(AN: hey guys I've been told that the ink to my writing sight isn't working so for now either send me a PM or write a review stating that you want to become a patron and I'll send you a link. If as few as 200 become patrons I'll be able to justify making my fan-fiction a priority over taking on more hours at work.

Also what are things you would want to see if you became patrons?

Just to be clear I will still keep writing whether or not I get any patrons, I love you guys either way and I love writing too much to stop. I only came up with this so I could potentially get more chapters written faster. Now please enjoy the new chapter.)

Chapter 45

I'm not quite sure where everything went wrong but if I had to guess I'd say it was when I decided to jump into the mine cart full of Celestial bronze. It seemed like a good idea at the time but now as I ran from the Telekines I realized it was a mistake.

Across the pit I saw Annabeth, Thomas, and Malcolm running from their own monster hord. Isn't it nice that the monsters were kind enough to recognizes us as individuals. Porus was closer to the main entrance working his way through the stragglers towards them at an incredible pace.

But he couldn't see what I saw. Below him on the next level down just outside of his line of sight was a contingent of the sea demons running alongside him. He wouldn't even know they were there until it was to late. There weren't very many of them but they were different than the others, they were larger and heavily armored. If what Triton had told me was true then the ones we were fighting before were essentially mall cops, these were the real soldiers.

One on one we might have a chance, Uncle P could probably all of them at once if the others and I weren't in the way. Against 12 we had no chance, I knew what I had to do.

Jumping to one of the side paths that crossed over the lava pit I ran towards them. "Hey mut face over here!" Okay not my best insult but it did the job their attention was completely on me. "Yeah that's right son of Posiedon right over here!" And then they started running...what was step two?.

"Percy! What are you doing?" Uncle P yelled.

"Get them out of here I'll by you some time!." I said.

"Percy this is crazy I can get us all out of here easily!" He replied kick his current opponent down into the magma pool.

"Only if you break ancient law to help me in which case we're all as good as dead."

Porus POV

That kid is bloody pain in my butt. He's a god and therefore me helping him wouldn't break any laws but of course he doesn't know that so he can't see a better option. Great! Fantastic! My nephew for all his power and brains is an ignorant fool.

'Annabeth." I called once I got close. "You and the others need to get out here now."

"What about Percy?" She cried pausing as she ran past me.

"Look at me!" I snapped. "I can save him but only if your not here. Get out of here so I can focus on what I need to do." She looked stunned like someone had slapped her but the other two boys were able to drag her away.

Turning around I found my dear Nephew nearly cornered on the center platform. Dropping to the next level down I started up the catwalk to the platform when suddenly water surged off it pushing the sea demons into the Magma below. I wasn't sure how but Percy was producing more water than was physically present in the cavern and it was all falling down towards the molten rock.

Looking down I was hit with an ironically chilling realization. All this water was going to convert to steam very quickly creating an immense amount of pressure which could only lead to one thing…

The water hit the magma with an angry hiss and I was barely able to summon a barrier around myself and Percy before the blast hit us. A moment later a second caused my hastily made shield fail completely, the last thing I saw before passing out from the heat was Percy and myself sailing across the sky...in different directions.

The first thing I felt when I started to wake up was pain or maybe it was best to describe it as soreness. That feeling you have the day after a hard workout. And I was stiff like my joints had been fused together. And then I felt coolness against my head. Blinking I open my eyes to see a beautiful woman with carmel hair and turquoise eyes dabbing my forehead with a damp cloth.

"Who…?" I croaked as my dry throat rebelled against my wishes.

A moment Later I felt a cup placed to my lips and cool refreshing water being poured into my mouth. "Rest hero." She said softly.

I was tempted to do as she asked but something was nagging at my mind "Where...where is my nephew? Where is Percy?"
