"Papa tell us a story." the two girls chimed at their father. One about 8 years old in a pale blue night gown the other, about 5 in a pale purple gown. Bothhad black hair but the Their father opened one of the books from the shelf.

" Ok what do you want to hear-" He sighed

"No we dont wanna hear that" the older child climbed ontop of his lap right on the book and whined " we want to hear the story mommy promised us"

"what story is that?" The father puzzled.

"Only mommy knows that story." In the doorway stood the mother, in her hands she held a small music box. She handed it to the older girl, who examined it closely. It was made of aged Rosewood, polished finely, and on it was carved the names of the children, Eris and Lilica. She opened it and a little wooden figure of two sisters hugging on a platform as a soft melody played it was the same melody that they're mom would sing to them as babies. Behind it was a picture of two wolves one, black with blue eyes the other, brown with green. A rough knock came on the door.

"Brigader General what is it at this time of the night." The father asked his wife behind them. The two daughters stood beside her clutching tightly onto her nightgown. The huge general and all of his four soliders held guns. When he talked his voice was as rough as his looks.

"Lieutenant Oceanus and Lieutenant Kiowa, I have heard you are sheltering Ishbalans"

" Thats untrue sir" Oceanus replied " We shelter only my family sir."

"Then you would'nt mind me and my men taking a look" The General barged inside followed be his soldiers. When they found nothing he grabbed the youngest daughter and put his gun to her head. Kiowa screamed and ran to the child who was squirming. Two of the soldiers held her back.

" Tell me where they are or you'll be one daughter short"

"You wouldnt..."

"Oh I would " the gun clicked as the general placed his index finger on the trigger.

"I have told you there isnt any Ishbalans in this house."

" LIAR! " The sound of metal ripping through flesh and bone rang out. Kiowa screeched and pulled out of the arms of the soldiers to the lifeless child.

"Hold her back." the soldiers grabbed Kiowa again a pulled her over to the general who put his gun to her head.

"ERIS RUN!" Kiowa yelled at her remaining daughter, who hesitated "But-"

"RUN NOW OR THEY'LL KILL YOU TOO!" Eris ran, the bullets hit the door, the porch, the walls narrowly missing her arm as she ran out. The was a scream a yell, and two shots were fired. Eris ran until she collapsed on tall grassed hill and cried. She kn ew her parents were dead. She reached in her pocket and pulled out the music box. She opened it and let the music put her to sleep.
