"After The Battle Is Over"

Rated T for Mild Language

Summary: A collection of drabbles showcasing made-up MK11 endings for characters outside the Mortal Kombat universe. From all types of media, witness how they'll change time after beating Kronika themselves.

Disclaimer: I do not own anything associated with the Mortal Kombat franchise, especially the games and characters themselves. They are owned by WB Games, Ed Boon, John Tobias and Netherrealm Studios. Anyway, I was inspired by both Sonicfriend129 and TheBaneOfHumanity to do these drabbles myself, so all thanks goes to them! Anyway, enjoy!

Chapter 7: Byleth Eisner

Finally, after what everything I've been through spending my time here in Outworld, it was finally done. Kronika's defeat meant that I had the power to either rewind time or create a brand new timeline with the hourglass in my possession. As enticing as it was to remake the timeline anew, I knew the only reason why I needed to claim the hourglass:

My father, Jeralt.

Losing my mother after I was born was bad enough, but having to lose my father thanks to that backstabber Monica felt like a sting in my heart that I just can't get rid of. There was no way I wanted to relive that moment again. But now, thanks to Kronika's hourglass, I'll never have to again.

My father managed to stop Monica from murdering him once he noticed that dagger in her hands. Thanks to his quick reflexes, we took her into custody where Lady Rhea could deal with her. Therefore, me and my father continued to fight alongside together for as long as time could permit. We went through everything together: From discovering that Edelgard turned her back on us to having him watch me in my new Anointed One form, all nothing compared to that sneak attack on the Garreg Mach Monastery that left me in comatose state for five years. It took him five years for my father to find me. From hereafter, me and father with some help from Lady Rhea, would help lead the Church of Seiros to take back Fodlan from Emperor Edelgard Von Hresvelg. That moment wouldn't last long once Lady Rhea went into her Enlightened One form, leading her to attack the Monastery yet again. This time, me, Jeralt and the last remaining Black Eagles all united to stop Lady Rhea once and for all, therefore ending her madness. Now, with me as the new Archbishop, it is my duty to help lead Fodlan into a path of peace and prosperity.

Safe to say, that wasn't my best moment.

My best moment in life was having my father attend the wedding of me and my new bride to be. During the days that I had as professor, I fell in love with the most beautiful woman that captured my unbeaten heart. She was a woman that wanted people to see right through her from the inside and not for her looks and fame alone on the outside. She was a woman who had no crest, no noble family, nor did she had any wealth or land to her name. But with her by my side, I know it'll be my new duty to make sure she didn't end up on the streets where she feared she'd end up in. From this moment, my father, Seteth, Flayn and the remaining Black Eagles all stood proudly as they announced the coronation of Fodlan's new reigning king and queen, Byleth Eisner and Dorothea Arnault. To me, it'll always be a moment worth remembering.

Yeah, you heard me right, I ship Byleth and Dorothea sooooooo bad, and I don't care if anyone knows it. Oh, and for this ending, I had to let it take place in the Church route but this time, Jeralt was alive to see his son tie the knot. I swear, Jeralt would have made one proud grandpa.

Plus, Bylethea is canon in my opinion, which makes sense since in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, EVERYTHING is canon. Doesn't that kick ass?

Anyway fans, make sure to keep those requests for characters coming as usual. I will do my best to them one way or another. Oh, and don't forget to R&R and leave feedback as well if you want. Until next time, CHEERS!
