"This one's been infested, too..." Revy sighed while staring at his laptop screen.

It sat on his bed in front of him while he laid on his stomach. His sunglasses were on the nightstand beside him, but he didn't care. No one was going to see him where he was. Even if they could, his webcam was taped over just like everyone elses' in the Phantomhive house. Just when he got comfortable, however, he was disappointed to find that after coming home from a long day at a job he wasn't sure he wanted, he couldn't unwind and enjoy his favourite pastime. Yes, he enjoyed video games very much, but his true passion lied in paranormal sighting forums.

He was a troll. The internet kind. He would go on these forums and make false reports and spread false information all the time. In his mind, it was a service. He was maintaining the illusion that supernatural beings weren't real. Unbeknownst to him, that was something that HELLSING paid money to do. In fact, the trolls that beat him to the punch were mostly HELLSING operatives doing maintenance work as well.

"Why'd everybody decide to hit it at once? How am I supposed to have any fun?" The irony of his complaints was not lost on him and he did see a silver lining to it. "Oh well. At least those nerds who think they can be monster hunters might be discouraged from actually leaving their mums' basements. Stick to WOW for your hero fantasy, dumbass."

Revy didn't think much of it. Trolls did come in waves from time to time. Some HELLSING-affliated, some not. Never in the Macken boy's dreams, however, would an anti-freak organization ever be responsible. Thus, he carried on, searching for somewhere to play. He was so desperate that he kept hitting "next page" on Google, but little hope was there. These were all groups that no one frequented. Some had been dead for months. Perhaps this just wasn't his day. Maybe he could squeeze in some mischief into one of the contaminated groups, but he looked on one more page just in case.

Scrolling, down, he selected a forum that looked promising. It was still active. Very active, in fact. It was just very new. This forum had been untouched by the noble pursuits of those who vowed to keep that which is meant to be unknown to normal humans a secret, but rife with the same fools who wish to poke it with a stick. There were more people trying to form groups to go looking for supernaturals near Manchester. It seemed to be a popular place for some reason as of late, but Revy had no idea why. All he knew was that these humans were going to put themselves in serious danger if there really is something out there.

For a while, he couldn't even respond to any of it because he was just too flabbergasted. They were posting pictures of their "gear". Many of them were "Vampire hunter" kits that they either purchased online, or assembled themselves. Revy doubted that they actually had holy water. He also doubted that they would be able to wield a knife or a wooden stake against any supernatural being, really. One person simply said that he was going to use kitchen knives, while another had a cricket bat like in Shaun of the Dead. There was one person who was doing a lot better than them, saying that their father had an old hunting rifle, but without antifreak bullets, that wouldn't do them much good. Deeper and deeper, Revy went, completely focused on the ridiculousness before him. He was actually somewhat concerned, and yet that was not the worst of it.

"There's an organization out there that deals with this stuff." one post said, causing the revanant's heart to sink a little. A rush of relief came over him as the name was revealed, however. "It's called 'The Belmont Organization'. If you go onto their website and fill out some stuff, they'll pay you to go out and hunt monsters. I've already made eighty-two pounds on my first job, and we didn't find anything!"

"Good." Revy thought. "It's good you didn't find anything." Eighty-two pounds was bizarrely low for a job that dangerous. HELLSING soldiers get paid extremely well due to their conditions. What worried him, however, was this "Belmont Organization." Surely, it was fake and the poster was making it up. There was a link on the post as well to the supposed site, but Revy prepped for a virus or a screamer. Either one was plausible. Despite, the risk, the revenant bravely opened the link in a new tab.

"Jesus..." he gasped. "These nerds are fuckin' mental!"

Hopping up, he sat on his legs and cleared his internet history, closed a few tabs, and got up, taking his laptop with him. Mind you, a few of those things were not done for shady reasons. Just for privacy. Revy was a very moral individual a good portion of the time. As such, he realised that he was in way over his head and needed to do something he very seldom did. He went and told an adult.

Carrying his laptop, he carried it to various places he might find either Phantomhive, since Sebastian was away. He started at the master bedroom and was grateful that no one was there. Then he tried the office, where the couple spent a lot of time, only to find it empty. Finally, Revy made his way to the library and traveled down the main staircase only to land in the foyer on his way. He stopped short of his destination, however, as he spotted the two on their way out the door.

"Where are you going?" he called out, prompting their attention unexpectedly. The two men looked up, both of them well-dressed with a touch of curiosity.

"Goin' on a date." Alois informed, looping his arm around his beau's and patting it. "Today's our first anniversary. We won't be back 'til tomorrow."

"Ew, sick." Revy answered, scrunching his face automatically. "Wait, you're just gonna leave Luka and me alone?"

"No. Elizabeth is here." Ciel stated, gesturing over to the woman. Awkwardly, she waved at the lad, having been missed when he rushed in to catch the others.

"Hi, Revy." she greeted. "I'm going to be watching the both of you while they're gone. So you two, just go off and have some fun."

"We will. Thanks again, Liz." the blonde said.

"My pleasure."

"You can't go!" the revenant blurted out, raising a few eyebrows. The others stared at him expectantly, but their stares caused him to fumble. "U-uh… I gotta show you a thing." he said, raising the computer tucked under his arm ever so slightly.

"You can show us when we get back." the Watchdog answered before turning to walk away.

"Some nerds are trying to make another Hellsing!" Revy shouted, hoping that volume would get his point across. That, it did. Both demons turned around to face him and Elizabeth looked at him with wide eyes, the colour drained from her face. Upon seeing this, he slowed down once more, lacking loudness. "There was a forum and this guy posted that this group was paying him and other people to go hunting supernaturals near Manchester. They have a site and everything to sign up with."

"How do you know about Manchester?" Elizabeth questioned, her tone serious while she took a few steps forward. That was a HELLSING secret. Surely, Revy shouldn't know about it.

"I look at paranormal sighting forums a lot." he said. "Y'know, make fun of people and make reports that aren't true to confuse them. There's a lot of them coming in from around there."

"Please show me everything you can." Elizabeth tried not to sound forceful, but that was incredibly distressing. "I'll pass it on to intelligence."

Without his sunglasses, one could see it clearly when Revy looked to the demons to see if it was alright for him to do so. He didn't know Elizabeth very well. In fact, they had hardly spoke before except to exchange pleasantries at family gatherings around Christmas. All he knew of her was that she worked for HELLSING. In fact, she was "Hellsing".

"Go ahead." Alois reassuringly told him. "It's okay." With that, he offered a nod before turning to face Elizabeth, who held up her hand to guide him to the Phantomhive office so the boy can walk her through his findings.

"You two go ahead." she said, looking back at the demons from over her shoulder. "I can handle this."

"Are you sure?" Ciel questioned.

"We can delay things a bit if you need us." his husband offered.

"No, I can handle this just fine." the angel informed with a smile. "You go have you're date! It's a big day for the two of you! Go have fun!"

"If you say so..." the bluenette said. "Call us if you need anything."

"Everything's going to be fine, Revy. You did good coming to us. Elizabeth will take care of it. Just tell her what you know, okay?" the other offered.

"Okay..." The boy wasn't as comfortable talking to Dame Hellsing, but he also didn't want to interrupt their time together. They were the nicest couple he had met so far, despite complaining often about their public displays of affection. Agreeing with them, he decided to go with Elizabeth.

"Call us if you need us." Alois insisted. "We'll come right back."

"It's okay. Go out and have fun. I'll be fine." his brother stated, not really curbing the concern the menace felt.

Alois was worried, as much as he wanted to go on his date, feeling compelled to watch after the boy until he dissappeared upstairs. With that, he and his husband turned and exited through the heavy doors of the Phantomhive mansion. None of them, however, could expect what would come from this.

A/N: Hello. Welcome to the author's notes. I'm tired. FF hasn't been working right for the past four days and I can't update that well. I have to wait until the dead of night when nobody is around to use the family computer to update, because for some reason, that computer works but the site won't let me upload on mine? I might have to unplug some shit and plug it back in…

I'm incredibly irritated by this… It seems to fuck up every couple of weeks…

Usually, I type the A/N last thing, but since I can't update the way I want to, I'm typing it in the actual document instead of tacking it on like I usually do.

Piece of shit fucking website…

We'll manage, I guess, but I'm still kind of pissed…

Until the next chapter, my duckies…

Question: "To Logan: If your naturally blue, why is your brother pink? How do those genetics work?" by BelovedDarkness648

Logan: "Uh. There's not a lot of research done on this, but the consensus is because we also get genetic material from our other parent, too. We'd have to, otherwise we'd just be clones! Elvis, Helen, and I are all half-siblings. (Now, don't take that as us being careless, though. We live for a really long time! I don't mean to generalise when I say that humans tend to get the wrong idea about us quite a bit. I understand that we have different cultural attitudes when it comes to this sort of thing.) We all have different genetic material added to our mum's. Not just skin colour, but species, even! It doesn't matter what species we procreate with. The result will always be an incubus or succubus. Anyway, we think all of that together could be it. It's not an uncommon thing. I'm not really good at explaining this stuff… I'm sorry. I'm not a scientist..."
