The field is quiet, silent. the Forbidden Door digidestined are unmoving, Darkness Bagramon lurking menacingly over their prone bodies. He sneers, wanting little more than to swoop down and digest all of the power taunting him below. But alas, he cannot- there is still pure power surrounding them, shielding them from him, his powers, his abilities.

"Your power will fade away eventually," he says. "Then I will be able to approach and digest every ounce of what remains. It is only a matter of time. And I am very patient." He oversees the field,a pleased rumble coming from his throat as he takes in how no one and nothing is moving. Not human, not digimon alike. It's a pretty picture, honestly.

He hums to himself, content to look into the distance and imagine all of the things he'll do once he has even more power to use to its full potential. He's so distracted, he doesn't realize that he's surrounded until a blast strikes his chest, knocking him even further off balanced. He gasps, rearing back and blasting huge, black energy out into thin air in the vague order of the attack that had blasted him off-course. "Who is there?!" he snarls, hands writhing in dark energy as he turns in a slow circle, trying to see what managed to get the drop on him.

There's a pensive silence for a few moments, then a voice greets him. "You probably know me," Seth Rollins says with a cackle, coming out from behind a couple of trees. "And if not, allow me to introduce myself. I am Seth freakin' Rollins." He casts an uncomfortable glance around at the lifeless digidestined, his eyes lingering on Mox's limp form before he turns his attention back onto Darkness Gabramon. "I may be a little too late," he says, biting his lip. "But I will destroy you for everything you've done here."

"I can't wait to see you try," Darkness Bagramon tells him, sneer growing feral, his eyes gleaming with the same horrible kind of emotion.

"Well then," Seth says, trying to call upon the strength of his friendship with Mox to supplement his own decision. "Let's see what you've got!"
