Upon returning home, Alois almost immediately crashed into his spouse once the Watchdog was located, leaning down and wrapping his arms around him from behind while the man sat on the sofa. He buried his face in bluenette locks with a groan while his husband tried his best not to smile at the behaviour. Ciel thought it was cute although the other man was obviously tired.
"Did you have fun?" questioned the blue Phantomhive, wondering how it went with sincerity.
"Yeah, it was fun." Alois answered. "They had this faun from America sing and she was really good. She did a duet with Chief Sibyl."
"That sounds interesting. I hope I'll be able to see them sometime." Ciel turned around to face his beau, prompting the other to display his cheek for him to kiss. "Are you tired or something?"
"Kinda? Emotionally. I talked to Dan about what was wrong with him. It was heavy."
"Do you want to talk about it?"
"We'd be here all night once I got started..."
"I don't mind." the Watchdog answered softly, kissing the other's cheek again. He ushered his beau to sit next to him and didn't mind in the slightest when Alois cuddled up to him.
"He didn't know how to start off gently either." the menace stated. "Should I just go for it, too? Though, I also don't think it's really my place to be talking about it without his permission."
"Whatever you think is the right thing to do."
"The right thing to do would be to not say anything until he gives me the okay. The helpful thing to do for myself is to talk about it."
"If it's a secret, I won't pass it on." answered the other demon while running his hand through flaxen locks.
"Well, then, I'll come out and say it." Alois sighed. "Blackwood raped Daniel." Before he could elaborate, he could feel Ciel jolt as he was taken aback. "Told you there's no graceful way of saying it."
"When did this happen?"
"When they first started 'dating.' Blackwood took advantage of him while he was drunk, and because Daniel was in a really shitty place already and was looking for support, he thought he was okay with it. He was asking me if it 'counted'."
"What did you say to him?"
"I told him that it does, of course. He had that same mix of emotions. He was relieved he wasn't crazy and imagining it, but… He still feels angry and disgusting… Like he's been damaged and no one will want him."
"Someone will. I'm confident that there's someone out there for him."
"Well, he did speak rather fondly about this new, recently divorced, employee at the welfare center."
"Think he has a chance?"
"Hard to say, he's a single dad." Alois stated. "That doesn't mean he's straight, but he could be. Dan likes playing with his daughter, so the kid part isn't the real problem."
"Think he would do well as a parent?"
"Yeah. I think he'd be okay. Maybe even better than us."
"You don't think we would be good parents?"
"I think we would be excellent parents. Just not right now." the menace replied, leaning up to kiss his husband on the lips. "I'd still like to be married for a little while before that. Just enjoy it, y'know?"
"I understand entirely." Ciel grinned, pleased that his spouse agreed with him on this and also because they both seemed to agree that they would like to be parents some day. He was about to lean in for another kiss, but right then, Alois' face lit up like he had just remembered something.
"Oh! I need to tell you! That annoying guy from the paper? He followed me and Dan while I was comforting him. He accused me of having an affair!"
"With Daniel?" the Watchdog questioned. "I assume that if you did have an affair, you'd go for someone better."
"Okay one: rude to Dan, and two: I would never have an cheat on you ever." Alois counted off on his fingers. "I took his camera and the card out of it. I deleted the pictures. I just wanted you to know that if he does publish that story, it's bullshit."
"If he does, he'll have quite a lot of scary people to answer to, won't he?"
"Mm-hm." hummed the blonde before kissing his husband again. "I asked Kristopherson to watch out for it and tell me if he sees anything out of the ordinary with the papers."
"Good work." was all that Ciel could muster, as he was growing increasingly distracted by the blonde's lips. He didn't want to come out and as of it, but he wasn't sure if their previous plans were still on after the heavy development and shift in mood. He tried his best to remain focused, but Alois soon noticed that he was struggling. A mischevious half smile graced the menace's face before kissing the side of the other man's mouth.
"You're a really pretty man, you know that?" Alois teased, taking delight in the redness that formed on his lover's cheeks. "I could never be unfaithful to this."
"U-uh…" the bluenette began. Although he was embarrassed, he had to ask. "Do you still want to-"
"Yes, yes I do." his husband interrupted before becoming embarrassed himself. "I mean, it feels totally inappropriate at the moment, but I still feel very strongly about it."
"How do you feel?"
"Sinful."
"That doesn't tell me much. You're a demon."
"Are you going to bug me until I say it?"
"Probably, now that I know it bothers you." Ciel grinned right back, prompting his beau to roll his eyes.
"Ciel, my beloved spouse, I would very much like to engage in coitus with you this fine evening."
"Now I just think you're being silly."
"I would very much enjoy mutually stimulating genitals with you."
"Whose genitals?"
"That of my lover and I."
"So you are having an affair." The Watchdog snickered as his husband gently struck his good arm in a playful manner. "And now you want to involve me in your shady activities?"
"For fuck's sake, man, I wanna sex you up." his husband brashly declared, causing the both of them to bust out laughing. They did so heartily with big smiles as they leaned against each other, obviously finding good humour in the situation.
"Alright, alright." Ciel forced out. "Should we just go?"
"Probably. I don't really wanna fool around here. I would like adequate room and intimacy."
"Mind my arm, then."
"I'll mind more than that."
A/N: Whatever.
I didn't feel like naming the chapter so "whatever".
Once more, I have forgotten what I wanted to say, but it matters not. I must post quickly and get started on a thing I actually need for a grade.
Grades stress me out. It hurts less to turn it in and never look back.
Better for my anxiety.
But, if I want to get into teaching, I have to actually like, worry about my grades.
Ho hum...
Not doin' so hot in this history of England class. I think I missed a deadline for a paper...
Crush it down, Hate. Do not dwell on what is in the past...
Until the next chapter, my duckies~!
