Hey! Sorry to put an Author's Note at the beginning... But It seems like no one reads it. The more you review the more I write! Really. I love to read the reviews that people have written to keep going.

"Dedication Is A Talent All On Its Own." - A Younger Brother, In another time and another place.

Shouta Aizawa was the class 1-A teacher. He was actually excited for his first day, for the first time in a long time. Not only did he have a student that had a major disadvantage in the practical exam, who passed it. He also had a quirkless student, who was defying all odds, due to some sort of training. It looked like he was going to have hard working, dedicated students. For once he may not have to expel a student on day one. Till he slid the door open and the bodies of both the aforementioned students hit the floor, with another one having a large bruise, and a couple others recording it on their phones. He just let out a very long sigh, gripping the bridge of his nose, "Fuck." He mumbled as he looked to one of the students who was recording, "Upload that anywhere, and you will be expelled. That goes for anyone with their phone out. "

Eleven Minutes Earlier

Everyone in the room looked at the two standing boys back and forth. All till the one with the shaggy green hair spoke up, "What did he teach you? Alchemy? Nen, obviously, and Breathing?"

The boy with the purple hair walked to the front of the room, standing across from his questioner. "Nen and breathing. I couldn't wrap my head around the whole 'formula of the world' thing." He had his hands in his pockets, his eyes looked as if he was falling asleep while standing there, bags under his eyes. He rolled his head, leading to the entirety of his neck cracking.

"It was really hard to grasp, after this, wanna bounce ideas off each other in the infirmary?" The boy in front of Izuku laughed.

"Sure, sure. I'm Hitoshi Shinso. Since we are both one of his, call me Hitoshi." He finally took one of his hands out of his pocket and brought it up to scratch the back of his head. He took the other one out and then let both his arms hang. "You ready?"

"Yeah just about," Izuku stretched his arms up, locking his fists together. He turned slightly, his entire back cracking one by one. "I'm Izuku Midoriya. Feel free to call me by my first name as well." Iida started to move up towards the two, in an attempt to stop them, when Katsuki socked him in the face. Someone who Izuku just didn't notice at first.

"Don't try to stop them glasses. I wanna see this shit show." The blonde said with a sadistic grin on his face.

"Thanks for the vote of confidence Kacchan!" Izuku chimed in, looking at his bully. Anyone in the class that wasn't already looking at the boy with confusion, now was. "Sorry Iida, but this is something we have to do!" Izuku took a stance similar to that of a boxer. Sure this wasn't his preferred style of fighting, but he could make due.

"Three, two, one!" Both boys rushed at each other, Izuku going in for a quick left jab, only for Shinso to just roll with the green hair boy's body and slam their heads together. Izuku quickly jumped back and noticed Shinso's stance. He was almost leaning back, his arms low and swaying. His knees slightly bent and forced his body to sway.

Izuku quickly realized he wasn't going to win a hand to hand fight easily, or at all most likely. He reached for the legs of Bakugo's desk and breathed deeply before ripping them off. This was when a kid near the middle of the class reached for his phone. He had a black lighting bolt in his bright blonde hair. He looked on as he started to record. A couple others followed suit.

This time Izuku rushed alone, Shinso not matching him. As Izuku swung with his right, the half asleep boy ducked forwards, and landed on his head. Most would think he had fallen, but Izuku had heard his deep breath. As Izuku was on the lookout for him to use his legs, the purple haired boy grabbed Izuku's ankles and rolled back onto his feet, throwing Izuku towards the wall, which he ended up slamming into.

"Heh, I've already won Izuku. Dude, you need to watch for ya Nen more often." Izuku had gotten up, and when he tried to step forward, he couldn't move his feet. He looked only to see a goop of purplish Nen at his feet, that looked almost like a cartoon cat head. It completely surrounded his feet and was solidly stuck to the ground.

"What makes you think I can't kick your ass with my feet bound here?" In reality, Izuku was freaking the fuck out. Was this guy a conjurer like him? No then everyone would be able to easily see the cat-like objects at his feet. Next would be emission, but then he would have done it right at the start of the fight, which leaves only transmutation. "Also. What's with transmuting cats? I thought that class was more material and less living creatures."

"What? I like cats, easy to picture cats sticking to someone and holding them down." The class looked at both of them like they were crazy. No one knew what either of them were talking about.

"So you're gonna judge that you have won without even seeing my skills?" Izuku spoke up as he dropped his makeshift batons. He reached up for the back of his neck, where he kept a pre-programmed transmutation circle for his staff's design. He dropped the card and the room lit up as the staff entered his hands. Bakugo was gawking at this development. It was just like whatever that man from before did to put up a wall behind them.

Izuku then picked up one of the batons and held it like a javelin yet again. "I've been working on this one," Izuku deeply inhaled, "Breath of Heroes: Third Form: SNIPE'S SHELL!"

Izuku made sure that the soft rubber part of the metal leg was the part thrown, he didn't want to kill him. He used his staff's alchemy circles to detach the majority of the ground attached to his feet. That was when he moved forward.

While Shinso was ducking backwards he breathed again, sending his foot up as Izuku slammed his staff down. Both hits landed, smashing one another in the skull, as they collapsed on top of each other, and the door slid open to show the rest of the room a teacher.

Present

Aizawa was now dragging two unconscious students, wrapped in a gray scarf, along the ground to the nurse's office. He was scratching his dark stubble muttering something about them being lucky that he didn't feel like filling out expulsion forms. Until he at least heard why they were out cold and the class was a mess. He threw them into the nurse's office with force and instantly left to go question the class.

"So what you all are telling me, is that none of you have any idea why they were fighting?" Aizawa had just about had it with these two already. That was when a rather tall and mature woman in the back raised her hand. She had her black hair up in a long, spiky ponytail. The teacher nodded at her to go ahead.

"I think they share some sort of past? Or maybe someone in their past. They mentioned that they didn't want to do the 'There can be only one thing to another hero' as well as asking what the other was taught. They seemed to have something in common that pointed them out to each other." The student had stood up, spoken and sat down all with her elegant explanation.

"Thank you Yaoyorozu. At least this clears a little bit up. The rest of you will treat this first block as a study hall while I go deal with them."

That was when the same girl that Izuku had saved during the entrance exam stood up with her hand up. "Yes, Uraraka?" The man seemed like he was dead tired.

"What about orientation?" The man just let out a long sigh.

"I said study hall right? So go study the school if you think it's necessary." With that the man left, slamming the door behind him. Yet again he was grumbling to himself. Something about "God damn problem children."

By the time Aizawa had made it to the infirmary, dragging his feet, the two boys had already woken up and were talking. He decided to sit at the door frame and listen.

"So you are saying Ed taught you, while complaining about it the whole time? That doesn't sound like him, or if it was, that means someone is making him teach others. The only one who could do that is Truth." At this, Shinso just looked at him with confusion. "Ah! He never told you. Truth is essentially god, and has been making him reincarnate into different multi-verses over and over for his entertainment." At this Shinso started to laugh a little bit.

"That's pretty funny…" It was then that he noticed Izuku's solid, stone cold expression. "You're not joking are you? Wait does that mean that God is real? Same with multi-verses? As well as heaven and hell?"

"I don't really know, and I also don't think It's worth getting into an existential crisis over. We live, we protect others, then we die. That is the life of a hero. Protection of others should always be our top goal." The purple haired boy agreed and then Aizawa just listened in for a little bit. Something about Nen, a thing about Alchemy here or there, and also something about breathing. The longer he thought about it, the boy mentioned a breath of something when the exam started. He also thought they had enough of a time to rest. He opened the door and slid inside, showing a face full of anger.

"Tell me right now, why exactly I shouldn't expel you?" This is where Izuku smirked.

"Because it would look bad. U.A. High expelling the first quirkless student to ever make it into the hero course, and on the first day no less. Unless you want to give out evidence that I fought another student, then you have nothing to expel me over. If you try to use the desk I broke, or the ground we can blame one Katsuki Bakugo, who has multiple cases of 'accidental' destruction of property. Also I don't think there was a fight at all, was there Hitoshi?"

The boy quickly caught on to what his new friend was talking about, "No not at all. Although that blonde boy seemed really violent. I mean, he already punched another student, and even destroyed some of the school's equipment."

"Oh yeah, how could he do that?" Easer had smirked as if he had won, then instantly as soon as Izuku opened his mouth, he realized he was just outsmarted. How would Izuku know Katsuki had destruction on his record, unless…

"With his quirk Explosion of course!" Aizawa facepalmed as the little bear, mouse, dog thing appeared from nowhere to seamlessly jump into the conversation.

"I like them!" He spoke with a very bright and cheery tone. "However you two can't be fighting on school grounds anymore. Understood? You will both also be given additional after school activities for the rest of the week. Designed by me, Powerloader, and of course your homeroom teacher right here! See you this afternoon boys!" And with that he disappeared again. Eraser just let out a groan as he pointed for the two to get back to class… Which for the rest of the day was a study hall.

Izuku, Hitoshi, a boy with candy cane colored hair, and a boy that had a rock like head were all that was left in the room. Izuku decided to try to know what happened to the others, so his first bet was asking the more colorful boy. "Uh, hey where did the rest of the class go?" The boy looked up from his work, realized everyone was in fact gone, then shrugged.

"Okay, then Hey!" Izuku walked on and tried talking to the person with a rock head. The boy was quite big and looked sturdy, so when he blushed and hid behind his hands after being yell to, Izuku was at a loss of words.

It was then that he noticed the boy was using sign language, ["They went to the orientation for the most part. The one that punched the taller boy said he was 'going to explore this shitty school that would let in a D-E-K-U' whatever that meant."]

"Ah! I'm a Deku, or rather, the Deku. Thanks, but the whole orientation thing is probably almost over, huh?" Izuku bowed before his classmate. "I'm Izuku Mydoria, feel free to ask me if you need help with anything! You too in the back there!"

The boy started to sign again ["I'm Koji Koda. Nice to meet you."] Izuku was happy he had learned sign language when he was younger. It came in handy. With that Izuku decided to sit down and start writing in one of his notebooks, still at a roadblock with making new breath forms for his staff, he moved to a new book, "Breathe of Heroes: Unarmed Forms" On the first page he thought about drawing All Might, then shook his head. Instead he decided to draw Eraserhead on one page, a the Rabbit Hero: Mikro on the one next to it.. He had an idea. A terrible one, that would take lots of practice, but he decided to go for it.

The week went pretty normal for a school. Each day went by, and after school were obstacle courses, "fake" bomb disarming, stealth lessons, and other extra work that neither Izuku or Shinso complained about. They did the crime, now they were doing the time. It was Friday, and time for their first Heroics class. The teacher for this one hadn't even shown up yet. It was a couple minutes into the class, so everyone was expecting their homeroom teacher to walk through the door.

Everyone gasped when the door slammed open, and it slowly switched to the most part to cheers, with the exception of Izuku, Bakugo and Shinso. The class' roaring was mostly drowned out when the person who opened the door came through, almost yelling, "I am here! Coming through the door like a normal person!" Which he was clearly not.

Everyone was happy to see All Might's towering form slowly make it's way over to the podium. When he settled, everyone was still gushing about him, but Izuku was just… Empty. He wasn't happy or angry. He felt hollow. It was great that someone with so much power and experience was teaching a heroics class, but was it right for someone who was willing to shut down a child's dream, and not believe in them to be teaching the students of the future?

All Might quickly cleared the group's suspicions that he was in fact the teacher, "I am getting older, as such it is time for me to make sure that the next generation is secure, and that each of you have the chance to climb to the same level as me." Izuku scoffed at that and started to giggle to himself. "Young Midoriya, is something funny?" Izuku shook his head.

"No nothing. Just a joke my teacher told me once." All Might saw past this behavior though. Izuku was laughing at what All Might had said. All Might was picking up on the signs that Izuku learning from Ed gave more than just skills, it also gave him bits of his personality. All Might was not a fan, but brushed it off.

"Alright then. Well this should be the moment all of you have been waiting for!" With a push of a button, the wall next to All Might opened up. It revealed a bunch of cases, labeled one through twenty. "In each of these, you will find your hero costume, made with your specifications in mind!"

Each student went up one by one to grab their case and make their way to the changing room. Once inside, Iida walked up to Izuku waving his hand at the shorter boy, robotic as usual. "Midoriya! It was very rude to talk down to our teacher like that! Especially since he is such a respected hero!"

"Yeah yeah Iida. I know it was rude. But have you ever considered that I have a reason for disliking him? You act rather rash for someone who only met me a few weeks ago." Izuku seemed somewhat angry. Now this is something that Bakugo was interested in.

"Oi! Deku! The fuck do you mean you dislike All Might? I've known you all our lives, you never stopped looking up to him." Hopefully Katsuki could entertain himself with this conversation. Although the aura Izuku was giving off felt cold.

"Sorry Kacchan, but that's for me to know, and All Might to find out." Everyone seemed surprised. At first they thought he was just rude, then they thought it had to be something All Might did, right? Most of the students had cleared out before Izuku had taken off his shirt. Underneath his clothes, were muscles finely toned and built for use yet covered in scars. Each one from messing up during training in a multitude of ways. Running through a window, slamming into a stone column. Hell some were even from messing up his own movements while holding a knife. He started to trace over each scar with his fingertips.

Elsewhere, A.K.A. outside City Alpha, the same place that Bakugo had destroyed his own set of robots. The rest of the class had gathered, and All Might had started, "Well young boys and girls, no! Young Heroes! They say that the clothes make the man, and you all are surefire proof of that! Now then…"

As he was speaking, Shinso spoke up, which was barely above his normal deadpanned and low volume. "Teach, Izuku isn't here. Should someone go get him?" All Might nodded and sent the purple haired boy after Izuku. But it seemed to not be necessary.

Izuku rounded the corner. 'This is it master Ed. These are my first few steps to be a hero. Thank you, again, for believing in me. I hope I can do your image well.'

Izuku's costume looked rather sleek, slim and tight fitting, You could see the basic outline of his muscular form. No one else but All Might could tell, but there were parts of the outfit made as a nod to Ed. First was the long crimson robe he wore. With boots and a belt to match. The inner of his clothing consisted of mostly black, with some frameworks of emerald green. The one exception to his dark color scheme, was the white gloves around his fingers, which he pulled tighter as he walked forward. The dark red cloak sleeves were secretly filled with pockets for Izuku to hold alchemy circle cards, as were the slots on his belt. He had pulled his blood red hood up, and lifted a metal mask over his face, looking as if his jawline formed into a smile.
