Luke paces back and forth in front of the Forbidden Door digidestined, examining them quietly. "Before I let you go on the mission before you, we need to discuss it."

"Is something wrong?" Matt asks, frowning. "You usually just let us go, so this sounds serious?"

"It is," Luke says. "There is a digimon targetting a chain of villages on the outer edge of an island off of the coast. They've all fallen so far, and I need you all to try to defeat it. "But its abilities seem to be more extreme than I've seen before. It flies, and it has destroyed digimon down to their digital core with a flap of its wings. I cannot in good conscious let you go without a verbal confirmation that you understand the danger of this. Yes, all of them are dangerous, but so many villages have been swept clean in such a short period of time with this one."

Matt glances around at the others, Malakai, Miro, Heath, PAC and Mox all lost in thought. "What, uh," he says anxiously. "What are we thinking, guys?"

"I don't like it," Heath says. "But I guess we need to do it."

"Says you," Miro scoffs, moving like he's about to leave.

"Shut up," Mox tells him, drifting back and forth as he thinks it through. "Heath's right. It's dangerous, but what the hell isn't? Wrestling, the digiworld, it's all the same. Let's just get our partners digivolved and see where we can take this."

Malakai glowers, stepping up to him to fight, but PAC steps in and glowers around. "I normally wouldn't admit this, but I agree with Mox. We're here for a reason, so let's just see this through. And if you don't want to, you know where to go."

Malakai snarls at him, clearly not thrilled with being ignored and treated like this, and when he leaves, Miro follows.

Matt grimaces at his former partner's back as he disappears from view, before turning to look at the men still standing by his side. "Well, are we going to do this then?"

Mox, PAC and Heath exchange glances, before Mox steps forward, digivice held out steadily. "Yeah, let's go."
