It's been two weeks since the accident. The kids were released from the hospital a week later and Fitz has been staying at the house, in the guest house with them. Mellie has been walking around with a smug look on her face the whole time. Fitz is playing the role of "husband" and father while gnawing his teeth between Mellie and her mother. It's been painstaking and Fitz is trying to keep his cool. He's trying to be there for his children. He's sleeping in one of the guest rooms and tonight is one of those nights. He's missing Olivia. He needs to hold her. He needs to be with her.

Fitz is lying in bed. He laid in Karen's room until she fell asleep. He usually stays because she wakes up calling for him but tonight he needed to hear another voice and he's going to. Olivia picks up, "Hi," he whispers.

She turns over to her stomach, "Hi!"

"Did I wake you?" Fitz asks.

"No, I haven't been sleeping well," she smiles.

"Really, why is that?"

"Well, I've gotten used to this guy I've been sleeping with. My bed is awfully cold these days. But I met a guy who might be a good replacement this weekend," Liv says coyly. She wants to get that rise out of him.

"Excuse me," he says, sitting up in the bed.

"I mean he's very nice looking. He's got a great body and…"

"I will kill him. Do I have to come over there right now?" Fitz suggests.

"I would love it if you did. I'm far too horny to be alone," she answers.

"What?"

"I'm horny okay. You want me to say it again," she laughs.

"You are horny for me. I'm that good huh," he blushes.

Liv throws her head back in laughter, "I miss you so much baby."

"I miss you too," Fitz answers.

"Where are you?" Liv asks

"I'm in bed, in the guest room," he says. He knows she wonders, even though she shouldn't. He knows she lets her mind play tricks on her. "You are the only one I want laying next to me and on top of me," he finishes.

"Don't tease me," she laughs.

"I'm not. I am taking a lot of cold showers here."

"Mmmmmm," she moans. "How are the kids?"

"They are okay. Karen keeps having nightmares so I spend most nights sleeping in her room. We won't know what's going to happen with Gerry's leg for a while. But he seems to be okay."

"That's good. I am so glad. I know having you there makes it a little easier for them."

"Yeah…" he says trailing off. "Thank you baby," he says.

"For what?"

"For being so understanding. The kids really needed me to be here and I know...trust me I do," Fitz explains.

"Besides your very sexy assets, I love how you are as a dad."

"You love my assets," he blushes.

"Every single one of them," she flirts.

"What do you love about it?"

Liv can barely stand the heat that is pooling between her legs. Just the thought of him, naked and filling her is all she can think of. "Damn," she whispers. He chuckles. "Why are you laughing?"

"It's an easy question," he presses.

"You just want me to stroke your ego," she laughs.

"I want you to stroke something but it's not my ego," he answers.

"I am going to bed," she breathes.

"Why? I mean I think our phone sex game is formidable."

"It's just gonna make me miss you more and hornier," she smiles.

"Hey," he says. She is silent. "Listen to me," he continues.

"I'm listening," she answers softly. The sound of his voice is like butter. She could hear that sound forever.

"You tell me you want me right there, right now, I'm there. Just tell me. I know you are trying to give me space to take care of my children but you are the lady in my life. I have to take care of you too."

"You can't do it all Fitz and yes your kids need you right now, not horny me," she implores.

"Did you forget who you are?" Fitz asks.

"What do you mean?" she quizzes.

"You are my fiance. You are the woman I asked to marry me. So that makes you as important as my kids. I love you Sweet Baby," he finishes.

"Fitz," she answers.

"I said, I love you," he repeats.

She knows what the appropriate response should be. "I love you too," she finally concedes.

"Are you okay?" Liv asks.

"I'm okay. My kids are banged up but alive, so I'm okay. I miss my baby but I know she's not going anywhere," he charms.

"No she's not...unless she needs a fix," she jokes.

"You need a fix then I'm going to take care of it," he assures her. "How about we have dinner?"

"You sure," Liv asks. "I don't want to pull you away from them."

"I'm for damn sure," Fitz answers. "I'll be back in time for the kids that's all that matters. This is only going to be a couple more weeks."

"I know! I'm just pouting and pinching myself. You've made me a lovesick fool ," she blushes.

"My manhood is forever proud of his accomplishment at this very moment," Fitz laughs.

She rolls her eyes, "I was thinking, how about dinner in bed? We kill two birds with one stone," Liv suggests.

Now Fitz is blushing but he loves it. He loves that Liv has totally let her guard down with him. She's no longer afraid to be bare with him, physically and emotionally. "I like the way you think. How about Thursday night?"

"Hmmmm," she hesitates. "Let me check my calendar," she jokes.

"Liv," he sings.

She smiles, "Thursday is perfect I guess I can make time for you," she jokes as he laughs.

Liv regrettably yawns in his ear. Fitz says in a comforting tone, "Someone is sleepy."

"I'm sorry. Can you stay up with me until I fall asleep?"

"How about we sleep to the sound of each other tonight?" He suggests.

"All night," she says surprised.

"All night," he answers. "Facetime me, so I can see you."

"Fitz," she blushes.

"Please," he begs playfully. She is biting her lip. She happily obliged and did facetime. "Hi Sweet Baby."

"Hi," she smiles.

"I am going to put on some music. And I want you to close your eyes and meet me in dream land," he says.

"I won't want to wake up," she smiles.

"Yes you will because we have a hot date on Thursday," he winks.

"What you said earlier about me being the lady in your life," Liv starts.

"Do you need me to say it again? I meant every word of it. I love you so much Livvie. I'll always need you." He asks.

"I love you too," she whispers as she starts to fall in and out of dreamland.

"Now sleep baby," he says. He grabs his IPad looking for songs.

"Fitz," she whispers..

"Shhh…." he says as The Lady in My Life starts to play.

There'll be no darkness tonight

Lady our love will shine

Lighting the night

Just put your trust in my heart

And meet me in paradise

Now is the time girl

You're every wonder in this world to me

A treasure time won't steal away

So listen to my heart

Lay your body close to mine

Let me fill you with my dreams

I can make you feel alright

And baby through the years

Gonna love you more each day

So I promise you tonight

That you'll always be the lady in my life

Fitz lays there and watches her sleep for a while. The gentle rise and fall of her chest as she holds a smile to her face. He wishes he could move the hair that has fallen between her eyes and hold her in his arms. He wishes he could give her that repeated kiss that he places gently against her cheek when she's asleep. For now, the serenade of the music and his watchful eye will have to do.

Mellie's heard more than she wanted to hear. She wanted to ask Fitz to sit with her. Her pain has been excruciating and Fitz was always good at being the good doctor, much like he's doing now for the kids. But she just heard a Fitzgerald Grant she's not used to hearing. The drop in his tone with so much love. The soothing way he is speaking to her. He never spoke that way to her but here is speaking to her. It's there. It's in his voice. It's in his tone. It's love. She walks away from the door as lightly as she can. Fitz turns thinking he hears someone but he turns back to watch Liv as he slowly falls asleep with her sleeping form facing him.

It's the next morning. Fitz is sitting in the kitchen with the kids. The nurse they hired has really hit it off with the kids already. Gerry wants to walk around on his crutches but since he's not allowed he is more than frustrated. Karen just likes the attention. Fitz is waiting on the DNA test results that got delayed. Fitz is sitting with the kids when Mellie comes in. Fitz feels a twinge of sympathy for Mellie, with the neck brace and the constant pain she's in but it doesn't change the dark cloud that even she doesn't know hangs over their head.

"Good morning! Where's Gerry?" she says. It's not in the high pitch giggling laugh she usually gives. Truth be told there's nothing to giggle about but she slowly walks in.

"Good Morning. He didn't want to be in his wheelchair right now. He's in the bedroom but he's up," Fitz responds.

"Good morning Mommy," Karen responds.

"Good morning honey," Mellie responds. "How's my big girl?"

"Good!," Karen says happily. "Daddy is going to take me to put my feet in the pool."

Mellie shoots over a look to Fitz "You think that's smart with her cast and.."

"Yes, it will be fine. I am not going to dunk her," Fitz smiles tweaking Karen's nose which makes Karen laugh.

"Stop it daddy," she giggles.

"Just letting her get a little fresh air," Fitz says.

"Please mommy," Karen says.

"Okay, okay!"

Gerry speaks on the monitor, "Daddy, I gotta..you know…"

"I got it buddy," Fitz speaks back.

Mellie didn't know he got a monitor, "You bought him a baby monitor."

"Not exactly but it does its job. When I go back home, we will have to get him one of those portable ones. It will be easier for him and then the nurse just has to clean it out," Fitz explains.

"When you go home?" Mellie says.

"Yes, I have to go home Mellie. I can't stay here indefinitely," Fitz answers.

"Why not? Your kids need their dad here. There's nothing back at your penthouse that's keeping you from staying here. You are their father." Mellie says, ready to start a scene which Fitz definitely doesn't want in front of Karen.

"Don't talk to me about being their father, that's all I have ever been. I've been a good father, regardless…" Fitz stops himself. He knows that this has something to do with Olivia and he's not going to indulge her.

"Regardless of what," Mellie says defensively.

"Mommy and Daddy please don't fight," Karen says.

Fitz looks annoyed at Mellie. He kisses the side of Karen's face, "Don't worry honey, we won't." Eyeing Mellie sternly, "Not in front of her," Fitz says pointedly. He looks at Karen, "Daddy is gonna go help your big brother. Finish your breakfast."

"Okay daddy," she says happily.

Fitz kisses her on the head, as he stares at Mellie. "We can have this conversation later," he says continuing upstairs.

Mellie grits her teeth. Karen looks up at her, "Mommy is Daddy mad with you about something."

Mellie shakes her head, "What do you mean?"

"He looks at you like he's mad. Did you do something bad?" Karen asks.

"Of course not, baby. I think daddy is just stressed out, that's all," Mellie answers.

"Have I been a good girl?" Karen asks.

Mellie kisses her daughter, "You've been a very good girl honey. You are the best little girl in the world," Mellie answers.

Fitz is in the guest bedroom with Gerry. "Thanks dad! I don't like the nurse looking at me."

"Well it was a nurse looked at you when you were born. They were the first to put a diaper on you."

"Dad," Gerry squints.

"It's true. They slapped your little bottom and wrapped you in a diaper and a blanket," Fitz teases.

"Why did they slap me?" Gerry is now interested.

"That's how they used to do it. Turn you upside down and smack your little bottom," Fitz laughs.

"For real," Gerry says totally freaked out. He then looks at his dad and realizes he's been messing with him.

"They didn't smack your bottom but that's how it happened with your old man but I think it's because I was a lady's man even that early," Fitz says to make his son laugh.

Fitz helps Gerry back to his bed. Gerry looks at him, "Dad, what if I can't play hockey anymore?"

"We are going to have positive thoughts. Let's just wait to see what the doctor says. They didn't say you couldn't," Fitz says.

"But he didn't say I could either," Gerry says sadly.

"Well, let's just wait on your leg to heal and we go from there. I don't want you to worry about that right now okay. Just worry about getting better," Fitz explains.

"Okay dad," Gerry says solemnly.

"Do you want those pancakes now?" Fitz asks.

"Yeah, can I have lots of syrup?" Gerry asks.

"Anything champ," Fitz says, getting to see Mellie standing there. "Gonna get his pancakes."

Mellie slowly walks over to him, "How are you doing kiddo?"

"Cool," Gerry answers. Gerry studies Mellie's face, "Are you okay mom?"

"I am good. I am glad that nothing bad happened to you and your sister. Mom would have never forgiven herself," Mellie says.

"We are cool mom. It's okay," Gerry assures her.

"It's great to have us all together again isn't it," Mellie says.

"It's cool but dad's place is cool too," Gerry says.

"Of course it is," Mellie says as the defeat washes over her.

"Kiddo, can I ask you something?" Mellie asks.

"Sure mom," Gerry says, still focused on his game on his phone.

"You like your dad's girlfriend," Mellie asks.

"Olivia," Gerry says, "Yeah she's really cool."

Fitz has made it back to the door with Gerry's plate. He hears the conversation. Mellie continues to press. "You heard they are getting married."

"Yeah," Gerry says, continuing to play.

"How do you feel about that?"

"I think it's cool. Dad really likes her and they look at each other that way," Gerry says, continuing to play with his game nonchalantly.

"What way?" Mellie asks.

"Like you know," he shrugs. "Like they really like each other. Dad's always staring at her, even when she's not looking. She stares at him when dad's not looking. And they kiss all the time," Gerry says.

Mellie can't drop her head on the count of the brace but this stings much harder than she expected to. "All the time huh."

"Yeah, it's really gross," Gerry laughs. "But not really, I guess."

Fitz decides that Mellie has grilled his son enough. He makes his presence known, "Alright pancakes and bacon coming right up. And good old fashioned chocolate milk," Fitz announces.

"Thanks dad," Gerry says as his eyes light up.

Fitz sits the tray down, tending to his son but he gives Mellie a look that she can't decipher. "I'll come back and get your tray." Fitz says getting up. He looks at Mellie, "You want to give him some peace to eat his breakfast."

"Sure, I guess," Mellie says.

Fitz lets her walk slowly out of the bedroom. They stop in the hallway, "Mellie don't put our son in the middle of our divorce."

"What do you mean?"

"I heard you asking about Olivia. It's not fair to the kids," Fitz says.

"You are marrying our therapist. My kids will be around her. She will be their stepmother. I have a right to ask questions in case I don't want her around my kids," Mellie says angrily.

"Is it always fun for you standing on your high horse acting as if you are incapable of doing anything wrong?" Fitz asks.

"Excuse me?" Mellie says angrily.

"You aren't perfect Mellie. You have skeletons in your closet. Just because they haven't revealed themselves, doesn't mean people don't know what they are," Fitz warns.

"Are you threatening me?" Mellie says.

"I am putting you on notice that I am done playing your games. We don't have a marriage. I don't owe you an explanation about anything. I owe my kids my love and I'll give them that no matter what."

"You sleep with our doctor and you are warning me," Mellie says.

"And you…." he stops himself. He doesn't want the kids to hear any of this.

"I have to go out for a bit but I'll be back," Fitz says.

"Or, are you going to see her?" Fitz asks.

"Maybe I am! And if I do, that's my business," Fitz answers. Fitz sticks his head in the door for Gerry, "I'll be back champ in a little bit."

"Okay dad," Gerry says.

"I'll have Lily come and get your plate," Fitz says as he closes the door. He turns to Mellie, "Don't push me Mellie," he says as he walks down the hall.

Mellie is shocked by his words and attitude. His words immediately start to play loop in his head. What did he mean? What was he alluding to? She walks away slowly.

Liv is scheduled herself to go in late today. She's been so busy, she just needed a break this morning. Her phone rings and she laughs before she even picks up.

"Can I help you Rochelle?" Liv laughs.

"I am checking in Banana. How is everything going? How is Fitz and the kids?" Rochelle says.

"Did you call me banana?" Liv realizes.

"Yeah girl! You got a lot of that to hold in your hands and in your mouth. You are a soldier," Rochelle acknowledges.

"Goodbye! You are so nasty."

"Okay...Okay...seriously how are his kids?" Rochelle says.

"He said they are doing okay. They are healing well. Thank God it wasn't more serious than it could have been."

"Yeah, I mean I don't like his little bitch of an ex wife but I don't wish anything like that. I don't know what I would do if something happened to my kids," Rochelle says.

"Yes and I know he was scared to death and worried to death. That's why I put my reservations aside about him staying there. I know he's there for them but I don't trust her. She will use whatever she can, mainly her children, to try and guilt him," Liv says.

"That beautiful, hung man, loves you to death. He sees no one but you. He sees nothing but you," Rochelle says.

"I know. I just can tell that something is going on and he doesn't want to tell me what it is. He said he was going to deal with Mellie about my job but there is something else going on. I don't want to push but I know there is," Liv says.

"Well he's a man. You know how macho they can get. And he's going to protect you. You know that."

"I know," Liv laughs. "I want to take care of him. I want to protect him."

"Awww..Livvie Poo is in love," Rochelle teases.

"Would you shut up?" Liv laughs.

"No, I love it. It looks good on you. I don't think even you know how in love you are. You don't see how you look at him. It's the same way. He's the one Liv. He really is. You are in good hands," Rochelle says seriously.

Liv can for once hear the seriousness in her friend's tone. "Thanks so much Roxie!"

"No problem. I don't want you to get scared of all that loving. I know how you can get."

"I am not afraid of it," Liv laughs.

"Girl I would be if that came aiming at me. I mean I would take it and take it good but you know.."

"Should I be offended that you are talking about my fiance like that?" Liv laughs.

One of Rochelle's kids comes running in the room. "No you shouldn't be. You should be flattered that you are the envy of many women and with vanilla at that," she jokes. "Do you hear that? One of the beasts is demanding I play with them. I am going to have to let you go Chica."

"Okay! Thanks for the pep talk and nasty talk," Liv jokes.

"That's what I am here for," Rochelle hesitates a moment. "Don't worry about this Mellie situation. It's all going to work itself out."

"One way or the other it will," Liv answers as they hang up. She stands in the mirror, straightening her close. "Let's go heal the world," she says as she goes out of the door.

Abby has been sitting at the Plein Air Cafe. It's close to Abby's condo and the midway point for her and Fitz to meet. She has the results of the DNA test and she read them. She didn't want to be nosy but there was a bit of disbelief on her part that just can't believe that Mellie would do this to Fitz. Unfortunately after reading the results, she couldn't help but feel pain and disbelief for him. She wonders how he is going to take it. She's hated keeping this from her best friend but she respected his wishes. She knows he's going to need Liv when he finds out. There's no way to make this news pretty so she will do what she can to break it to him gently.

She is sipping on her coffee when Fitz walks up, "Abby!"

"Hey Fitz," she says, swallowing her coffee.

"Thanks for meeting me so early," Fitz says.

"No problem. My schedule is actually light today, so this is fine," she answers.

He sits down, "I've never been here before. What do you suggest?" Fitz asks.

"Their espresso is divine and you can't go wrong with their quiche," Abby answers.

"Sounds good," Fitz says as the waiter makes his way, taking Fitz's order.

Abby breaks the ice, "Fitz..it's been hard for me not to tell Liv what's going on."

"I know and I am sorry for putting you in this position but..I wanted to be sure. I wanted to know first. I didn't want her to worry. She's already worried enough. I don't want her to worry if my wife cheated on me and passed off one of my children as mine."

"Fitz, I'm sorry," Abby says sorrowfully.

"Did you look at the results?" Fitz asks.

"Yes I did. I didn't mean to but I…"

"No need to apologize. I asked you to do this for me and you can read the markers better than I can. I appreciate your help Abby and I appreciate you helping Karen," he finishes.

"That was my job. This was helping my friend's fiance," Abby responds.

"So, give it to me," Fitz says.

"Don't you want to eat first?" Abby asks.

"No. I just want to get it over with," Fitz says.

Abby hands the envelope over to him and as she takes a deep breath. "Here you go." Fitz opens the envelope reading the first page and then the second page. At first he looked a little confused. Abby asks, "Do you have any questions?"

Fitz takes a breath. He gets it. He knows what he is reading. She can see his face has turned beet red. "This is confirmed."

"Yeah it is," Abby answers. Her heart aches for him. She puts her hand on top of his. "I really am sorry Fitz."

"Can I keep this?" He looks up. He is between crying and rage. Abby is actually fearful for what he might do.

"Of course you can keep it. Fitz, maybe you need to take a minute to chill. You have to remember your kids are at home...you…"

"I am not going to kill my wife Abby. I won't," he looks up at her.

Abby takes a breath. She can see the rage in his eyes, "Okay...just making sure," she tries to laugh it off. "Is there anything else you need?"

"No, you've been a great help. I can't thank you enough. Don't worry, I'll explain to Liv why I asked you to be discreet."

"Thanks," Abby smiles.

"I better get going. I need to get going," Fitz says.

"You don't want to finish your breakfast?"

He breathes heavy, "I've lost my appetite. I have some things to figure out," he finishes as he gets up and begins to walk away with the evidence in his hands.

Abby pulls out her phone. She contemplates if she should call Liv and just put her on notice but she promised Fitz she wouldn't. She's worried about what his state of mind is. She holds the phone.

Liv is in her office with the Welchs. They divorced 10 years ago and got back together. Now they want Olivia's help to stay together. Liv sometimes wonders why they broke up to begin with. They are obviously madly in love but she tries to help them navigate rekindling what was lost.

"So Jack...do you think Alice is cautious because she has to be or because she needs to be?" Liv asks.

"Dr. Pope, I know the reason we divorced was me. I cheated on her and I am thankful everyday she took me back but I've promised her it won't happen again. I don't know how else to say it."

Alice interrupts, "I want to . I really want to trust what he says."

Liv smiles, "But you have to trust him just as much as what he says."

"Maybe we got back on track faster with the sex too fast," Alice says.

"Sex can sometimes cover the problems that sex can't cure. Whether it's good sex or bad sex. Whether its angry sex or needy sex, it's sex. Sex can momentarily make you forget the painful things and fill it with physical satisfaction. You both know that. You two have been talking but I think you've been talking around the past and the past hurt."

"I'm afraid if we talk about the past, she'll remember," Jack admits.

"I can never forget," Alice says.

Jack drops his head in embarrassment. Liv addresses him, "You can't expect her to forget. You can't expect her to start over without reconciling what got you here to begin with. You have to let her go through the motions of everything she is feeling."

"I think I understand," Jack says.

Liv puts her pen and pad down, "I have homework for you." She laughs at their reaction to her words. "Everyone hates that word from me. I promise it won't hurt."

"Okay," Alice says.

"I want you all to not discuss it with each other but write down on all the good things you want the other to remember. It can be whatever you want it to be but write it down and in our next session we are going to go from there."

"I can do that," Jack says looking at his wife.

"I can do that," Alice answers.

"Okay. I think that's it for the day. I am interested to see what you come up with," Liv says getting up from her seat.

"Thanks so much ,' Alice says as they start going out of the door.

"My pleasure," Liv says as they walk out. April smiles, working hard at her computer. "April can you order my lunch. I am going to take an hour and a half today."

"You got it. Do you have something specific for lunch in mind?" April asks as Liv walks back to her office but the door is still open.

"No, something light. Today is a heavy day," Liv answers.

She gets bottled water from her small fridge as she hears the door shut andthe snap lock. Liv turns around, "April," she says until she sees who's standing there.

"Not April," Fitz says.

She puts the water bottle down, going over to him. "What are you doing here?" Liv asks with a more than excited smile on her face. He doesn't answer. He just picks her up, sitting her on the edge of her desk, swiping some of the papers away. "Fitz what are you doing?" She's flushed and hot.

"Shhhh," he says as he plants a kiss on her lips.

She moans into his mouth, "Mmmm...Fitz…" Before she knows it, his lips are traveling down her neck. He's sucking and nibbling her skin. "Fitz we can't…."

He lifts his mouth and sharply says, "We are," and continues his path of sensation down her neck. He's biting her nipples through the fabric. His fingers start traveling up her leg. He fumbles until he finds her underwear. He starts pulling it down her legs.

"Fitz…," she's breathless. Her mind is saying this is all wrong but her body is it's own conductor. She lifts her hips so he can get the underwear easier.

He drops to his knees, making Liv begin to pant. Her heart is pumping so fast she thinks it's going to leap out of her chest. He's licking a line up her leg, leading to her pearl. He looks at her like with dark hooded and lustful eyes. "Open wide," he says.

She's never seen him like this. It's like he's a different person. She complies, but not to his liking, he spreads her legs open more. There she is, on top of her desk, spread with legs open bare. Her lips are glistening. Her clit is pulsating. "Fitz are you okay," she asks.

"Pull my hair," is all he says as he begins to attack her with his mouth. He sucks her clit with what seems like forever. The pleasure is almost too much. She's gripping the sides of her desk as her legs lay across his shoulders. He sucks her so hard that she's ready to scream in motion that she knows would alert the whole floor and April. Then she thinks, what will April think hearing this.

"Fitz, April is outside," she says.

He doesn't remove his tongue from her wet walls. He holds up a finger shaking, No.

"Jesus," she whimpers, throwing her head back on the hard desk. "Ohhh...ohhh….," she is biting her lips. He's licking her juices like he's thirsty. He is thirsty. He's thirsty for her. "Fitz...Fitz...I...ohhh..I..yes." She is breaking from his hold as he pulls her back.

She's dripping wet for him and he's making her wetter. He inserts two fingers inside her, while he licks her heard. He jams his fingers in, working her in and out, pumping her with his fingers. He loves the way she tastes. He loves the way she smells. He couldn't stay inside her this way forever. "You're getting close," he stops to say. She can't answer, she's two in rapture. She's unbuttoning her shirt. She almost rips the buttons. She reaches inside her bra and starts to massage herself. He's getting hard. The sounds of her moans and happy sighs of pleasure is more than enough for both of them. He keeps pounding her with his tongue as she pulls her nipples and massages them. She brings her forearm to her mouth. She can feel it. She can feel it slowly erupting inside of her. Fitz moans as he gently bites her tip, and that sends her over the head. She screams into her arm, nearly biting herself.

Her legs are limp, hanging off the desk. She can't even lift her body. She fully sated. Her body is calming. He kisses up her stomach and to her mouth, letting her taste her salty sweet essence. He works his tongue around her mouth, kissing her passionately. He lifts her off the desk, placing her on her feet. She kisses him, holding his face in her hands. She looks at him again, "You okay."

"Turn around," he says.

"What? Ftiz no," she poorly fights.

"Turn around," he says again. Liv can see the prey, the lust, and the love in his eyes all rolled into one but she knows something is wrong. "I need you," he answers.

"Baby," she says as he moves her skirt over. He squeezes her bare bottom.

"I need you," he says again.

She turns around, fulfilling his request. He unsnaps her bra. Her bare ass is rubbing up against his hardened member that just wants to be free. She cares to hear him unzipping and unbuckling his pants. She throws her shirt and bra on the ground. He teases her opening, rubbing his dick up and down in a line.

She moans, "I need you too," she whispers, grounding herself into him.

He enters her, sliding in and out until he can feel her calm. He knows she's ready. She grips the desk with all the strength she has. He places a hand on top of hers and begins to thrust inside of her. It's slow. It's hot. It feels so good to be inside her. He needs to forget. He needs to forget what's wrong. He needs to forget the truth. He just needs her in his moment and nothing else.

She's gripping the desk hard as he picks up the pace. He kisses up and down her spin while he fucks her. He reaches in front and places his fingers inside her. They are in a rhythm now. Their bodies are perfectly connected. His fingers are fucking her to a rhythm. "Harder," she grunts. "Harder," she repeats again.

He does as she asks, plunging in deeper to her, as deep as he can go. "You feel so good," Fitz whispers through his strained grunts.

With each hard thrust she moans, and she can't hold in words any more, "Yes..mmm..yes...mmm yes..," she repeats and it just permeates his senses to have her more and he does.

Her walls are swallowing in him. She feels like a volcano about to erupt. "Baby," he whispers as her body is not moving up and down on the desk. "Come with me," he whispers in her ear while nipping at her skin as he continues his thrust. They both come together in a loud roar of emotions.

"Shit," Fitz says as he collapses on her back, rubbing and placing kisses.

Liv can't lift her body. She doesn't really want to. The feel of his warm body covering hers feels are both of breath. He pulls out and it's messy and it's sticky and it's dripping. She turns around pulling her skirt down. She stumbles a bit moving over to pick up her bra and shirt. He pulls up his boxers and pants. "I can't believe you just took me on my desk."

"Is it a complaint?" He asks.

"No, I'll never admit I've always wanted it," she laughs.

"What? Dr. Pope you've dreamed about me bending you over on your desk," as he moves to her bathroom, finding a towel. He wets it with hot water. He gets down on his knees to her, cleaning her up.

"Yes I have. I am a freak….for you," she admits caressing his hair with her fingers as he cleans her up.

"Lucky me," he crookedly grins as he gets up, bringing the towel back into the bathroom. She puts her underwear back on and makes her way over to the couch. He comes out and she's sitting on the couch, waiting for him. Her body is aching from soreness and wanting more of him which is terrible in her mind. They just had sex in her office. What if someone from the Medical Licensing Board were to come at this very moment. It was exhilarating and reckless all at the same time.

"Fitz, what's wrong?" She asks as she

"Why does something have to be wrong?" Fitz asks as he sits next to her and she nuzzles into the side of his chest.

"Because something is. I have never seen you like that. I am not complaining but I know you. I know something is wrong. Just tell me."

He sits down next "She cheated on me...and lied to me," Fitz says.

"Who?" Liv asks.

"Mellie. She cheated on me and she lied to me when we were married," Fitz answers.

"What makes you think that?" Liv asks.

"I know now," Fitz says looking off into the distance, while running his fingers up and down her arm.

"Fitz, you are scaring me. What are you talking about?"

"I don't know what to do," Fitz says.

She grabs his face, holding it to her. "Look at me. Talk to me. Tell me what's going on."

Fitz kisses the inside of her hand, "She let me love on her. I waited in excitement for 9 months. She let me go to the doctor's appointments and watch the screen with our child. I cut the umbilical cord. She let me sign my name on the birth certificate knowing it was all a lie."

Liv is finally catching on to what Fitz is saying. "Fitz what are you talking about?"

"I gave him my name. He has my name and he's not mine," Fitz explains. The pain in his eyes is hard to look through.

Liv's throat catches, "Gerry is not your son. What are you talking about?"

"He's not mine," Fitz says in a whisper.

"Are you kidding me? Are you sure?"

"I'm more than sure," Fitz answers.

Liv starts to kiss his temple. Now it all makes sense. The urgency to be near her. The urgency for the closeness. "Fitz I'm so sorry. I don't know what to say."

Fitz throws his head back on the couch, "There's nothing to say. Thanks to Abby, I know the truth," Fitz explains.

"What does Abby have to do with this?" Liv asks, a little surprised.

"While they were in the hospital, I asked her to run the test. Don't be mad at her. I wanted to know if there was any truth to my suspicion. I didn't want you to worry about something that turned out to be not true but it's true," Fitz gets up, walking over to her beautifully appointed mantle.

She walks behind him, stroking the nape of his neck. She rests her chin on his back, "What are you going to do?" Seh asks as she intertwines her fingers with his.

"I don't want to go home and scream and yell and upset the kids. They are already on edge but I am going to make sure she knows that her game is over. Most of all, I want her to know that the games she's been playing with you is over too."

"Don't worry about me right now, worry about your kids," Liv says.

"My kids," he says with a laugh of frustration and hurt.

"They are your kids Fitz," Liv says. " I know that sounds crazy right now but it is true."

"My namesake doesn't have my blood in his veins Livvie. I'll never forgive her if I can't look at my son. If I have a hard time accepting what I know," Fitz says.

"Fitz, it's totally normal that you feel this way, at this moment. No man expects to hear that the child he's been raising as his own and loving as his own is not his. He's so much like you Fitz. You've raised him well. He's been shaped by Fitzgerald Thomas Grant III and that's not because of blood. That's because of heart," Liv says to him.

He squeezes her hand, "I don't know what I would do without you. Don't ever leave me," Fitz says with desperation.

She stands on her tiptoes and tugs his lip, kissing him softly. "You don't ever have to worry about that. That's never going to happen," Liv smiles. She turns and looks at the desk, "Plus, we christened my office. We are kind of stuck with each other," she winks.

"Did I hurt you? Was I...I'm sorry," he starts to fluster.

"Fitz, you didn't hurt me. You just surprised me but I don't regret it," Liv smiles. "It was the best nooner I've ever had."

He grins, reaching down to kiss her back, "I should probably leave so you can fix this mess you've made," he jokes looking at the papers on the floor and her hair.

"The mess I've made," she says, slapping his chest.

"I'll help you clean up and I'll leave. We are still on for dinner on Thursday," Fitz asks.

"You better believe it. I want you to have a feast. Dinner and me," she says with a sultry look in her eyes.

"How much time do you have before?..." He starts.

"No, we are not having sex again," she laughs.

"I am going to take her to dinner tonight. A mutual public place for me to drop a bombshell is the only way to go with her. She's all about appearances. She would never make an ass of herself in public with her hypocrisy."

"You sure that's what you want to do?"

"I am sure...I am sure," Fitz says as he kisses the tip of her nose. "I love you."

"I love you," she smiles.

They clean up her office while giggling at the flashes going through their head. They keep shooting each other a look, it's a look of love and safety. She knows he's going to need her now more than ever. Mellie has to be dealt with and she hopes Fitz can do it without wanting to hurt her. Mellie doesn't know what's coming.

Well Mellie is about to get the shock of her life!
