Hey everybody, I haven't been able to get this story out of my mind and I have the first five chapters already planned out, so hopefully the wait won't be too terribly long for them. This story is set in early season 13. Sorry for any errors, I only have an hour here and there to write so I don't end up doing too much editing. As always, feel free to favorite and review. TW: For implied assault and mild description. This story deals with the issue of a woman assaulting another woman, something that isn't often discussed but something I have first hand experience with.

As for my other story, Aftermath, I am trying to decide where to take the story next so bare with me...I am not abandoning, just thinking

Chapter 1

After being in New York for a month Amanda thought she would have more friends, but her life revolved solely around work. She hadn't even found time to see the stereotypical NYC sights. Spending 16+ hours a day at the precinct or in the field didn't leave a lot of time for socialization. While she got along well enough with Olivia they weren't close like she had hoped. Being the only other woman in the squad she thought they would unite together more but Olivia seemed too broken up about her partner of 12 years spontaneously leaving. It wasn't that Amanda didn't understand, it just simply didn't allow her to be as friendly with Olivia as she dreamed.

These were the thoughts running through Amanda's mind as she anxiously awaited her first date in she didn't know how long...it had to have been at least a year she realized. The week before, Amanda did something she vowed to herself she would never do, she downloaded Tinder. Initially she was unimpressed, most people came on too strongly or even worse, many couples wanted someone to have a threesome with. None of that was Amanda's thing and especially after Patton, she needed someone willing to move slowly.

Just when Amanda was about to call it a bust she met Meagan, she was different than all the other women she talked to on Tinder. She was more interested in getting to know Amanda than getting into her pants, a breath of fresh air for Amanda as she finally felt like she had a friend, someone to talk to outside of work. On a rare Saturday morning Amanda had off they met up for an hour for coffee. The chemistry felt instantaneous as they talked about anything and everything together.

Today, they had planned to go on their first real date out to dinner and a movie. When Meagan texted that she would rather stay in, Amanda agreed, despite her better judgement, she just assumed her nervousness was because of Patton. After all, Meagan hadn't given her any reason not to trust her.

A knock on the door had Amanda rushing to the door, allowing Meagan inside. Something immediately felt off, as the strong smell of alcohol rolled off of her. Amanda tried to mask a face of disgust, Meagan knew Amanda didn't drink so she couldn't understand why she came over obviously intoxicated. Meagan didn't notice the microexpressions of discomfort Amanda exhibited because she walked over to her preparing to kiss Amanda's lips, Amanda turned her head at the last moment and Meagan planted a sloppy kiss on her cheek instead. Eager to take a minute to herself, Amanda offered to get them both some tea when Meagan made herself comfortable on the couch.

A few moments later Amanda returned with tea and she turned on the TV to a shitty cop show that they watched as they sipped their hot drinks. Every few minutes Amanda rolled her eyes or yelled at the TV about the inaccuracies of the show, each time Meagan giggled, telling Amanda she was cute when she was angry. The earlier tension seemed to melt away as the women watched and laughed together.

As the episode ended and a new one began Meagan yawned, and Amanda asked her if she was ready for bed. Meagan grinned and nodded, taking off her shirt. Amanda immediately backed away nervously. "No, no I meant actually sleep," Amanda inserted a fake laugh for good measure, hoping Meagan wouldn't think she was a prude or something. However, they hadn't even kissed, not really, Amanda wasn't ready to do anything more. Meagan rolled her eyes but didn't make any more moves.

Both of the women got ready for bed and laid together in bed, holding hands. Amanda's mind wouldn't slow down, racing 100 miles an hour, she couldn't help wondering what the hell had happened tonight between the good moments and uncomfortable times she wasn't sure what to think. After what felt like hours Amanda felt herself drift off to sleep but was woken to the sensation of kisses being placed all over her skin, feeling a hand touching her in a way that made her uncomfortable she tried to move away, not fully conscious of what was happening. However, the grip on her tightened as she fought to get away and a voice whispered in her ear, "stop fighting it, I came for one thing and you're gonna give it to me." Amanda wasn't about to give up without a fight and she kicked and fought with all her might, but she was overpowered as tears streamed down her face. She wondered how this could possibly be happening again.
