Shinsuke and the other Digidestined begin to head back to the digiport, Nakamura content to listen to the others bonding and getting to know their partners. Coronamon smiles down at him and he winks up at him. "Remember when that was us, Coronamon?" he murmurs.

"I do," Coronamon says. "You were so young."

"You make me feel like an old man," he laughs. They walk on in silence for awhile longer, the various baby digimon chattering around them somehow a comforting undertone to the silence surrounding them.

"So then I said," Paul Heyman is going on, only in the middle of telling what seems like an unending narrative that the baby digimon all seem enamored by.

Shinsuke listens for awhile longer before something shudders through him and he stops short, looking up. "Wait," he says quietly. "Quiet!" he snaps suddenly, raising his voice enough to stop the chatter around them. He stares up at the sky and breathes in, breathes out. "Something has happened," he says. "The air... it feels..."

"It feels stifled," Gunther offers and Shinsuke looks up at him, nodding slowly.

"Hai. Like there is something powerful out there, keeping the wind from blowing. Everything is still. Tense. I do not like it," Shinsuke murmurs. He looks back down at the others, observing how the babies seem to have felt it as well, pensive, fearful looks on their faces. "We should leave," he says. "I want to get us back to Luke's. If anything is going on, he'll know. And he will tell us. Come on."

They move quickly towards the digiport, all of them feeling anxious to return to the more known area around Luke's hide out.

As they wait for the portal to open once more, Shinsuke's eyes trail skyward once more. What is happening? he wonders, still unsure why he feels this way, why everything is so still and uncomfortable.

It's a relief when the portal finally opens completely and they are transported over to the other side.
