Izuku woke slowly, something that hadn't been the case for a while, not with Mei banging pots and pans around every morning.

Kyouka wasn't next to him either. Yet another difference between today and most mornings.

He stretched out in his bed and slowly got up, dressing himself, and making his way out to the 'living room' if it could be classified as that. It's essentially what it was, though. Izuku shook his head. Too many thoughts. His head wasn't fast enough for that. He didn't need to be arguing with himself over semantics.

"Good Morning sleepyhead." Kyouka said as he passed into the space.

"Morning." Izuku responded. He sat down at the table and rested his head on his hands. "What time is it?"

"About 9:30." Mei said. Izuku didn't even notice her standing there. He took the time to look around. Everyone was there already, even his mom. She was cooking breakfast. It's weird that Izuku didn't notice that before because of the smell.

Everything felt… different. His senses weren't sharp. Everything was… muddled.

"Izuku?" Kyouka asked.

Izuku shook his head. "Sorry, Kyouka… Something just feels… off…"

"Off?" Hitoshi asked.

"My head feels muddy. I haven't noticed things I should have, like the fact that you guys were out here, the fact that my mom was here, and that she was cooking breakfast." Izuku said.

"Did something happen yesterday?" Himiko asked.

"You mean aside from us taking on the League of Villains and standing up to one of, if not the most dangerous villain of all time?" Mei responded.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure something else happened. Izuku, would you care to enlighten us and tell us what you called All For One yesterday?" Kyouka asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about…" Izuku lied.

"That's bullshit, Izuku! You should know you can't lie to me. I heard what you said, and if you don't tell them, I will."

"I don't want to think about that!" Izuku said.

"And why not?" Kyouka retorted, now standing up from the table.

"Hey!" Inko yelled as she stepped away from the stove where the breakfast was cooking. "This got a lot more intense than it needed to be way faster than it should have."

Kyouka sat down. "Sorry…"

"I'm sorry too…" Izuku said.

"Good. Now, Izuku, I would like to know this important fact about my son, so I am inclined to take Kyouka up on her offer of telling us if you don't."

Izuku said nothing for a few seconds. His mind felt like it was going a mile a minute. Eventually, he took a deep breath and let it out.

"All For One… I think… I think he's my dad…" Izuku finally stated.

The silence that followed was deafening. Nobody knew what to say. Seconds turned into a minute before Inko finally spoke up.

"Hisashi is… alive? And a villain?"

"Not just any villain. The one that steals other people's quirks." Himiko said.

"How is that possible?" Mei asked.

"I don't know! One of his quirks was able to look through my memories. He kept referring to himself in the few memories I had with dad. Memories I didn't even remember. I just recognized his face from the few family photos we've had."

"Hisashi…" Inko said under her breath.

"Did anything else happen?" Mei asked.

"Well, he took Kacchan's quirk. He looked into my memories, saw that he had bullied me, and took his quirk." Izuku admitted.

"And that's when Mei hit him with glue?" Hitoshi asked.

"Not exactly…" Izuku said. "He asked if I would lead the League of Villains."

"What the shit?" Kyouka asked.

"I said I couldn't, and he said that he took Kacchan's quirk. He asked if I wanted more. He continued before I could answer, saying that that was his kid. He… he said he gave me something. A quirk."

"He gave you a quirk?!" Himiko and Mei asked at the same time.

"Yeah… My head hurt a lot after that. He said that the quirk's name is Analysis. He once again asked me to lead the League of Villains, and then he said that their goal is my goal, and that with them, I can get what I want."

"A deal with the devil." Fumikage added.

"For some reason, I almost agreed to it…" Izuku admitted.

Mei stood up immediately. "You what?!" She asked pointedly. "After everything we've done, you almost gave it up for them?!"

"I said almost!" Izuku defended. "There was so much going on, so much new information, and my mind was being played with. I was scared!" Izuku stood up and started pacing around the table. "He offered help that we will probably need at some point!" With that, everyone went silent. "You all saw it! His and All Might's fight. They're terrifying! Forces of nature! We're gonna need help if we're gonna take them down at some point. Because those are the kind of people we'll be up against." Izuku sat down, his head in his hands. "I didn't accept it. Not the first time he asked, and not the second time, either. I chose you guys because as much as we're going to need help, I know we can do it, and I trust you guys."

"We trust you too, Izuku." Fumikage said. The lack of cryptic or dark verbiage caught Izuku off guard for a second, but the sentiment didn't need embellishment. He just needed to hear that.

"Yeah, we do!" Himiko nodded.

"I… I'm sorry that I reacted like I did. Given the circumstances, I can't say that I wouldn't have hesitated too…" Mei hung her head as she spoke quietly. Hitoshi put his hand on her shoulder.

"We all reacted hastily." Kyouka said. She crouched next to Izuku as he sat. There was a silence as Inko went back to cooking breakfast.

"Oooooonnnnn the bright side, you got a new quirk, Izuku!" Himiko tried to change the mood.

"Yeah, that's right. Have you tried it yet?" Kyouka asked.

"I haven't. From what I can gather from its name and how my head feels, it's probably another mental quirk. Helps with thinking somehow? I don't know how it does that when my head feels like mush, though. I'll give it a few days before I try using it…" Izuku said, his head still in his hands.

"That makes sense. Take it easy, man. We just went up against one of the scariest villains of all time and his little crew and lived to tell the tale. You've earned some rest." Hitoshi agreed. A few seconds later, he looked at Mei. "Hey Mei, don't you have a lot of stuff you should be doing?"

"SHIT!" Mei said, probably a bit louder than intended. She rushed over to her computer and her terminals. "My babies have been analyzing all night! I need to check their progress." She pushed a few buttons that, honestly, nobody else in the group knew their purpose, and a few seconds later, she gasped and then started laughing.

"That is one of the most unnerving cackles I have ever heard." Izuku deadpanned.

"Uh… Mei?" Hitoshi said timidly. "What's… What's going on?"

"I've done it!" Mei exclaimed as she curled over her terminal.

"Uhhh…?" Kyouka sounded. Everyone was confused.

"I've managed to locate how Himiko uses other people's quirks!" Mei exclaimed. That got everyone's attention.

"How do I work, Meimei?" Himiko asked.

"Alright, so it's an enzyme that aids in digestion. Sort of like how lactase breaks down dairy, this enzyme in Himiko's digestive system breaks down the quirk factor whenever it's consumed, and then it turns it into a quirk factor for her transformed appearance to use." Mei explained.

"I understood that." Hitoshi said. "You probably shouldn't explain anymore. I think that's the extent of my understanding for now."

"That's okay. You can be my little lap kitty while I work!" Mei said as she typed. Then she immediately froze.

"Lap… Kitty…?" Izuku asked as he stifled a laugh.

"Are you shitting me?" Kyouka did not try to stifle her laughter. She let it rip.

"Alright, the jig is up, I guess." Hitoshi said. He turned to face everyone else in the room. "Guys, Mei and I are dating."

"Finally!" Izuku and Kyouka said at the same time.

"Mei, I'm not one to judge usually." Inko said from the stove. "But that name? It's just kinda wrong."

"Hey, hey, hey, that's besides the point!" Mei said as she turned towards everyone. Her face was very red, and she looked very flustered. "The point is, Himiko, that I need the blood samples that you've gotten thus far!" Himiko nodded as she went to go get the vials.

"Ahahaha! Lap Kitty!" Kyouka continued to laugh.

"Shut up!" Mei's face flared up even more.

"I'm back, Meimei!" Himiko said as she presented a small bag of vials. "I labeled all the ones from before last night as well as the little amount I got from All For One. All of the other samples I got from last night are just kind of… in here. There was too much for me to remember everything." She explained.

"That's alright. Just bring them here, and I will analyze each of them. Izuku, is there one that you want looked at first?" Mei asked as she turned towards the rest of the members.

"Look at All For One's blood first." Izuku said. "See if you can find Kacchan's quirk."

Mei chuckled. "That's a good one."

"I'm serious, Mei!" Izuku said. "We need to get it back to him."

"You're willing to help him? You saved his ass from your father, shouldn't that be enough?"

"Why should I not try to help him? We still want to be heroes, right? Shouldn't we try to help everyone regardless of who they are? He was a bully, not a villain! As vicious as he is and has been, he did the right thing! He didn't join them, and he was punished. He doesn't deserve this!" Izuku said.

Mei sighed and turned around. "You're the boss. I'll get it done. We don't have a lot of blood from this sample, so I'm not sure how much it'll take."

"If that's the case, work with the person whose blood you have the most of. Figure out how to do it, and then figure out All For One's blood for Kacchan's quirk." Izuku said. "I'm sorry, this is just… It's new, and I just want to do the right thing." His head fell slightly.

"I get it, I get it. I'll see what I can do." Mei said. "So 'toshi, you gonna join me?" She asked.

"R-Right." Hitoshi said as he pulled up a chair.

"Be a good assistant, Lap Kitty." Kyouka said. Neither Mei nor Hitoshi said anything in response to that. Kyouka started laughing until she saw Izuku's downcast expression. "Hey, Izu?"

"Yeah?" He turned to her and put on a soft smile.

"Let's go somewhere and talk, you and I, alright?" Kyouka took his hand and smiled brightly.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea." Izuku nodded.

"You wanna go get some coffee with Mr. Sakura?" Kyouka asked.

"At least wait until you get your food! It's almost ready!" Inko said, carting three plates over to the table.

"Right, right. Forgot." Izuku said.

"I know that you want to go out and spend some time not doing vigilante things, but you do need to eat first. I may be a supportive mom when it comes to you breaking the law and fighting villains, I still insist that you stay well fed." Inko said as she finished the last breakfast dish.

A decently sized platter of breakfast food filled the table, and if Izuku was honest, the number of times in recent days when he had a homemade breakfast was close to zero. His stomach growled in anticipation. The rice and eggs, shokupan, grilled salmon, and miso soup were all wonderfully made.

Everyone scarfed down the food, and once that was over, Mei and Hitoshi got back to work. Himiko sat herself down in front of the TV, and Fumikage went back to his room to meditate. That left Izuku, Kyouka, and Inko.

"You two go enjoy your date." Inko smiled at the two of them. When neither of them moved, Inko motioned towards the door. "Go on, I've got the cleanup. Go be teenagers and not country-changing vigilantes. Have fun." Inko smiled again.

"But-" Izuku started.

"Nope! Get out of here. Go, enjoy your day. Everything will be okay. I'm off today." Inko turned back towards the kitchen and began to tidy it up.

"We don't have much choice, do we?" Kyouka asked.

"Absolutely not. Get out." Inko chuckled. "Have fun. Go watch a movie or something. Or, I heard that there's a festival or two tonight. I think there's the big one. I know that we haven't done much in Tokyo before, but there's the really famous one on Sumida River. Or you could always go to the one that's in Musutafu like we have in the past."

"If we do the festival, then that will need to be later tonight, not right now." Izuku said.

"Then do both. You have the money for both." Inko shrugged off. "Go spend some time with your girlfriend!"

"Fine!" Izuku said. "I gotta go get changed." He turned and walked into his room.

"God forbid a teenage boy spend time with his girlfriend." Inko said, rolling her eyes. Kyouka stifled a laugh.

"It's alright Mrs. Midoriya. I think it's cute."

"Mrs. Midoriya? What happened to Mama Inko?" Her tone was downcast.

"Oh, I said that mainly to make you freak out a bit. I can keep calling you that if you want." Kyouka offered.

"I'd love that." Inko beamed. "Now, I want you two to have fun today. And take the others with you tonight. They could use a chance to be out and about as well. It'll give you guys a good chance to relax after everything that's happened. Because believe me, a LOT has happened to you kids."

"Yeah, I think that would be a lot of fun." Kyouka said.

"You hear that, everyone? All of you are going to a festival tonight! Himiko, I can take you and get a yukata. Mei, do you have one, or will you need to get one too?" Inko said.

"I should have one somewhere." Mei responded while not taking her eyes off of her computer screen.

"You do?" Hitoshi immediately perked up.

"Yeah, duh. Of course I do. I am a woman of class, after all." Mei responded.

"Could have fooled me…" Kyouka said. She wished that Izuku was there to hear that joke too. She liked how the two of them fed off of each other. She was, of course, the funnier one, but she still found great joy in the fact that they could laugh together.

"Hey, Kyo." She heard Izuku say behind her. She turned around and smiled. There he was. There was her man. Her man that was also the leader of one of the most famous vigilante groups in all of Japan. It just… It was nice to be with him.

"Hey, Izu. Are we gonna get going now?" Kyouka asked.

"Yeah, let's go. We'll find a good movie, yeah?" Izuku offered her his hand, which she immediately took. "And remember, we have to go by our aliases when we're out."

"Yeah, yeah. I remember. I go out more than you do. I volunteer at the music store." Kyouka retorted as they left

"Right, right. Sorry, Miyata." Izuku said.

"It's alright, Nakada. Let's go find a movie, and then we can get ready for the festival tonight." Kyouka said as she pulled the two of them out the door.

"Wait, just a sec." Izuku peeked back into the warehouse. "We should go to the one in Musutafu this time!" He yelled into the building.

"Alright, we can make that happen and you all can sleep at the house tonight. I'll blow up some air mattresses this time because I know you're coming." Inko responded.

"Alright, now we're good to go." Izuku said to Kyouka. "Let's go find whatever movie we're gonna watch." Izuku smiled and squeezed Kyouka's hand in comfort.

"Lead the way, then." Kyouka smiled back.

Nezu sat at his desk, rubbing his head in his hands. A knock on the door to his office brought him out of his frustration.

"Come in." Nezu said, sighing.

Shouta Aizawa walked into his office with a manilla folder. "Hello, Principal Nezu."

"Shouta. Any news on anything?" Nezu asked.

"Quite a few things, not all of them good." Shouta put the folder onto Nezu's desk.

"Please, sit." Nezu gestured to a chair at his desk. "Now, let's hear the bad news first."

"Doctor's notes have come back for Bakugo Katsuki." Shouta said, taking some of the files out of the folder.

Nezu took the papers from him and began to look through them all. A few minutes of reading in silence ended with Nezu setting the papers down. "So he is officially quirkless. That is a shame. He does have good battle sense, though. We could still train him in order to be an information hero. He still has use even without his quirk." Nezu explained.

"That is where things will be a bit more complicated, Principal Nezu." Shouta said slowly. "He has holed himself up in his room, according to his parents. His mother has been the only one to get into contact with him since the diagnosis. She has said that he wishes to withdraw from UA. She has been… very upset about the matter as well. Her words were not kind about us here at UA; however, there was nothing more I could do but accept them, as they were not lies."

"I… I see… It makes sense, considering where he went to school before UA. Aldera Junior High. From the research I've done, there was a fair bit of talk about quirk strength being important. He must think that without a quirk, he's useless." Nezu said.

"There have been a number of schools popping up recently with those kinds of beliefs, it would seem." Shouta said. "It is incredibly unfortunate that he has come to now see himself in such a light. The teachers there should have done a better job, as should we have."

"Yes, I suppose that is the case…" Nezu said.

"Once again, I have failed as a teacher." Shouta said. "First, I turned away hopefuls for our school that very well could have changed the world. And now I have failed a student of mine, allowed him to be kidnapped by villains, and then have his quirk taken, forcing him to withdraw." Shouta's head fell. "I have to do better as a teacher."

"We have to do better, Shouta." Nezu admitted.

"It is because of that reality that I have come to you with a proposition, Principal Nezu."

Nezu's eyebrow raised. "Oh?"

"I would like to request that the Societas Requiem group help assist me and my class in a lesson." Shouta said.

"Now that is something that I wasn't expecting from you, Shouta." Nezu said. He felt himself smile widely. "This is certainly an idea. I do like it. You're using your resources well. You've learned well."

"Well, whenever I learn from you, that has become ingrained in my mind." Shouta shook his head. "Do you approve or not?"

Nezu jumped off of his chair and walked over to Shouta. "Listen, Shouta." He started. "This is a great idea that I wasn't expecting of you. I will allow this, but you have to get Kan in on it as well."

Shouta shook his head. "But he would never approve of this."

Nezu chuckled softly. "You never know. You should ask him. Have a bit more faith in your colleagues. He's been taking what happened hard as well."

"If this happens, none of the other teachers can know about this." Shouta said.

"As aware of this as I am, it's still surprising to me that you are seeking to deceive your peers." Nezu moved over to his chair and climbed back up.

"It's a logical ruse. I use them on my students all the time." Shouta said.

"Another thing I am aware of." Nezu stated. "Alright. If that's what you wish to do."

"Very well. I will go find Kan now. All of the information that I have on Societas Requiem is in that manilla folder. Look over it all you want." Shouta said as he turned around and began to leave the room. "Thank you for listening to what I had to say, Principal Nezu."

"Of course. Get Kan in on this, and I approve. We will see how this goes." Nezu says as he begins to shuffle through the papers that were presented to him some more.

Shouta left the office with a purpose. He had to find Kan. This was important to both him and his students. More could be on the line than they knew, and because of that, they had to be willing to take some risks. He took his phone out and dialed Kan's number.

"Kan? Where are you? We need to talk. It's important."
