MetalSeadramon is in agony. He can tell Apollomon isn't in much better shape but before he can figure out what to do to cease this, Alphamon's scream rents the air and he jerks upright, gasping in pain as his body slinks away from the pile of rubble that had accompanied his collapse. He forces himself to turn over, looking on in horror as Ancient Wisemon twists his fingers around, causing more and more horrible noises to come from the freshly evolved creature's lips. "Stop," he grunts. "Stop it!"

A flood of missiles pours over Ancient Wisemon and yeah, it stops him, but it also turns his attention back onto MetalSeadramon. "You," he snarls. "I thought I got rid of you."

"Not that easy to kill," MetalSeadramon tells him, wishing not for the first time that Ambrose was here, that Plesiomon could help, that... that Seth... He looks up and over at his partner, still unsure what Ancient Wisemon had done to him, to make him fall apart like that, and start ignoring everything going on around him. "Seth," he says aloud. "Please. I need your help, I can't do this on my own..."

Seth hears something. Over the roaring in his ears, the nonstop flood of everything Ancient Wisemon had told and showed him earlier. Feels the pressure of yearning, of being needed. He's used to feeling that, people always pulling him in one direction or another no matter what decision he made- it was rarely the right choice, always hurt someone, and he's lived with various regrets like that for most of his life, in and outside of wrestling. But now he can tell there's something pure underlining it- not greed, or selfishness, or anything like that- but... His head hurts, and his heart feels heavy, and it hurts just to look. But eventually he succeeds in lifting his head just enough to see, and then his breath stutters in his chest as he realizes what exactly he's been ignoring while trapped in his own head.

His partner- his best friend- "METALSEADRAMON!" he cries out.

Ancient Wisemon tosses his head back, letting out a sarcastic, harsh laugh, and oh, Seth feels himself alit from inside with sudden, fervid desire to see him shatter into pieces and never hurt anyone ever again.
