Well, first of all, the next chapter is in the works. Nearly there, I'll admit, and hopefully I can release it soon. However, I have noticed that my fanfiction has received more than 300 followers, and thus I have decided to make some bonus content to celebrate. In this case, I decided to make a Saint Graph for Annabeth, who I feel is one of the most ignored when it comes to crossover potential, aside from a crossover with her cousin, Magnus Chase. So I decided to try my hand and see what she could look like as a potential Servant.
Here you go!
True Name: Annabeth Chase
Most Likely Servant Class: Caster
One of the four horsemen classes, and as mentioned previously (See Rider's Saint Graph), the one with the most diverse criteria for possible members. They are known for the multiple items they create, some which can range from mystic codes to even Noble Phantasms. Furthermore, they are known for creating their own workshops, which they can use to advance their own crafts to even higher potential. Most of the time, their Noble Phantasms can range from magecraft they created, to the inventions they made, or even concepts they advanced.
In the case of Annabeth, this is her as the 'Architect of Olympus.' This was a title given to her by the Olympians for her service during the Second Titanomachia, in which she was allowed to redesign multiple buildings and temples after the destruction Kronos caused throughout the divine city during the Battle of Manhattan. Furthermore, due to her status as the heir to the inventions and works of Daedalus, the Caster class is practically defined for her.
Other Possible Classes: Assassin, Saber
Assassin is another of the four horsemen classes, but one that is definitely the most vaguely defined, alongside the Caster class. After all, most of the members in the Assassin Class often have quite different skills and backgrounds in life. However, one of the most common trends that one can use to classify them as a whole is that they have an affinity towards the concepts of 'Death' and 'Stealth.'
To clarify, Assassins who are more oriented towards 'Death' often means that they have a hand in it, whether it's killing humans in general, torture, or brutal slaughter. In the meantime, those oriented towards 'Stealth' are those that specialize in specific fields that require such skill, whether its espionage, stealing, or even just generally sneaking about.
In terms of class skills, they tend to focus on two specific ones: Presence Concealment, and Independent Action. Presence Concealment focuses on hiding oneself, bending the perception of others so that one can never be seen or detected. However, if the user goes on the offense, this skill decreases in reaction, revealing their presence to the Servant. In the meantime, Independent Action allows a Servant to fight without having a Master replenish their magical energy for extended periods of time, ranging from hours to days to weeks.
Members of this class range from torturers, serial killers, spies, thieves, or even as the title suggests, Assassins. In the case of Annabeth, this is mainly oriented towards her skills in cunning and trickery, alongside the invisibility cap given to her by her mother, Athena. One specific feat that may emphasize this would be her ability to defeat Arachne by tricking the monstrous Mother of Spiders into weaving her own death trap. However, in a darker side, it could also be due to her exposure to the Death Mist in Tartarus, which allowed her to sneak past monsters that would instantly detect demigods.
The Saber Class, on the other hand, is one of the more straightforward classes. They are defined by their famous skill in the art of swordsmanship or wielding famous swords. Much like the Rider Class, most of their members can range from kings and queens, to generals, to knights. However, the class criteria for membership is more skill-oriented, which means that as long as a member is a renowned master of the sword, skilled with a sword, or deeply attached to the concept of a sword, they can still qualify for Saber.
However, that does not mean the sword they wield is their Noble Phantasm, or even the only Noble Phantasm a Saber may have. In terms of skill, they are blessed with Magic Resistance, alongside the Riding skill. They also have some of the highest parameters out of all the classes, though sometimes at the expense of tactical variety.
For Annabeth, this would focus on her battle and strategic prowess, especially since she was a valuable leader during the Battle of Manhattan, leading the Athena Cabin during the battle and often acting as co-commander to Percy Jackson. However, she would wield a special sword made of out Drakon bone, given to her by the Gigantes Damasen during her and Percy's escape from Tartarus.
Origin: Modern North America, Divine Parallel World (See Rider's Saint Graph for more details)
Alignment: Lawful Good — The Servant's morality is focused on helping others, but while abiding by the laws and rules imposed by society. They have a tendency to work in large groups and follow the orders of their superiors, believing that working in large numbers is the most effective way of helping others That doesn't mean they are blind to the negative effects of laws alongside the corruption inside the groups they work in, but instead of actively rebelling, people with this alignment tend to focus on reform and preventing corruption as much as possible. However, how far they're willing to go on such initiatives depends on which extent of lawful or good they are more oriented towards.
Hidden Attribute: Heaven. The attribute associated with those who have a strong connection to the Gods or the heavens. Figures who have this attribute are often demigods, descendants of gods, or even divine spirits themselves. It is natural for Annabeth to have this due to being a daughter of Athena.
Physical Parameters (See Rider's Saint Graph for more details)
Strength: A. This was decided due to Annabeth's ability to hold up the sky, which is a feat similar to Heracles. However, this was taken from the Avenger variant of Heracles' Saint Graph, since Annabeth doesn't have Madness Enhancement.
Endurance: C. Though she had impressive strength, she did not have immense endurance. A single stab from a poisoned knife, received when she risked herself to protect Percy during the Battle of Manhattan, was enough to leave her bedridden for several days.
Agility: B. Annabeth didn't show impressive feats of agility aside from the average abilities of a demigod. However, Asclepius, a similar demigod who is in the same class as her had B rank Agility, and therefore this parameter was given to Annabeth out of logic.
Mana: A+. Though Annabeth doesn't have immense abilities regarding magecraft, she has immense mana reserves due to her abilities in creating and designing buildings and other inventions given to her by Daedalus. Furthermore, authors such as Hans Christian Andersen and the playwright Shakespeare have shown high amounts of mana despite their mundane origins, further justifying Annabeth's own rank,
Luck: B. Annabeth has had constantly varying levels of luck throughout her life. In her youth she ran away from an (at the time) unsympathetic home, was involved inside two divine wars, and even had the poor luck to fall into Tartarus, though she did survive and escape. Therefore, hers was settled in a more neutral B.
Noble Phantasm: A++.
Class Skills:
Item Creation: C. Though Annabeth is an extremely accomplished architect, she isn't skilled in designing mystic codes. One such example would be when she had to rely on Charles Beckendorf, who was a son of Hephaestus, to forge a video shield whose design was from Daedalus' laptop. However, she showed skill in weaving and creating smaller items as seen during her quest for the Athena Parthenos.
Territory Creation: EX. In contrast to her skills in item creation, Annabeth is talented in building and designing entire facilities, to the point that Athena herself awarded her the title of Architect of Olympus. Therefore, she can create extremely strong territories, which she can use to enforce her own capabilities.
Athena's Blessing: As the daughter of Athena, particularly one that was able to recover the Athena Parthenos, Annabeth was given several blessings that thrive immensely in Athena's domain. These include Military Tactics, Protection of the Aegis, Goddess's Wisdom, Mastery of the Crafts, and Eye of the Mind.
For Military Tactics, see Rider's Saint Graph. However, Protection of the Aegis is basically a form of the Aegis shield that Athena wields, and in this case, is used to protect Annabeth. Much like in the case of Odysseus, it takes the form of silver armor, focused on hiding her identity as much as possible while providing maximum protection. Only those who also have high levels of divinity, or mortals who use their Noble Phantasm, may break it. And even if the subject is mortal, they must have an A-Rank Noble Phantasm.
Goddess's Wisdom, in the meantime, represents the intelligence Athena had and how she used it according to Greek myth. This can range from advising Odysseus and his son Telemachus during the Odyssey, creating the olive tree in the contest against Poseidon for Athens, and her wisdom and design of the attempted coup against Zeus. This enhances Annabeth's intuition, allowing her to create plans on the fly when fighting an opponent or in Holy Grail Wars. However, it needs immense information so that success is guaranteed — if there is a factor that Annabeth does not know of, these plans could end disastrously.
Mastery of the Crafts refers to Athena's abilities in multiple crafts. Whether its creating the flute, immense skill at weaving, chariot riding, or the sciences, she was a master of it. This gives Annabeth any mundane skill that she may need in everyday use, whether its cooking, knowledge of advanced physics, or even the Riding skill. If it's a craft that is present in the mortal realm, Annabeth will be gifted in such a field due to this skill. This can be seen with Annabeth's ability to fly a helicopter or weave a ladder despite having no prior knowledge or use of the skills in her life.
Eye of the Mind, in the meantime, the heightened capacity for observation, refined through training, discipline and experience. It focuses on avoiding danger or harm, utilizing prior intelligence and knowledge in order to predict the opponent's movements and change the tide of battle. In comparison to its false variant, this skill does not rely on talent, but through combat experience and tenacious training. If there is even a glimmer of hope in battle, Annabeth would still have a chance to win.
Personal Skills:
Mana Burst - A: The ability to increase one's defense, speed, and strength through infusing the body and a weapon with magical energy. It is akin to recreating a blast of force through the use of immense magical energy. It is unusual of the Caster class to have this skill, but has been given to Annabeth due to her focus on physical combat rather than magecraft itself.
Determination of Steel - A: It is a rather unique skill, which is a mix of both Bravery and Calm and Collected. Bravery is the ability to negate mental interference from outside sources, or internal emotions such as fear, confusion, or fascination, allowing one to continue fighting despite their own internal emotions. Calm and Collected is a similar skill, except it focuses on forcing the body to ignore pain and harm that it has gone through so that one can find victory in battle.
Determination of Steel is unique in the sense that it mixes these skills into a concoction where the wielder can force the body to perform feats of agility and strength that are higher than what the Servant's body may be capable of. However, after such actions are taken, this will cause backlash into the body, causing them pain in response. Such can be seen when Annabeth held up the sky, but the damage was reflected in her inability to fight afterwards, and her hair was permanently tainted with a lock of silver hair.
High Speed Incantation: - A. This is the ability to speak magic incantations at an accelerated speed. However, this isn't used for spells, however. Instead, it is used by Annabeth to design and create buildings and feats of architecture at a higher pace than she could ever do in her mortal life, and thus negate the low level of her item creation skill.
Noble Phantasms:
Kataraméni Lepída — The Dagger of Broken Promises - A (Anti-Unit): This dagger always follows her, no matter what class of Servants she takes. It was a gift from her former friend, Luke Castellan. However, when he rebelled against Olympus, this tore their relationship to shreds. However, in his final moments, Luke used this dagger to take his own life and prevent the rebirth of the Titan King Kronos.
This imbued the dagger with a curse, specifically, 'to shred any and all defenses,' due to Luke willingly expunging the Curse of Achilles from his body through this blade. It doesn't matter whether the defense is through personal endurance, noble phantasms, or even divine constructs. It will always pierce through and cause injury wherever its blade is pointed at. However, getting close enough so that the blade can pierce the skin is another thing completely.
Néos Ólympos — The Rebuilding of the Divine City - A+ (Fortress) This Noble Phantasm is akin to a Reality Marble, but in its nature, is more comparable to Ozymandias' Ramesseum Tentyris. In this Noble Phantasm, Annabeth brings Olympus to reality, specifically, the version that she built after the Second Titanomachia. The forces that were brought to defend Olympus during the war are summoned to this location, and the city is blessed by the Olympians so that no enemy can use their Noble Phantasm inside it. Divine Spirits that rule over the air dominate the skies, preventing any aerial assault. Finally, the city's divine nature means that it would take an extremely powerful Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm to destroy the city.
It must be kept in mind that this Noble Phantasm has a few specific flaws. First, maintaining it requires immense amounts of mana, from both Servant and Master. Second of all, Servants with a high divinity skill can somewhat negate the gods' blessing, allowing them to maintain use of their Noble Phantasms, but not to their highest capacity. Finally, Servants with presence concealment can still enter the city and attempt to assassinate Annabeth, though it is still an extremely difficult task.
However, Annabeth can use this Noble Phantasm to smaller degrees, such as creating specific buildings that she can throw around, or troops that she can command. To fully negate this Noble Phantasm however, they must destroy every building, or kill Annabeth herself.
Athena Parthenos — Mother, Lend Me Thy Strength - A++ (Anti Fortress) This Noble Phantasm is the Athena Parthenos itself, the statue stolen by the Romans and hidden away by Arachne as a final sign of spite. When this statue is summoned, Athena herself possesses it, taking control and stomping any enemy underfoot. It would take a Servant with divinity to even give it a scratch, and even more to destroy the statue. However, much like any Noble Phantasm, killing its user is the best way to defeat it.
Other Notes:
If Annabeth were summoned as Saber, she wouldn't have access to most of these Noble Phantasms, but instead would have the Drakon bone sword given to her by Damasen as her Noble Phantasm. However, she would have higher parameters in exchange. This would be Annabeth as a 'Warrior,' who fought on battlefields and led her half-siblings to war.
On the other hand, if she was summoned as an Assassin, she would wield the Invisibility Cap given to her by her mother, alongside the Death Mist she experienced in Tartarus. Her parameters would be at their lowest, but she doesn't need them. All she needs is her knife, and she can easily tear apart an enemy. This would be Annabeth as a 'Survivor', one who is willing to do anything to survive for the next day, even if she has to trick, deceive, or stab someone in the back.
