'So what to do.' The rat-bear-dog looked at the paperwork in front of him. He let out a long sigh as his whiskers twitched. Today was the day that the boy was supposed to arrive according to what Kanōsei had said he wrote. Nezu had thought about running off and taking the child into his care as soon as possible but decided not to. He was told that the boy had what Kanōsei called an "Anchored Point" which by having only two was extremely rare, but having four was completely unheard of in his experience. He warned that it could completely change the child's view on life if the event didn't occur. It could even lead to a worse fate.

Izuku was happy. No better yet he was ecstatic. Sure he had just been beaten up, and had a good few hours of work singed by his childhood friend but today was the day! All he had to do was go to U.A. and he would be a hero in his own way. He would be able to be a hero that could save people with a smile on his face. He truly believed that was what he was going toward.

"Welcome problem child." Izuku froze about five feet away from the gate as someone spoke to him from behind. He slowly turned to see a man in a totally black jumpsuit, a long grey scarf wrapped around the man's neck, and a pair of yellow goggles strapped to his eyes. Speaking of eyes, Izuku's lit up like a Christmas tree.

"You're Eraserhead! The Erasure Hero: EraserHead! Just talked to me! I'm a huge fan of you sir!" Izuku bowed over and over again, working up a sweat. "The way you fight is amazing, and I would just love to ask you about your quirk!" Eraser just looked at the kid for a second, and grinned slightly.

"Let's wait till we get inside before we get into it. If you have all your books on you it will make it much easier to tell you what you want to hear." The man guided Izuku into the buildings, making sure to stick close to him. That was till he least favorite problem child rounded the corner with a hall pass.

"Mr. Aizawa! Who is that? Is he a new recommended student? Or is he something else? He looks rather plain!" The girl had rushed over to the two of them. Her long blue hair curled around her head, framing it as her eyes went wide with curiosity. Her eyes were also slightly discolored. They had black rims around the iris of her eyes, with the pupil being pure white. Her eyes themselves matched the light sky blue of her hair.

"Is he a transfer student you got after expelling your whole class this year?" Her attention turned to Izuku. "I'm Nejire Hado! What's your name? Why is your hair green and black?" Izuku was freaking out and having a small panic attack, his own eyes shrinking into his head a bit, and sweat pouring down his skin. "What about your quirk?" Izuku visibly flinched at that, which was the point where Aizawa stepped in.

"Hado, go to where your teacher thinks you are going. What do I always tell you?" He looked at her sternly, his eyes starting to glow slightly behind the barred goggles. His hair also floated slightly.

"A second lost on questions is a second lost in life!" She quickly hurried away, down the hall and around the corner yet again. Izuku stopped to put his hand over his heart and breath deeply a few times over. Aizawa recognized these. All symptoms of a panic attack and anxiety. He let out a long sigh, as he could already see that this was going to take up some of his sleeping time.

The two of them made their way into Nezu's office which had a chair prepped just for Izuku. By that it meant that they removed the other chair so it wouldn't seem as weird for Eraser to stand. They never knew if someone was sent by Him after all. "So young Mydoria. I hear you are very skilled in the analysis of quirks, as well as their capabilities?" Izuku nodded quickly and his face changed. Before it looked like he was a child that had just gotten the best thing ever, then it looked like they were tricked into going to the doctors instead. The light left his face slightly.

"Y-yes I am sir! I do it as a hobby, and have been since I was about five." Izuku reached into his bag and fished out a pile of notebooks. The top one being consideringly burnt around the edges. Nezu had already noticed the burns on the child's arms and shoulders, as well as a couple of bruises forming in similar areas. He decided to ignore it at that very second with plans to bring it up later. Nezu started to look through the books, his beady little eyes widening and his whiskers twitching with excitement as he read. Then he got to the first page that was about one of his staff.

Hunting Dog Hero: Hound Dog

Approximate Age: Early Thirties

Quirk: Dog

Personality: A very aggressive hero that tends to let their nature take over in fights. It seems to stem from the "Alpha Male" ideal that wolf packs tend to follow. Based on the quirk personality theory, along with his quirk being public knowledge, I believe he may have siblings, where he is either the oldest or the youngest. He is a trained psychologist, and as one I would assume trying to use weak mental quirks as well as some mind games will not work against him.(See 1)

Fighting style: Much like a dog would, he tends to run and fight on all fours, leaving him vulnerable to low sweeping attacks, especially ones that change range such as flame shooting quirks. His fur seems to be tougher than the average dogs, while also being softer(See 2)(According to reports). His jaw seems to be many times more powerful than that of a human. His fur again has a weird trait of being patterned with skin(See 3). He also seems to be able to throw his voice, which along with his ability to speak with and ask for the help of dogs, makes him able to trick his opponents(See 4).

1: Due to his training in psychology, I would instead recommend fighting him with philosophy, especially those that would directly go against the themes of pack mentality, and those that would go against the ideas of protecting those weaker than you, to attack the "Alpha Male" mentality.

2: The theory that his fur is always both soft and tough at the same time just isn't physically possible, unless it's soft on the surface and QUICKLY gets much, much harder. The more obvious answer would be that he can change his fur between mixes of other dog breeds, or something along the lines of that. Mixing the different structure of furs could allow him to make an almost fireproof coat where he had fur(See 3). It seems like in order to not hurt those that he is holding, or those petting him, he softens it. What a nice way of being people friendly as a hero!

3: This is a very interesting idea, that his skin and fur interchange along his arms. This leads to the idea that the pattern continues under his coat and pants. This also leaves him vulnerable. The only solution I can think of would be for him to wear specially made sleeves, designed to cover the human skin parts of his arms, and leave his fur for defense(See 2 and 2b).

4: Ventriloquism is an interesting idea that I would have never thought could be overly useful in the job of being a Pro-Hero. Not only does it allow him to throw off his foes by making it sound like a dog is moving to attack them, it also allows him to hide the fact that he actually may have called for help from local pets. His muzzle piece also helps as it hide his mouth completely,

Ideas for support gear:

1b: It seems like he thought of the muzzle practically for the idea of hiding his voice throwing skills, but he didn't think of everything. I once saw him on tape passing out due to the gas released by Pro-Hero: Midnight's quirk. The first idea would be to add a switch somewhere on his suit that would close it off to allow it to work as a gasmask. It would also allow him to weaken his sense of smell, as to make himself immune to that counter of his mutation based quirk.

1c: Another improvement I had thought of for his mask would be something that allowed him to throw his voice in multiple directions, or allow him to throw it with delay, making it harder to tell whether or not he was really calling dogs or not.

2b: As I mentioned before, adding sleeves meant to cover his bare spots would make him much tougher to hurt, as well as possibly adding space to hold more gadgets. No good hero can only help in one or another situation. It could contain things like fire extinguishing pellets or even something like Bear-Spray.

"This is amazing young man! You have out shined our old quirk counselor in an instant, thinking of ways that support gear could help with both quirks and skills the user has, as well as thinking about how their quirk may affect their mentality! You are a genius!" Izuku quickly spoke up.

"No this is nothing really, I'm sure you could do much better if you gave it a try. I mean your quirk is called High Spec for a reason, although I always wondered why that phrasing specifically, I mean that phrase can count towards both soft and hardware, which could imply that it also improves your body…"

The boy continued to ramble on for a little while, as Nezu looked on in joy, just waiting for the speech to end. After about twenty minutes Eraser got annoyed at the child and shook him out of it. "Breath, problem child." Izuku stopped, took a deep breath and…

"Sorry! I didn't mean to go off for that long! I really didn't mean it!" He stood up and suddenly bowed to both of the adults in the room.

"Midoriya. Would you like to work here, becoming a hero who leads the future with a smile, building up the foundations of this world and allowing others to live in peace?" Nezu held out his paw and looked at Izuku, both of their eyes shining.

"Do you really think I could do it? Leading other heroes to the future?" He started to tear up as Nezu nodded, and the dams burst when he took the principal's hand. It was like a waterfall, all while Izuku collapsed onto his knees, smiling and crying for a solid five minutes, all before Nezu spoke up again.

"Now, why don't you tell me who has been using their quirk on you?" Izuku flinched at hearing that.

"I can't."

Nezu closed his eyes, 'Think from a spot of weakness. Does he not want to out his abuser out of fear of retaliation?'

"If you fear your bully will attack you after finding out, we can make sure that they won't hurt you ever again."

"It's not that." Nezu was curious. He looked at the boy, trying to analyze his face, coming up short. "He wants to go here, more than anything. He would make a great hero, other than his personality without control. I would only say that he reminds me of Hound Dog around when he first had his debut. I want him to succeed, because if he does, he will solve more cases than Endeavor and All Might together." Izuku had a look of determination as he stared right into the rat's eyes, unwavering even with his tears.

"I'll allow you to work here. On two conditions. The first is that we get you up to par with a U.A. staff member. Number two is that if he passes, you will identify him, and we will set him right to guidance. We will also allow you to hide your identity at first if you wish." Izuku took a deep breath, and stood up finally.

"Thank you so much for this offer! I would love to help mold the future of heroics!" Izuku bowed as he was then guided out. At the front gate, he stood with Eraserhead next to him.

"Problem child. You are coming here starting from now on. Our goal will be getting you up to the physical and mental standards of a Pro-Hero. So for the next eleven months, this will be your hero school from hell. Come at five A.M every day but Saturday. Understand?" Izuku nodded and was sent off, ready to start his bright future. Then he realized something. They had just told him that they were training him to be a pro hero didn't they? He didn't hear them wrong did he?

Well it was proven that he wasn't wrong. When he arrived at U.A. On Sunday, there was Nezu waiting for him, right at the tick of five. He waved him over like an excited teenager, meeting their crush for a date. "Midoriya! Please hurry up! We have a lot of lessons to start you on! I have already worked out a plan for your education! Please hurry. We only have 372 hours before I need to make sure that you get your first degree! I already worked it out with the country to get you a Highschool degree, from my school no less! How does it feel to already be a U.A alumni?"

"Eh?!" Izuku froze hearing this, and started to fall forward, in which he was caught by a familiar grey scarf.

"Hurry up problem child. After he is done with you on that, I get to start training you in hand to hand." Aizawa said gruffly, not used to being awake at this point of time.

"Yes Midoriya! You will be spending fourteen hours at school a day! Isn't that great? I already got permission from your mother, stating that you would be graduating from multiple university level courses in the next ten months. Along with a month of learning from multiple top pro heroes!" Izuku was still frozen. HE was a U.A. alumni? He couldn't believe it at all. Not even as he was being dragged into the prestigious school by his collar.

As the months started to go by, Izuku was taught a myriad of things, and for the most part was kept away from the student body. Aizawa needed no one asking questions they didn't need answers for.

The first thing that Izuku had to learn about was quirk physiology. Then it was biology, chemistry, and anatomy. In ten short months, with constant drilling from Nezu, Izuku was barely able to get degrees in the four subjects. With his final month, Powerloader took over, teaching Izuku the basics to engineering, as well as helping him make a few tools that may come in handy during his time teaching.

It was time for the last test. He had to take a hero license test. He couldn't bring any tools, nor could he get help from the outside. All he had to do was beat a top five hundred hero of his choice. He was shocked. Then when he found out that it was mostly a formality, and hero schools for the most part weeded out those who really wouldn't be able to pass. Of course there were always harder tests for large groups if he wanted one of those. Like one of the ones they give the civilian batch that try to do it without going to a hero school. He chose Manual, The Normal Hero.

The fight was very lackluster. Izuku for the most part kept the hero away from any walls, where pipes would be for him to use his quirk. Then it was just a brawl. Izuku was better trained, having been by Aziawa and Ectoplasm. From the beginning Izuku knew he wasn't going to beat an adult in a fist fight, so he played it smart. He stayed calm and dodged, letting Manual burn himself out.

In the end he did it. It took eleven total months of moving through hell, and with the support of his co-works but he did it! And now he was ready to sleep for the week he had left before school started. Wait, that was all the time he had left?! Izuku was freaking out. He was supposed to work with a surprise new teacher to teach the heroics class, and he still had to make schedules of availability for the students to visit him, and he still had to decorate his office, and , and, and… As soon as he got home he flopped on the couch and passed out. His mother moved him to his room, and closed the door for him.

It was his time to shine. That was till Nezu told him that he wouldn't get to introduce the mysterious Mr. M that would be counseling the school at the orientation. Instead he was assigned to make sure that no one was expelled at Aziawa's personal orientation.

"Listen up brats. If you think this is going to be fun, then I'll make it fun. The person here who gets the lowest score, will be expelled. And before you complain that it isn't fair, or it shouldn't work like that. Nothing in life is fair. Natural disasters, villain attacks, earthquakes. All of those happen in your life as a hero, and none of those are fair." Just as Aziawa stopped talking, a person in a green suit, with a red tie dropped down. He was wearing a top hat which matched his suit, with a red trim. The only thing off about his outfit was a black scarf around his neck similar to that of the class's teacher.

"Uh, actually, Aizawa I was told to come here to make sure that didn't happen. Sorry if that ruins your plans to make them work their hardest, but I will tell you if I think they are holding back. I was still given permission to expel if needed." The boy was a little shorter than most of the class, and his voice distorted. Upon a closer look, they could see an electronic mask that imitated his eyes and mouth with lights. "Hello e-e-everyone!" The voice started to stutter as the person looked over the class. "I'm the school's new quirk counselor, as well your element of unfairness. While Aizawa over here will expel you if he thinks you aren't trying your best, I'll expel you for failing to do your best!" The voice let out a long deep breath, then started talking again.

"Nevermind. I can't intimidate people in their class. It's just a little too awkward for me to do. Aizawa take over please!" The suited man bowed to the teacher, while everyone was confused.
