nina.
"Ah the Egyptian histories, legends and myths, sure I'll help you," said Ade.
"Thank you," said Nina.
"Would you like something to eat, I just made Toad in the hole," said Ade.
"Sure," said Nina.
Nina sat down at a table. A few moments later Ade returned with two plates of food.
"Here you go," said Ade, giving Nina one of the plates.
"Thank you," said Nina.
"What exactly can I help you with?" Asked Ade.
"We are having an outdoor concert soon," said Nina.
"What a splendid idea," said Ade.
"Thank you and I wonder if you know anything about the song of Hathor?" Asked Nina.
"The Lady with the Horns," said Ade.
"Yes, exactly, that's the one," said Nina.
"You wanna play her song?" Asked Ade.
"Yes," said Nina.
"I should have her song somewhere," said Ade.
"We could borrow it?" asked Nina.
"Your practically family of course you can," said Ade.
"That's great. Thank you," said Nina.
"Oh, I completely forgot to ask, How are you doing?" Asked Ade.
"I'm doing well, actually," said Nina.
"I know losing Fabian isn't easy. In fact, I'll never be able to accept it," said Ade.
"Yeah, me too," said Nina, feeling guilty about not telling Ade the truth about his nephew.
"I miss him so much," said Ade.
"That's why we're doing the concert, to honor him," said Nina.
"Really?" Asked Ade.
"Yes, you know how much Fabian loved the Mysteries of Ancient Egypt, what better idea than to honor him with an Egyptian song," said Nina.
"That is a fantastic way to honor my nephew," said Ade.
"That also what I thought," said Nina.
"Can I come too, to watch your concert?" Asked Ade.
"Of course you can," said Nina.
"For Fabian," said Ade.
"Yes, for Fabian," said Nina.
At the same time, Fabian and Patricia were in the computer lab sitting behind one of the computers and where on the internet looking for the lutes.
"Here, I found them," said Fabian.
"Two four-string lutes," said Patricia.
"Those are the ones we need," said Fabian.
"Whoa, Fabian, have you seen the price of things," said Patricia.
"Maybe we can borrow a credit card from Aaron or Amber," suggested Fabian.
"Or maybe we can borrow lutes," said Patricia.
"What do you mean?" Asked Fabian.
"Look there's an address listed, it's not far from here, I say we go there and ask the buyer if we can borrow the lutes instead of buying, said Patricia.
"It's worth a try," said Fabian.
Patricia received a text message, she looked at her phone and saw that it was a text message from Eddie.
"Eddie now wants to video chat with me,' said Patricia.
"Must be important then," said Fabian.
"No idea, but we'll find out soon enough," said Patricia.
Patricia opened her chat room and called Eddie. A few seconds later, Eddie appeared on the screen.
"Eddie," said Fabian.
"Who are you?" Asked Eddie, of course not recognizing Fabian because he was wearing his Daniel disguise.
"It's me, Fabian," said Fabian.
"Fabian? I hardly recognize you this way," said Eddie.
"That's the whole point," said Fabian.
"How's it going there, Have you passed the task yet?" Asked Eddie.
"Not yet, we can't do the task until the full moon and that's not for another 12 days," said Patricia.
"You gotta be kidding me," said Eddie.
"No we're not kidding you, we are very serious, so time is really running out, because we only have a very short time then to save KT," said Fabian.
"Have you found the third and final papyrus scroll yet Eddie?" Asked Patricia.
"Unfortunately not yet and it's not easy," said Eddie.
"What do you mean?" Asked Patricia.
"The second scroll was easy to find, but with the third, there are several possible options," said Eddie.
"So you've got a lot of work to do," said Fabian.
"I have to go now, I'll try to get back to you as soon as I can, hopefully with good news," said Eddie.
"And hopefully we'll have passed the second task," said Patricia.
"Good luck, guys," said Eddie.
"You, too, Eddie," said Patricia.
In the meantime, Victor walked through the cemetery with a bunch of flowers in his hand, he walked up to Sarah's grave and laid them down. Victor sank through his knees and looked at Sarah's headstone.
"Dear Sarah, I would like to make a new beginning to my life while I still have the time, and that includes you. I promise to visit you often as possible, see you soon Sarah, said Victor.
Victor got up and walked away from the cemetery again.
A few hours later and school was over, Mara, Otis and Joy were in the computer lab for a school newspaper meeting.
"Okay, does anyone have any ideas for the new edition for the school newspaper?" Asked Mara.
"Yes, I have an idea and I think we should have done this way sooner," said Otis.
"No, we're not going to rank the pranks that you, Jerome and Alfie pulled," said Mara.
"That wasn't my idea for now, but I stand by it," said Otis.
"What's your idea, Otis?" Asked Mara.
"An interview with Joy," said Otis.
"Interview me?" Asked Joy.
"Yes, it was your idea to save Isaac's village and I think the students are quite curious as to how you came up with that idea," said Otis.
"I think it's a great idea," said Mara.
"But I thought it was an anonymous idea, so how come you think I was the one who gave up that idea?" Asked Joy.
"Joy, did you really think I wouldn't recognize your handwriting," said Otis.
"Oh, so that's how you know it was me," said Joy.
"So what do you say you wanna do the interview?" Asked Mara.
"I don't know," said Joy.
"Joy, you deserve the credit. Without your idea, Mr. Sweet would have been fired," said Otis.
"I thought that because he found that lost painting that he was saved," said Joy.
"Yeah, but if we hadn't done the fielding, that painting never would have come to us," said Otis.
"That's true Joy, and without you Isaac's village would still be in trouble," said Mara.
"I have to think about this for a minute," said Joy.
"Okay, take your time," said Otis.
In the meantime, the rest of the residents were home. The club was in Nina and Amber's room, for a club meeting.
"Okay, let's have a status update," said Aaron.
"I found the song we have to play, you uncle had the sheet music in his shop," said Nina.
"That's great, now we can cross that off our list," said Aaron.
"How's Uncle Ade doing?" Asked Fabian.
"He's fine, but he misses you terribly," said Nina.
"I miss him too, I'd love to go and tell him how things really are," said Fabian.
"Well, you might see him sooner than you think," said Nina.
"What do you mean?" Asked Fabian.
"How asked why I still had that music, then I said it's for our open air concert and it's in honor of you and now that's why he wants to come," said Nina.
"My uncle is coming to the concert?" Asked Fabian.
"That's nice, you wanted to see him anyway," said Amber.
"But what if you recognize me," said Fabian.
"That won't happen, even other residents don't recognize you," said Alfie.
"But he's my uncle, he's family," said Fabian.
"Don't worry, we'll figure thinking," said Alfie.
"Speaking of thinking something, we need to get a Swedish talent scout," said Aaron.
"How are we going to do that?" Asked Patricia.
"Someone needs to dress up as a Swedish talent scout," said Aaron.
"But who's gonna do it?" asked Fabian.
Nina, Amber, Aaron, Patricia and Alfie all looked at Fabian.
"Me? But I don't speak a word of Swedish," said Fabian.
"You don't have to, just speak English with a Swedish accent," said Aaron.
"Okay, I'll do it,' said Fabian.
"We've got some other news," Fabian and I have found the lutes, said Patricia.
"That's great," said Nina.
"Yeah, tomorrow after school we're going to pick them up," said Patricia.
"All we have to do now is the dance," said Nina.
"We're working on it," said Amber.
The club closed the meeting and then headed downstairs, It was Fabian and Aaron's turn to cook. A few hours later all the residents were in their beds and asleep.
The next day, school was already over. Fabian and Patricia were on their way to the address that sold the two lutes.
"Here is the address," said Patricia.
"Yes, the lutes are in the name of W. Histle," said Fabian.
"Seriously, that's his name?" asked Patricia.
"Yes, apparently," said Fabian.
Fabian rang the doorbell but no one answered. Fabian rang the bell again but again no one answered.
"I don't think anyone is home," said Patricia.
"What now? We need those lutes now," said Fabian.
"Maybe like Nina always does and try to pick the lock," said Patricia.
While Patricia pulled a pin out of her hair, Fabian leaned against the door and it opened by itself.
"Or we could just walk in now, cause the door's not locked,' said Fabian.
"Yeah, that's a better option," said Patricia.
Fabian and Patricia walked into the house.
"You look downstairs, then I'll look upstairs," said Patricia.
"Patricia, we can't just search a stranger's house, "said Fabian.
"We went in without permission," said Patricia.
"That's true," said Fabian.
Suddenly Fabian and Patricia heard a noise coming from the living room, they walked into the living room and saw an old man all wrapped up in bandages lying on the couch.
"Is that a...?" asked Patricia.
"Mummy," said Fabian.
Suddenly the man opened his eyes and looked directly at Fabian and Patricia.
