"And that concludes our Aqua Rules for today."
"Even we find it post scratching if Accord's honest."

The class prepared for the next class.

But then, they got a surprise. *Knock*

Accord was pleasantly surprised. "Arle."

"Hi, Ms. Accord."
"Gu."

They waved. Everyone who wasn't Silvana welcomed her. Lidelle and Raffine didn't even know Arle was back. Arle didn't even know Lidelle and Raffine.

"Sorry. Amnesia. Long story." She nervously chuckled. Sig, Amitie, Lidelle stealthily looked at Silvana. She practiced her controlled breathing.

"What a shame." Raffine said. "Do you still have an interest in trying martial arts?" Raffine, almost humbly offered.

Sil died even more. And died even more than that when Accord fetched a chair next to Accord's desk. "We were just wrapping up Aqua Puyo. But why not tell what you've been up too." Accord offered.

"Unless you purrfur not to."

"Eh, I'm blanking a lot. I'll tell you when I can keep it cohesive."

"Hope you can get over it."
"I have mostly. Can I help teach today?"
"With amnesia?"
"You're here to correct me if I'm wrong, Professor."

Accord chuckled at her sass. "Very well. Kiddies, any questions before we go on with biology?" Amitie raised her hand high up. She really wanted to ask something. "Yes, Amitie?"

"When do we learn Transformation Battles?" The whole class had pleasant memories of those battle back in 7. Exceptions being Silvana and Arle. Amitie had told the former all about it and Arle was present but she wished she wasn't given the way she was involved.

"Oh, my… Transformation Battles?"

"Can we please? I wanna feel mature again."
"I-I want t-to try again."
"Me too! I was possessed, he only changed the color of his robes! Not my age."

The whole class was on board. Minus Silvana and Klug. Because they have something to fear. The room became more and more loud.

"Kiddies, be quiet for a second!" Accord raised her voice for once. It was noticeable and necessary. She slammed her desk for good measure. She cleared her throat. She cleared the chalkboard and doodled everything she needed to teach them.

"Listen good, kiddies. There is a proper reason why Transformations stopped working after the incident. Transformations, for the most part, aren't as much transformations as time, space, and your Superego and Ego being confused whenever you go Fever during a match and play Mega or Mini instead. Which it just does automatically whenever near a rift in space/time."

"Confuzzd? That's a funny way of describing a CATastrophic CATiclism." Popoi interjected.

"It doesn't have to be." Accord countered. "Though, you'd be hard pressed to find such a situation, to be fair. Good luck finding someone who bends them as well."

The whole crowd (minus three) made a collective noise of disappointed. Accord agreed.

"It is a shame. I wouldn't mind feeling younger for a bit either. Shame it's honestly not that fun. Aside from suddenly aging and deaging, of course."

Sil looked at Arle and knew exactly what she thinking.

"Hey, Ms. Accord. I could travel between worlds." She suggested. The class had an ear open.

"It's a nice thought, Arle. But is it a portal?"

"Not that I can remember…"
"Gu."
"Carby says no."

And the crowd was disappointed.

"Ms. Accord." 'Ugh, I'm calling her what SHE calls her…' I can make a rift in space/time…

"Hmm. I recall you telling me as such. Can you please demonstrate?"
"You've never shown us."
"Put your money where your mouth is."
"Sil…"

Sig held out his necklace. Amitie followed suit. Sil refused to absorb her essence.

"This it's no magic."
"Is it a wish too?"
"NO, Arle. It's a gift."
"Geez. You really didn't like the name calling, didn't you?"
"Step aside!"

Silvana took off her dominant glove. She made her motions very clear. So she'll come off as less crazy.

She poked the air. And like a mime, her hand just stopped. As if it hit a wall. The clown then vibrated her finger until a tiny eye sized hole appeared.

The whole class was amazed. "How did you do that?!" Klug yelled.

"I just can travel by ripping apart space."
"Are you sure you're human underneath that mask?"

Sil ignored the follow-up question from the scared Klug. She ignored Arle's accusation she's something akin to Ecolo even harder.

The whole room already lined up to see through it. "Sorry, Liddy, I didn't take into account people would watch through." She said to the jumping imp. Amitie lifted her up.

Accord applauded. "Does this mend itself?" She shot in the dark.

"Yep. Don't make it bigger, IF you can make it bigger. I only know how to go to this world and one other. If you get lost in one of the multibajillions of worlds out there, it's your own fault. That is a random dimension, by the way."

Suddenly most backed off the tear in the fabric of space. They got the message. And a lot of questions Sil had to dispute that she wouldn't use it to dispose of people that way. 'If I had this before Arle could travel dimensions… She'll remember eventually…'

"Marvelous work, Silvana."

"It's little effort." Sil dismissed her teacher's compliment.

"But you can't bend time?"
"What normal person can?"

"What normal person can bend space!?" Klug freaked. The twins and Carbuncle raised their hands.

"Can we please try anyway, Professor?" Amitie begged with big eyes. The other girls and Sig, bar Silvana, joined in.

"Hmmm. I don't know girls. As much as it's fun. Spacetime shouldn't be played around with like that… Even with a tiny rift as that one. It's perhaps for the best if you kiddies study hard to invent an age change spell."

"But those are impossible! Silvana. Five thousand credits!"
"I'd take it if I knew where to begin, Raffine."

"Say Accord, are you afraid of us scattering around the multiverse?"
"We give you appaws."
"Then let me and Silvana it."

Silvana frowned and made a noise.

"I remember how to get to Primp now. And she does too. Let's battle."
"-nonononononononononononononono-"

The crowd's been going up and down the whole time. They all looked at their favorite clown in anticipation.

"No!" Silvana put her foot down. "I'm not gonna be a guinea pig for this!" That made Amitie and Lidelle shut up. They caught up to the fact that Sil would battle Arle.

"Why not?" Raffine demanded to know.

"I don't wanna see what I'll look like, alright? I don't wanna know!"

"What, still afraid?" The rich girl commented in a smug manner. "They are harmless teeny Puyos. Just do it. We won't ask again if it's a failure."

"…"

To make a long story short. Sil was roped into a Transformation match.

"Since you're scared of garbage Puyos we'll go easy on ya."
"Gugugu."
"Don't make fun of her for that, Carby. She's not being a clown right now."
"Guu?"

"Don't patronize me…"

"Let's…" Arle said energetically, holding Carbuncle.

"Puyo Puyo." Silvana less energetically said. 'Don't make me older… Good-bye, world…'

*In the heat of the battle, not confirmed yet if transformations can occur under these conditions…*

'No! My style's so different from her's. I should play more like…' "Ulp." So much for going easy on her. Sil had an 8-Chain's worth of garbage looming above her.

"Eh. Sorry! I get carried away sometimes." Sil's close friends were worried for Sil's safety. And obviously, Sil was too. She jumped ship out of the battle. Duck and covering as well, as her fear shut off her mind to her surroundings.

"And Silvana forfeited…" Raffine grumbled. "And before we could have a transformation no less…" 'Thanks for nothing.'

"Give her a break." Lidelle said coldly as she many others do her best to protect her from the incoming rain…

"You'll be okay." Sig coddled Silvana.

"Fuh… Fuh-Fla… Darkness. Can't breath."

"Sooooo… Should I quit too? No, I think it's better we finish this. Protect her from the garbage!"

The fields were still active. Sil was one offset(/neutralize) away from transforming too. No one had their eye on that. They were busy trying to snap Sil out of it.

So what went beneath their notice were the abandoned Puyos. They were exactly what was needed for Fever. Or to transform…

"Wake up, Sil. Sig's here." Amitie tried to reach her.

But before they could figure out what was going on. Sil's body changed.

She became a kid.

Everyone looked. Surprised it worked.

"Oh." Accord slapped her head lightly. "I forgot. Amethyst has body changing properties when exposed to Fever and any kind of rift. My bad, I should know better."

"So no transformations for us?"
"Absopawsitivelutly."
"Hmph."

"Or I still have some Ecolo in me…" Arle didn't feel so well thinking about it.

They all got the ground to take a good look at the small sleeping child on Sig's lap.

The girl wore a vertical striped patterned dress. Part light blue, part light pink. A white shirt underneath. Yellow clown shoes with white highlights. No gloves. The necklace friendship necklace remained the same. And she had a big bow in Arle blue.

Raffine wanted to hurl.

Her hair was a bit odd. It's like her she was a blonde that naturally transitioned into a brunette as many people do. It could've been dye.

And with a brunette, I mean Arle brunette (or orange). Not a redhead like Sil was.

The confuses me and the rest as much it does you.

Mask was basically the same. Except the eyes were more jovial, and instead of a tear mark, a light pink heart was where the eye hole was painted over.

"She's adorable." Amitie commented and Lidelle agreed.

Sig could feel her lightly snore… "She's scared herself to sleep. Can you guys get Arms and a dreamcatcher from her bag?"

Sig knotted the emergency Dreamcatcher to one of his antennae. He intended to watch over her until she regained consciousness.

Chapter 47

Sil slowly began to wake up. Not that she wanted to. She was really comfortable lying down. This blanket was nice and warm. This pillow she's hugging was great. She smiled.

This wasn't her bed though. Neither was the blanket. This was a couch.

"Hn? Sig. She's waking up." She recognized that voice.

"Unc-" Her own voice threw her off, it made her eyes shoot open. She was in Sig's living room. Sig's was asleep on the couch on the other side. And his uncle was somewhere in the room.

Her voice sounded very familiar. Like Arle's when she was five. But not when Silvana was five. It sounded like before she became a Doppelganger.

But that can't be it. She felt her amethyst essence still coursing through her body. And her biology was also still mirrored. She's still very much a Doppelganger.

She looked at her pillow. Arms became huge. She kicked off the blanket and stood up. She noticed how short he was. She pinched a part of her dress. "What is this? What happened?"

"Don't tell me you got amnesia too, Sil." The half-demon uncle walked around the corner. He spoke in half-serious tone.

"Uncle!" The man gave a wry smile, that's one question answered.

"Gosh. You're cute, Silvana. Even with the mask." He noticed something. "Nice heart." He poked next to the eye hole.

"H-Heawt?" She put Arms aside and turned her back to the uncle to take a look at her mask. "Huh? Well, it's pwetty neato." She put on the mask again. "But why am I so small? I feel like I'm five again. Again."

"Do remember what happened at school?"

"School. AH!" The moment of the 8-Chain above her invaded her mind again.

"You're not in the moment anymore, Sil!" Uncle Stan tried to comfort her as his nephew would.

"I KNOW!" The little girl was still in fear position. 'At least, she's safe from me as long it won't flawe up!' The grown man shoved Arms back in her grasp and made her sit down.

Subconsciously, Sil tried her breathing exercise. It helped. She looked at her narcoleptic date on the other couch. She decided not to wake him. Even though, she fights the urge to do so oh so much.

"So, I'm a kid again… I nevew looked like this, evew." 'Am I blonde?'

Uncle Stan relayed all the info and theories Ms. Accord, Amite, Klug, Lidelle, Popoi, and Sig threw at him.

"Oh, I can revewse that."
"That was quick."
"Well, I'm not gonna test it any time soon."

She started at Sig again.

"Did somebody see my face!?" It suddenly occurred to her.

"You'll have to ask your boyfriend on that one."
"Uuuuuncleeee!"
"Hahahahaha! Almost."

Sil looked at her blonde parts to avoid looking at him. 'Is this dye? H-How much have I changed?' Sil's prefered child form was when she was a child. And not just because she's guided to do so.

"Wanna talk to Sig?"
"I don't wanna wake him."
"He's had enough sleep."
"Uh…"
"Look just give into your outer child. Spend the rest of your day with him. Enjoy your body. I'm in the kitchen if you need me."
"But…"

"No buts, little lady." The Uncle didn't raise his voice. "He'd be happy to see your mental state is doing alright despite the transformation and the attack you had at school."

"He was worwied." She smiled.

"Oh, and speaking of mental states, speaking as an inspector for a bit. If your mental health starts affecting your circus life then no nepotism is gonna save you."
"I'm pwepawed."
"Good."

He went to the kitchen. And Sil took a few steps backwards a with a big smile on her face. She ran and jumped onto Sig's stomach.

"Ow." It was an underwhelming reaction. Sig woke to see Sil's mask. Most people wouldn't want that.

"Morning~"

"Sil." Sig held her. Sil lifted her mask.

"I'm okay, I can wevewse it."
"But wouldn't you wanna make up for the spend back then."
"Duuuuuuuh. Sig."

She made Arms hug him, and then she did. She felt very smiley like this.

"Are you blond?" He said like he just noticed.

"I don't get it either."
"You're also kinda brown like Arle."
"Really?"
"There's something about your eyes too."
"DON'T TELL ME… They're brown?"
"Kinda, they look yellow to me, like Arle's."

"…" She didn't know what to make of her situation. "Wanna go bug hunting?"

"Ammy's gonna stop by."
"Really?"
"Yeah, she and Lidelle are telling your crew."
"Ammy's gonna be so much fun now that she has a child to play with."

She giggled. Playing with Sig's antennae.

"So. How are you doing?"
"Being eleven yeaws too young, silly."

She laughed at her own joke.

"You conked out fighting Arle."
"Oh, that's what you meant…"
"Do you think that will always be your reaction? Or…"
"No. And even if it wasn't I'd keep doing this to myself… Can we please not talk about this wight now? Imma kid. I shouldn't have to think about it."
"Sorry…"

Sil hugged as hard as her less developed muscles could. "Th-The fffflashbacks wewe a th-th-thousand t-times wowse." She whispered in his ear.

"I'm here for ya. Cry all you want…" He fidgeted so he could make Arms hug his owner from behind. Sil's favorite way to be hugged. "What's it like being a kid again?"

"Nothing like I can remembew how it was befowe I was cweated. Okay, scwatch that. I have a lot of enewgy. I just wanna play outside."

"Let's play in fr-"
"Don't let go. I wanna keep spending time with you like this."

*Click*

"Uncle!" Silvana yelled at Sig's. The man walked back around the corner with his camera in hands and a big smirk.

"Ignore him."

"So, what wewe you like my age?"
"Quieter."

"…"
"That's it?"
"That's it."
"Snrk."
"I don't get it."
"Wouldn't want it any othew way."

*Knock knock but for doorbells in an annoying jingle*

"That's Ammy." Sig observed on the spot.

"Ammy!" Sil jumped off of her hug machine.

Sig's uncle opened the door. "Afternoon, Amitie. Ah, Arle. Long time no see."

'Arle…'
'Oh…'

"Likewise, Stan."
"You remember me, sorry to hear you have amnesia. The lovebirds are hugging on the couch. If you're quick you can see them before they break the hug."

"Too late!" Sil put her mask back on as replied as Stan went upstairs.

"Aw, her voice is even cuter than I thought!"

Amitie walked around the corner with Arle. Amitie could not at all keep a straight face. "Hi, Silly… How're you doing?" Sil let it slide this time. "Please don't say you have memory loss too, do you remember us?"

"Yeah. I haven't lost my memowy tuwning into a kid this time."

"This time?" Arle had a few questions.

"Don't tell hew." Sil demanded with a childish hmph.

"I'll tell you later…" Sig said to Arle exclusively.

"Aw. Siwwy, you'we the cyutest. You have twouble saywing youw Aws…" Amitie wasn't being condescending. She adored the young clown. She grabbed the endpoints of Sil's here. "Wewe you bwonde?"

"I don't know!"
"Why are you asking me? Anyway."

Arle kept talking. "I came up with a way that might hel-"

"No…" Sil said little but with a lot of anger. Which got worse when she smirked. Arle couldn't take this child seriously like this. "…" Little Sil pulled Arms closer.

And then stomped on Arle's feet.

"OW! Hssssssh…"

"Sil! You shouldn't do that!" Amitie scolded.

"Sowwy." The clown was insincere. She did out of spite. "I guess I am a child now… And an owphan. I can get away with this."

"How are you two friends with her?"

"..."

"Arle. Don't make her angry…" Sig adviced while Amitie was busy baby talking to Sil. "Please."

"She isn't making it easy, Sig." Arle said with diminishing patience. "Silvana." Sil turned. "I got a present for ya, so you can make at least the most of your youth if you're stuck like that."

Arle got Sil's curiosity. She chose not to say anything.

Arle pulled out a pair of child-sized boots.

"WIBBIT BOOTS!"
"How did you… Whatever. Yes, ribbit boots. You can have them for the time being. Just stop being so abrasive to me. I said I was sorry..."
"...I'll twy…"

Sig smiled and Amitie patted her on the back. The clown felt dirty.

"What do you say, Sil?" Amitie encouraged.

"Thanks…" She said like she was barely sincere. Arle saw right through it.

"I have a few blocks to deliver to. Sorry for what I did to you in class. Bye."

"Bye…"
"Bye, Arle."
"See ya later, alligator!"

"My wibbit boots!" Sil was really, really delighted. "I nevew thought I'd evew have them again."

"What's that?" Sig asked.

"Do they make you jump higher?"

"Uh-huh." Sil had put them on quickly. She ran for the door. "Follow me." They did. *Bump!* "OOOOOW!"

"Silly!" They came to her aid, she bumped into the door. They came to her.

"Hsssssh." She tried not to cry holding her face underneath. "That huwt mowe than it should've…"

"You have your mask on too." Sig said as he opened the door. Sil would have trouble reaching the doorknob.

Just outside the house. "Watch me." The kid squatted and jumped. And boy did she jump. She just barely wouldn't be able to land on Sig's head.

"Wow."
"That's so cool!"

They reacted midair.

Sil landed wrong. On her face. She's out practice. Her mask flew off. She had a clown nose underneath which she just noticed rubbing her face. She decided to ditch the thing for a while. Who was gonna recognize her as Arle right now? There's enough plausible deniability.

Sig was against this. Thinking Sil's rationality was regressed a bit too.

He didn't have the heart to say it. She looked so happy when not running into things.

They have been trying for a few hours playing Tag. Sig just watched while talking to bugs. He's not built for running.

Amitie and Sil were. But the former kept tripping, the latter kept bumping her face against anything. They came to each other's aid without a truce in tag. Sig helped too. "Ammy…" Sil wished she didn't throw off her mask. "Can we stop? This pain's ridiculous. I thought I stopped bumping into evewything when I existed."

"Yeah." Amitie panted. "My knees hurt. I think I forgot my leg-even-outers thing."

"Go figuwe… Check youw Piewwot suit latew." Sil looked at the sun. "It's getting dawk." 'Should've said "late".'

"CHORES! Bye, guys!" Amitie left off in a hurry.

And that left Sig and Sil…

"How long are you gonna stay like this?"
"Why awe you asking?"
"I like the older you better."
"I see. I'll get some mileage out of it fiwst."

Sig nodded. He didn't like it personally. Sil sensed as much. She jumped to get her arm around his shoulders.

"It won't be pewmanent. I pwomise."
"'Kay."

Sig's grown to associate Sil's teenaged body, with Sil. Duh. He doesn't feel as nearly affectionate towards the tiny kid. Even though he knows Sil is mostly the same inside.

He doesn't like kids. They can be so mean. To him, and his many friends. There are always exceptions. The last group of kindergarteners he met threatened to do unspeakable stuff to his bugs until he Puyo'd them away.

Arle and Sil used to be kids with mean streaks, they'd both admit as much. Even if she shows no signs of it besides to Arle.

That said. Anytime he gets to see her happy without the mask on. Or even with… He still wishes he could've seen it with an older face and without a clown nose over it.

"I'm going home. G'Night, Sig." She lifted her shoulder bag with her of her stuff, her strange body did have enough circus kid muscles to carry it comfortably enough.

"Need me to bring you? Can you still cast Go Home?" Sig worried in his deadpanny way.

"It's only halfway acwoss town, silly." She smiled. "I'll be okay. See ya later, alligator!" She skipped off.

"Bye." Sig tepidly waved. He went back to his house. While knowing better it felt like he'd lost a friend for the moment. She still felt like Sil while lying on top of him, just lighter.

"…ow fiddlesticks…" Sig though he imagined in the distance.

Sil skipped the way home. She's about halfway there. The sun hasn't gone quite yet. The skies have gotten cloudy fast. "Pwetty." Sil mumbled at the orange cloud.

As if to say "Oy, thank ye very much, wee girl." A raindrop fell into her eye. That's something Sil hadn't experienced that since before she found the circus.

Her mind was split. On the one hand, she needed to hurry home. She's gotten sick way too much since she lived here. On the other. It's raining, soon there'll be muddy puddles she's a kid, she has boots on…

To her dismay, as much as she wanted to do the childish thing. Her reasonable teenaged thoughts overtook it. Not being sick took priority.

If she did the laundry and transformed back, would those clothes be permanently kiddyfied?

She teleported home and like that she was in her room. She did like her bed was extra big now. And it's spring loaded~~~ "Mrrrgah. I can finally enjoy being a kid… I have to take finances in mind… Hmph." That hmph turned her head to the window. The circus lights were still on. "Not done pwacticing yet?" She went out to get an answer.

What she saw what Donguri Gaeru cheerfully cleaning the place to the best to his stubby abilities. "Rib? Ribbit ribbit." He spoke to the unfamiliar kid.

"Hehehe~ Donny, it's me. Silvana V. Piewwot." She did a trick only the crew would know.

"Rib? Ribbit~ Ribbit!" The froggy dropped the mop rolled over to get a good look. "Ribbit rrrrriiiiiib~" He sang.

"Sowwy, language bawwiew. Did you say Slimy Face or Cute face?" Rhetoric, even if she genuinely misheard it. She just wanted hear it.

"Ribbit~"

"Aw, shucks, Donny." She blushed. "Told ya I was human."

"Rib."

"Oh. Sowwy, a lot doubt me… Hawd to keep twack…" She looked somewhere else. "Did Vento skimp out on cleaning again yestewday? A was it that lazy wookie?" The acorn frog nodded. "Knew it… Wemind me to dwill it in theiw heads that evewyone's the janitow hewe."

"Rib! Rib!" He saluted. "Ribbit. Rib?"

"Yup." Li'l Sil did a few shoe model poses. "A paiw of wibbit boots."

"Rib-ribbie~" Donguri got even more respect for his employer. As he bounced around her. "Ribbit?"

"Uh…" 'How do even answer this? I don't like this.' "These awen't mine… They'we Awle's."
"Rib."
"I did earn my own once…"

She tried to get respect back. "Rib." Donguri placed his slimy stub on Silvana's knee. "Ribbit. Ribbit, ribbit ribbit ribribbit. "Ribbit bit." Rib? Ribbit." He spoke like a true friend and leader.

"Not lying…"
"Ribbit?"
"I don't need a new paiw. Thanks though. Wanna hang out mowe sometime?"
"Rib~"

"Neat-o! Good luck cleaning. I have school tomowwow…"

Just her luck. On the lack of travel to her caravan, she tripped into a mud puddle, and bumped against the caravan and fell over backward into a mud puddle.

Looks like she's gonna have to come late to class tomorrow for the laundry.

She swum, she was so small. Couldn't have fun with soap as she hoped. As much as she wanted to. She dug up some rubber duckies and projected her friends and Arle onto them. She caught herself before she could get depressed or drown herself.

Literally impossible.

After she's done cleaning the mud after her caravan she searched for something to cheer her up. She discovered something she had forgotten since she took her job seriously.

"Oh my gosh! Candy!~~~~" She rediscovered a candy stash. Her mouth watered. She didn't feel like cooking anyway. And here she has licorice, gumdrops, wine gums, etc. "Where to stawt?" She said very giddily.

And then she remembered the few pounds she had to burn off from chips and ice cream…

*Sigh* "Canned soup it is…" She mumbled as she took one piece of candy.

Sil entered her bedroom. Ready to go to bed. Using one of the few normal people, non-private, non-costume, non-clown clothes she has. A simple pink polo as a pajama.

One positive thing about this all is that Arms was way bigger. Not that she wanted to play with him like a kid would. She already talks too much to him, to the point that people worry about her.

"Awmy~" She wrapped his extra big arms around her. She knows he isn't real. She doesn't care. And neither does she care about the mouth on the guy. "Zzzzzzz… Awmy… I won't let them take you away." Her stray thoughts led her dream.

She woke up in the morning with a cold sweat… "AWMY! I had such a nightmawe… Never leave me." She snuggled as hard as she could.

*Appreciative monkey* "Monkey Question"

"No… I think I'm too scwewed up to enjoy myself. I'm gonna twy one mowe day."
*Snide monkey*
"This lisp isn't fake!"
"Monke-"
"I don't know…"

*Knock knock*

It was Amitie and her mother. All Sil remembered was being a baby about seeing her own mom to Melody when it was brought up and how they can't make her visit her home world.

They came to take her to school and to show Sil's cute face. It reminded the mother of her young daughter. She babied Sil as much as Amitie did. Called her face cute too. But she's even more not in the mood for it.

*Sniff* Sil closed the door behind them. "You can't make me…"

At school, they called Sil's face cute. Sil teased Raffine. Raffine threated. Sil hid behind Sig's legs. "I'm scawed, Sig." She quivered. "Beat hew up!"

After a while, Sil had enough and reverted back. "I'm too old to be five anyways…"

"Wi-"
"NO! Not gonna help you with this! Find someone else to make Transformation accessible!"
"Bu-"
"HOW ABOUT DOUBLE NO! N-Not curious h-how I would l-look as an adult!"
"Co-"
*This conversation is over via teleportation home*

*After school, Sil's caravan*

"Sorry that you didn't enjoy being a kid again."
"There's always a second time, Sig."
"Huh."
"Let's just say I "wevewse engineewed" it. If I ever want to do that. I went through too much…"

"Fufufufufu." Sil laughed. Just being her present self made her feel better.

Author's Notes:
